It's been two weeks since I've signed up with Freedom Debt Relief. My Certified Debt Consultant is Shantel. She is polite, detailed, professional, courteous and has a good sense of humor. She is a detailed individual with an agenda to show understanding of my concerns and issues as a priority for her to address. So far Century Support Services, which is actually the company that takes over after Freedom has enrolled me, has shown me professionalism. They addressed my concerns and is working to assist me in my debt relief situation. They both have been inspirational in seeing that my experience is gratifying. So far so good!

So far everything you have said has been true as long as I do what I am supposed to do what I am to. Everyone has been courteous. The only person I didn't care for was the bank that called a couple of weeks ago to offer a loan but I have liked everyone else.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, my wife and I found ourselves in overwhelming debt that we could not pay back. Freedom Debt Relief took the time to discuss and understand our circumstances. They worked with our creditors and in just over a year they have settled half our debt at a considerable savings to us. We can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.

My rep, Irene **, was very patient and informative. Not pushy. Easy to work with. The paperwork was also easy to fill out. Not cumbersome. I am hopeful this program will ease our anxiety in trying to pay off these credit cards.

It's a great place to help people that need it and yes they do take a good part of my money but in honesty it's hard paying other things I have to or buy stuff I need but this place got a lot of my bills paid off.

I got cancer, & due to the surgery & treatment (just radiation) got very weak. - Could not work like I use to. - I am 65, a widow, live alone & rent. I had no place to turn for Help. Very friendly and helpful. Response with email and phone calls are very important for me and it's been a very good experience. I am a little upset on how this account was handled. I thinking that you guys are taking care of it. But then a county sheriff showed up at my door. Serving me papers that Discover is suing me and I have a court hearing. So I handled it myself. You guys wanted to stretch it out so I would pay more money. They told me that you guys never even contacted them.

I have been a member of Freedom Debt Relief for several years. At the time I signed on with them, I felt backed into a corner with nowhere to turn. One phone call to FDR eased my worries. The customer service people have been helpful and friendly at all times. I been able to payoff credit cards on a monthly basis with FDR's help in reducing the amounts due upfront. I even been able to skip a payment here or there if money issues arose for me with no negative effect to my standing. I am looking forward to the time when my debt has been paid in full and I can begin working on my credit score again. I recommend Freedom Debt Relief for anyone caught with too much credit debt and in need of assistance. Don't deal directly with the credit card company. Call FDR and get the support and financial relief you need.

They have been very open and honest about what would happen to my credit score. They have answered all of my questions without fail and their dashboard provides me with the most current information on my account. I have been able to see what my payoff date is and how it will change with how much I pay each month.

Was a great call with the person in charge and she explained everything about the system? I started the program and I hope work. The only point is that is important have feedback how is the process with the CC companies. The communication should be more fluid with the person in charge of your case.

When I initially signed up I thought that FDR would begin within a month or so start negotiating settlements with my creditors... I signed on in Oct. 2016 and nothing happened until May/June 2017... really wasn't kept in the loop as to what was happening with my account. However, once things started to happen I was totally elated... so some good, some bad.

I am very pleased with Freedom Debt Relief. Am having no answer from my counselor though for long time. Not sure why, perhaps Peter quit and I have a new one. Could use some feedback when I send things in. Thank you.

I am new to FDR but I have been walked through every step. Everyone I have spoken with or been in contact with have been very helpful, very professional and very pleasant. I believe I made the right choice and so far I am happy with the service I have received this far.

The intake process was seamless and personalized and a gratifying experience. However some of the promises that we were given did not materialize. We were told that our credit score would not be affected. Also, that the intake person said anytime we needed her just contact her and she will get right back to us. After the first couple of times that ceased happen. We were told we would get no dunning calls from our creditors. We were deluged by Chase Bank for six months.

Everyone has been most helpful with my situation. I look forward to continuing this resolution to gain my credit and to be able breathe easier about my financial situation. Every question I have asked has been thoroughly and satisfactorily answered. Thank you all so much for your assistance.

Have been working with them since Jan 2017. I like their financial analysis of my debts, advising me of negotiations, recommending money invested in my program and money spent to reduce my debt. FDR is available to serve and assist me as needed.

My initial person I spoke with was awesome and so helpful. The only mishap I had was when she transferred me over to the welcoming. The girl stated she had to transfer me again and then the second time she disconnected me. I contacted my original girl and she got me taken care of.

I have been very please with my contacts at Freedom Debt Relief. However, again, as I reported before, I am not satisfied with the results with Heights Finance. I now have to pay more ($3000) than I was scheduled to pay them before ($1400) involving the attorney with Freedom. That is the one regret I have.

Keeps you informed on anything that relates to your account in a timely manner such as when there is an upcoming settlement that needs to be approved and the details. I would recommend to friends and have done so already.

Not enough clarification on how things were paid off. The customer service needs to be all on the same page, when you call in as a client one CSR will tell you one thing and the next one will tell you another. As a client it is very confusing.

Excellent customer service. Everyone has been very helpful and so nice. I am happy with this service. My only concern is how it has affected my credit scores. But it is slowly coming back up. I am searching for a new job so I hope this doesn't affect that process. Other than this I would recommend this service to anyone who needs help getting out of debt.

I have been with Freedom for about one year now. Have seen good progress with my debts. They have been honest and fair with me in getting my debts straightened out. They have been constantly in touch with me letting me know each step they are taking and how my account is progressing.

I have to admit. First going into this debt relief. I was worried. As the progress happened I found I was less worried about my problem that I got into on my own. For the most part I was satisfied with the service I received... People I talked to were friendly and wanted to help with questions or problems. Sometimes it seemed like it took a while for them to get back to the lawyer letters concerning the debt.

In all fairness, I am glad I went to your service. But on the other hand, I sometimes feel at a loss. I don't know how many or if any of my debts have been negotiated. I believe right now it is two. I would like communication, via text or e-mail as to how things are progressing.

We had good experience up until our last bill. I called several times to get our last bill taken care. We had the money in our account and it seemed like it was taken way too long. Our goal was to be done by April 2017. In June 2017 we got served papers from our last creditor. When I first called FDR they told me to send copies and they would take care of it. When I called (several times again) to see if they received the bill they didn't know if they got it or not then I got different stories about them helping me.

You were very helpful on the first day when we signed up. After we signed up we tried to add a account and it took like 3 months to do this. By this time the company sued us and we called to tell you we were being sued. You did not tell us that we had to call the lawyers ourself so the suit went through and now they are garnishing my wages. So now you are taking money for this and they are taking money from my check and now we have no money for food or gas or to just pay everyday bills and you have not taken that account off of our debt yet.

Immediate help when needed is demonstrated and they are able to quickly help accounts that need to be dealt with, I would definitely recommend this program to friends and family. I have found that the help when I am informed with a text or email is immediate.

Overall I have had a great experience with FDR. My only complaint is it was confusing trying to figure out the fees associated with each settlement and how it was calculated and they never specifically asked I agreed with the fee with each settlement. Other than that all has been easy and pretty great.

I appreciate the hard work and effort to reduce my debt, but I believe the smaller accounts should've been taken care of first, I get constant phone calls from debt collectors, getting tired of them. Been blocking calls, after spending much of my income monthly to reduce my debt, only 2 were reduced. I would like the smaller accounts taken care of if possible, like I said, tired of the harassment from collectors, and I know I made this mess, that's why I heard your company was the best so I went with it, instead of filing for bankrupt. Thank you for your effort and time, hope to resolve issues sooner.

I have tried to increase my monthly payment and have asked other questions in my account. I have never received a response back. I also was being threatened by one of my accounts and after calling FDR many times and even adding more money in my account FDR did not resolve it. I ended up resolving it on my own. Now after attempts of having it removed from the list of accounts it's still on my list of accounts as pending. I do appreciate the other work FDR has done and I will be ecstatic when I'm debt free.

Only supposed to have two payments taken out of my bank account a month. There was three taken out in June. Tried to get a third payment back but she said it might jeopardize a settlement I had going on. Tried to get her to understand since I'm only supposed to have two a month why would my getting back a third payment jeopardize a settlement. She acted like it was a crime that I was trying to get that money back and that it hasn't posted and blah blah this and blah blah that and I just got frustrated and said "To hell with it. Keep it" and hung up.

I recommend financial Freedom. They work for you to get out debt and have not to worry about paying too much. They are very helpful about information of the progress of your accounts always keeping you up we updated at all the times and let you know when a account is settled.

All in all, you did a great job reducing my debt and putting me back in the driver's seat, literally. I was able to get a new 2017 SUV. I had to leave the program due to loss of job and wife getting very ill, but very satisfied until I was forced to leave the program.

The Service that was provided for my wife and I is fantastic. From my first phone call to start the process till now. It was very easy to erase my debt without have to declare bankruptcy and pay off what we owed.

The only complaint I have is it took too long to get the creditors paid and that Freedom Debt Relief needs to be more assertive with creditors. I am still getting stuff from Navy Federal and they are harassing me. All my other creditors backed off when I told them I was in a debt settlement program.

Settlements were reached but I did not know I had to take a loan from the company to pay off my debt. It made little sense to me to take a loan out with Freedom (more debt) to settle the debts that were enrolled in the program.

I think the idea is great and the money I'm saving is awesome and appreciated. The only thing I don't like about it, is the time it takes to negotiate a balance. In my case, they couldn't start on negotiating so my balance went up, no payments were made and I went to collections and got served papers. It's on my credit, so that was unexpected and unfortunate.
