Freedom Debt Relief is working out well for me. They have already settled one of my accounts. Very happy so far. My monthly budget has been drastically reduced and they added an account I had forgotten about and adjusted my monthly payment. The process is quite easy and the people very helpful.

It was very difficult for me to admit that recent setbacks and unexpected expenses had put me in a precarious financial situation. Because of my debt I received numerous solicitations from loan companies to consolidate debts in the form of another loan. I knew that would not work well for me so I did research and called Freedom. I am very impressed with the customer service, the concise info, giving me the hope that with hard work on my part I can get help and representation to pay off my debts in a responsible way.

I am satisfied with how my debt relief experienced turned out. FDR was accurate in telling me the amount of time it would take & what to expect. My only negative comment is how I believe they need to be more informative with outcome of consolidating debts & how taxes are affected. This was not discussed with me & took me by surprise, but lesson learned & it's something I warn people about when they express interest in credit consolidations.

Have settled one account that I had removed from list originally. Haven't heard much from anyone at all. Hoping this program works for me. I have been getting calls from credit card companies on a daily basis telling me they were turning my accounts over to collection. And that they didn't deal with you guys.

Signing on with Freedom Debt Relief was a bad decision, of mine. A lot of creditors have never heard of Freedom Debt Relief. My credit score has gone from 705 to 496, since signing on. I've been sent to collections, by four creditors, since signing on. Things were not explained to me, very well. Obviously, they must receive a commission for signing in people, with this company. It's not worth it! They get 21% of your original amount owed, not the amount that they settled for. YOU CAN CALL YOUR CREDITORS YOURSELF AND ASK TO SETTLE FOR A LOWER AMOUNT.

I had way too much card debt and the number of monthly bills was overwhelming. A few calls later to Freedom Debt Relief, got me set up in a plan that not only helped save my credit rating but, peace of mind, too. The amount of time and bills was very stressful. After my enrollment, I not only saved my credit rating but, my health, mind and personal dignity. With the plan they worked up for me, I saved a little money, became stress-free (which is a nice feeling not felt in a long time) and restored some pride, knowing I was still paying the people I owed. First account settlement - that would not have been my first choice. I know it was the smallest balance but I have more pressing accounts that I wish you took care of first. Otherwise things are going good and hope you are able to get the 50% or better with my other accounts.

I was a little skeptical signing up for FDR, but I was swimming in debt with no hope of getting out of it myself while still eating and paying rent. So I signed up 5 months ago and let them take the reigns. So far I have had two of my credit cards negotiated down to a much lower price. Only five more to go! I will say that your credit score takes a hit because you have to stop making payments to your credit cards. But if I were to continue the way I was going, I was going to be making credit card payments for 40 more years and my credit would be awful the entire time. By going through this program, my credit will only be bad for a year or two and then I can work on building it back up (without making the mistake of running up credit cards again). I HIGHLY recommend this program if you are nose deep in debt and want to get out of it as fast as you can. Easy to follow and peace of mind.

While this program may work for some people, in the end for me, I'm right back where I started, paying too much interest and a monthly payment that's just as high as when I was paying individual bills. It has been my experience that FDR doesn't contact my debtors about my accounts being in their control for payback. I currently have one account that has showed up on my credit report as in collections since Aug 2016. I turned over my accounts to FDR in January 2016, therefore my creditors should have been at least contacted and informed that my accounts were in their control for payback and once funds were available they would be back in touch with them for a payback. If FDR had of contacted my creditors and at least told them that they were working out payoffs for all my debts... I might not have this derogatory remark on my credit history. As of now because of this I am having issues in trying to buy a home.

I was hesitant at first to apply for this service. After I was contacted and discussed what FDR could help me with I was very interested in taking the next step and submit my request. The person that contacted me via phone was extremely knowledgeable and explained the program to me and answered my questions. I would highly recommend this program to a friend, relative, neighbor... I only wish I entered this program earlier to help me out with my debts.

I initially decided to allow Freedom Debt Relief to help me gain control back of my life when I decided I wanted to try to buy a house in my early 30's. I'm in my late 20's now, and if I decided to pay my credit cards off on my own, I would do so in 23 years. Yeah, not an option. Not to mention if I decided to go at the credit card companies on my own, they may settle for a smaller amount in the future, but they would want a lump sum, which frankly I don't have since I am on a fixed income. But I was still uncertain of which options would benefit me the most in my situation.

Both Amanda ** and Jaqard were very helpful and cleared up my questions and concerns. Some of the wording on the paperwork sent to me was confusing regarding the payback debt and how it works. Also today when I got an email stating there was some activity on my acct and when I logged in it only listed 5 of my 6 accounts but in another area it had all six and the last 4 digits didn't seem to match. I sent a reply to this.

My reason for getting into debt is because of medical issues. I had breast cancer in 2002, 8 chemo treatments and 30 radiation treatments. I also had right hip replacement surgery that did not work, doctors had to do a hip revision.

I enrolled in the Freedom Debt Relief Program in August of 2016 and due to consistent payments, they offered me the opportunity to receive a consolidated loan and paid off my debts, leaving me with one payment. They were able to reduce all my debts by at least 50% or more. The consolidated loan was a savings of over $20K. I am so glad I found this program, it has taught me to budget and be more discipline with my finances.
