The people at Freedom Debt Relief really helped me out in that fact that they walked me through the process of how each of their program can help resolve my debt. Having been with them for little over a year, if I have any questions or concerns they are well equipped to handle them. If there is any legal problems which can be frightening in itself or have legal questions they are there to help with legal support. So far I have had a really good experience with FDR.

This seems to be a great company to deal with. I had to cancel my account because I broke my shoulder and wasn't able to work to pay my payments. I'm hoping to resign when my case is settled. They were getting payment settled with all of my bills and consolidating them for me.

Often feel like they are not working on my accounts, lots of mistakes, savings of 2000$ out of 30000$. Given a different answer to my question every time I call. Too much of the time they don't know what's going on with my accounts.

Great company to deal with when it come to debt consolidation and credit repair in the long run, all I can say is so-far so-good!! What to expect in the immediate is NOTHING, everything takes time so please be patient and you will start to notice the improvements.

But I was led to believe the Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) would help with getting the settled cards off my CREDIT REPORT. To date I still have 3 Credit Cards still on my Credit Report that are derogatory. Please advise me if FDR can help with this or should I go to a different agency to get this done.

I used this company and thought I had finished paying everything off over a 5.5 year time-frame. It was very difficult but it was worth it... I thought. I received a graduation letter that I had satisfied my debt. I received an unused balance from my payment account back. Then 2 years later I am hauled into court because a $250 payment never cleared. Now that company wanted the full balance, $6000.00.

I was not happy that we were not told at the beginning that we would receive 1099 for the amounts not satisfied and would have to claim on income tax. I think that would have been told to us upfront and it cost us a lot of money in the end so disappointing!

I signed up with them when I was going through a divorce and refused to file bankruptcy. They told me I could get this resolved in approx 36 months and my credit would be repaired quickly. What a scam!! They have taken months to negotiate settlements and when you call to ask questions or send emails you just get the runaround. I was at my rock bottom and vulnerable going through a divorce and they took total advantage of that. My credit scores dropped and I am now getting sued from one of my creditors which I believe they never called them despite the letters I forwarded to them. This is my life and my future and obviously this means nothing to them. I have worked hard my whole life and tried to be responsible. I would have been better off filing bankruptcy.
