For the most part I am Happy with Freedom Financial services except when I am not at home with all of my personal information... It is hard to get any answers about my account. While I realize it is a Safety issue... It gets frustrating when I need a quick answer & can't get it because I am missing personal information.

Just getting started. Having trouble getting online all the time. They keep saying my password is not correct. I've submitted several times and still get rejected. When I call they give me a temporary one and then I can't enter a new one. Very frustrating.

I was told that after about 90 days, my creditors would stop contacting me. It’s been a bit over 4 months and I’m still getting calls, emails, certified letters and one notice that one account has been turned over to a collection agency. Only one of my accounts has been settled in this 4 months. I was hoping for faster results in communicating with my creditors. I’ve emailed my contact there, but have not heard back. I am concerned. I feel a bit misled. The initial person I spoke to said he'd help me throughout the entire process only to have the person directly from the hotline say that's not true and that you guys will not help me with Tax information and having a specific person to update regarding settlements. I was quite disappointed. As well, the person I spoke to wasn't very personable or kind and was just kind of like, "no that's not something we offer. Sorry. Whoever told you that is wrong." And was just very cold.

I have just begun this process so I don't have any feedback as of yet other than to say it was a fairly easy process to initiate. Once I get some time and a couple of accounts settled, I'll have a better idea of how satisfied I am. Let's hope for success!

Everyone has been helpful along the way except gentleman who signed me up. He disappeared once I was on board. Made promises that weren't accurate. Slow process/feel out of loop sometimes. Be prepared to take a step back before moving forward.

I constantly get phone calls from creditors. I have done all I was supposed to do to stop this. Also I see one of my accounts has been settled. When will it be paid off. There is plenty in my account to cover new payoff amount.

Well up to the present time I'm in a waiting period to negotiate with the banks I guess. The only thing that we notice is the type of employees that work with this company (Freedom Debt Relief). They seem to be very Professionals on this Matter. They want me to be wait for the time that takes to accumulate funds in order to deal with the Banks, the only things for me to do is wait and hope for the best on this transaction.

The first settlement was done more rapidly than I expected and was also the one that I thought would be the most difficult to deal with. I am only 3 months into the program and am very satisfied with their progress so far. The first settlement was settled at 40 cents on the dollar. I was a little skeptical in the beginning but now that things are starting to get underway my skepticism is fading away. Keep up the good work FDR.

Take their time handling accounts even though you have money in your accounts to settle them. No supervisors to talk to. Never return calls, never do follow ups. Take more time verifying a call than anything else. Will not use this company again.

It took a little longer than the estimated time frame but overall I'm very pleased that all the debt I submitted was settled. The calls I was receiving stopped. They kept me informed with each account that they made a settlement on with the cardholder company. The money that was left over was reimbursed back to me. Great Job!!!!

I believe the amount of money being taken each month is too high. The dollar amount is almost equal to what I was paying each month. As of this date you have settled 1 out of eight creditors for over half of what was originally owed. That doesn't seem like that great a deal to me.

I just signed up for the Freedom Debt Relief program less than a month ago. Everything has been progressing very smoothly. I have not received any settlements as of yet because it is too early, but whenever I had questions about the process they have been answered promptly and with an easiness to understand. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the dashboard, but you cannot open it on iPad. When I want to look at my dashboard, I have to go to the computer. Not convenient. I would check on it more often, if on my pad. Very responsive and we are making progress.

The Customer Service with Freedom Debt Relief is outstanding. The entire Debt Settlement process was explained thoroughly and the website is very easy to use. I received a debt settlement offer for one account in the first month. This company exceeded my expectations. I am happy to recommend them.

FDR said that I wouldn't be bothered once they took over my debt payments. Well they were half right. I still receive mail 2-3 times weekly and phone calls daily. This does not bother me too much even though I am also paying for legal protection. However, my 85 year old mother who does not live with me and lives 11 hours away in another state receives harassing phone calls on a daily basis. She should not be involved in my debt relief journey. In my opinion, FDR falls way short on their promise.

Just spoke with one of your representative and had a very eye-opening experience which was not very pleasant. I realized this is not the company I thought as a result of the information he gave me. He told me I was being charged $1800,00 by the company. I was never informed about this nor do I see the alert on my dashboard he was telling me about.

Not happy about the settled amount on one of the cards. It ended up being almost 400 dollars more than what I owed. I pray the other 4 cards aren't like that. Your agent said their first agreed settlement is normally the lowest. If you say no and ask for more negotiation the amount of settlement could go higher. I was under the impression the settled amounts would be lower than what I owe.

I just want to say I am very disappointed because it has now been 4 months and there has only been 1 proposal, I am getting letters from creditors left and right that there has been no contact from you regarding the proposal. The credit cards that I kept have now been closed by the credit card companies because of so many months of nonpayment. Now I have nothing. I am in a worse situation now than I was 5 months ago. What are my options to get out of this? I would like to get the $7000 you are holding back. I will negotiate with the creditors myself.
