This organization has been working on my behalf and has done an excellent job in helping me to resolve my problems with my credit issues. They have kept me updated on all steps taken on my behalf during the entire process. Monthly online visits with a counselor are available to advise or answer any questions you may have about your accounts. Would readily recommend them to others.

I was perplexed wondering what I was going to do. I found Freedom Debt Relief and contacted them. They have taken a big load off my shoulders and given me back my sanity. They are doing a great job saving me money. They keep me informed and updated and I really appreciate it.

I have to call to find out what settlements you are working on as far as future consolidations are concerned. Also the final payoff dates changed from I first started with your company. That's about all I have to say, Bob.

They are most helpful in letting me know what's going on. I have not been kept in the dark. Everything is up front and understandable. Customer service is available 24 hours. They are very helpful. I thought I couldn't get financial help, but Freedom Debt Relief was there to guide and help me.

This is my first time experiencing this and so far I like it the people. So nice and very helpful. So if anyone would ask me about it, I would recommend it. So I’m still in the process going through it. And I like the idea have we have the app to follow what’s going on with the process. Thank you.

It's been a rough time with credit score but best way to go. I am relieved that the settlements have been good ones. I am looking forward to the end of my program. This has been an easy process. And I would recommend to others. It's been quick and stress free.

I have just started the program. So eager to see how it goes. I did have to reach back out to the enrollment specialist, for another reason and I felt pushed off to customer service. I felt it was a question for her and when I replied back to her with the explanation, she never replied back. So prayerfully the program goes better.

I had a lot of credit card debt and I was struggling to meet all of the payments so consolidating the credit cards was a great way out for me. The rep explained the entire plan and what my options were and he was very professional along with patient. They also researched and view a great majority of the reviews and I was very impressed after reading them. The rating was very good also for Freedom Debt. I am anticipating and waiting until I graduate from the program.

I have no complaints at this point, we are just getting started, I will have more to say when everything is up and running, thanks again Tony, everyone has been very helpful and I hope we solve things quickly. Again thank you for the help,

Updated on 08/11/2024: I’m extremely happy with the service I’ve experienced with FDR. They are pleasant, resourceful and get the job done. I’ve watched my debt dwindle down with regular progress reports they send me. If you are swimming in debt, don’t lose sleep over it, pick up the phone and give them a call. It won’t cost you anything but a minute of your time…. It’s definitely worth it!

When reviewing my updates I noticed a name that I was not familiar with. I was told it was Student loan Corp and not the private loan lender's name. Conversation concluded it must be a federal student loan and knowing FDR doesn't represent those loans I asked for it to be removed. Consequently it was and as my misfortune, within approximately 30 days after the removal I get served. FDR had been negotiating already with the lender based on the lawyers notes. So I was out of luck, out of time and left in the without any recourse.

For MONTHS! I tried and tried to cover just the minimum payments on my cc bills. Nothing was changing & I was just getting deeper. THE DAY I CALLED FDR, was a life changing experience. The FDR staff/angel was the nicest person and helped me. I hung up the phone with him feeling confident and worry free. The best call and choice I ever made. Thank you FDR, FOR EVERYTHING!

FDR told me I could possibly be sued by one or more of my creditors. It happened. I contacted FDR immediately and I was told they would refer me to their attorneys and told not to worry. Within a few days a settlement was reached and problem solved. FDR has resolved all my issues. FDR’s customer service is Grand.

They are the best to deal with. Always on top of everything. When I need to add to my application another client they did so just as soon as I faxed them the correct information. My program is moving along great. What I like they are always encouraging me on ways to shorten my program and finish ahead on my scheduled end date. As my Marine friends and comrades say Semper Fidelis.!?

They assisted me with all my debt - due to health and income at the time. I can now see the light and it looks bright - especially now that I am entering the senior status. This will be extra helpful. Now I can finally think of a retirement plan.

I enrolled in Sept., 2023. I understand that FDR has to have enough money in my Dedicated Account before talking to the credit card companies. Well, in Jan., 2024, I suddenly had 3 settlement offers. The debt consolidation program is designed to pay of your debts in a minimal amount of time. Following the strategy of the structured schedule payment plan, accomplished the debt free goal. Stick with the schedule!! The plan is also flexible to reduce the schedule payment amount if an emergency arises. The graduation dates will be attained if you stay focus on the strategy.

Great company to work with. Took care of my balances and contacting my creditors. Payments are very reasonable and automatically withdraw from my bank account. I would recommend them to anyone else to help get out of debt. Very very nice people to deal with and they was never ever any pressure to agree to using them.

The program is great, they have done everything they said they would. Also my credit score started getting better in the first year. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's a Blessing to know I'm not doing this alone. I've attempted to resolve the debt on my own to only have the creditors tell me they couldn't help me, they had no programs to help people in my situation to catch up on payments or to resolve the account for a lesser amount. I was challenged trying to get someone to consolidate my debt. All responses were debt to income ratio too high. Freedom debt relief walked me through the process and got me started on a rate I could afford. I didn't enjoy all the creditors calling but has since stopped. I was then accepted to achieve loans to finish negotiations for all my debt accelerating my end of the program. I still have only one payment to make. This has been an answer to my debt problem. I can now focus on other life matters and not get back into the same situation again.

I tried getting in and it won’t let me!!!! I use a password and it says password not valid, so I try and use the “forgot password“ and it’s supposed to take me to my email.... and it doesn’t !!! Please respond!!! No one also doesn’t respond!!

I would recommend FDR if you're in serious debt, I have team member that is by my side all the time to answer questions. They started right away negotiating with my creditors and did a tremendous job with it. They saved me A LOT of money and credit score started to go in the right direction. It was good and mostly helpful when I call and talk directly to an actual person and they can talk directly back to me. I didn’t really save much money at all just made the payments. Any money saved is basically paid to FDR for managing your money. It worked out well for me.

I am a brand new client so I cannot really rate the program itself, but the customer service is top-tier. I felt supported and heard by the agents I've worked with so far and they have all been knowledgeable and very understanding about my trepidations. This is not something I wanted to do, but it is something I have to do, and everyone at FDR has been wonderful.

I have to let it be known that you may be better off negotiating for yourself versus working with this company-especially if you have an account in debt more than $5k. I had 3 accounts that I needed to fix when I signed up. The first 2 accounts were negotiated & settled with no issue. My final account was the largest debt. Long story short, the account was not truly negotiated. I say that because, when I enrolled the debt was $10k, by the time the account went to collections it increased to $11,679 and the company SUED ME. Literally served with a subpoena. I submitted the subpoena on the dashboard & contacted customer service. I was then told that since the debt is in litigation I would be in communication with McCarthy Law.

This program has been working for me. I’ve seen the effect on my credit rating and it had been what was shared with me. It has helped me better recover from the high inflation and increased interest rates. I’m getting my freedom back and they are helping me do it wisely.

The program that Freedom Debt Relief sold to me has been less than optimal. I find that the additional interest that was added to my credit card balances before Freedom negotiated a settlement, along with the fees Freedom Debt charges every month, added more to my debt than if I had called each creditor independently and tried to reach a settlement on my own. Another issue with the program is the harassment I received telling me a settlement was in jeopardy if I needed to reduce an account deposit due to higher than usual expenses (homeowner insurance premiums, income tax bill, etc.).

I was under the impression that we had to do this and I was quite upset because I wanted to keep my payment that I was told from the beginning. As long as my creditors are happy then so am I. Otherwise then, everything is just fine. I'm happy with my payment and everyone is getting paid.

Updated on 06/08/2024: The whole program was a lifesaver to me. I was surprised of how fast they were able to settle with my creditors and for how much they settled the accounts. They were also able to refer me for a loan with Achieve so that my debt could be paid off with 5 years or sooner if I made larger payments.

They negotiate my credit account down to half of what I owed. Pay them off as I build my funds in their account. It takes longer to get to the higher balances so they continue to be delinquent for approx 6-12 mos but hoping those are even lower to payoff by the time we reach settlement stage. That's the only downside.

I am somewhat satisfied with the progress but believe you could do a better negotiation with reduction and also believe you charge a little too much for what you have done so far. You should not be taking any payments from my account until all my debts are paid off with a significant reduction then and only then should you be paid for your services.

Freedom Debt Relief has been amazing and quick at handling my settlements. They are saving me so much money with the offers they are securing. I would absolutely recommend, and have recommended, FDR services to friends and family. The payment plan is easy to maintain, and overall I am feeling more at ease with handling my debts through FDR.

Updated on 07/29/2024: Finally getting a good start on getting out of debt. Makes it so much better letting someone help. It's been over a year now and I'm getting closer all the time. The hardest thing to do was to not buy anything that I don't need. Thanks for all your help. Couldn't have done it without your help. I would tell anyone that needs help to contact y'all.

I am glad that I found Freedom Debt Relief because the financial issue was terrible strain on my financial and mental well-being. It's great to work with a company that does exactly what they mean. Freedom debt relief has been available when I had questions. Especially, when the bill collectors started calling daily and mailing letters to me.

I've had a good experience so far, I did provide 4 stars as my graduation date keeps getting pushed back further and further than what I was initially told, despite the fact that I have removed a few accounts off the debt list and I increased my payment a little bit.

I'm not going to lie. I was very skeptical at first and scared to give it a shot. But everyone was so helpful and friendly and they really helped explain everything to me where I understood and was able to get it all taken care of. I even got to advance in my program and get it taken care of faster with their partner achieve. I am very grateful for their help!

I have requested numerous times to change my monthly payment. 271.00 is not affordable for me at the present time. To date no help. 125.00 would be within my budget. So unhappy with FDR. I am seriously looking into other alternatives to help me with my debt. At my age I really don't need credit. Just trying to do the right thing in my last years.

It was not explained very well about the way this program works. I was under the assumption this was a debt consolidation loan company, and this was "confirmed" upon my start-up call. It wasn't until after we were already enrolled and made multiple payments that the program was actually explained to us. This is not a loan. They use the money you pay in to "settle" your debts and then pay them as the money is available. We were also told if we needed to miss a payment, to give them a call, and we could miss one payment without repercussions. Not so.

I called Freedom Debt Relief because I needed help. Very Easy to do. The gentleman that he helped me was very professional. He understood what I was going through. He made sure that I know everything before we got off the phone. He didn’t make me feel bad, he keep telling that everybody has hard time. That’s why I’m here.

I don't think I can give a full 5 stars until I finish this process. So far though the person who set my account and program up was great! I'm not sure if I realized how the fees worked but my negotiations seem to be going well and my debt is decreasing card by card. I do like having only 2 payments a month. Going rogue on my bills was odd.

Pretty happy with the outcomes so far but the settlement fees are pretty high. I do appreciate the work you guys have done one of my cards are still good but learning about the process it seems like I could have done this my self and saved a few dollars in process.

I'm not happy that it went into collections. They were willing to settle but no communication as far as I know. The collection company has been calling constantly. Can someone contact them because I was told not to speak to them. Do y'all need the name and contact person. What else can I say. CareCredit is resolved and happy with that. Discover card I have no information on progress for this debt.

Excellent; They explain what they are doing to help me solve my debt problem and keep me informed at all times. They are very supportive by emails and on the phone. Everyone I have spoken with is kind, informative and wonderful. They don't mind that I call and ask questions.

They have been able to get FDR to get my credit under control. My credit score is starting to come back from the damage I caused it. I just wish we could get arrangements made on my current credit cards so they would stop calling me. I am very happy other wise I would refer the services to anyone.

Updated on 01/07/2025: I was extremely nervous and skeptical about starting this program, but at the time, it felt like we had no other options. Our debt had become overwhelming, and we were drowning financially. From the beginning, the team at FDR was very clear about how the program would impact our finances—and everything they told us turned out to be true. One of the biggest reliefs was moving to a single, lower monthly payment. We’re now in the final stretch of the program and expect to finish next year, in 2027. I've been very pleased with Freedom Debt Relief. They have saved us from bankruptcy. And the incredible thing is during the process of them settling our debt, our score is going back up! I didn't expect that to occur until much later in the program. I think we are about 6 months in and our score continues to trend upward. By the time we are done we should have an excellent credit rating.

I believe there should be more SMS messeges to supply me with more up to date updates, instead of having to log on every time. I just send a new bill I wanted added to my list and never got an answer. I also seen an ad where it says up to two years to resolve your credit card and unsecured debt, but with me it's five years and most of these cases need a minimum of around $8000.00 I think it was.

I would recommend this to anyone trying to get some relief from debt. Just after the first account was settled, it was like a weight off my shoulders. I can't wait until it's complete and finally and I can put it behind me. I wished I had found this program sooner.

Byron was great to work with - since setting up the payment account, there have been some snafus where it says that it is suspended for non payment but the first payment isn’t due until January 12th and it is autopay. Otherwise, it’s been helpful. They give you all the tools to be successful and learn better money practices.

Freedom Debt Relief was able to reduce my monthly Debt by 1/2. This allowed me some breathing room and stopped the phone calls. Updated on 08/12/2024: I'm impressed the way my debts are being negotiated with the creditors. In a short one year, FDR was able to resolve 2 debts down to 50% less than the actual balance. I'm hoping to resolve remaining debts within the next year. I recommended FDR to anyone whose debts are out of control to let the professionals handle it for you.

After I entered into the program it was taken care of without any issues or concerns. I was kept informed of the progress and felt totally confident that everything was being taken care. Also I never received any pressuring phone calls or letters from creditors. I am so thankful for them taking the worries off of me and helping me get through the process.

I did not realize the creditor would be reaching out to me with payment info. I don't know what else to say. Overall I am happy with the settlement. I am looking forward to when I can become debt-free. Other than what I have said I have nothing else to add.

Seems like there are a lot of hidden fees and they seem to stretch out the settlement process to maximize their banking fees for their parent company. They charge their commission fees based the total debt not what is settled for. They tell you upfront what you want to hear to get you to sign up then keep funneling your funds into a bank account they control.

They made this easy, was glad when I saw the negotiations and the savings. Already will have 3 paid off by March and more on the way. The negotiations they have made have truly been a great reduction in what I owed, I couldn't without them. So worth it. Great decision.

I continue to get phone calls, emails, and letters from my creditors. I am not happy with the negotiations to date, and I was under the impression that you would contact my creditors to let them know that I was working with you. You need to provide some kind of laid out plan that shows which creditor you are going to approach and for how much.

Everyone that I have dealt with treated me like a real person. When I called to request information, they all answered my questions succinctly and politely. They allowed me the time I needed for information. I was never pressured to decide to be a client. I was at the point where I was considering bankruptcy to get out from underneath debt that had been accumulated between medical bills and credit cards. I'm thankful I found this program because I was able to get out from under everything for less than what I was paying on 2 of my loans that were originally 40% of my total due monthly. I owed more than I was making in a month and had so many old medical bills in collections.

Marcus was amazing at signing me up, however, now that I am signed up... Nothing. No follow up, questions go unanswered. I have not seen as of yet an increase of my credit score. And the bills I really struggle with are not part of the program... So I am not 100% sure I would recommend.

I would like to know where we’re at, at times. Otherwise this is a good way to trust in them and you’ll have no worries with things taken care of. Right now from what I can tell it’s going a little slow but it’s getting done. Worrying every day is not healthy besides that they can knock the price down for you considerably.
