Very slow at resolving issues when it comes to court papers. And also very slow at getting back with the customer. I pay so much money every month and would like faster service on handling a problem with one of my accounts.

The debt pay-off and the money you supposedly saved for me is inaccurate due to the enormous fees that you tacked on to solving each account. Two accounts that I reported as receiving a court notice you flagged as a priority and yet you failed to act on them thus resulting in a judgement against me. Even after two years I was still receiving calls from Wells Fargo on the unsettled account. The communication via your company and me the client was very little. I had to continually advocate for myself. This program would be much more effective if you settled all accounts at the beginning and there was a fixed payment for 3 years.

I talked with Joshua and he was very friendly and helpful. He had a very pleasant voice and continued to make sure I understood what was going on. I appreciated the compassion in his voice and his thoroughness. I would recommend this to friends and family.

I'm very pleased with the help from FDR. I was drowning in debt and they rescued me. I have several accounts paid off already. I keep in contact with them, and they keep in contact with me. Whenever I'm not sure of something I call them. I visit the client dashboard often. I'm so satisfied.

The only problem that I have incurred is with NLLG and their handling of summons to appear in court and the way I was informed that they would not represent me or even offer assistance in the matter. I informed NLLG of my case and the way the processor served the papers but was still informed it was up to me to handle the case, their recommendation "GET A LAWYER". I thought they were my representation (LAWYER)???

Your explanation of your program was not accurate. The fees you charge are very high. We have 10 open accounts and you have only worked on 3 of them in a year, meanwhile charges keep getting added to the other accounts. Should have filed bankruptcy. You're a rip off.

Updated on 03/12/2020: I got into a lot of bills on credit cards and I had to pay them back. I'm disabled, I'm a veteran and so I'm on a fixed income. And I didn't know about how to do it, I just wanted it to stop. The reps of FDR have been very professional. They answered the questions that I needed to be answered. It's tough now 'cause two more things came up and I had to add them. But hopefully, I'll be done within a year or two.

They have been working hard and thank you for all you have done to help me out with this. I don't know what I would have done without your help. Thank you to everyone that has been working on my behalf. I could not do this without your help.

I contacted Freedom Debt Relief in 2014, and I was struggling financially paying minimum of credit cards without having money to do my things. After 3 years I can say that I have made the best decision, and I will become debt free in November 2017. It was the best choice I made! My credit went down but it is rebuilding back up again!

I enrolled over 30 thousand in debt and started making payments. It was suggested I try to pay my creditors but couldn't afford both. Freedom continually sits on at least 1000 in my account instead of paying creditors. I called my creditors. In less than 2 hours I had all settlement amounts about 40% of balances owed. Freedom negotiates one at a time. After a year of paying I was suggested to do a loan through Freedom's sister company. They quoted 25% interest and doing the math if I went through with that suggested loan I would have been in my original predicament.

It's been a very frustrating few weeks for me with regards to trying to add my husband as a co-client. Freedom Debt Relief helped get my finances back on track after bills overtook me while caring for my late mother. They set up a program for me with one easy monthly payment. This has allowed me to pay off creditors while getting my credit score back on track.

Getting it to the point where I am almost finished with this ordeal, FDR has performed exemplary. Slow a bit in the start, but they came on like gangbusters. There were a couple unusual snags that have slowed the completion. These snags are unique and for most people they probably wouldn't even exist. We carried a large credit card balance on several cards. We were making minimum payments on most and more than minimum on a few to get them resolved. I got injured and was unable to work; thus, I had to retire. Faced with a large financial challenge, I turned to FDR to help me negotiate with the CC companies in preference to bankruptcy. I have been in the program for about 2 years and have about two years to go. We have paid off three CC, two are in progress and two have yet to be settled. We are scheduled to be CC debt free in about two more years. I could not have done it on my own. Be aware there may be income tax implications according to your personal situation. I am pleased I made the decision to trust FDR.

I am extremely satisfied with the service. Customer service has been available to answer questions and guide me through the process. Easy to use website. From the first moment I have been informed of the process and there have not been any surprises.

Paying the lawyers to handle this and we are having to do some of the leg work, very frustrating and unsatisfying. Also, settlement percentages are based on amounts that have accrued fees and penalties not enrolled amounts, misleading. Not happy overall.

I think there should be more phone communication. Not everyone uses computers or likes to use them. Talking in emails is difficult and sometimes words used sound rude. A written report should be sent every 3 months. Freedom Debt Relief should contact creditors and not wait to be contacted.

I have been with of Freedom Debt for about 1.5 yrs. I am very happy that my debts are being resolved in a timely fashion. I was deep in debt, did not know what to do until I found Freedom Debt Relief and talk to one of their representative. Best thing I did.

50,000 in credit cards - They have already cut amount owed in half and paid 2 of my cards. 3 more are in process. In the last year my credit score has gone from 435-588. Have 4 more years to go but planning on adding to hopefully cut time in half.

Freedom didn't get me any lower settlements than the settlements I was getting in the mail from the credit card companies. The only reason it was good to pay off credit card debt is because you make 2 monthly payments. If you don't make more or bigger payments than scheduled you do end up paying Freedom a chunk of change for using them.

FDR saved my sanity! - I do not remember how I came into contact with FDR, but I am SO GLAD I did. I was facing a lawsuit from one creditor, and multiple calls and daily notices in my mailbox demanding money I owed and just could not afford to pay all of the payments because of an unexpected job loss. My unemployment which lasted for 4 months caused me to have to live on credit cards. I was so far behind on everything and saw no way out of it. Good for the most part. Negotiators are excellent, however you are asked if you can add more money to your account for a quicker settlement. It's a good idea to join their law group, but even then you may be asked to put in more money for a better settlement.

They send you 1099-C's so late. I know FDR does not deal with TAXES but they still could look out for your with Creditors and make sure they follow the rules and laws. Late March 2016 and April 15 too late to get mailings from FDR on 1099-C forms. FDR claims they only mail them out. CRAZY, I had to re-do my TAX return x 2 in 2016 for late documents. You have zero clue who has filed a 1099-C for 2016.

We reached a settlement with Bank of America, paid a couple months then there was something wrong with mailing the money. No one said if B/A changed the address or FDR, or CFT. It wasn't me but I'm the one they came after. I contacted NLLG right away. Now it's 6 months later and still not settled. Meanwhile the lawyers are mailing documents to your California address and it takes a month to get faxed to NLLG in Oklahoma. Surprisingly your loan company now says I'm a wonderful candidate for a 25% interest rate loan (for 54 months)! I would have to pay FDR for reaching a settlement with the outstanding lenders then pay the same rates the credit card companies were charging. My dashboard says these debts should be settled by 2020. That's much sooner and with no interest? I don't get it.

We were originally told all our debts on your program would be settled in 4 years. Now it appears to be about 6 months longer than that. We also weren't aware that the settlement fees would be as high as they are nor did we know there is a $10 check fee for each installment you make to our creditors on our behalf.
