I'm so happy I found Freedom Debt Relief. I don't know what I'd do without them. They're helping me get back on track with my finances. They have outstanding customer service and I can get in touch with my personal adviser at any time. I can't imagine dealing with any other debt relief agency.

Ever since starting the program, I feel a lot better about my financial situation. Everyone that I have had to talk to has been extremely friendly and very professional. I was ashamed of my debt and it is nice to have help from people who do not judge.

Does not pay attention to email request. Does not answer email request. Does not follow through with instructions given them. Trying to make changes to account almost impossible. Customer services friendly and helpful on phone but never follows complete through with request.

FDR has been very good in helping consolidate and pay off my bills. I hear from them on a regular basis and they are prompt in communicating with me. They are very prompt in answering any questions I have. I would recommend them to anyone.

My first point of contact was Guy **. He was a true professional, very much proactive and was concerned about me. I contacted him on more than one occasion, and he would also reach out and call me to check my progress. He deserves the highest praise. However, the rest of my 'ride' was not as good. I never talked to the same person twice and had to beg for information. I am now in C-plus. Time will tell.

I highly recommend this debt relief program! The advisory are extremely helpful and kind. They understand your situation and are truly there to help you to find your way out of overwhelming debt. It is unbelievable the burden that is lifted.

I'm dissatisfied with the fact that I've changed my mind about some of the bills I have enrolled in the program. I wanted removed them and spoke with a customer representative regarding this matter about 3 months ago and the bills are still enrolled. I feel as though no one is listening. Once you are enrolled in the program as if most of the communication cease.

Great experience. Please call us for more info when you make the deals rather than sending text messages and emails. More interaction please. And the legal department should give training. You should develop a mobile app. so we can check our account remotely. Thanks.

It amazed us that a few "free Interest for 3 years" credit accounts, opened to prepare a house for sale, could spin so hopelessly out of control. Process too slow. Collection calls. Debtors charging late charges. Approximately $200 more each due to late charges. In the beginning sent forms closing accounts. Sent forms (when you indicated it was okay) to contact CS instead of me. Very discouraged.

I am still concerned about my debt situation but as I see the proof, improvement and stride I make to accomplish results, I keep my head down and continue on the right track. I am not alone in this process, makes all the difference in the world...

I was up to my ears in debt. I checked & found that Freedom had the best bbb rating. I called them for help. They said that consolidation was the best route. Bankruptcy keeps you in a credit hole for years. I joined as a customer. It was back in June, on my birthday in August. They settled my first debt. Nice present. They also sent me a 20 page birthday card. Now it's December. They settled a second debt that will be paid off in June. They have a long way to go as I have about 11 more creditors. Freedom said that in four years I'll be credit free. Before I made minimum payments, half went to interest, half to purchase. Thank GOD for Freedom.

I think this company does a great job helping people to be relieved of debt problems caused by unexpected financial hardships. They always inform about the status of the process and motive people to keep track of how it is going. Phone contact is great.

After having incurred some very high and unexpected expenses, we found ourselves in dire straits and not knowing what our options were. We knew we didn't want to do bankruptcy but didn't know what else to do. Other Debt Consolidation Companies were not able to help as much as we needed. Only FDR stepped up to help us out. Very nice company and does what they say. I feel very protected. They have lifted my stress level by 100%. I have gained very good knowledge on how to pay off my debt. They advised me I can pay extra per month to get my debt paid off faster.

I was not optimistic about seeing debt settlement results in the beginning of the program and had a different idea on how the settlements were obtained and settled. The customer support team was fantastic in handling any question I had and advising me on how to handle creditors and any threatening correspondence. When I got way in over my head with credit cards, I didn't know what to do. Just by chance I received a letter in the mail about Freedom Debt Relief. I was very scared in the beginning and didn't know what to do. My debt would take 30 yrs to pay off with minimum payments. I've been with them for less than a year and have two cards paid off already. Before every payoff I received a notice of the pay off amount, agree on it and that's it. Every month my payments go to that bill until done. I almost had to file for bankruptcy, my son died in June and it just threw us into a tail spin. I am in my first year of the program and to date, it has been EVERYTHING represented to me at enrollment. Progress is being made in a timely and satisfying pace. A very professional organization. They let me know exactly how everything was going to work and they kept me informed as to what was happening in my process. I am confident. This organization is very trustworthy and also has the knowledge on how to reduce your balance on your account.

The worse experience of my life! Freedom Financial did not assist me in resolving any debt, but managed to steal over $5,000 of my hard earned money that could have and should have gone to resolving my debt. None of their associates ever reached out to any of my registered creditors to negotiate on my behalf! I negotiated solely on my own despite multiple attempts over many months urging them to please contact my creditors. Each time I made a request I was refused assistance. Constantly told I needed to deposit more money in order for them to negotiate. When I made additional deposits Freedom Financial associates continued to deny me negotiation assistance on my behalf with my creditors. However once I alone negotiated my own settlement with my creditor Freedom Financial charged me a settlement percentage claiming they were successful in settling my debt. That was a huge lie!

When I started in this program I wasn't too sure about the outcome. I had the most helpful people that I have ever worked with. They gave me confidence again that I can be debt free. Amazing people and company!!

Was promised to help resolve my debt problem in a timely manner. Every time I received communication from creditors, I contacted Freedom and they assured me everything would be ok...they would take care of it! I was sued by one creditor for the entire amount along with lawyers fees. I was told by the creditor that if they would have been contacted in a reasonable amount of time, they would have negotiated our amount owed and never would have been taken to court. The other debt took over a year to settle and we only saved a small portion of what was originally owed.

FDR has been an awesome company to work with to help me reduce and soon eliminate my debt. They assisted me on how to handle the creditors, and also kept me abreast on the legal aspects of debt collections. I certainly would recommend FDR to anyone needed that type of service.

When I started this program I was hesitant because I knew the good credit that I had was about to be destroyed, but I had to start over in order to lower my debit ratio. Should try to make the creditor move faster especially when there enough funds to pay for something because tired of getting phone call all the time. The phone call are getting really bad. At this point not really satisfied for what going on in getting rid of. So far only 1 been taking care of.

Great experience with handling my credit cards debt. No hassle when payment had to be delayed to match my pay days. Only one customer service rep had an attitude but still handle my request in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to others.

You are doing exactly what I was told when I signed up with you. My only issue is that I am never called by you. The people element is gone in your company. You are making a hefty profit on my account in ways that are never disclosed to the customer. I am acutely aware of exactly how you operate, but I am ok with that.

Communication is key to any solution and every time I've had a concern FDR has been there to help. Their staff is actually knowledgeable and able to assist me immediately. This has been a great experience in a difficult time.

Freedom Financial fails to provide customer service. When I communicated with them that I needed to skip a weekly payment, they went ahead and withdrew the money from my account, causing my account to be overdrawn. When I cancelled my account, Freedom Financial went ahead and withdrew the next payment from my account. I have yet to receive my money. If I do not receive my money this week, I am going to hire an attorney and go after Freedom Financial for stealing money from me.

This company is doing great at negotiating lower interest rates as well as pay offs. They also keep me updated on my progress of paying off my debts. It pleases me not to be aggravated by debt collectors anymore. They have personal numbers I can call when I have questions or need help. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. They were never quick to judge me for the financial mess I made.

I was very nervous about starting the process. Teresa is a great consultant. She was very thorough with how the process worked. The best part about this program is that I'm in control. I can't wait to see the overall outcome.

My experience talking with Tasha ** was very good. She was excellent at providing all the information that I needed so I could go forward with my debt relief program. I called to see about what it took to cancel and when she asked me why she was telling me reasons why I shouldn't. I was at the point where this lady Tammy wasn't going to help me so I asked for a supervisor. She stated the next person will tell me the same thing. She put me on hold and I called my lawyer to find out some things before I did cancel. She took it upon herself to call me back and tell me she cancelled me from the program without my ok. I called back and there was nothing they could do. I would have had to fill out paperwork again while the cancellation went through. This lady Tammy cancelled me without my ok. If she would have listened to what I had to say instead of trying to talk me out of it she would have realized what I was asking but her attitude had me really frustrated!

Nov. 11, 2016 was the date account was transferred to Consol-Plus Loan. I lost job on 10-21-16 due to call outs on other employees and situations on road involving a CMV. Now my wife is now being harassed and pinned with fees and interest. Everyone states of helping, but it is not the truth. Going Chapter 7 should be the way since everyone was quick for the money. Once I have viable employment, payments can be done, but FDR already transferred the account. NICE.

I had reservations to involve myself with Freedom but as I received information on how this worked it started to put me at ease. My wife and I were glad members of Freedoms. Staff had excellent communication skills on such a sensitive issue especially for Seniors. The plan is working really well. I am grateful for the support. Here is to ongoing success for completion.

It depends on who I speak to for answers. I have sent copies of Welcome package (by fax) and it seems that they are never received by certain reps. I have had to resend so many forms that this really disturbs me and make me wonder if my debt is really being taken care of. I was told that my debt would be resolved in 2018, I am now wondering if this is the case.

I had come to the end of my rope and no one was there to help me. I got online and was trying to find a way and got a call from FDR. I was skeptical at first but soon realized this was a way out of the horrible hole I had dug for myself and the more I learned, the better I felt. In a matter of a couple of days, everything was taken care of and I can now sleep at night and know that is an end to this madness, that I do have a future without excessive debt and restore my credit. As far as consolidating my debts, you have done a great job. It was said between 60-90 days all would be resolve and so far I believe only one more account hasn't been settle yet. I am pretty sure by the end of the year all my debts will be solve. Thank you very much with all of your help.

I can't explain how happy I am with the program. I have never felt such a relief as when I received the first settlement. This program has been such a blessing and their service has been great and have helped me out when I had my surgery by deferring one of my monthly payments. They have gone above and beyond what I expected.

Because my husband and I are retired and on a fixed income, our means of responsibly eliminating our debt was severely limited. This debt did not grow out of thoughtless spending or indulgences...it was mainly comprised of major repairs, health emergencies, and other unforeseen obstacles that were actually accrued "prior" to retirement. I have been happy with the work that FDR has done for me. I just wish it didn't cost so much. I figured out that it is costing me $27000 to pay off a $20000 debt. I thought they were going to save me money. But I needed help and they are getting it done.

Deal with Freedom Debt was the best experience in a hard time. The representatives were caring and concerned with my issues. I felt a huge relief after just the first interaction. All my questions were answered approximately. I received many callbacks and reminders. I love the feeling of becoming debt free.

The company does not communicate well online. I have left messages asking questions, but no one to date has responded. They simply check that they have seen my message but send no response. This is not acceptable to me. I would like a response to each message.

I have only been with Freedom Debt Relief for 7 months. They have already settled 2 of my credit cards and are working on my 3rd. My 3rd is being aggressive and has threatened court. Freedom has ensured they will take care of everything. We are very happy!!

I haven't been happy with the process. In 10 months 1 loan has been worked on. Don't know where my money is going because it is not in my account. Haven't heard when you are going to settle anything else. Looks like you are take 50% of what I'm sending in and I don't know what for.

We have been using their services for a couple of years now and debts are finally being negotiated and paid. Some for 10% below what we owe, others for 50% but it is a slow process. Just to be safe, they offered us access to a lawyer to help if a company decides to litigate against us. The fine print was that if your other debts are being negotiated and you have someone begin litigation against you, that they can't do anything about the litigation (for payment to the company) except get offers that would charge you additional money - which makes no sense because you are using a debt relief program for the financially needy.

If you, as a company don't change your policy when you negotiate any customer's debt and pay it in full before you took money away you will have a lot of people withdrawing from this program like we did. Besides that, I feel that your company abuse the financial situation the customers unfortunately faced and gives no hopes. When you with sacrifice made the deposit, you apparently negotiate with the other part but in reality you provoke - lost the deal because you took away the money that has been build towards clear the financial debt. You also, and I have evidence, plug lies in your website stating that you have 2 payment towards, XYZ account; however in reality you barely pay once to the creditors, lie on your system and then the creditors call you to please call them back because you never pay them. That's why we no longer want anything to do with Freedom Financial.

When I started with you all I was told that you all would call all the people I owe money to, but this is did not happen. So I was not happy the way this was done because I still got calls and letter from these people.

This has been a wonderful experience, thus far, and I am looking forward to working with the team in 2017. The support is exemplary and the staff get very excited when a debt has been paid off. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Pleased with my experience at this moment. I have not anything to complain about. Whenever I need help there is an adviser to assist with my needs and they are very pleasant to talk with. It seems to take time to negotiate with accounts but the issue of having enough money in my bank to do that takes time.

I have found that from their help my debt has gone down to where I do not have to worry about it as before. Thru their working with my creditors they have reduce the amount owed. This has been a good experience to find a way out of my debt not going to bankruptcy.

This sounded so helpful & an answer to prayers. NO, it is not. There is a charge for everything & they take their money BEFORE your settlement is paid. No one in customer care really knows how their financial system works. One person will tell you you have this $ amount & another person says something different. It cost me somewhere around 150.00 for nothing & I ended by canceling. This is a horrible program & they will lie to keep you enrolled.

When my wife and I came to Freedom Debt we knew from the beginning we were in the right place! We couldn't be any happier! They were very helpful and kind every step of the way. Answered every question, explained every detail and made us feel very welcomed! We've already recommend them to a few friends and they were able to find the help they needed!

I guess I will start off with the conversation that my wife and I first had with a Freedom Debt Relief individual. We were told that joining this program would help get us debt free as soon as two to three years. Which so far seems to be on track. We were also told that yes it would hurt our credit a little bit but nothing significant. That if we needed to get a car loan or home loan we will be fine because it wouldn't drop our credit that much. Now let's fast-forward nine months. My credit score has dropped over 200 points since we joined. Which we were told would not happen. And then on top of that nine months in we were informed that one of our creditors does not make settlements with anybody. And that account would be removed from the program. So for nine months we've been not making a payment to this creditor because that's what we were told to do. And in return we get sorry they don't make settlements. Good luck you're screwed.

I am very likely and happy to say this. The Freedom Debt Relief help me sooo much... I am getting my credit fix faster and move on life faster... I was stuck. I didn't know how I will pay the debt I owe... but these people help me to get on track. I appreciate all your help... Thanks.

I signed up with Freedom Financial Debt Relief 7/3/2012. At that time according to the sales person I was going to make payments for 3 years. I was told during this time, I would not be brought to court for unpaid debt, and if I did, their legal team would help me. I was taken to court twice. Both times Freedom Financial stated they couldn't give me help. They couldn't even give me advice. Every time I called, I would get someone new, who would state that something was not done properly, or the sales person MAY have promised things that were unachievable. Every time I would get off the phone with the Customer service person, I would feel like the person was doing everything they could to help me. I thought my agreement would end after the 3 years. I was informed that I should have never been told that, since it was not true.

So far I am very pleased with FDR. I have been enroll in the program for four months and have settled two accounts already. They seem very professional and understanding. I would recommend to anyone that was peace of mind.

Paying off credit and unsecured loans they have been very diligent and helpful. They have tools so you may keep track of progress. How very, I prefer not to use this tool as I prefer not to track by computer as I, personally, do not use a computer.

Very minimal progress. Only minimal settlements while my credit score has dropped drastically. If I could drop the program I would. Collectors calling nonstop as I watch my FDR account balance grow. Feels like a scam and I made a huge mistake.

I don't appreciate Crossroads posting payment a day earlier than the date that it suppose to post. It cost me 29.00 fee every time that this happens. They always post payment to early before my payment have arrived. I don't appreciate this.

As of this date 11-30-16 I can say that things are moving along, somewhat slowly to me, but then again it took time to get into debt. I have no complaints at this time. Can't give 100 until I finish the program. Four stars when 50% done.

I know it takes time for everything to be paid and completed... I have seen results so I am very satisfied. I know it would of been lot harder to get out of debt on my own. I am just taking it a step at a time and will see everything completed as we go.

It's only been a few months being with FDR, however things have gone relatively smooth. I wish more accounts would start answering so that we could see a little bit more movement, but we have already had 2 accounts close and one just agreed to a settlement and will close next month. All in all things are looking great for our future now.

Freedom has been very good to work with. They usually get back to me quickly when I have questions. I would have liked to have known upfront that they don't contact all the companies right away, they only do one at a time. Other than that, at this point things are going okay. I would like hear from my case manager more. The client portal is helpful, but a breakdown from caseworker would be good once a month.

This was the best decision I've made. I'm happy with Freedom Debt Relief. My debt has decreased immensely. I have money in my bank, and I started a savings account. Freedom is an excellent company, and I will recommend this to anyone who is experiencing debt.

After reviewing debt settlements and how they work. I decided working with a debt settlement company was a good option for me. I agreed to pay $404 a month, and was told it'd take 6-8 months to get all the debts settled. After 9 months of paying the $404 a month, Freedom only settled one account and the one account they settled, that company offered me the same settlement a year prior. All Freedom did was approve my creditors settlement and I had to pay Freedom for approving my creditors settlement, which the creditor had already offered me that settlement a year prior.

I never thought I would see the day that my phone would stop ringing from bill collectors. The process for the program I am in was flawless and was very simple. They handle everything for you, and they are there for you every step of the way.

The program is fine. I'm pretty happy with it. Anytime there is activity, I think you guys should notify your clients by email, not just phone. It keeps the customer in tuned with the communication. Not always do customers have access or ability to get into the computer and the portal to view activity. Other than that, so far so good. It's still premature though being new to the program.

My only comment is that the people at Freedom Debt Relief seem to be doing an excellent job helping me with my credit/financial situation. They have so far (in the space of 8 months) completely resolved one creditor situation and have negotiated a settlement/payment plan with 2 others. That's 3 out of the 6 creditors I have engaged them with. They respond to me when I call and answer my questions to my satisfaction. I am happy with the results so far.

FDR had been great to work with. They made the application as easy as could be and I appreciate their newsletters. They have a recommendation incentive that is also nice. They have processed two of my claims so far. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

I was a highly satisfied client until I became unemployed for 4 months. I maintained a payment but had to be reduced. No money was coming in, not even unemployment benefits. One account of two had been negotiated but then fell through due to lower payments. Unemployment in the past is why I am here in the first place. I had no knowledge from FDR that the negotiated contract with Capital One was no longer in place and no one explained what effect the lower payments would make on the negotiated contract. At this point I feel that the communication level with your clients is very poor. Someone should have made it clear what the future held.

Totally dissatisfied. Lack of communication I went for almost 6 months without knowing I still had an invalid sheet in my welcome packet which happen to be the cease communication form. I would not have known still yet if for some reason I asked. I pay good money for this service and it sucks. Regular updates and status reports on progress being made on my behalf are sent via e-mails. Several creditors have sent mail indicating they are negotiating on my behalf and wishes to not accept what Freedom Debt Relief is offering on my behalf.

So far the process has been pretty smooth. There was some confusion with one of the debts I wanted to include in this debt consolidation. I had a car title loan and I found out 2 months after the process started that it was not allowed.
