I have engaged FDR to help me with my debt situation and so far, I am satisfied with them on how they are handling it. They are constant contact with me and anytime I have questions, I get on my dashboard and submit enquiries and get answers. Responses are usually between 12/24 hours.

My experience was great and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The whole experience has been easy and stress free. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone. I only just started, but so been simple and giving me a peace of mind.

Negative thoughts about my experience. These last 15 months have been very disturbing. One account has taken 15 months to resolve. I asked that you resolve it for the full amount which is available in my account. To date, it's Still not done. I am tired of getting totally screwed on my taxes each year. I have had a very bad experience. I am Trying not to be angry but I am. So you can your company and put it where the sun don't shine. I would not recommend you to anyone.

When we initially entered into the process, we were told that the time to correct our problem would take 4 years. It has in actuality taken almost 5 years. I'm sure there have been mitigating circumstances in the negotiation process that have contributed to the terms being lengthened. By and large we have been satisfied with the services rendered. Although, it would occasionally be nice to receive an actual phone call from a living representative of your company. Thank you for all of your hard work.

I was having difficulties in paying off high interest rate bills and instead of filing for bankruptcy, I wanted to pay what I owed to those I had made purchases from, but from having less money available was not able to make any progress. I researched to find a better way to go. I ran across the advertisement online and found the Freedom Debt Relief program. I qualified and have qualified for the program and very happy to be able to pay for my debts at a rate I can afford. I highly recommend this program. The stressful situation has been relieved and I am able to manage better my finances. Give it a try! It works and the people that I have worked with are so very nice, understanding and helpful.

Whenever I have a question, it is handled quickly and professionally. There was only one time when I felt a little left out on what was going on. One acct. was approved to be resolved through negotiation. I thought the acct. was in 'progress' and taken care of. What actually happened was that the original creditor changed their mind regarding the settlement. I was never notified of this, so my record and the client dashboard did not match. I understand that this sometimes happens. It would have been great if I was notified regarding the change of mind on the creditor's part. Perhaps this is something that can be resolved in the future. Otherwise, I'm super happy about choosing FDR. I would recommend FDR without any hesitation.

Deciding to put our financial problems in Freedom's hands was a wonderful decision for us. It's been 4 1/2 years since we started with 15 accounts to solve & we only have 2 left. I am very pleased with everything that Freedom Debt Relief has done for me thus far, however the only downfall is that you are unable to change your monthly payment amount if you need to. Sometimes you can't afford the same amount you started with.

After some system issues on our system, everything was great and the process easy to use. Appreciate the help Steve ** gave us. If the rest of the process goes this quick you would not be able to improve anything.

The gentlemen that first helped me was great. Towards the end everything started changing. And all the information once given started changing. I feel like I was lied to, statements were changed, all of the sudden I was owing seemed like more money more fees and it made me feel like you people were taking advantage of me and there was nothing I could do about it. Your company had me over a barrel and I had no chance or recourse but to do what you told me to do. I would never ever work with your company again. Nor would I recommend you to others. I repeat I have never felt like I have been lied to, taken advantage of and put in a spot of no return like your company has done to me.

Freedom Debt Relief is doing a great job at paying my credit cards off in half the time that I would have. I do not know what I would have done without their help. I had tried every thing that I could think of and I did not want to go into bank bankruptcy so I got a hold of Freedom Debt.

Just found out that because FDR made a payment late on my Sears account the $6000 negotiated has become N/V therefore having to renegotiate the $ two thousand something balance therefore making me have to pay out more $$. I'm upset because that late payment had nothing to do with me & now I am being penalized making the time longer now with the program. If FDR knew of this then I don't understand why I was not contacted. I just want this mistake fixed and done with!

Thanks to Freedom Financial I have not had to worry about creditors for the past three years. I love how easy and stress free they have made taking financial control back in my life. The monthly payment comes right out of my account and I have a budget I can live with while my accounts are settled one by one. There is finally a light at the end of the tunnel.

The negotiations with creditors have drug on and not all to the best for me. No real communication from the staff. Also they have only called when requested and I never know what is really going on with any of the creditors. I feel I was mislead when signing up.

Freedom Debt Relief is my big help for my debt. Without this help; I'm never able to resolve this. Even FDR is slow on the process but the result of debt relief negotiation is great. It's no good by not paying the debt in full but I had no choice because hard to find work.

Everything went smooth and well, I was amazed at how helpful and willingly the company is to help out. When it came down to the welcome call, I was transferred then told they couldn't complete it. It took almost a week to do it.

I appreciate Freedom Financial negotiating the credit card bills because for years I kept up but only making the minimum payments. About a month ago, when I called and asked Alex ** @ customer service to adjust the monthly payment of mine because I have managed to take care of two payments outside of my account with Freedom due to your missing court issues mistakenly long time ago, she immediately helped me to reduce the monthly payment after research. I was literally so overwhelmed with debt when I was medically retired from the military and did not receive my retirement party for nearly a year, that it felt like my life was over. After talking to Freedom's counselors and they asked me I could settle all of my debt with their program, I was skeptical. It's been over 2 years, and I have only a couple small accounts left to settle. FDR had helped me get my life back. My credit score was close to 400. Today it is at 610. FDR is a business I would recommend to anyone who feels they are not going to make it financially. They are still here for me, and I am forever grateful.

I started with 3 creditors and a 48 month program. I am very happy with how smoothly Freedom took over. I followed the directions and had virtually no harassment. The first 2 creditors went fine and have both been completed. But Chase has been hanging on, always saying "upcoming" on the portal. Each month my completion date moves farther out. Now I'm not done until March 2018. I should be done September 2017. Nothing is happening with Chase... No one even lets me know. I tried calling my Freedom agent, who has been very helpful so far, but he has not returned my calls.

Negotiations with card representatives were expedient and successful. Freedom Debt Relief counselors were always helpful and professional. Out of eight accounts, six have been settled and the seventh is well on its way... The settlement amount already determined. Number eight is a small figure amount.

Service in all areas has been less than satisfactory. Every time I call I get the same song and dance about what is being negotiated and the current status of those negotiations. Accounts have defaulted because you saw fit to take your fee before paying the debtor.

FDR is very good at helping people recover from being over extended financially. They systematically developed a pay back schedule you can manage. They keep you informed on any changes. I found that they are easy to communicate with. I hope I don't have to recommend any of my friends to use their services.

They always have patience and try to help with all questions you may have. Very friendly. Offers many methods and solutions and try to educate you to not see yourself in this debt issue again in the future. The only thing I would like is more methods to make extra payments besides the one assigned monthly.

They resolved my debt but took their time doing it, sometimes sitting on funds weeks before making contact. Very hard to get a hold of, would be nice to have a designated customer service agent that customers can email, call etc.

Started program and was told they could negotiate all. Untrue. Had a judgment for full pay on one large card. Then was offered to move to plus program. Told them estimates were incorrect but they swore they were correct. Then they bailed on that agreement and threw me back in original program. Cost me thousands in lost negotiations (literally) as they had negotiated some debts and then backed out of deals. Now will be paying for a total of five years to settle all. Could have do this little on my own without paying fees for nothing.

The program is very basic and the fees are extremely high. It is very difficult to get questions answered. I have had an account paid in over a year and the status has not changed to completed. I think a faster program would have worked better for me.

FDR has helped our family get out of our over 30K worth of credit card bills in just over 3 years. They negotiated and settled with the debtors for less than 50% of the original amount owed. It hasn't always been easy but they have been there to answer all of our questions throughout. Choosing FDR has been one of the best financial decisions we've ever made.

Using FDR was a difficult decision for me because I wanted to pay back my debt honestly with my creditors. What was sold to me and what happened was 2 different things. I was told that they would be in touch with my creditors but they don't call anyone until money is built up. Then when a settlement is reached they are unable to make further contacts until more money is built up. They also pay themselves before they work on settlements. Their fees are high and were not disclosed in the sales call. They told me they would prevent lawsuits and yet I ended up with 2. In addition, they would not allow me to lower my payments when needed at the end of the program. The monthly fees and costs to transfer money also add up and were not disclosed. The satisfaction of paying my debt in less than 4 years is nice. I would have appreciated better communication and more disclosure.

I was given exactly correct information regarding the program. No hidden agendas. Very happy! People are in need of help with finances will not drown if they follow the procedures! The staff was amazing, prompt and courteous. I'm am forever making better choices with my finances.

Great help! We had a wonderful experience with FDR. They helped us through some very tough times. With so many folks in the same shape we are in, they should all try out FDR and find out what they can do for them. We were always able to reach a live person when we needed one.

Every time I spoke to anyone in phone conversation concerning my debt I was always treated with respect and courtesy -- I was never made to feel stupid or incompetent just because of debt. Lack of transparency. We were told we would be done then something else "wasn't resolved." This was after 4 years and every payment on time. Extremely rude phone staff. Should have read consumer affairs reports before enrolling as our accountant suggested.

I was going to finish paying my debt in September 2017, I made all my payments but after 3+ years I had to ask for a 2 month break due to financial struggle. Customer care told me then I was going to finish paying my debt in November 2017. That made sense to me (2 months later due to the 2 months I had to delay the payments), I agreed on it and now my dashboard says I will finish paying in February 2018. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I called and they said it is an automatic system but that my last payment will be in Nov 2017. At this point I am worried about it. Not trusting FDR so much anymore...

I cannot give FDR high enough praise. They have not misrepresented their service in any way. Communication with them is always prompt and handled by knowledgeable and understandable staff. Good not great. My Husband passed away on 2/08/2015. I submit a copy of death certificate almost immediately and the files have not been change to reflect the changes, you are still sending happy birthday notes to him. I wonder the accuracy of my files.

I hope be that all of my credit cards will be off soon. I now only have Walmart and Macy's left. I would also like to know if any settlements have been made for my Walmart credit card and Macy's credit.

I only had $1,000 left to pay off loan. I was a couple of days late, but I asked FDR to make the payment to the creditor. To my shock and dismay, FDR representative never processed that request and that money was sitting in my FDR account for over 1 month. Later FDR renegotiated with creditor, but new settlement says I owe close to $5,000. This is ridiculous and I am very upset about the inconsistent FDR service. The representative promised to follow through, asked for stellar customer service rating, which I gave, but she never followed through to complete my service request.

I've been in the program since 2013, have had NO activity on the last 2 accounts in months. I was recently told they need additional months of payments that were supposed to end July (NOW). Terrible (NO) negotiations on the highest of credit cards bank of America w/NO savings (go figure) and the last one American Express not even started to resolve. What kind of place is this... wish I went a different direction.

The first settlement went very well. I was quite pleased. The second settlement ended in me getting a lawsuit filed against me because one payment did not get posted by Citibank and no one seemed to notice for 2 years until I started asking questions about why I was getting sued. I inquired about the money that did not get posted by Citibank and I was assured that the money went back into my account. It did 2 years later when I asked about it and as they were paying that check again. Someone needs to reconcile these things and make sure payments clear the bank. That would make it easier for everyone and avoid your customers getting sued.

So far, so good. They seem very helpful to me. I am working at paying my first of 4 cards off, so pretty early in the game to rate something. We'll see how things go here with the other credit cards I have to pay. I just wish I had a lot more income to pay these off sooner. The more you can provide per month the better it is.
