I was really amazed with the awesome service that I received from FDR. It was so unbelievable. I am so happy that I made the right choice to go with FDR. Customer service was indescribable, I never had to wait long for an answer to any question that I had. Everyone was so very helpful, that it made me feel that I am working with a team of individuals who made me feel very important at all times. It is always great to feel that I am in good hands. I will and I have recommended to FDR to my friends. :-)

Very pleased with the service we received. Customer service was always helpful and knowledgeable. We were explained how everything would work throughout the process. When negotiations were received the staff was helpful in making sure we understood the details. We were able to pay off a substantial amount of debt much quicker through this process and with the convenience of only making one payment each month.

I experienced courteous and helpful people every time I called with a problem. I got correct information from the very beginning and told what the procedure would be to get me debt free. It would take a while but at least I was headed in the right direction with the Freedom Debt people. It was a load off my shoulders to know someone was fighting for me. I learned a lesson on money management but if I ever need help again, I would not hesitate to call Freedom Debt.

All went well on the first three credit cards. Actually paid those off ahead of schedule. The issue I had was in the end on the last credit card. FDR was not able to settle due to the bank insisting I had to settle on my own. Which I did. When all was settled I had made 2 attempts to find out why money was still being deducted from my account. I was assured if there were monies taken out that shouldn't have been, beyond the debts that were covered I would be reimbursed. On the second call FDR told me they would stop taking money and whatever was owed to me would have been put back into my account or I would receive a check. Neither happened. It appeared me I had over paid by a minimum of 2 payments. But never received anything back. When I went back in to double check my math FDR had taken me off the system and I could not log in any longer.

The only problem I had was when I needed the 1099 form I received no help in getting it. I settled my debts. But all this did is get me in debt with the IRS. All because of missing forms that were never sent.

Freedom Debt helped me in so many ways. Always accommodating and quick responses to questions that I would have. By helping me settle my debts, I can now see light at the end of the tunnel. I would highly recommend others to consider using to get relief with their debts.

It was very easy to set up an account. Notifications were easy to reply to for paying off each account. My credit cards were paid off in a timely manner. After they were all taken care of I received a check for money left over in the payment account.

Make sure you read the fine print in its entirety before signing up with them. You go to them scared, believing they'll take care of you but my experience was not like that. I almost ended up in court with my Amex account. I was not kept up to date, poor responses. I had to continually check on my accts to make sure they were being taken care of. Wouldn't use again.

I was satisfied with overcoming a debt settlement but it wasn't what I really expected. The payment I ended up paying was very much what I was paying for hand. I don't know if I would do it again. It was a long process. Getting in debt is easy but getting out is not. The interest rates on most cards are just too high.

Everything at this time is moving fine. One company has been settled. But sometimes I still receive statements from them. I am hoping this is just a passing in the mail problem. Please keep up the good work as you have been. Thank You.

I am unhappy especially with two of my accounts. Freedom transferred one of my debt from lower APR to a higher one which I ended up paying more. On the other hand during the negotiations period I was offered a better offer from creditors which Freedom didn't accept. All in all my credit is ruined and I have still a significant debt to pay. Not worth to enroll in such kind of program.

They handled everything as best they could... Things went smooth. All account contacts went good. Freedom's personnel was great to work with. They was good as to keeping me posted on what was going on and where we stood. I appreciated this factor.

This was a God send to us. It took a little longer to complete than we hoped because we had a couple of times we had to change what we paid but they worked with us. I enrolled 8 accounts. FDR secured 6 very good settlements, 1 poor settlement and I withdrew one account. FDR collected almost $3,800 in fees for a settlement which the creditor rejected before the first payment was made. It took me 6 months to figure out the problem and then 5 months to convince FDR to give me my money back. This is illegal.

Freedom did exactly what they said they would. I tried a different company in the past and they were more than a disappointment. I am very happy with what we accomplished. It feels good to be debt free! I would recommend it to my closest friends. In fact, I have.

When I first started with FDR I was extremely nervous and couldn't tell exactly what I was getting into. I feel like we all had that, is this a scam question in our heads. When all was said and done FDR was not a scam and actually completely changed my life for the better. I had 7 open line of credits with debts ranging from 1000$ to 10,000$ and FDR was able to cut all of them in half and taking me from 30 yrs of paying creditors to just barely 5 yrs! Overall this has been a very difficult experience. While I assume full responsibility for my debt, this has been a lengthy and cumbersome process. I'm pleased that I've come this far and my debts have been resolved. Now I am faced with a huge payment for what I think is an impossible time frame. I've reached retirement age and have health issues which may prevent me from working to age 62 as planned. With these and more personal limitations I fear I may need to either modify my loan and/or default. I think that paying the principal is what I expected in the end and that's not what happened. My account got block. I unable to access the same. I am working at the time they are allow to receive calls. I was trying to recover my password, but is only through phone call. I need to recover my password through email solicitation, but is not an option. I unknow the status of my account.

I appreciate the assistance in trying to pay down my debts, but this experience is not what I expected. First, I never expected to be sued by any of the credit card companies. I never expected to pay for the legal services or not be represented. I never thought I would be threatened with wage garnishment. I was also offered a loan to pay down all the debts and that was the last thing I expected to be offered. I was offered settlements from some companies, but FDR chose to hold off for a better settlement. I don't hear from FDR as often as I feel is "comfortable". I have to go online for information and there's not much change.

FDR did everything they promised in helping me pay off my credit cards. Through this program I am now credit card debt free. I could not of done this on my own. I am happy that everything was taken care of. Some of the times I called and the agent that spoke with said they will take care of the issue, when I would call back again the issue was not taken care of but they would do it. I was not told that you would let my accounts go diligent for 6 months before you would start to negotiate. I called and talked to several people regarding this and I was not late with my payments and I was afraid how this would affect my credit. They told me if I wanted to purchase something they would write a letter. Guess what my credit sucks and we were denied all credit applications for a vehicle!!!

I would never use this service again. They lied to me about my pay off by over a thousand dollars. Customer service is terrible and so is management. No one returns phone calls because they know they are wrong. Had to pay in a ton of money for taxes at the end of the year because they count it as income! Be careful. They are not honest. I was enrolled in Freedom Debt Relief and told my debts would be paid off about 3 yrs. After about 8 mos or so I was offered another option where I was offered a loan option. Now I'm looking at 44 mos. til loan is paid off. Where did that 1st yrs Money go. Distraught but debt free.

Initially I was told you endeavor to reduce charge balances by 50%. That never happened. Additionally, you did not reduce one account and wanted to charged me 20%. I had to call every 2 weeks to see if any action taken on last 2 accounts. They were dormant for approx 8 months. I was also told the negotiated amount difference was tax deductible which it wasn't. I never received news of action taken and the online account summary was inaccurate. I also received different information from everyone I talked to... Blatantly incorrect. In summary, it was a ripoff. I could've done better myself.

I have been with Freedom Financial since 2015. When I signed up, I failed to read the fine print on their website since I heard an advertisement over the radio and signed up. I did not realize that I would have to pay a fee of up to 75% to Freedom Financial. They were not very transparent with that information. I have asked them to provide me an account ledger over 10 times and they never do. Every time I call, and speak to a new agent, I hear a different story, or excuse or reason why they haven't sent the statement. And, every time I called to get information on my account status, they always gave me a different explanation.

I can't say that enough for everyone at Freedom Debt Relief. While I just started this process it's been amazing. Having a large amount of debt can be embarrassing and not a fun experience. Each time I call I am treated so good and I don't feel like a failure!

It is a good idea to have Freedom. This company are doing a great job. I would be happy to have other to get involved in this company. So for myself I have been very happy with the work that the company are doing for me.

You started me on the way to being bankrupt, I am sorry I ever talked to your organization. You made me pay more than I could afford, I was better off keeping the credit card debt. I originally owed $65,000 when you were done with me it would have cost me over $90,000.

I have received excellent service from the Agents. The application process was completely comprehensive with their assistance. It was amazing to me the promptness of the process. They relieved me of my biggest debtor in a very short period of time. Yes I would recommend them to a friend for debt relief.

They settled the claim for $400 and they are extending this payment plan for 36 months that means that I have to pay $11 a month with additional fees for 36 months which is three years. I don't understand why they would postpone it for three years very and unsatisfied with this company.

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief was great. The only thing that I wish I would have known prior to or even during the process was that I may receive a 1099-C. Each 1099-C I received was sent in late March, after I had submitted my taxes.

It was a long process, I did not care for the way my money was spent for payments (priority shipping charges), it could have been deposited instead (free). I kept my own ledger and compared with their monthly statements, found errors and contacted them regularly. Did not care for the way payoffs were recorded and sent to the IRS, dates were not correct, crossing into the next year. The people were friendly and easy to talk to, just didn't seem to know a lot about what they were supposed to be doing. It wasn't till I was contacted about taking a loan to pay off the remainder of debt relief that I was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief. It has taken me a few years to build my credit back. I was glad for the experience and to know I had somewhere to turn, so that was the good thing.

I had an account that went to the ACT team and was handled extremely poorly. Because of this, I had all of my assets frozen for two weeks. Being a father and husband and not being able to pay other bills, buy food, etc... made me feel I failed my family. I ended up taking control of the account myself and had to pay it in full. What made it worse was that I spoke with someone during the beginning of this (I believe his name was Paul?) and he said that the account was being handled and there was a settlement that was made. This was incorrect and very disheartening that I put my trust in them to handle it correctly and they failed miserably. The other accounts that settled went by smoothly and am grateful that they did. Overall the outcome was great. You were able to negotiate thousands of dollars that I didn't have to pay and I am very thankful for that. But I am giving 3 stars (was considering 2) due to the issues that occurred.
