It's all of the beginning and it's been good experience. Really good customer service and I'm looking forward once all my da. I'm looking forward to take care of my situation I soon as possible and be able to fix my credit and also Be able to get all my stress off my back.

My customer service explained everything to me to make I understand the process and what to expect. The way the process was explained to me, made me at ease and was re-assured that the transition would be hard at first then become more easier as time went by.

I have always been helped with either any questions or concerns I had with what was going on with my account. I have been in the program since October 2011. I was promised that the program was going to take 48 months and it was extended to 60 months. I still have one credit pending of 20,000. I have in the accounts 9120.00. I called in December to check my progress and I was told that I needed to be patient and there was enough money to cover that bill. I called 2 days ago and I was told I needed to give more money because it was not enough. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I spoke to Travis. He told me I had 2 options either to deposit more money or to withdraw from the program. I told him since when they needed more money and he told me March. I never received an email informing me. This is not the way you treat someone that wants to clear her credit.

Edward ** is so helpful with everything that needed to get done. He walked me through everything, just hope I got it done right. I would recommend ya'll to anyone that has a financial problem. Just let those credit cards get out of hand. I know that we made the right choice with your company. Thank Edward ** for me, he is awesome!!!

Freedom Debt Relief allowed me to combine my credit to 1 monthly bill which will be paid off in 3 1/2 yrs. Otherwise, I would never have got out of debt. It will be a fresh start. I am able to save money and purchase the items I need without using credit cards and getting further into debt.

FDR is legit!! They actually do what they say. They are helping us get out of debt. We have been with them for 13 months and they have already settled two of our debts. It feels so good to know that in a few short years we will have saved thousands of dollars and will be debt free. Thank you FDR!!

They do EXACTLY what they say they will do. You must understand they are reducing your debt for you. They ARE NOT building your credit rating in the process. If that is what you thought... Well... That was unrealistic thinking. For me, it's a slow process but it's so worth it. Thank you, FDR.

I really like this company a lot. They are very helpful and want to go out of their way to get you cleared. The only thing 1 would like to change is my monthly payments. I wish they were a little less. I am struggling right now. But overall I would give them a 10 star. I mean everyone is great and have recommended them to others.

When I initially spoke to a counselor, they said my debt would be paid off in 2018, now it says 2023. I would not have signed up if I had known it would change so much. You had all my credit cards from the beginning so why would you promise me 2018 would be my pay-off time? I feel like you misrepresented yourselves.

Every time I send an email I only get a response one week later. As a result I will never email you guys ever again. Very upset over that and my monthly draft was increased because of a new account but the account was resolved but my monthly amount should be lowered to original amount because the account was settled.

I have been very pleased at the rate of speed paying my credit payments. The help that has been offered is a very good deal. The company is competent in their dealings and saves me from bankruptcy because the money installments are lower than I was paying my creditors.

Thus far, Freedom Debt Relief has done everything they said they would do. This includes sending forms to notify creditors, deducting amount for settlements account setup; we haven't settled any accounts yet because it's not time yet! The plan is to pay accounts off within or around three years.

We are very happy with the results with Freedom Financial Debt Relief. We have only started in the program in January 2017 but in May one of our credit card debt was resolved for half of the amount. We had wonderful customer service. They were very helpful and understanding. We would definitely refer a friend to help in getting out of debt.

If it weren't for Freedom Debt Relief I would have already been in bankruptcy, and I guess I'm old school because I know I'm responsible for my debts and without Freedom I would not have been able to keep my word.

The customer service at FDR needs a lot of work. I have sent numerous messages, and all I get back are form emails sometimes weeks later. I asked FDR if they could settle a particular debt first because the creditor had filed a lawsuit against me. Since I hadn't been served yet, I wanted to avoid the hassle of dealing with the legal issues. Instead, FDR settles 4 other debts, some with higher outstanding amounts, with absolutely no explanation or reason why. I also asked if my private student loan debt could be settled second because defaulting on a student loan is not an option for me given that I work for the government. FDR has settled every other debt except my private student loan and the debt with a pending lawsuit. There is no excuse for the lack of communication and failure to respond to my problem. If I hadn't already started the program with FDR, I would definitely go with another provider. I wouldn't recommend FDR to anyone.

Freedom Debt Relief was the right choice for me. Without them I would have had to file bankruptcy. That is not something I would ever want to do. My credit means everything to me. And with their help that will not happen. Me and my family are very grateful to them.

I felt like I was talking to a friend. I called 2 other debt relief places and I felt like they were too aggressive like a bad used car salesman. Looking after my 90 yr old mother and watching my 2 youngest grand-daughters 2 1/2 & 1 1/2, makes days kind of hectic. When we get someone at our home serving us with a court appearance date we suspect Freedom's not using their best efforts in our behalf to resolve our issues. We followed the guidelines given by Freedom, did not make minimum payments for over 6 months and continue to deposit $462.00 every month. The NLLG attorney is looking for more money to keep our checking account from being frozen!!! Our court date was changed to 7/3/17 per NLLG attorney Carl **. There is no change in our ability to pay more.

I was hesitant at first but everything they promised is coming true and they are extremely professional and efficient with my account. I am very happy with how my situation is being handled and I look forward to completing the program with confidence.

I have only recently joined. I have sent out the change of address and phone forms to the companies that you sent me. I am still receiving phone calls and letters from the companies. What should I do? I gave them your address and phone to contact instead of me as directed in the welcome packet.

I was reviewing my situation with you guys, and I figure that after all been said and done I really just saved a small amount using your services as compare as going alone and talking to the creditors myself, but I guess I made a contract with you and will continue to the end. Should of do lot more research. I had call and try to understand more about how is this possible and the answer I got was, "it's all explain in your contract" - not cool.

So far it has been a good experience with Freedom. Their fees are very high. One account resolved the fees to Freedom were $515.00. I am not happy with consolidated their company who tries to get you a loan to resolve faster. Bad service.

Everything is going smooth, except American Express. I feel that this one account should have been worked on in the beginning, because I have been contacted by their lawyers and now I have a hearing date on Aug. 2, 2017 for this money owed to them in the amount of $8,000.00. Maybe this would have not happen if this was worked on sooner.

I am very happy with the overall overview of the program. I like that I can see each of my past debts and how much was saved in the payoff of each debtor. The only thing I would want to do is maybe add another creditor to payoff and I am not sure if that is an option of mine. I am also planning to increase my monthly payment in the next 6 months.

The phone calls and threading letters are killing me. People on the phone make no reference to even knowing about Freedom Debt. If there a letter I can mailed back to them saying to contact you or a phone number, email etc.

I have concerns that I don't have someone I can call if I have questions. I have concerns that I am not supposed to tell creditors that I am working with this company. I was served a court order for one of my creditors and I faxed it to NLLG, but have not received any response.

Yes, But I'm still pretty new with the program. But I have talked to several people. Little concerned about the little part on the top of the screen about the benefits. It shows a different amount every time I log in. I have talked to several people, they have stressed with me that it may show different amounts but they know my actual amount that I owe.

Freedom Debt Relief has provided us relief from a lot of credit card debt. They are always helpful and courteous when you call them with a problem. Their services kept us from filing bankruptcy. They step in and deal with all your creditors and generally get your debts to half of what you owe. It does not drastically reduce your credit score even though you do experience some reduction in score.

I really appreciate the patience Support team and especially the team members who answer the phone calls have displayed when my wife and I have called about what we need to do next. We are grateful that you have shared how best to submit documents we get from our Creditors, as well as how to use the DocuSign when necessary.

I appreciate the communication I receive from Freedom. I am a little disappointed though that one of my creditors have now gone through the courts to get paid. The debt is even on the beginning of my consolidations, now I have to work with the creditor to get paid so I am not sued. I've called several times to express the level of difficulty that I'm having making my payments. Of course I want to pay off my accounts as quickly as possible, however the amount that I am paying has caused extreme financial difficulty for me. My checking account is overdrawn every month and I am paying $200-$300 in overdraft fees each month. This is because of the amount of my payments to Freedom Debt Relief. All I do is pay your payments and try to pay regular household bills, doctor bills and buy groceries. I have called about this and no one seems to understand the level of difficulty I am having and seems to be able to help.

While I am happy to see some of my debts getting settled and paid off I was told when I first signed up that adding the additional debt of a car loan my ex had in my name would not be a problem and the amount I was quoted for the additional debt was not much. When I received all the paperwork it was not as easy to get it added as the rep that I first spoke with explained to me and they wanted to increase the monthly amount by over $100! This was not properly explained and had I known that I would have gone a different route. It was the one thing I wanted removed from my credit more than anything so very disappointed.

Not satisfied how your company distribute the payment on my creditors. Right now I have 2 lawsuits for not paying my creditors. I need help since I applied August 2015 but now I'm more stressed out since this lawsuits from creditors. I wish I just go on the next bank.

I had heard of Freedom Debt and we gave them a call. The customer service was super nice. It made it less embarrassing. They called me and told me what my payment would be and how they would split it up. It was perfect for my income at the time. And even when COVID hit and I was out of work for a couple of weeks, they waived my payment for me two times. They were so easy to work with. I read a lot of their stuff and the stuff they say makes sense. You’d think I’d know this at 53 but I didn’t. You learn that you don't have to have all those credit cards. It was just about managing money. Of all of the debt consolidation companies that are out there, Freedom is the best. I’ve recommended them to several people.
