Awesome service. Great contact between emails and follow ups with phone calls. Once an agreement was made with a creditor, they took the time to explain how it would work, how much would be paid and when it would be paid in full. Felt like I had someone on my side helping all the time.

The one thing I dislike, is there's no one person to call and get a one on one discussion. Two cases in which I received notice that Barclays acct for 960.00 and US Bank for 6295.00 has been settled. The US Bank was not settled, this acct is to be paid in increments of monthly payments through 2018 or 19. The Barclays acct has not been settled. I need to talk to someone and get this matter clarified.

Sherry was very nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable. I'm usually always very sketchy about things like this but she made me feel safe. I am excited to get this debt under control and my finances under control. She was great and I would highly recommend others to go thru her.

I have had nothing but great results from Freedom Debt! I've had 3 out of 4 debts resolved. Just this last month I've had to cancel my payment due to some medical bills and it was an easy transaction to make. Thank you! I am looking forward to resolving this last debt!

The struggle is real... I hate to admit that I was not as financially savvy as I thought I was, trying to juggle 10 plus credit cards and loans. I entered the program in Dec 2016 and have already had a debt settled. This program is a lifesaver. Most all credit cards and the two loans that I had have agreed to enter into Freedom Debt Reliefs program and most reduced the amount owed by 40 to 60 %. While my credit score is suffering at the moment it will eventually bounce back with every settled account. Debt free in 4 yrs so I can retire with no worries. Thank you Freedom Debt Relief.

The introductory portion of the program was simplified yet thorough enough to understand. Likewise, the customer service representative displayed a great sense of attention and urgency in understanding the gravity of my financial situation. Freedom Debt Relief is a professional company that teaches you how to get out of debt quickly and get back on the road to financial health and a better credit score. I would recommend them to everyone who needs help with their finances.

There is one thing I would make different when taking the decision. I would have kept one of the credit cards out of the settlement. Now I have to pay cash for everything. This is a problem because I can not purchase online. To do so, I need to use someone else credit card.

So far everything is going well and customer service was great! We look forward to great things ahead as promised! The help we are getting was very informational and helpful and all guestions and concerns were addressed! Our process starts on the 5th and we can't wait till we finish!

So far so good. Seems to be working for us so far. Tax liabilities stink but other than that it's been fine. Grateful for the opportunities to get our debt resolved. They do a great job with the client dashboard.

From the first time I contacted FDR, I was impressed with the overall genuine interest in my situation along with the concern and willingness to help. This started from the top management down thru the account representatives. I have been with FDR for about eight months now and I still feel this way. We were completely satisfied with Freedom Financial up until the end of our process. We started accelerating the payments so we could finish the program early, but it was a huge hassle! Our final debt still needed to be negotiated, so we let them know several months ahead that we wanted to pay it off early, but we did not meet our goal of paying off the program in June due to a lack of communication on Freedom's part. They did not call or email to let me know about a hold up that I could have easily cleared up over the phone. Instead, I found out about it when I called to find out what was going on. This is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars.

I love the program. Am glad I joined. They are helping me tremendously. I didn't know which way to turn after my income was drastically cut. Okay, but could be a little better organized. Despite the fact that I have with FDR for the past 2 years, I get emails from them asking me to join. When I request to unsubscribe, it stops for a week or so, then starts up again. Have on two occasions been offered a chance to increase credit score by applying for additional program... and been declined both times. They dangle a carrot in front of you, but yank it away just as quickly. While the bare bones program works well, don't expect anything more than that. Yet to see how much this is going to impact me once I graduate (one year away) and be debt free. Good overall program despite the 20 percent profit that they pocket.

It was a great experience working with Steve **. He helped me every step of the way. I would recommend anyone with problems paying bills to give Freedom a call. You just have to follow the program and the ball starts rolling in your best interest for a change.

Everyone was very nice and had all the information that I asked for and I was very pleased with answers. I have received all emails that they stated would be sent to me and the only thing that I have not gotten is the welcome pack in the mail.

My experience was great up until we got to the American Express, it has been 3 years at least. I have tried to get help, but no one has ever contacted me about this card. That is why I have given the process only 3 stars.

I am with Freedom almost 6 months. Hopefully good things to happen in the future, and also I received several phone calls from my creditors and from internal revenue also. Unexpectedly laid off from a long term contract assignment and already well into my retirement years, I was now forced to live on a fixed income with far too much debt. Searching for a solution, I came across Freedom Debt Relief. Even though I was skeptical at first, I was most impressed with the services they claimed to provide. So, I thought I would try it since I was assured that I would be able to stop at any time if I became unsatisfied with their service. Initially, I expected to be harassed with many collection calls from my creditors. But, there were only a few and once they realized I was on the Freedom Debt Relief program, the calls stopped coming.

I had a credit score of 730 and was never late on payment. It has been a year and half and still hasn't settled with two creditors. I had to pay taxes on settlements which didn't know about until taxes time. Cost me about $800 pay for lawyer fees monthly. One of the creditors took me to court and called the lawyer and he said, "call me," etc.

I lost my job in March of 2016. The debt load was too great to manage any longer. I engaged with Freedom Debt Relief to negotiate settlements with my unsecured debt creditors. I make a lump sum payment to my FDR account, and they use those funds to negotiate settlements with my creditors.

My most recent call was very successful and I'm very happy with Freedom. My debt is something that needed to be consolidated and I'm glad Freedom Financial was there to help. In a few more months I'm going be able to clear up my credit card debt and focus more money to save for my family.

I have contacted you several times regarding the length of time my contract has been increased. It was supposed to complete in 2016. It now looks like I may not be finished until 2019 if even then. I received someone else's social security info and mine got sent to someone else. I received a w9 form after the tax deadline with no apology from FDR. CSR reps have become rude not at first. I'm in the CSR industry so I know how important CSR is. It's a shame.

Freedom Debt Relief will tell you they're a "government-approved agency" with no actual costs to the person enrolling in their program. Never did they tell me they would collect 21 percent of what I paid them monthly for THEIR pockets before they paid a creditor! After MORE than a YEAR of paying them more than $9,000, they had not closed one credit card! They said they were "saving my payments to make a large payment with a creditor"--when in fact they were pocketing the money and not paying down a single card!

Little bit of a lengthy process from start but starting to see results. When I receive a agreement they email or text me to confirm on a regular basis. Very knowledgeable of the way the relief works. Any questions I have they are always there to answer them right away.

I am grateful for this program. They have resolved 85% of my debt quicker than if I was trying to pay it off myself. I've been in the program for almost 3 years and now I am just waiting for my last 3 accounts to settle. I had enrolled a total of 18 :-0... I am really looking forward to being out of the program and being totally debt free. Being in the program has helped me be more responsible with my spending and realizing and learning from my mistakes I made in the past.

I needed help and they are helping... it's been in Dec. 2 yrs but 2 lawsuits were filed against me in court for credit card debt. I was offered an attorney and they are helping but very upset it happened. It's hard to live in a small court and have lawsuits filed.

When I signed up with Freedom Debt Relief, they started out very good. They helped us to deal with the creditors letters and many phone calls. Several debts were settled at a much lower amount we owed. Some creditors did not budge. Well, we are past our estimated finish date and still have 2 creditors that have not been settled in over 8 to 10 months. I have had enough funds in my account to at least settle one early on, now there should be enough to settle both accounts. I have called in and spoken to several agents asking why these accounts have not been settled. The response I got every time was that it was in process of negotiations or next in line. Finally, on my last call, I was very upset that the last 2 accounts have not been settled, when there was enough money to settle them in my opinion.

We're still in our first year, and so far one debt had been settled and another is on a settled repayment schedule. However, we referred a client last fall and we're told we should get our referral bonus sometime in January. I checked back on it twice, the most recent being the first week of June. Was told we should receive it in a couple of weeks. Almost a month later and still no luck. Makes it difficult to want to refer another person.

So far I don't think Freedom Debt Relief has done anything other than take money out of my bank account. Debtors still calling me 24/7 and have not been contacted by anyone from FDR for any type negotiations. This needs to change very soon or I may have to go a different route.

In a short period of time, two of the creditors enrolled in the program have been resolved. FDR works diligently to assist with the remaining creditors enrolled in this program. I know that I would not be able to resolve these debts on my own. The FDR customer service team is extremely knowledgeable. They helped to relieve the stress caused by creditor phone calls. Overall easy process just have to be patient and let the process work. The information sometimes is too slow coming on progress. The information coming from legal group to FDR and then to me sometimes seems slow and as if everyone is waiting for the other person to respond. Meanwhile I am waiting.

I was feeling as if I were drowning under my pile of debt, as if there were no light at the end of the tunnel. I finally decided to respond to Freedom Debt Relief's attempts to reach out to me. All I can say is, I wish I had responded sooner. They have been caring, understanding and truly concerned about my financial welfare. I was lost and did not think I was ever going to find my way out. The cards were as high as they were mostly from interest. Freedom has come in and negotiated settlements on my behalf, that I would have never been able to do on my own. I can now breath AND see that light!

FDR has effectively reduced some of my debts by 30% on average and for that I am thankful. But as a direct result of FDR representatives bad advice I was sued by Wells Fargo. When the notice of acceleration of debt on my line of credit account came I wanted to talk to Wells Fargo but FDR's representatives strongly advised me to NOT do it and that they would contact Wells Fargo. I followed the advice and forwarded the notice of intent to accelerate and the notice of acceleration to FDR as instructed which evidently they didn't and as a result I got sued and with it the need to involve National Litigation Law Group. On the other Wells Fargo notice of acceleration of debt I took action and contacted them, contrary to FDR's advice and Wells Fargo then proceeded to work with FDR. That way I avoided a second lawsuit. While my credit rating already was bad with the lawsuit it just went down the drain. And that was completely avoidable.

Everyone I've dealt with, from the first phone call, has been helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. I have settled two debts within the last year for about 40-50% less than the balance I owed. I've got another 2-3 years to finish off my debt, but there is an end in sight! And that's Freedom. ':)

I was very happy with Lloyd. I researched this site for a long time... and then made the bold call and I'm very happy now. Lloyd walked me thru everything... explained everything to me. And by the way for several days, I still had questions, and he was there for me. This is not easy to do as I am a proud person. But sometimes when things happen, you need help.

Getting set up is easy even though I was extremely embarrassed to have to call. Representative provided all the information as to my options. However, after that I was unable to reach representative & calls were never returned. No one returns my calls, questions still unanswered. Honestly, I'm now very worried.

The website isn't always user-friendly. Mostly the dedicated bank account. I wish they could negotiate all your account at first so they are settled early so you could avoid the calls and letters. But I understand they have more bargaining power with the funds available to negotiate with.

Found you in the internet looking for some kind of debt relief. Wish you could have helped me more but let's see what you can do with half of my debt. It was a long process to get signed up but I was able to handle it. Just didn't like the double work. I filled out a application online and signed it online and then was required to also do it on paper.

It is nice to be able to know that your debt is being resolved on your behalf. However, you should let people know that the difference between what you are solving and what the actual debt amount was, is considered income and can be charged against you when you do your taxes once your debt is resolved. That is a worry to me.

I was given an "expected date of project". There were more than a year wrong!!! Not happy at all! Horrible... it's one thing to be wrong for a few months but a year over not acceptable! Another thing customer service not the same as when you enter the program. You get treated like a criminal after you join the program. Not happy, nor would I recommend this service to people who are going through a hard time.

After being in debt for more than $41,000, Freedom Debt Relief offered me a plan to get out of debt in three years. My monthly payments are probably 1/3 of what I was initially paying per month. So far two settled for less than owed. One year in.

I would not recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone. This company was fairly responsive when we started 5 years ago, and were active in trying to help us. They did help us pay off several credit cards. However, by year three their customer service changed and became one of the worst I have ever dealt with! No response to emails or phone messages, and then when I would call and get someone I found out my calls were going to a call center. God only knows who had access to our financial information! These people had no training in dealing with my concerns or questions, nor did they care!

Freedom Debt Relief has helped with lowering some of my credit card debt. However I was told I would have attorneys to assist me in situations, I should not take calls from my creditors and FDR would take care of everything. Well not so true. I was told Discover card was willing to work with me, as long as I give 3 good faith payments, which I did. Now I receive a summons from Discover card. I contact FDR and they say, "Oh you did not sign up for our lawyers to assist you." So now I am on my own with this one. This does not give me a good feeling of doing business with FDR. Very frustrated!!!

Freedom Debt Relief has helped considerably. There has only been one questionable experience in that we made a settlement with one debtor, who for whatever reason never cashed the settlement check, and now after over two years is back into negotiation. We will have to see how this plays out. Hopefully Freedom Debt Relief can hold them to the original agreement. I am looking forward to having everything completed in the next 5 months.

I enrolled in Freedom Debt Relief after finding myself buried in two large credit card debts. They set up two easy payments a month for me and made sure it was manageable. If I ever needed to not do one payment (I had a speeding ticket to pay) they were okay with it (as long as it wasn't a regular thing, of course). I only have one card left and it is going a lot faster than I anticipated. I am truly grateful. I think the only drawback would be since I live in Iowa, we have certain laws where Freedom Debt Relief cannot make monthly payments on my behalf. So, they had to save up my money into a lump sum and offer it to my credit card companies when it was ready. This is unfortunate but it is not the company's fault, it is simply how it is because of where I live. Overall, I am very happy that I signed up with them.

You have negotiated for us & we've gotten 3 credit cards paid off & settled! We only have 1 more but it's the biggest debt. We have all but about $2,000 to cover the entire balance in full in our account with you. I knew we were getting close so I called about 3 months ago to check if negotiations were being made. I was told it would be escalated & someone would call me. No one has as of yet & I've called 2 more times since & was told it was being escalated.. However, the last call I made I spoke to Melody & she informed me that this debt has been lumped with several other people's to this creditor for a lump settlement. She said this takes a really long time & since we are so close she will remove ours. She also said she was escalating this to her supervisor for follow up. As of yet I have not heard back but it's only been a couple of days. Other than this situation I've had an excellent experience!

Since I've only been in the program for about a month, I can only rate on my experience thus far. I have had a good experience up to this date, 6/29/2017 and all my contact's were great. I will do a follow up when I have completed this matter. I expect the rating to go up, but one never knows.

When I first started, I was told that I would be debt free by 2018 with $490.00 a month, and now it's going to around 2021 or so. I feel like if more honesty in the time expense it would take.
