So far so good. Knowledgeable, and helpful people. I am new to this journey, so I'm very hopeful this program will help me get out of my debt, and have the opportunity to move forward, instead of backwards. I will recommend to any friends or family, if they are in need of help like I needed.

Although I reached out requesting answers, no answers were forthcoming. Just wanted a simple yes or no if any action could be taken concerning the garnishment. Doesn't seem to make any sense to stay in the program, if the garnishment remains in place. Very poor service and lack of communication.

Your program was so wonderful... it was easy and took all the stress away. Tell me more about your referral program... I want to help others out of their debt problems. So much better than bankruptcy or going through legal problems. So many people need to be informed about how their debts can be settled.

After losing my job all my payments caught up to me and I just couldn't make payments on time anymore. So after talking to my friend about my situation he ended up mentioning that he joined Freedom Debt Relief and that it was helping him out on making ends meet. So I decided to give it a go. It's helped me save some money to pay my montage.

I am feeling better with these professionals to help me, they explain everything in detail and take care of all of it for you. All you have to do is make the monthly payments or payments you choose biweekly, etc. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend to friends or family if needed.

Very professional company, waste no time working on help me to become debt free. Help walk me through and called at least twice a week checking on me to see if I had any problems or questions. Negotiations are being made just slower than I had hoped. Funds are in my account, I’m adding a lot each month towards negotiating, so it’s not lack of funds that’s slowing things down on my part. Also, I’m keeping you up to date on all correspondence! KEEP UP THE NEGOTIATIONS!

It is great news to see that one of my accounts has been settled and so quickly. It is very much a relief to be on the journey to being debt free. Communication has been great and efficient. FDR worked with me when I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. I'm your company's advocate. Thank you for considering the human behind the account. I don't believe any other debt consolidation would even entertain what FDR has done for me. I have already referred friends to FDR and will continue to. Every rep treated me as a suffering human. FDR has worked with me for nearly a year. I would never run a financial commitment. I was told I'm almost done. Going thru platinum based chemo drugs is still rough. So grateful to be alive.

I am very pleased with FDR and hope to resolve my indebtedness through this service. I have a good deal of confidence that my issues can be resolved and my credit standing restored. The creditors will be notified and a good line of communication with these creditors will be part of FDR's program.

FDR managed to consolidate my 5k debt to $600 this is an honest review and I am very impressed! I have an entire debt program and was in debt 15-20 K so this was a giant improvement on my one card. I will shout it from the rooftops of my great experience!

Updated on 01/06/2025: Do not by any means use this place. They've done NOTHING in 4 years except one of my 3 bills for $ 240. ONE. Had to go to court alone. Represent myself. The court officer even said I got taken. I am reeling over it. Bottomed out my credit so badly I can never recover. Take 300 a month from me automatically. I can't pay anything else. I'm now retired and suffering. They are ABSENTEE except for the girl who reads these complaints contacts you right away to find out why with ZERO resolve. Their fake attorneys just went ahead and gave the suing company whatever they wanted and did NOT negotiate anything. 4 years I want them out of my life like immediately. But they've made it impossible except for my death to occur. Have reported to federal consumer protection, ftc and bbb. Nothing except "you've been sidewalled". Do not use them. Spare yourself. Go to the company and negotiate on your own they will help. Not FDR!!!

Freedom Debt Relief provided me a structure that helped me out of a mountain of debt. Any time I contacted them, I was treated with respect and kindness. They lessened the anxiety of being in debt. I just got my first settlement and looking forward to my next settlement. Everyone I have spoken with was very kind, understanding and helpful. They let me know what to do each step of the way. How to talk to creditor calls, what to do when you approach a settlement. They have taken the stress out of the process and made me at ease.

Freedom does what they say and they get your debts reduced. As long as you make your payments you will be debt free in a short period of time compared to paying minimums on credit cards. They have a lot of helpful and informative videos to help you on your way.

Although I have just signed in with this company, I am impressed by explanations and attention to details. I am kept up to date and provided with valuable information in how to deal with creditors. I particularly like getting a budget form I can use to keep me on the dime regarding expenses. I am sleeping better.

These people are totally fraud people. Don’t believe them. They steal your money and you cannot do anything. They told me, "We paid off your cards in 4 years and you have to pay $400 every month." but after two years they take $9000 from me and paid to my creditors just $3700 and around $6000 their fees. So don’t believe them.

My debt consultant was excellent. She understood my financial struggles. Living check to check barely trying to keep up with credit card and personal loans payments is stressful. Choosing between payments or food on the table. I was able to vent my financial stress and best of all she listened to me.

Easy to join, staff was friendly and the software is easy to use, but you need to do something or at least have a plan to give the customer an idea that when you stop paying so that the companies are more willing to negotiate. Somehow or someway you need to at least get in touch with these companies cause I get calls several times a day from one company now add two or three companies and your phone becomes inundated with phone calls from companies trying to collect or creditors but you guys don't contact them let them know something's in the workings and that would be okay if it was like a month or two but some of these have prediction settlement dates of two years away and that's really hard to accept it.

It was the best experience I've ever dealt with. They are very patient with me. I didn't know how to do things on my phone and they walked me through it step by step, and never got aggravated with me at all. They are wonderful people to work with.. So if anybody needs help with the debt you need to call Freedom Debt Relief 'cause they are fantastic to work with. You absolutely won't regret it that for sure. To have settled one account in well over a year but to have paid in nearly 11,000$ makes me wonder where all my money is going. I don’t see it sitting in my dedicated account and it surely wasn’t going to my creditors that was in negotiations so where is it?

Updated on 07/12/2025: My experience with freedom debt relief for the last year and a half has been quick and easy going. They were very fast in negotiating most of my debts. I’m done quicker because a third party loan company partnered with them has taken over funding my debts and I will now pay that loan company back instead so I can get my credit back up quicker.

I am very happy in the process of my loan details. The first week I had a lot of debtors calls. Since then All of my debtors has stopped Harassing me. I'm only in my program about 6 months. And I couldn't be more pleased how Freedom Debt has helped me.

Working with FDR has been reassuring in a way I didn't expect. At first I was concerned this was some sort of scam and I'd be worse off than before I started working with them. But early on in working with FDR I had two settlement offers. I was blown away by how quickly they came in. It's been taking longer on the later settlements but that's okay. Even when legal action was taken against me for one of my debts FDR and their contracted legal team came to the rescue and worked with me as fast as they could to put my mind at ease. My time with Freedom Debt Relief is coming to a close as I begin to work with a debt consolidation loan company, but if it wasn't for Freedom I'd never be at this stage where real progress to my debt has been made. Real changes to my credit have been reflected. My effort feels worth it.

No response & feel like you signed me & now I. Am not get anyone to make some of my debts are taking care of! Also I sent in statements & no one has gotten back with me. Can someone call me please to make sure this is taken care of ASAP!

Seem to be a a fair company to work with. Very upfront company. I recommend several people so far and I continue to look forward to them helping me get my debt in order and back on track so I hope I continue to get the upfront and fair service that I'm paying them for all their help. I almost finished paying the balance for the original debt with one of my creditors. FDR waited too long to negotiate. I sent an additional payment on 2/08/24. Ironically, the next day on 2/09/24. The last payment of my original debt, FDR settled for nearly half the cost. After the next scheduled payment on 2/15/24, I would have owed only $189. On their website, they claim to have reduced my debt by $3,046, but actually that’s the money they took from me. Now, I have to record it as income on my taxes and FDR charged me so I wouldn’t receive the refund I should have received (original debt: $7,546; deposits toward enrolled debt: $7,357; settlement amount: $4,500; FDR settlement fees: $1,886.50). It would have been better if I never joined the program.

I have only made my first deposit and I feel better about my future. Everyone that I have spoke with has been so helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to have a fresh start! I called yesterday with a question and the gentleman I talked with was so nice and helpful.

After making my first deposit within two weeks one of my creditors agreed on a settlement. Couldn't believe it happened that fast. The excitement I felt about taking that first small step was unbelievable. I have already recommended Freedom to some of my friends who are also struggling with collections.

I’m not ready to start yet due to a medical condition that impacted my health. Trying to reach Customer Service to stop withdrawal of funds proven impossible. You can’t reach a live human, only an automated recording which keeps you in a loop. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.

They explained everything in great detail about how their program works and what happens down the road. I can’t say enough about how happy I am and what a load it took off my shoulders. I was drowning in credit card debt because of medical issues which I relied on those credit cards to get by. Thank You!

I would give them 5 stars except, I think the client should have more say in the order that accounts are negotiated. It is crazy to allow the computer system to decide the order putting the higher interest loans that increase quickly in balance to be last to be negotiated.

I couldn’t be happier with how quickly and easy this process to not only lessen by debt amount than I originally owed. Need more time to let you know how going to work, in maybe six months I can be ready to say something and review this program and this way I can experience how it works properly and recommend to everybody else and another thing is the people are very friendly and helpful, they explained very clear every step you need to do.

FDR fees are outrageously high, I'm so disappointed with the process. In 1 year time free I have made over $5,000.00 in payments towards my designated account and only 1 account has been paid off, the rest has gone in fee and fees. Your fees are over 25% of the balances and to make matters worse I get 1099 for the total defiance balance of the settled amount. Anyone that asked my experience with FDR I have to be honest.

Freedom Debt Relief is so patient and very professional, they listened to my situation and treated me like a person, and once they explained in detail how this works, the pressure was lifted off of me even before we finished the phone call. I would really recommend this to anyone who has credit card debt, do this instead of filing bankruptcy or getting a high interest loan. You can’t go wrong.

This program was able to resolve my debts fairly and efficiently. Any time I contacted FDR, the staff were ALWAYS very helpful in guiding me through the program. Though I appreciate the system, the wait is too long. This caused my credit rating to go the lowest I’ve ever seen it. It’s going to be a hard recovery to 70 plus. If someone can remind us again it’s debt relief not credit repair. That is my only complaint.

This program is helping me get back on track of my debt. Well it’s taking time and I understand this is how it’s supposed to work. Very happy overall. First few month plenty of phone calls from creditors but slowly it has been getting better and my account are getting resolved.

With worked with me for over a year on helping me clear my debt and getting the debt taken care of. This has been a great company. Update: 03/05/2025: I was satisfied for the first two settlements. But the last one, I was not happy with. I ended up having to pay court costs, and had to settle for full amount plus the late and finance charges. That was not right!! I don’t feel that was a good settlement but I basically did not have any other choice!!

Best thing going for debt... Making life so much easier... Pay your monthly fees and they take care of the rest... It has been nothing but a great experience... The people are nice that you communicate with. They are very knowledgeable as well. All you have to do is call if you are having a issue with anything...

This company works very slow. I’m do research on other companies to see how fast they settle with creditors. I’m seriously considering going elsewhere. Their feedback is, "We are working on it." I would not recommend this company to any at this moment. All the money they charge and they can’t work faster on settlements.

I don't know what we would've done without Freedom Debt Relief on our side. It's been challenging for me as I'm a numbers gal, the overall score initially drops but then, you see it coming back up, rebounding. We did not see ourselves needing assistance to begin with, but if we wouldn't have made the decision and spoke with our advisor at length, I have no idea where we would be now....We are making progress that otherwise would not have been happening. We tried everything before, Freedom Debt Relief truly is working to give us our freedom back financially.

There are other services with better ratings and better service. This one has been ok so far and I may change my rating at some point but I'm not impressed by the way things are handled. I would recommend you do lots of research when looking at these kinds of services.

Freedom has helped me so much and continue to go forward to handle all my debt, I couldn’t be happier… Every time I call and speak someone they're so nice. Very knowledgeable and help me really really quick. This is why I recommend Freedom to all my friends and will keep doing so.

They do almost all the work! The only time you have to do anything is when a creditor tries to sue you. All you do is send a picture of the letter to Freedom and they do the rest. They are easy to communicate with and I work nights. Most of my communication is Via email or the website chat or loading a picture to my vault on the website for them to see.

Every step of the way has been explained to me with nothing but honest and quick answers. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone that is a situation where they don’t feel they can get out of it by themselves. I tried other debt relief places and there was none as good.

Right from the beginning they made me feel important. They were upfront about what to do today and moving forward. Everyone is concerned about how I am doing and what can they do to help me complete the program. I wish I had found them before I got in over my head. Without their help I don't know what I would have done. After the first phone call it was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders and a big relief that I had people to help and make it easy for me with the budget and answering my questions. I wish some could get resolved before it charges more on the account where I sent some to show. They say half off what it was to being with just like the last one. It was what it was at the beginning and ended up paying what it was when I signed up.

It's great to have my accounts resolved for less than what it would have been. Don't get more than two cc people. Wish I could afford to pay more per month so it wouldn't take so long. I think FDR should be the ones to contact ALL banks you owe right away to let them know accounts are in program.

I gave the rating ai gave because Freedom has been on top of doing what they said they would to help me rid this financial cloud that has been over my head for some time now. Even when I at one point failed to respond to their inquiries they still pushed forward in handling my debt. I am very pleased with the service they have provided me.

I recommend sticking with FDR. You'll be done sooner with lower payments. Unless you have thousands of extra dollars to pay in interest. Then I'd recommend going with Achieve they'll help you get into a longer payment plan with higher payments and a lot of interest. However your credit will improve faster. You'll also be improving your credit as you make payments.

FDR has been professional, and helpful, with debt control on my behalf, since my initial engagement with them. I have needed to make inquiries from time to time, and I have called and received helpful information. Further, when I submit new debt related documents to them via email, they promptly reply with confirmation of the receipt of such documents.

Updated on 04/08/2024: I submitted 2 credit cards for Freedom Debt Relief to negotiate. I wasn't ever behind in my payments, I was just tired of the payments. They have done a fantastic job of giving me a payment that was very reasonable for working with the clients. I have one already negotiated and the 2nd one in the works. Much quicker than I expected. I am glad to have the stress off my shoulders.

Very happy I choose to do this. They have done a great job. The only thing I wish they would do is take care of something that you requested. But I understand there is a process to everything. They are good at explaining all the steps to you and how the program works.

I started out with the low payment but I increased it so that I hopefully to get it done with. About 6 months later they decided that I was eligible for an accelerated loan which would have made the credit card payment paid off.. The loan puts me back to where I started paying it off in 4yrs.

Great service. Just wish settlements didn't take as long and representatives speak to customers more on a monthly level vs. Being left in blue with just app and self. Otherwise good service, app easy to use and understand. Just need clarifications more how the fees amounts for settlement is figured would be nice too.
