I am so pleased and relieved to have found this company straight away. The gentleman I first spoke to explained everything. I understood how it works what to do about phone calls from creditors and what to expect as the months go by already. In 2 months 2 creditors accounts have been settled, and phone calls from creditors have reduced significantly. It's such a relief to come home and not see 20 messages (some bordering on threatening) from creditors. I highly recommend this company.

I'm still concern as far as sending my information/documentation via fax. I do not receive any acknowledgement whether the faxed docs were received!

Freedom Financial has been very helpful getting my debts cut to a reasonable amount. I would recommend them to every who is struggling with debt.

I called to inquire about a creditor calling. My customer service representative was very cooperative. She informed me that FDR dealt with who was calling me even though they stated otherwise. She also congratulated me on being on my road to debt freedom.

I have to say Freedom Debt Relief has been a Godsend. I was in a situation where I never thought I would get out of debt. They were helpful and friendly from the very beginning. After 6 months I have already started reaching agreements with my debtors. Highly recommend them to anyone in a debt situation.

On apx 4/22/15 I was advised by ** that Freedom needed an extra $180 for six payments ($1,080) to take care of my debt with Discover Card. I asked if I could make a one time payment would the settlement be less. ** called back and said if I could pay $1,280 the debt would be settled. I gave the ok for the separate withdrawal. 4/25/15 spoke to **. I questioned if the $1,280 was the TOTAL amount necessary to satisfy the debt with Discover. ** said yes and it was a savings of over 70%.

I wasn't sure what to think or do when I first became overwhelmed with debt. Finding Freedom Debt Relief has been wonderful. From the beginning, they have been with me all along, keeping in contact, making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. They provide an online page so I can monitor my progress and call me every other week just to check in and make sure everything is ok.

All the wonderful employees that I have dealt with have been absolutely wonderful to me and show so much concern and care. This is a very difficult situation to be in and quite scary. I would recommend that you do a better job explaining the process to the customer. There are a lot of different ways in which the debt is resolved and understanding those bring a peace of mind.

I have been enrolled in the program for 6 months and 2 of my 10 accounts are already settled for quite a bit lower than they were asking. They worked with me and I picked my payment date and at anytime you want to pay more (which is good because the more you pay towards the payoff the quicker they can settle) you can pay more. The phone calls from creditors were quite annoying but if you just let them know that you are working with Freedom Debt Relief then most of those calls will fade away, and the ones that don't I just auto reject them on my phone.....:)

We began our debt program with Freedom Debt Relief in 2013. Our initial contact with their company was with **, one of their representatives. We spoke on the phone for hours as to what Freedom could do to help resolve our credit card debt. One of my top questions with him was "Will we be responsible, financially, for any 1099C forms sent to us by our creditors?" His response, and I have it in writing, was to "shred any 1099C forms we would receive. We are insolvent and do not have to worry about paying tax on these resolutions."

After I called Freedom to cancel my account with them, they said that I'll have my money back (the monthly drafts they were saving in an account for future use) within 72 hours. I received my money today right when they said I would have it back. Their program may not have worked for me and I cancelled my account with them, but they were honest enough to return my money back. Thank you Freedom.

I started with them in August and have only had 1/7 settled. The only reason it was settled was because of collections. If it hadn't gone to collections I'd still be waiting which I think is ridiculous! I just settled with one of my debtors and settled myself for 50%. When I called Freedom to let them know I need to drop that account they told me to send a fax with an explanation. Why do I have to justify my actions!? You guys are sitting around collecting your money while my accounts are going to collections and getting sued by these companies. There's so much mixed information from every representative you call. I do not recommend this company at all!!!

I joined in October 2014 and so far have heard that FDR was able to negotiate with one creditor. Am hoping that the process would move along a little faster in order to alleviate that number of phone calls from creditors. Also have had one creditor send us to collection and recently received another letter from a new collector for the same creditor.

Everyone associated with freedom debt relief has been very helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and I like their enthusiasm in bringing my debt down and paid off. It's comforting to know they have my back and I don't have to worry anymore about money. I just make my one monthly payment.

I applied for a personal loan with ** who contacted me through my application on LendingTree. In speaking to him once, he informed me only when I asked that the rates range from 11-24%, but it would depend on factors. I figured, since my credit is excellent, I'd be in the lower range. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails and sending documents, I finally received the loan contract. In addition to the loan not being as much as I requested, and the term being 5 years vs 3, the interest rate was 24.3%!!

The services I have received have been life changing for me! I would recommend this program to anyone in need!

Can't stand the phone calls from the creditors. No matter how many times I offer them the alternate contact info, they keep calling.

I was flustered with talking to creditors on my one with rejection at every turn. So I saw a ad pop up on my computer. So I clicked on it and read a few comments on the page. I was very impressed. I had nothing to lose but rejection, so I called the number. I was impressed on how things were handled and now I’m debt free.

It has been six months since I signed up and only one account has been reached. I am still being harassed by three of my accounts with phone calls as many as 4-5 times a day. I guess that I am impatient. I just felt after 5 months of paying up that at least they would have been notified. Actually, I am not known for my patience. Sears has turned my account over to a collections agency.

I have had a wonderful experience with Freedom Debt Relief. I am finally getting my finances in order. They are working so hard for me to settle all of my debt. I can finally breath knowing it will all be resolved soon. I have struggled for many years trying to pay off my credit cards with just the minimum's due and it just catches up to you where you are getting nowhere. I have an excellent job to pay my bills, I just found I could not pay more than the minimum and the interest rates were outrageous. I have been in the program for almost a year. My credit has completely tanked to the point I cannot apply for any time of anything. I am in dire need of a car and I cannot get one because of my credit is less than 400. When I started the program, I was in the 700s. I was not told of this. I am looking into cancelling my services and settling them on my own. They have only settled one account in almost a year when we were told most would be negotiated immediately and then paid out. I contacted my creditors and none have been contacted. I am not happy with the service and what I signed for.

FDR was to contact my credit card creditors and negotiate a settlement, that included a lower payment of the balance owed. Most creditors apparently are not accepting FDR's terms and continue to make collection calls.

This organization has been fabulous in assisting my relief from debt. At no time did I feel ashamed or depressed about my status. The process was clear and easy to follow. I have relieved myself of 50% of my debt at this time.

According to what I was told and I read online, the resolution process would take just a few months. Within the 7 months we've been a customer, we've had 1 of 4 accounts resolved and 1 of the 4 I removed from the program just to simply continue paying on it. The process was to help us rebuild our credit starting immediately but we our scores are dropping further and further because of the lack of resolution. The communication has been at a ZERO unless I've initiated the conversation. Getting us signed up and money being withdrawn was quick, easy and gave us a lot of hope. Instead, we are very optimistic on our future and how these accounts are being resolved.

I was very nervous at first, but if you review the website and use the helpful information from the learning center section you will be okay. I feel like I'm paying something towards my situation unlike a bankruptcy.

I have always worked in customer service and I will say the people you have on your staff are outstanding with knowing their jobs and knowing how to help with any questions I have had. My hat off to you.

I am happy with the program so far; but the only thing that I am VERY concerned about is the way that the money saved amt is calculated that goes to the IRS as income that I have to pay taxes on. If it's the amt of the creditor bill when I started the program, that's fine; but if it's the amt during the whole 3 yrs that they have piled on monthly interest rates... then I am NOT happy and I will fight this somehow with the IRS. Can you please let me know what the answer is to this question? Thank you.

I was asked to resolve account. I did. They agreed to my settlement. They did not make the payments. I called 5 times to speak to management. Was promised they would call back. Never heard a word. Failure to care about me.

I appreciate the employees that are trying to overcome the creditors I owe to settle agreements to a certain amount so I can continue paying what I owe to Freedom Relief till I get it all pay off and owe nothing. It will be a great relief and work on saving money for the future.

FDR has already negotiated two settlements for me! I am very pleased with their excellent customer service.

I am happy that I found Freedom. My debt was making me so depressed. They were and are extremely helpful. Looking forward to an earlier pay off next year.

I had the worst experience with Freedom Debt Relief. My account has been paid in full since Nov and I asked them to close it. They keep taking money out of my checking account and keep telling me that closing the account takes time. They didn't even settle all of my debt. The debt collectors just wrote it off and I had to pay Freedom to do nothing. I call every week and they say that they will stop taking my money but they do it anyway. I would not recommend them to anyone and have filed complaints.

Didn't full understand about having to retain the lawyer program for a fee. The fee your company charges misunderstood when I read and when it was explain to me. The person who help gave me his number when I had question to ask but never called me or answered his phone.

Freedom debt relief promised to get rid of debt but after a year of taking $625 dollars a month $425 in non-refundable fees only settled one $1000 credit card for $700. $5000 in fees and still got sued by 3 creditors. Only one creditor said they had even spoken to FDR. Spoke to freedom and told them I received letters from 3 creditors to appear in court and they told me that they're not lawyers and could do nothing about lawsuits and offered me a loan for $45,000 dollars @ 22% to settle the debts. Told them to beat it and asked for refund of money. They told me I could only get money in escrow account about $2300 and said they would not refund fees because they settled one account and fees non-refundable. So bottom line is they lied and screwed me out of about $5000. Don't trust them, only cost $1000 to file bankruptcy and wiped out all debt about $60,000.

They settled my big creditor very quickly and this helped me get back on my feet. I would recommend them to anyone who is in financial stress and needs help.

Make lots of promises & don't negotiate for much more than their 21% fee. I need to review that 5 creditors state my 1099s were mailed to this agency & I have not received any of them. Freedom says they didn't receive them. Coincidence? Not!!!

My biggest complaint would be with the fact that I am paying a hefty fee for essentially ZERO work on Freedom Financials end. I do take full responsibility in not being overly thorough in the reading of the fees that I would end up paying but I felt I was misled and promised something that wasn't even remotely delivered. I have come to learn that my creditors are known to be hard to work with, yet I wasn't told this until I had accepted the loan. Individuals over the past three months have told me this multiple times, like it is common knowledge but NO ONE told me this during the first few months.

I too have had a case filed against me for one of the CC debts I'm trying to resolve. Sometimes I feel like I'm spinning my wheels with this company. Can't get any consistent answers, and they don't seem to be reaching out to the company to get this matter solved! Very long and stressful process. I'm still not clear as to why a CC company would file a case if they are aware one is working with a credit relief program? Thinking I should have selected another route to go.

I was recently served a court summons for one of my debt accounts under negotiation of which I have 10 days to respond to. Called Freedom, faxed over the info and the rep in collections says to call back in a few days and emails me a vague link about how to answer a summons. Then tells me they can offer me an a la carte service for $850. Now I am left feeling stressed and no clue how to proceed on such a short time limit. Wishing I had gone to a regular attorney that specializes in debt relief.

I am happy so far with the creditors being resolved. Though it's a little slow my creditors have stopped contacting me so I highly recommend Freedom Financial.

I had a lot of debt with 3 credit card companies. My body broke down in my hips and I was unable to continue to work. Also, I had turned 75 years old and did not want to leave behind any unpaid debts when I passed on. I turned to Freedom Debt Relief to see if the debts could be cleared. Since turning over the problem to Freedom Debt Relief two of the three credit accounts have reached payment plans that are within reach of being paid off. My hat is off to the people at Freedom Debt Relief. They have relieved me of a heavy burden and I thank them and recommend them to anyone caught in a similar situation as I was in.

I have only 1 account settled and I am very please, I was hoping it would go a little faster. I think I am just wanting to get out of debt faster. I feel like I came to the right people. I did find out that you might be a little high on the monthly payments, it does put a cramp on my checking account but I signed, so I pay.

So far so good, they got an account down from $8000.00 down to 1600.00. I see light at the end of the tunnel.

Couldn't be happier. Was very afraid at first but they're taking my accounts and slowly but surely are settling my accounts - with little to no harassment from my creditors. Recommend them highly.

I have been a client since December. My experience is less than satisfied as I keep getting letters and calls from creditors on account and they're saying they have heard nothing from Freedom.

For the most part my experience has been on the plus side. Although I'm a bit dismayed about my original contact person. It appeared that once she got me signed on, that I was no longer of importance. I would email her and at times wouldn't hear from her for a few days or not all. It was disheartening as she was very helpful and friendly at the start of it all and then poof gone. Otherwise, anytime I've called customer service they've been helpful. The process has been slow in settlements as I would have thought that the smaller amounts owed would be dealt with first.

I have been so pleased with the service, communication, and results thus far with Freedom Debt Relief. I have recommended their services to several friends.

I've been enrolled for six months. As far as I know, nothing is happening. Two companies are threatening lawsuits and I can't get any answers. I should have filed bankruptcy and been done with it.

If I knew that doing this would destroy my credit and cause credit card companies to send threats of an attorney, I would never ever ever ever have done this!!! I had good credit!! I may have had too many credit cards and I thought maybe it would be good to find a way to consolidate them into one bill and get rid of them but it killed me and my husband's credit. I would never ever recommend Freedom Debt Relief!!!

I tried to close my account with FFR in mid December, not because I was fully dissatisfied with FFR but as I decided it would better suit me to file bankruptcy. I told FFR to make the last payment to Discover and stop payments to everyone/anyone else and inquired exactly how much money they needed from me to make the last Discover payment and I made that one time payment. I also wanted to stop all my future auto drafts. I filled out the form for both of these and told them to pay Discover as soon as it cleared and to call me when this was done.

When I first got into this program they told me I would not have to worry about anything and my debt would be paid off within four years. Not even one year has gone by and I have American Express and discover suing me. When I called their advance collection department, all they could tell me was, "Well we can't can't give you legal advice, but can refer you to an attorney at a reasonable cost." After I'm done paying them, there is no money left to pay an attorney. Of my six credit cards they are paying off one. I pay them 805 dollars a month, less than 650 goes to the creditor and they pay themselves right away with the rest.

I am pleased that a few accounts have been resolved. Just wish the rest could be done asap cause I am receiving several phone calls a day about the other accounts and letters from collection agencies.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with Freedom Debt Relief. I brought to them three credit cards that totaled over $26,000. In a short amount of time, they resolved two of the three accounts, which I'm ecstatic about. However, this last one is taking a lot longer. Every time I call and ask for a status update, they tell me they are still actively negotiating with the creditor to come to a settlement. I'm well past the "hot zone," which is 25% of the owed amount in my account. I'm actually at 50%. I hope they get this last account settled.

Do not keep me up to what is going on. Would like to know what's going on with accounts.

Good Program, but give you the sense that they will work with your creditors once program is approved which in fact is not true. My creditors called me every month for almost 6 months saying they had yet to be contacted by Freedom Debt Relief. In the last couple months I no longer hear from them.

My debt has been reduced to an amount that I can finally handle.

The one thing we are frustrated with is the timeframe. There has only been 1 card resolved after 5 months. We still continue to get calls from creditors even after sending notification of new address.

I started with Freedom Debt Relief in Aug. 2014, and have had a positive experience since then. I have had questions addressed by their knowledgeable and speedy customer service. I have also since last month had 1 of my accounts settled already. They have kept me in the know on my other account. There has been a constant line of communication with them. Part of this has probably since I continually keep them informed about anything new on my end. If you go into this as a partnership I'm sure things will flow easier. They have called me on occasion just to see if they can help me with anything. As a past manager I find them very impressive. The key to good business relationship has a lot to do with follow up and documentation. And they do it all very well!

I have been in the program for over 6 months and only 2 out of 15 accounts have been resolved. I was told that it would take a lot less time and effort.

Opened account in June 2014 and sent 4 payments totaling $2236. When I checked on the account in late November, all of the deposits were gone and paid to themselves. No creditor was paid. I canceled the account in early December and requested a full refund. They have not responded.

I have had a very good experience with Freedom Debt Relief. So far they have negotiated one settlement for me and are working on a couple of more. I have also sent them another debt since I joined the team. If need to I will add others in the future. I also would be glad to recommend them to my friends and family who might need their services.

All of my accounts are past due and certain ones keep calling saying they don't have any information. I have had three lawsuits filed against me for non-payment. Nothing was done until judgment was issued. One account was never registered. When I sent an email attaching the lawsuits, the email was supposed to be forwarded to the correct person and nothing was done with it.

In the last six weeks Freedom has resolved a third of my accounts and is actively working on another! They keep me informed and up-to-date. This is such a relief! The settlements have substantially cut my debt by 50-55% and their fees are more than reasonable! This was the relief I needed and Freedom is giving it to me!

I have 2 accounts. One for myself and one for my mother, Elizabeth **. The women I spoke with who called me to talk about my mother's account did not have ready access to the power of attorney papers in her file. I spent 4 phone calls getting nowhere.in straightening out the "links" they were installed to have access, so they could speak with me about my 93 year old mother who has advanced Alzheimer disease. None of these women had enough knowledge to understand how to fix their own problems with the computer access and continually told me I didn't have enough info to validate who I was. Terrible experience.

Very happy! I am still unemployed but I will be getting a sizable tax refund. When it comes in I will give you a call. I would like to dedicate these funds to move forward on more debt. Super job!

I have been a client for 8 months. I wasn't given a welcome packet via mail or email ever. I finally got it from online and one day I was worried about my one account that was to be handled. Now, mind you I don't know when creditors are lying but I was following the rules to the best of my ability and I was scared because a creditor told me in no way shape or form would they work with a 3rd party.

My debt situation was not precarious, but my association with FDR has allowed me to improve my credit rating over time. I am a bankruptcy attorney. A client of mine signed up for Freedom Debt Relief a year ago and made 4 payments totaling $2670. He probably should have just filed bankruptcy in the first place, and figured that out & called me after making these payments. His paperwork that he received clearly indicates he is entitled to a refund of the money he paid. He demanded a refund and accounting, and never heard back. I have written them two letters and did not hear back. Today I am sending my final demand letter, and will likely need to sue them to recover the money, although their agreement indicates I would need to do so in Arizona even though my client and I are in Minnesota.
