I was very happy when my 1st account got settled SO fast - like within a few months. My 2nd was shortly thereafter. My 3rd you guys took your fee but I got no reduction because it went to litigation. I thought you were able to help with this -- but I am paying full amount - well I even paid a fee to you - for what??? Not happy about this very much.

This has been the best decision I have made in the last few years. I feel like I've made so much progress because of this program. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting or looking for a way out of debt.

I am very pleased with the settlements that I have received thru FDR. Had no trouble at the start of the program with annoying phone calls. I followed the instructions given. I had a few but referred them to FDR and no problems. I highly recommend FDR.

I have enjoyed the opportunity to consolidate my debt in a controlled manner. This all in a time when I was a bit down in cash flow. So it gave me some mental relief while I got caught up. The only downside is how much your credit score takes a total pounding.

Everything is going great. I wish my credit score wasn't as affected as it is in the beginning but hopefully it will start going up as we pay off more debt! I love how the calls from creditors stop coming to us and went straight to Freedom Debt. Took a lot off of us from having to speak with them every day if not more than once a day, or continuing to hit ignore on my phone.

Overall I'm happy with the process. There are a few items that I would like to see to help improve the overall experience. Would like weekly updates on the progress on my accounts. Would also like an app to the account from my phone. Should contact creditors sooner.

Staff is extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I'm a new customer but things seem to be going OK so far. Would recommend this to others also. I may have the company help me with other accounts in the future but I haven't decided this yet. Will have to see how this initial process goes first.

Freedom Financial has been very helpful to us. They are very good about sending emails out on accurate time and sending the bill in the mail. They make it easy to view your bill online. Even when I've had to call everyone was very helpful.

The initial process is very simple. It's been a good experience so far. As long as monthly payment is made into the program, things work well. Some settlement fees are a little high, but that's made up for by the amount saved.

Well I just had 16000 dollars taken out of a sale on my house which I couldn't afford to live in and took over half. I had a legal matter with them. Sent in all the papers but no one could find them. If I sent it to the wrong place it would have been sent back. Someone got it and nothing was done. They took over half what I made on my house. Now I don't have enough money to get into another house. I hate discover. I think that shouldn't have happened.

FDR has given me my life back. They have handled my accounts up to this time in a very professional manner. I am looking forward to future handling on my remaining accounts. I had so much debt and Freedom was there to help me to avoid bankrupt. I would tell anyone about how they are helping me. It was easy to sign up and the customer service is always there to help answers questions that you have. Also they give you the tools you need. The welcome package was easy and you can email it back to them instead of using US mail.

Whenever my husband or I call our problem is solved and solved correctly. We never have had issues with any call. I'm happier with the revamp of the website for the most part. Much easier to find out what I want to know so it saves me a phone call.

In the very beginning the settlements were much better. For some reason the settlements are getting weaker the further we go along. Also, the fees are too high. By time you add fees the settlement is 70 to 90 percent of original balance. Was told in beginning 50 to 60 percent. The last settlement I refused bec after fees it wound up being more than original. But overall, I am satisfied especially with the 1st few settlements so far.

I am so glad that I got my finances in order, and I am on the right track of being debt free. When I call FDR the customer service people are so friendly and answer my questions. It is a relief that I will be debt free in 3 yrs. Thanks again to everyone at FDR.

They are not good. Have issues. Followup is very bad!! I did not realize my credit would be that bad. A lot of work to recover. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemies. They should work with all the companies but they do one at a time so the rest really suffer and it is just making me look very bad and I don't like that. I am looking very quickly to change. I have been waiting for well over 8 months for my already paid debt to be resolved. In the meantime, I can't get credit because of the debt still being on my record. I've called and emailed several times and have not seen any results. I'm very frustrated and will not be likely to recommend the service to anyone. I could have paid my debt with your "help" months ago.

This is a great organization to work with. Friendly and compassionate people. In one year I am almost half way thru solving my debt problems. It is so nice to deal with the staff because they understand and sympathize with my situation and they are nice to deal with, unlike some places where they are rude and impatient.

I was a bit skeptical at first but it has been a pleasure dealing with FDR. They keep you abreast of what is happening. Very easy to deal with. They work hard to help you get out of debt. I was hesitant at first to try this program. It just seemed too good to be true! But after submitting all of my information, Freedom Debt has already settled an account! I have only been with the program for a short time, and I am pleased to see results already. I look forward to becoming debt free in the next few years.

While it has given us relief monthly from paying all of the minimum payments due and I know eventually will be paid off there are some aspects and realizations that were not made clear to me from the beginning. For example, I was told that all of my debts would be negotiated within one year. We are now at 18 months and only four of 11 have been settled, one of which resulted in a lawsuit and we had to pay entire balance with no reduction. The other negative is that now that debt continued to accrue for 18 months with no payments when the settlement is made and Freedom states there was, for example, a 40% reduction on payoff that is 40% of what is currently owed. You may end up paying close to the full debt that you originally owed when you signed up for the program.

Freedom Debt Relief has taken the weight off my shoulders, and has given me my life back. Every month I was struggling with my payments and getting phone calls. FDR has completely given me peace of mind, and I will be completely debt free in a couple of months. Thank you, FDR, for giving me my life back!

When I initially signed up for the service, FDR gave me a fairly detailed amount that they would be able to settle my accounts for to make my debt free and clear. That amount was a couple of thousand dollars too low and they used the excuse that they had to negotiate with a tough law firm. On top of that, the fees for the settlements are high! In the end, I didn't end up saving as much as I thought working with FDR.

There is no communication. No one contacts me. However, Wells Fargo contacted me stating that FDR settled my account with them and the 1st payment was scheduled and never made. I received a phone call asking why payment wasn't made, all the while, I thought we were working towards closure. Also, hidden fees and traps... your company is not truthful upfront with actually how much fees are associated with you.

I did not know what to expect at first but I was told that they could make a deal at 75-90% off the credit card debt with no interest and that each payment they could use towards getting a credit card paid off. That I told them my problem and how my ID was stolen and that a certain credit card company they could deal with some has gone but other still remain. I thought by now most of them were paid off and the talks between each card would go every month to get the debt solved but when it came to tax time it's different in every state. They said I had so much saved but no check back or prove it happened. The account told me I would have to choose with a company like this a return check in that amount or they would use it to get another card paid off.

We have been very happy with the progress with our debts. Everyone has been very helpful, courteous and patient. We are very pleased with Freedom Debt Relief. We will refer all our friends and family as it has been stressed free.

This company waste no time settling your debts as long as your money is going into the dedicated account that was set up. I would refer my friends to them! People you talk to on the phone seem to care about your situation.

I am very satisfied with Freedom. If it wasn't for Freedom, there's a really good chance we would have lost our home. Everybody is super nice and helpful whenever I call. I was lied to from the very beginning and I should already be out of this program but still in it and nothing is getting done. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!! I have been sued 2 times and shouldn't have happened but when nothing is getting done the customer pays for it.

Three stars because the program itself is not actually the issue. Some of the customer service reps leave a lot to be desired. We have had more than one instance where multiple customer service reps contradict each other (over and over) in the info that was given. VERY frustrating. Admittedly, our situation is a bit unique but I do let whoever I speak to know that up front. Seems like the reps have not actually listened to what I was saying - they just give me the standard answer they were trained to give. We did pull one of our accounts from the program because of this. Again, the program is great but the training of the customer service reps needs some work.

FDR is a great way to slowly reduce your debt. I especially like the negotiation process and the stop harassing calls feature. I would recommend their programs to as many family and friends that I know. I do wish I could have added more to my monthly payments in order to shorten my payoff time.

This has been one of the most pleasurable experiences that I have had dealing with people trying to help me in my situation. So far they have been very knowledgeable of how to provide me the info to help take care of my situation and help me with giving me some comfort to let me know that I also had some legal backing if there were any problem that would arise with the creditors that I was dealing with that really didn't want to help me at all when I had called them and tried to get them to help me with my situation.

We are about halfway through all the accounts involved so I have great expectancy for what remains to be done. I was pleasantly surprised with the settlement that was completed. It was far more than what I supposed to be possible. My connection with my accounts manager has been good.

So far my experience has been very good. The customer service is excellent (my calls and inquiries are answered immediately) and what was advertised to be done has been accomplished so far. The information they provide is easily understood and if there is a problem they always quickly respond. I have no issues whatsoever at this point in the game.

Freedom Debt Relief has taken a great deal of daily stress out of my life; such as the high interest and late penalties when I didn't have enough funds to make timely payments. Service provide is too slow. Take too long to negotiate with creditor. Take too much time for us to see improvement and to see the changes on the credit score. Customer service is really good. Plan will be better if the program take less time.

Everything has been good with you guys and the process that has been made. I am however upset at the fact that I have asked you many times to please take the payment out the 28th but because you take it out on the 23rd my bank account is always overwrote. Here your supposed to be helping me out of a hole but when I'm constantly covering fees because of being overwrote how is that helping me. I need the date changed to the 28th.

I feel like what I was told in the beginning was misleading. The fees are higher than expected and so far in none of my settlements will I be paying less than 65% of my original balance and some I am paying as high as 78%. One offer I declined was even 80%. This is not what I expected. I've settled one on my own so far without Freedom's help at 48% of the original amount I owed. So far that is by far the best settlement. I noticed one of the settlements I am paying $1/month for some months but the payment by phone fee is $3 each payment. It doesn't even make sense. Then I had a $100/month reduction in the payment that I am making and next thing I know the estimated time of program completion went up a whole year to June 2021 instead of June 2020. This makes absolutely no sense.

I am glad and happy with this program is helping me with my debt relief. I will recommend to someone this program. Hope I will never be in debt again. The freedom relief can help someone like they helping me. They always keep me update with my progress on my debt relief.

I was very impressed with the service, they were very informative, and sent me all the information I needed to be able to understand the process. They informed me as to what my payments would be and the date the payments will start. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends.

Thus far, every time I have had a need it has been meet. The CSR's are very nice. The only thing was I was offered a C-loan and was approved but by the end of the loan vs the end of paying FDR I would have had to pay an additional 15k so I had to decline it. After all going from one loan or credit card to pay another is what got me in the mess I'm in. I would have love to get all my debt into one but adding 15K plus 1 more year in payments would have been a stupid move on my part. I thought when I was first offered this that my payments would be at least close to the same, thought that was your intentions to help me get my credit back.
