I have to admit. First going into this debt relief. I was worried. As the progress happened I found I was less worried about my problem that I got into on my own. For the most part I was satisfied with the service I received... People I talked to were friendly and wanted to help with questions or problems. Sometimes it seemed like it took a while for them to get back to the lawyer letters concerning the debt.

In all fairness, I am glad I went to your service. But on the other hand, I sometimes feel at a loss. I don't know how many or if any of my debts have been negotiated. I believe right now it is two. I would like communication, via text or e-mail as to how things are progressing.

We had good experience up until our last bill. I called several times to get our last bill taken care. We had the money in our account and it seemed like it was taken way too long. Our goal was to be done by April 2017. In June 2017 we got served papers from our last creditor. When I first called FDR they told me to send copies and they would take care of it. When I called (several times again) to see if they received the bill they didn't know if they got it or not then I got different stories about them helping me.

You were very helpful on the first day when we signed up. After we signed up we tried to add a account and it took like 3 months to do this. By this time the company sued us and we called to tell you we were being sued. You did not tell us that we had to call the lawyers ourself so the suit went through and now they are garnishing my wages. So now you are taking money for this and they are taking money from my check and now we have no money for food or gas or to just pay everyday bills and you have not taken that account off of our debt yet.

Immediate help when needed is demonstrated and they are able to quickly help accounts that need to be dealt with, I would definitely recommend this program to friends and family. I have found that the help when I am informed with a text or email is immediate.

Overall I have had a great experience with FDR. My only complaint is it was confusing trying to figure out the fees associated with each settlement and how it was calculated and they never specifically asked I agreed with the fee with each settlement. Other than that all has been easy and pretty great.

I appreciate the hard work and effort to reduce my debt, but I believe the smaller accounts should've been taken care of first, I get constant phone calls from debt collectors, getting tired of them. Been blocking calls, after spending much of my income monthly to reduce my debt, only 2 were reduced. I would like the smaller accounts taken care of if possible, like I said, tired of the harassment from collectors, and I know I made this mess, that's why I heard your company was the best so I went with it, instead of filing for bankrupt. Thank you for your effort and time, hope to resolve issues sooner.

I have tried to increase my monthly payment and have asked other questions in my account. I have never received a response back. I also was being threatened by one of my accounts and after calling FDR many times and even adding more money in my account FDR did not resolve it. I ended up resolving it on my own. Now after attempts of having it removed from the list of accounts it's still on my list of accounts as pending. I do appreciate the other work FDR has done and I will be ecstatic when I'm debt free.

Only supposed to have two payments taken out of my bank account a month. There was three taken out in June. Tried to get a third payment back but she said it might jeopardize a settlement I had going on. Tried to get her to understand since I'm only supposed to have two a month why would my getting back a third payment jeopardize a settlement. She acted like it was a crime that I was trying to get that money back and that it hasn't posted and blah blah this and blah blah that and I just got frustrated and said "To hell with it. Keep it" and hung up.

I recommend financial Freedom. They work for you to get out debt and have not to worry about paying too much. They are very helpful about information of the progress of your accounts always keeping you up we updated at all the times and let you know when a account is settled.

All in all, you did a great job reducing my debt and putting me back in the driver's seat, literally. I was able to get a new 2017 SUV. I had to leave the program due to loss of job and wife getting very ill, but very satisfied until I was forced to leave the program.

I really like the fact that if I have questions or concerns someone is right there to help. I love the updates that I can view and just great customer service. Online tracking tools provide the perfect level of detail to track progress and plan for the future, without the need for significant, additional analysis via spreadsheet or other financial tools.

I had four accounts to resolve. The smallest one was quickly done, perhaps to "hook" the customer into believing this is a worthy investment. Seventeen months later I am in the middle of a lawsuit that could have and should have been resolved but for taking so many upfront fees.

What a wonderful feeling to know there are people out there working very hard to help me become debt free in less than one year. It has been nothing but a positive experience from day one when I called to desperately hope someone could help me out of my debt. The Service that was provided for my wife and I is fantastic. From my first phone call to start the process till now. It was very easy to erase my debt without have to declare bankruptcy and pay off what we owed.

The only complaint I have is it took too long to get the creditors paid and that Freedom Debt Relief needs to be more assertive with creditors. I am still getting stuff from Navy Federal and they are harassing me. All my other creditors backed off when I told them I was in a debt settlement program.

Settlements were reached but I did not know I had to take a loan from the company to pay off my debt. It made little sense to me to take a loan out with Freedom (more debt) to settle the debts that were enrolled in the program.

I'm very impressed when a live person answers my call. I have been calling for a year and I always get an answer. Everyone has been pleasant and helpful. Sometimes I feel upset when things aren't moving as fast as I thought they would, but I am always reassured and put at ease.

I think the idea is great and the money I'm saving is awesome and appreciated. The only thing I don't like about it, is the time it takes to negotiate a balance. In my case, they couldn't start on negotiating so my balance went up, no payments were made and I went to collections and got served papers. It's on my credit, so that was unexpected and unfortunate. I just wish they negotiated all the balance downs and not wait till there was enough funded in the account. It has saved me a lot of money though and I have enjoyed not having a credit card.

They indicated with the monthly amount I could have available, that not only could I have the almost $30,000 paid in about 3 years, but the telephone calls would stop almost immediately.

I have been paying $313 every two weeks, (over $8,100) for over a year. I missed only 2 payments during that entire due to financial hardship and not one of my 13 accounts are paid off but your company makes sure to take their cut off the top of each negotiated settlement. Then since, I was supposedly such a good customer, I qualified for another program through your company that seemed to be even more of a scam, paying my accounts off quicker at an outrageous interest rate of 25%. Very disappointed customer and tired of the same sales pitch every person I talk to from your company attempts to lay on me. Please do not insult me any further by responding to this comment with another pitch. Will not be recommending your programs or company to anyone in need of help. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE IDEA!!!

FDR was the only possibility due to an unknown person or persons who by sending me a sum of money convinced me to trust them all the way to financial failure and to lose my estate. I tried to pay my debt by cash advances on my available credit until I had no availability. All the time unknown to me a check in the mailbox was reported by my bank requesting more than my account availability. I met with bank security and reported all the calls, names they requested a sum of money sent, phone numbers but all were not refundable.
