Freedom Debt Relief has helped significantly in working with my creditors. My financial situation has had a temporary downfall and they have been very understanding and cooperative in helping me work around it. I am very satisfied with working with these people.

FDR has been the bane of my existence since I decided to join almost 2 years ago. They do not communicate with me on a regular basis (except for form mail) and they conveniently lose important faxed documents! I will not use FDR again!

Why so many fee and no settlement. It's been a years and half and still no settlement on one of the account of the four that I have. You are fast take out the fee but not fast doing the settlement and the bank keep calling me for payment.

Hardly ever hear from anyone. No ever calls to keep updated about my progress on paying off my credit cards. I was told as I pay off my cards credit score would go up. It never did. I was very disappointed. I am happy that cards are getting paid off.

Love this company. The only thing I would suggest is More personal Contact. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars. I like to discuss my account with a live person instead of emails all the time. I would love more options when we're almost through half of the debt. Someone called me stating they could pay off the remaining debt and I repay Freedom Debt. They were very unclear on how much I would be repaying and the time it would be to repay.

Great support team. I never could have accomplished freedom from debt without FDR! When I needed a little extra help or special services FDR was there. Their methods, processes and fees are clearly explained with no gimmicks or surprises. They have delivered on their commitments. My experience with them, has been excellent and positive. Their services may not be for everyone, but for those that it makes sense, I wouldn't hesitate recommending their program. Many of the negative reviews I have read were not my experience, and in many cases it appeared that the reviews were the result of not understanding the required commitment or not understanding the program and process. As I previously stated, the program was completely explained and outlined to me with no surprises. I am 1-1/2 years into a 3-1/2 year program and am pleased with the progress to date.

My experience with FDR has been excellent. Negotiations with creditors were executed successfully and on time. The whole process was well organized and easily understood. All my questions and concerns were promptly dealt with in a very professional manner. I also appreciated the opportunity to sign up for legal representation - for a very reasonable fee - in case of legal actions taken by creditors. My overall opinion of FDR is highly favorable.

I called and they took a lot of time to explain how it all worked and answered all my question I had. They didn't pushed me into any thing, they told me I could take all the time I needed. Once I decided to start they were great help, person took all the action and got the ball rolling thing changed for the better for me.

I have submitted bills I wish to have consolidated with my account. I have submitted them over and over and I don't know what the status is. I was told that I could add a bill anytime after I started the program. The dashboard needs tweaking. I can't find anything except the basic. There isn't anywhere you can update your billing information. I have invested too much to get out of the program now.

A lot of hidden fees wasn't told about. Not satisfied with the whole experience. Was not told about getting 1099 for tax purposes. I am considering going a different route and getting debt cancelled altogether. Will make my decision very soon.

The time for paying off a lot of debt was reasonable. I would never have been able to pay-off the amount I owed within a decent amount of time. The length was shortened of course and having others go to bat for you was certainly a plus. It helps to know that there are others out there that can help you get out of debt sooner.

Explained everything in such great detail and very friendly. Whenever I had a question it was answered and very detailed. Always got an answer every time I called the direct line and every time was always respected and I felt comfortable speaking of my debt because they made me feel at ease about my debt.

Overall the experience so far is excellent! Very courteous and knowledgeable. I am Always about to reach an agent in a timely fashion And give me updates and e-mails when necessary. I couldn't really ask for a more detail orientated company and I found this to be incredibly helpful.

I was initially told that my payoff amount was going to be less than it turned out to be. I would have preferred to be told no amount as opposed to a wrong amount. I really wish there was more communication with the creditors than there is. I understand that until you have a financial settlement offer for each creditor it is somewhat pointless to contact them. However, I'm quite sure all the creditors out there are familiar with your company and respect it, and since the largest debts get paid off last, if you guys could just call a few of them on my behalf and say, "We are getting to you as soon as possible and please know that the person in debt to you is anxious to agree on a settlement and pay it off to you as quick as they can." If I had been asked or if it were up to me, I think I'd do the opposite and pay the largest debts first. Overall I've been pretty happy with Freedom Financial and I am thankful for their help.

So far we are very satisfied. The only negative is a suit by one of the credit card companies. It has been turned over to the law group. Other than that all has been pretty smooth. I have one $500 debt that has put negative remarks on my credit report and I put extra funds in my account and called several times and asked that it be paid NOW. I even pointed out that there was enough money in my account to pay it off twice at full price, and there was no reason for you all not to settle the debt. Months have gone by and it still on hold due to "strategy". Your strategy and mine aren't aligning. It's not worth the extra exposure that it has on my credit for the amount owed. PAY THE CARD OFF AT ALL COST! Sounds pretty clear to me, especially if I am the one paying it. Not even a call or email to update me either. Very poor!

So far I am happy with my experience. I had a few problems so far but I called and they were handled for me. I still get calls from my creditors. They have not stopped all of them like I thought they would. I am not a computer person so I don't check my info page like I should.

Resolving credit debt and dealing with creditors. It takes time based on the amount of money the is added to a person Freedom Debt account to pay off creditors. It will take me about 3 years to complete my program. I had to take off two of my credit debts because I had to find another solution to resolve those debts.

So far I have been happy with just about everything that has happened. Just a couple of things that happened with creditors which wasn't your fault anyway. Working on a possible way of completing the pay off earlier so my credit history will be better.

When we initially entered into the process, we were told that the time to correct our problem would take 4 years. It has in actuality taken almost 5 years. Whenever I have a question, it is handled quickly and professionally. There was only one time when I felt a little left out on what was going on. One acct. was approved to be resolved through negotiation. I thought the acct. was in 'progress' and taken care of. What actually happened was that the original creditor changed their mind regarding the settlement. I was never notified of this, so my record and the client dashboard did not match. I understand that this sometimes happens. It would have been great if I was notified regarding the change of mind on the creditor's part. Perhaps this is something that can be resolved in the future. Otherwise, I'm super happy about choosing FDR. I would recommend FDR without any hesitation.

I am very pleased with everything that Freedom Debt Relief has done for me thus far, however the only downfall is that you are unable to change your monthly payment amount if you need to. Sometimes you can't afford the same amount you started with.

The gentlemen that first helped me was great. Towards the end everything started changing. And all the information once given started changing. I feel like I was lied to, statements were changed, all of the sudden I was owing seemed like more money more fees and it made me feel like you people were taking advantage of me and there was nothing I could do about it. Your company had me over a barrel and I had no chance or recourse but to do what you told me to do. I would never ever work with your company again. Nor would I recommend you to others. Freedom Debt Relief is doing a great job at paying my credit cards off in half the time that I would have. I do not know what I would have done without their help. I had tried every thing that I could think of and I did not want to go into bank bankruptcy so I got a hold of Freedom Debt.

Just found out that because FDR made a payment late on my Sears account the $6000 negotiated has become N/V therefore having to renegotiate the $ two thousand something balance therefore making me have to pay out more $$. I'm upset because that late payment had nothing to do with me & now I am being penalized making the time longer now with the program. If FDR knew of this then I don't understand why I was not contacted. I just want this mistake fixed and done with!

The negotiations with creditors have drug on and not all to the best for me. No real communication from the staff. Also they have only called when requested and I never know what is really going on with any of the creditors. I feel I was mislead when signing up.

Freedom Debt Relief is my big help for my debt. Without this help; I'm never able to resolve this. Even FDR is slow on the process but the result of debt relief negotiation is great. It's no good by not paying the debt in full but I had no choice because hard to find work.

I was literally so overwhelmed with debt when I was medically retired from the military and did not receive my retirement party for nearly a year, that it felt like my life was over. After talking to Freedom's counselors and they asked me I could settle all of my debt with their program, I was skeptical. It's been over 2 years, and I have only a couple small accounts left to settle. FDR had helped me get my life back. My credit score was close to 400. Today it is at 610. FDR is a business I would recommend to anyone who feels they are not going to make it financially. They are still here for me, and I am forever grateful.

I started with 3 creditors and a 48 month program. I am very happy with how smoothly Freedom took over. I followed the directions and had virtually no harassment. The first 2 creditors went fine and have both been completed. But Chase has been hanging on, always saying "upcoming" on the portal. Each month my completion date moves farther out. Now I'm not done until March 2018. I should be done September 2017. Nothing is happening with Chase... No one even lets me know. I tried calling my Freedom agent, who has been very helpful so far, but he has not returned my calls.
