Freedom Debt Relief has taken the worries of paying all my credit cards and unsecured loans. This allows me to live my life with less stress and worries. I would highly recommend them as their customer service is top notch and they answer all my questions and concerns. I feel as if I have a very professional person on my side.

I enjoy helping others. But I forgot to see where I was and how steep the slope was. It got to the point I did not want to answer the phone. I was glad my phone had caller id. Otherwise, I never would have. Then one day, in February 2016, I had gotten an email from Freedom Debt Relief. Needing help bad, I took a chance and called the number supplied. The customer service person explained in detail how the system would work and what would be expected from me. They sent me a package. I called them back and he went step by step of what they would do and how. And, most important to me, what monthly amount I needed to have available for a draft from my checking account. They indicated with the monthly amount I could have available, that not only could I have the almost $30,000 paid in about 3 years, but the telephone calls would stop almost immediately.

Freedom Debt Relief works really hard with creditors to save money and with my credit score. Works fast and easy to understand all details and keeps me inform with each detail. I'm satisfied with this program. I can contact with them at any time.

I have been paying $313 every two weeks, (over $8,100) for over a year. I missed only 2 payments during that entire due to financial hardship and not one of my 13 accounts are paid off but your company makes sure to take their cut off the top of each negotiated settlement. Then since, I was supposedly such a good customer, I qualified for another program through your company that seemed to be even more of a scam, paying my accounts off quicker at an outrageous interest rate of 25%. Very disappointed customer and tired of the same sales pitch every person I talk to from your company attempts to lay on me. Please do not insult me any further by responding to this comment with another pitch. Will not be recommending your programs or company to anyone in need of help. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE IDEA!!!

From the very beginning Freedom Debt Relief has been a blessing to resolving my financial problems. Very efficient staff. Highly recommend this company to people with financial stress. I was amazed at the settlement amounts the staff negotiated and how quickly this was resolved.

FDR was the only possibility due to an unknown person or persons who by sending me a sum of money convinced me to trust them all the way to financial failure and to lose my estate. I tried to pay my debt by cash advances on my available credit until I had no availability. All the time unknown to me a check in the mailbox was reported by my bank requesting more than my account availability. I met with bank security and reported all the calls, names they requested a sum of money sent, phone numbers but all were not refundable.

I would recommend this company to help you get out of debt. With company I started out 50K in credit card and that was October 2016 and I am about halfway done and less than 20K left in debt and will be done in 2018.

In the beginning, it was very difficult. Nothing was being done for a few months. I couldn't make any payments towards all my credit cards. But once my balances build, and they had enough to start negotiations with my creditors, they were able to save me almost 50 percent of my total balance. We have had to have the NLLG take on 2 of our creditors and we still had to pay your fee too that you didn't even settle. NLLG made the settlement and it was great. It only took them 2 days and it has taking Freedom a long time to get with the other creditors to set something up but another than that it has been easy to deal with.

I have being taken to court by one of the collectors in my program. And because I didn't sign up for the legal representation because I forgot you won't offer your services that I pay for. I don't get it. I hired you to reduce my debt right? And I have to sign up for a program "legal aids" for a free service included with the program. And because I didn't I know have to go to court tomorrow in fact to represent myself with something that you should be taken care of. Your program sucks and so wish I had never signed up.

While I'm excited about getting the bills consolidated, I'm disappointed to see that some fees are close to the amount of the written off amounts. It feels like I'm at the mercy of FDR and that the fees are decided to make a huge profit off of my situation.

One account was never negotiated. And the last and lowest amount account has been sitting in bulk negotiation for months. No response as to what is going on and I'm still paying the biweekly fee while the money collects. So now Freedom Debt Relief has been taking 400.00 fees for no reason.

This company was a life saver. FREEDOM Debt Relief is great to work with. VERY understanding. They resolved half of my debt in no time. The other half the company's are playing hardball but I trust in Freedom Debt Relief that they resolve them soon.

We have had a good experience but it started out very slow. We were getting phone calls for months and couldn't get answers for several months and we thought we were in a scam until we finally got some answers. Then we were told that we had to take out a loan at a high interest rate. Communication could be better especially in the beginning so we knew what was happening and what to expect.

The debt pay-off and the money you supposedly saved for me is inaccurate due to the enormous fees that you tacked on to solving each account. Two accounts that I reported as receiving a court notice you flagged as a priority and yet you failed to act on them thus resulting in a judgement against me. Even after two years I was still receiving calls from Wells Fargo on the unsettled account. The communication via your company and me the client was very little. I had to continually advocate for myself. This program would be much more effective if you settled all accounts at the beginning and there was a fixed payment for 3 years.

I talked with Joshua and he was very friendly and helpful. He had a very pleasant voice and continued to make sure I understood what was going on. I appreciated the compassion in his voice and his thoroughness. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Updated on 03/12/2020: I got into a lot of bills on credit cards and I had to pay them back. I'm disabled, I'm a veteran and so I'm on a fixed income. And I didn't know about how to do it, I just wanted it to stop. The reps of FDR have been very professional. They answered the questions that I needed to be answered. It's tough now 'cause two more things came up and I had to add them. But hopefully, I'll be done within a year or two.

I contacted Freedom Debt Relief in 2014, and I was struggling financially paying minimum of credit cards without having money to do my things. I enrolled over 30 thousand in debt and started making payments. It was suggested I try to pay my creditors but couldn't afford both. Freedom continually sits on at least 1000 in my account instead of paying creditors. I called my creditors. In less than 2 hours I had all settlement amounts about 40% of balances owed. Freedom negotiates one at a time. After a year of paying I was suggested to do a loan through Freedom's sister company. They quoted 25% interest and doing the math if I went through with that suggested loan I would have been in my original predicament.

We carried a large credit card balance on several cards. We were making minimum payments on most and more than minimum on a few to get them resolved. I got injured and was unable to work; thus, I had to retire. Faced with a large financial challenge, I turned to FDR to help me negotiate with the CC companies in preference to bankruptcy. I have been in the program for about 2 years and have about two years to go. We have paid off three CC, two are in progress and two have yet to be settled. We are scheduled to be CC debt free in about two more years. I could not have done it on my own. Be aware there may be income tax implications according to your personal situation. I am pleased I made the decision to trust FDR.

I am extremely satisfied with the service. Customer service has been available to answer questions and guide me through the process. Easy to use website. From the first moment I have been informed of the process and there have not been any surprises.

Paying the lawyers to handle this and we are having to do some of the leg work, very frustrating and unsatisfying. Also, settlement percentages are based on amounts that have accrued fees and penalties not enrolled amounts, misleading. Not happy overall.

I think there should be more phone communication. Not everyone uses computers or likes to use them. Talking in emails is difficult and sometimes words used sound rude. A written report should be sent every 3 months. Freedom Debt Relief should contact creditors and not wait to be contacted.

Freedom didn't get me any lower settlements than the settlements I was getting in the mail from the credit card companies. The only reason it was good to pay off credit card debt is because you make 2 monthly payments. If you don't make more or bigger payments than scheduled you do end up paying Freedom a chunk of change for using them.

I was facing a lawsuit from one creditor, and multiple calls and daily notices in my mailbox demanding money I owed and just could not afford to pay all of the payments because of an unexpected job loss.
