I gotten notification that my Kay's Debt was paid off on my Equifax report. So working with them must work. Communication with all the people was great and I’m looking forward to paying off all my debt and being free From all Debt. I’m absolutely free.

I haven't really had a lot of help understanding the program and I thought that they would contact the creditors for me to negotiate the debt but I still have to go to court and yet they take the money out every month, but time will tell.

It's been over 7 mos. And nothing has been done to make payments to my creditors. I was told it would take up to 6 mos. To start making payments to my creditors. I called FDR about this then I was told I need to have one quarter of my debt in my account before they can even start negotiations. This is not what I was told when I signed up. Very disappointed.

I have been paying into my FDR account for 5 months. Nothing has happened, yet. I was told that things would start happening after 2 months. My account balances are growing. I'm getting concerned that my money is going nowhere. When can expect some sort of account resolution?

I have email and made several phone calls to seek some questions about my debts, and left several messages. I understand there are several clients in your program, however have some questions. I am getting ready calls. Not answering them. So far as I can tell Everything is ok. I will feel better when some of these debts start getting paid and they will stop trying to contact me. So far I have had no serious problems. I have been able to call and get a response from someone when I do call.

Watching my credit score plummet and wondering where the money is going. I realize it takes time to negotiate the debts but I expected a better score not a worse one. Hope it changes quickly because the credit I am keeping up on is losing faith and lowering limits.

I have made 5 payment to this program to date in the amount of $1830.00. My dashboard shows about $1500.00+. Four of my accounts are in a Strategic Hold status and have been in this Activity for several months. It seems you're delaying Negotiations so you/Crossroads can draw interest off my money. I can not afford to have $2,000.00 of my funds tied up in this program if I do not see any results.

I had been praying for some time for a solution to my problem. My income had changed significantly and I had been trying to manage things on my own with no success. Your company advertisement kept showing up and I even responded once but did not follow up. Finally after several emails from your company. I responded again still not sure of what to expect. When I first answered the telephone I was hesitant to even talk to the gentleman on the other end of the line. I have been in the program nearly 4 years and still have 2 cards that haven’t even been negotiated yet! A balance of over 3k in my acct. and instead paying things off we are send tiny monthly payments. I find out after all this I had a lump payment option on the negotiated cards. I want this done and over with. I would never do this again.

I was pleased with the service I had concerning with the closing of my credit card accounts. But I was led to believe the Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) would help with getting the settled cards off my CREDIT REPORT. To date I still have 3 Credit Cards still on my Credit Report that are derogatory. Please advise me if FDR can help with this or should I go to a different agency to get this done.

I used this company and thought I had finished paying everything off over a 5.5 year time-frame. It was very difficult but it was worth it... I thought. I received a graduation letter that I had satisfied my debt. I received an unused balance from my payment account back. Then 2 years later I am hauled into court because a $250 payment never cleared. Now that company wanted the full balance, $6000.00.
This happened because Freedom Debt Relief sent a payment from my acct, it did not clear, and they had since refunded to me, all of the excess money from my account once the last payment was made to the credit card company 2 yrs before. Therefore the credit card company considered it a default to their agreement which allowed them to go after the whole balance, non negotiated. It is and was a mess. They didn't email me or call me. I found out when a summons server knocked on my door. Nightmare. Freedom Debt Relief did not help me one bit. It was a horrible experience. Also the online tools never worked so it was hard to manage their accuracy.
