I am very pleased with the settlements that have been negotiated on my behalf. The entire process was easy to complete. I only have four account that remain to be settled and when that happens I will be on my may to being debt free.

I started the program with 11 creditors in December 2016. I graduated from the program at the end of June. Except 2 creditors remain my responsibility to pay. I'm still happy with the results and I'm in a better situation.

After much research I decided to give Freedom Debt Relief a try. Best decision ever. After that initial call I knew I made the right choice. They obtained all necessary information to start the debt consolidation process, instructed me on how to deal with creditors and connected me to the law firm that would handle any issues that may arise, as is sometimes the case in these situations. They assured me that they would be there every step of the way. Best part - they showed how I would be debt free in 2-4 years as opposed to the 20+ years it would take by making minimum payments each month, not to mention the $90,000+ in interest payments I would save. If you're considering a debt relief program, look no further!

Freedom Debt Relief is a great company to work with. Our credit cards were out of control with no light at the end of the tunnel. Freedom has worked out a solution for us to get out from under our debt burden. It cost nothing to talk with them and my wife and I are very happy we called them.

Incredible, quick and good resolution on one of 5 accounts. I am actually hoping that Freedom can resolve all 5 before year end so I do not have to keep getting messages and phone calls that I do not respond to. I hope I never have to refer anyone, but certainly would if the situation called for it.

They could communicate better on the progress of your account. The information online is difficult to understand. I never know how I'm doing as far as paying off debt. It's frustrating to have to call to get information all the time. I think they could make online information more user friendly.

New to the program, great customer support and professional, if the program is successful I will definitely refer people. Financially and Debt free is the goal that Freedom Debt Relief works for, I as the customer entrust FDR.

Have been highly pleased. Like the ability to be able to follow progress daily even though nothing changes for a while. Also whenever I do call in for information or an update my problem is taken care of promptly. Have enjoyed it so much I have gotten my mother enrolled.

The process of my best relief is going better than I image. The organization and excellent source of information in a well designed website talks about a very professional and excellent company. The agents who answer the calls are always nice and knowledgeable and if the issue is not under their possibility, immediately they have the right department to transfer us. I have been in the program for a long time, and I have seen not much progress. I feel that the program collects the money to cover their fees first, while my credit keeps sinking??? I would like to get my debt resolved soon... After so many years I'm sure Freedom Debt Relief could resolve my situation with debtors.

I received a call from a creditor and they tried to scare me into settling with them for a lump sum amount after telling me that they will not work with Freedom Debt to resolve my account. I then called Freedom Debt and they assured me that I was still on the right course as to resolving my credit.

Freedom Debt Relief has been a godsend to me and my family. They have worked very hard to resolve our debt and we couldn't be happier. All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. If I have a question I call and the help resolve my concerns.

So far everything seems to be going well - except the creditors calling me 25 times a day. I know that is not your fault but I don't know how to make them stop! I submitted some documents Monday to allow FDR to speak with my creditors so hopefully they will stop soon.

So far I am pretty satisfied. I would like more communication when a debt has been settled because I am still getting notices from one organization that should be settled. I would like more explanation how the money in my bank is being used.

We are approaching retirement and our credit card debt after two divorces and paying for college expenses was so high that we had to dip into savings each month just to make ends meet. FDR has a manageable plan for us to become debt free in 2-1/2 years. I was very nervous and skeptical in the first few months, but, after over a year in the program, I can say that it has worked well for us. Yes, our credit score fell, but it is quickly recovering and I can see a light at the end of the tunnel for the first time in several years. Once there was enough money in our dedicated account and settlements begin being reached, I felt much better about choosing this route to resolve our mountain of debt. We have settlements with 75% of our credit cards and will have all the debt resolved in a little over 1 year (2-1/2 years total).

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been a very positive experience so far. Just looking forward to getting rid of ALL my debt. They are very good at keeping me abreast of what is going on and it is very easy to access.

At first I doubted the program and as time went by I was seeing the results. I am no longer getting harassing phone calls from the collectors and I am getting ahead with the rest of my regular monthly bills. FDR has generally done what they promised. They did settle two of my four debts so far. But their customer service does not reach out to you very much, and they do not keep you well updated as to the status as they negotiate with creditors other than when an offer has been made. You must contact them periodically by phone.

Taking a serious approach to identifying and resolving the accounts that may be over-obligated, and still be able to stay on your budget while satisfying those creditors. With guidance and professionalism all along the way, each account will be monitored for progress and in most cases negotiated to a acceptable conclusion.

Glad to get the debt paid. Now just worried about you Consolidation back for the loan and will my credit score go back up hopefully having a better score than I had when I started this process. My bills were never late before I started. I just needed help because I was getting nowhere constantly paying credit cards and the amounts would not go down.

I was satisfied. However 2 creditors did take me to court. So I will be paying them the total amount owed. I had no problems with any other creditors. I will be glad to have them paid off. They were easy to work with and were always able to answer my questions.

I have been waiting and waiting and waiting for some activity on my remaining accounts. It seems like you are not interested in getting me debt free in the time you say. Poor service and no activity on my account. No one seems to be able to give me a straight answer as to why there is no activity.

I just began the program & frankly I am not even late yet on payments. Let's see going forward after my accounts get delinquent how things are handled. My second payment is going into my account Saturday. I also feel good that I am being represented by attorneys in case of anything. Big banks can get pretty scary, especially when you owe them money! As far as entering the program, the guidance of my loan processor Shaun ** made it much easier.

So far, I am pleased with this program. I lost my job as an aircraft mechanic after 9+ years, through no fault of my own. I had to move and was basically living off of credit for over 1 year. I was forced to max out all of my credit cards and had no other way to get out from under this debt. I am still struggling, but FDR is definitely a big help!

Freedom Debt Relief program is excellent, it helps you, and they are there for you any questions you may have. They resolved and pay three of my accounts in less than a year. This has been great so far. Our debt is really going down. We are sleeping better at night knowing that there is an end to the credit card debt we have. We have to file bankruptcy which was our biggest fear.

First off, I want to say that with my limited income, they were able to set up a plan for me to work with several creditors I have. Within a few months, they helped me clear off 2 of my 6 creditors and help to improve my credit rating. I would recommend them and have to several friends & family.

My experience with FDR has been good so far... However even though FDR have resolved over $70K of debt they have been unable to resolve one last credit card totaling $2,500!?! They have more than $2500 to paid it in full and yet nothing has happened for the past 6 months!?! I have called them at least 10 times and asked them to speed this up but they seem powerless on this small/final account!?! This review would be a 5-star review if they could get a move on it!!!

The only complaint that I have is that I submitted an additional bill that I wanted included in my bills. I received a note saying they had received the fax. As of this date I have heard nothing more. I would like to know if you are going to include my Northwest Federal Credit Union in my bills that need to be resolved? Thanks in advance.

Was told that they would contact and arrangement payment with each and every creditor, for me not to speak with them or make any arrangements. They DID NOT. Also would not negotiate with companies once they had already made arrangements with other companies until they were paid off and left those companies hanging (got sued AGAIN!!) because there was enough money coming in to pay them until they were paid off. If you can make your own settlements... I got sued several times, so if you are considering this, get the optional lawyer protection, it will pay for itself many times over. I had never missed a payment in over 10 years until I went with this company and it totally sank my credit and reputation.

I have been very pleased with my results through FDR. I have already recommended their services to my friends and co workers. FDR has kept me apprised of all settlements and/or issues related to my account. I think it is a great program and an awesome option rather than filing bankruptcy. I am more educated now on credit cards and interest rates and am determined never to get into debt again.

I don't have any information from the website or customer service about how soon I will be able to finish this program and when a settlement agreement on my last account will be likely. Apparently the website can't handle something relating to my account and now I'm completely in the dark. The response is that I'm doing great? Not cutting it for me. I'd like to have clear insight into the progress and how much longer I will need to be making payment.

When I enrolled they explained how everything would work, and we stuck to the plan and resolves my debts in about one year. I highly recommend them for their courteous, friendly service that was always there to explain what was happening as the process played out.

I haven't been in the program very long yet I am very pleased with the people that I have spoken to. They were able to set a plan for me. I have had a very hard time making payments to my creditors because of a Health Hardship. The plan is affordable for me right now where I can make my payment each month. The interest rate that I was paying was killing me. My debt was getting larger each month and there was no way out for me. The legal team is affordable and from what I have heard really goes to bat for us if needed. I couldn't be more pleased! My sincere thanks to all you caring people.

When signed up it was supposed to help. Being sued and lawyers want more money and say don't have enough money in acct. customer service just give you runaround. Sorry this is not a very good helpful company like they claim to be. Very very disappointed and they do not keep in contact with creditors instead they say sometimes you are sued.

I was hoping it would be a quicker process. Feel like I was lied to. Had one of the accountants tell me that one of the banks, Chase, had written my debt off but FDR has not notified me of that and still has full amount due on my statement. Dishonest.

Everything is going great. I wish my credit score wasn't as affected as it is in the beginning but hopefully it will start going up as we pay off more debt! Freedom Financial has been very helpful to us. They are very good about sending emails out on accurate time and sending the bill in the mail. They make it easy to view your bill online. Even when I've had to call everyone was very helpful.

The initial process is very simple. It's been a good experience so far. As long as monthly payment is made into the program, things work well. Some settlement fees are a little high, but that's made up for by the amount saved.

Well I just had 16000 dollars taken out of a sale on my house which I couldn't afford to live in and took over half. I had a legal matter with them. Sent in all the papers but no one could find them. If I sent it to the wrong place it would have been sent back. Someone got it and nothing was done. They took over half what I made on my house. Now I don't have enough money to get into another house. I hate discover. I think that shouldn't have happened.

I had so much debt and Freedom was there to help me to avoid bankrupt. I would tell anyone about how they are helping me. It was easy to sign up and the customer service is always there to help answers questions that you have. Also they give you the tools you need. The welcome package was easy and you can email it back to them instead of using US mail.

Whenever my husband or I call our problem is solved and solved correctly. We never have had issues with any call. I'm happier with the revamp of the website for the most part. Much easier to find out what I want to know so it saves me a phone call.

In the very beginning the settlements were much better. For some reason the settlements are getting weaker the further we go along. Also, the fees are too high. By time you add fees the settlement is 70 to 90 percent of original balance. Was told in beginning 50 to 60 percent. The last settlement I refused bec after fees it wound up being more than original. But overall, I am satisfied especially with the 1st few settlements so far.

They are not good. Have issues. Followup is very bad!! I did not realize my credit would be that bad. A lot of work to recover. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemies. They should work with all the companies but they do one at a time so the rest really suffer and it is just making me look very bad and I don't like that. I am looking very quickly to change. I have been waiting for well over 8 months for my already paid debt to be resolved. In the meantime, I can't get credit because of the debt still being on my record. This is a great organization to work with. Friendly and compassionate people. In one year I am almost half way thru solving my debt problems. It is so nice to deal with the staff because they understand and sympathize with my situation and they are nice to deal with, unlike some places where they are rude and impatient.

I was hesitant at first to try this program. It just seemed too good to be true! But after submitting all of my information, Freedom Debt has already settled an account! I have only been with the program for a short time, and I am pleased to see results already. I look forward to becoming debt free in the next few years.

While it has given us relief monthly from paying all of the minimum payments due and I know eventually will be paid off there are some aspects and realizations that were not made clear to me from the beginning. For example, I was told that all of my debts would be negotiated within one year. We are now at 18 months and only four of 11 have been settled, one of which resulted in a lawsuit and we had to pay entire balance with no reduction. The other negative is that now that debt continued to accrue for 18 months with no payments when the settlement is made and Freedom states there was, for example, a 40% reduction on payoff that is 40% of what is currently owed. You may end up paying close to the full debt that you originally owed when you signed up for the program.

Freedom Debt Relief has taken the weight off my shoulders, and has given me my life back. Every month I was struggling with my payments and getting phone calls. FDR has completely given me peace of mind, and I will be completely debt free in a couple of months. Thank you, FDR, for giving me my life back!
