When I needed help with my debts your company was there to help get out of debt. When we bought our new home we went a little over all our debts and just about put us in a real bind. I personally want to thank your debt relief program for helping me get out of debt.

FDR has made it very easy to get my finances in order. They are extremely helpful and the staff is a joy to work with. Even after I had started the plan, they offered me an even better plan. I highly recommend them.

It has been an excellent experience working with FDR and eliminating my debt, and watching my credit score go above 700 because of it. They delivered exactly what they promised! If you are considering using FDR, do not delay your decision. I recommend them HIGHLY.

This seems to be working ok. Simple set-up, initial negotiating have been good. Some fast, some slow. Communications can be difficult. When you call, you do not talk to the people who are the negotiators. Just money collectors, who don't have any updates or answers. It was difficult trying to get through to the correct people. I have one debt being paid with $22, 18 months(?). No one asks or tells you if you can pay this in a shorter time. Base program is good though. I would like more info and choices for time, etc.

I found the program to be excellent the first two years but from October last year I had only three bills remaining and has only settled one so far. Otherwise I like the program. It has help me with my bills and I am almost debt free. As I said I am happy with the experience.

They are doing marvelous job helping their clients to have debt free. Only is a long process, as I speak one of my creditors has referred the debt into the hands of a collection agency which I am going to fax the letter to their office.

It takes longer than I thought. I am tired of the credit card companies calling. Almost 8 months later and 3 card companies still are badgering me. The people are nice enough. And it seems like they are trying to help. But now Case is trying to sue me and are probably going to garnish my wages, before Freedom Debt Relief can make a deal with them. I just would like them to get with the card companies quicker.

Everyone is very helpful and nice. I get quick response and when I'm finish with the I know that they're going with me. I told a couple of my friends about Freedom Debt consolidation and they been very happy with the way Freedom help them too.

Have been helped a lot by them, but feel I have to be constantly on them when I get notices from companies I owe money to. I feel that FDR should at least contact you with updates on your accounts. When I call customer services I feel that I have to explain myself over and over because my files are not in front of them.

Services is good, quick response to inquiries, dashboard helpful. The only issue I have is the negotiations is slow especially with OneMain and AZ Fed credit union. Updated on 03/18/2020: Overall, everything has been working out well, and I have been happy with it for the most part. However, it is taking a lot longer than what I thought it would take. They told me roughly four years, but I know it was not an exact science with that, so I wasn't too upset about it. But I had two of the debtors try to sue us ahead of all of it while we were doing all this. So, I had to pay extra for six or eight months until they could go ahead and negotiate them out of it and be ahead and not behind. I understand they are in it to make some money too, but I wonder how much I've saved over the long run -- I might have been better off arguing with these people myself and pay them a little bit more. Still, it is a good service, and it keeps the people off your back for the most part. It takes a little bit of time to get that going, but at least they chase them around instead of them chasing me around.

We began this debt reduction journey 10 months ago and have already saved $12,000 due to Freedom Debt Relief's ability to negotiate settlements with our creditors. Customer service representatives are always helpful and patient with our questions, and there are no hidden fees or surprises.

I'm very happy with the way things are going but could speed up on negotiations a little quicker! The court ordeal with Bank of America was handled excellent! Also on the accounts that are presently getting paid need to have dates under/Next to payment for tracking purposes on account. They were previously that way until changed! I continue to have a good experience with this company. I'm pleased with the results in dealing with my debt. The agents I have spoken with are very efficient and professional. I will continue to have confidence in the job all of you are doing so far.

So far have had one creditor paid off and three others being paid off. There are 13 other creditors to make settlements with and three and a half years to go. It's hard and we're learning a new way of dealing with our finances in a new way. The first six months or so are hardest especially with the creditor calls and ignoring all of them, but now don't get any more at all. Had one litigation against us so far from a creditor but immediately gave it to National Litigation Law Group who are handling it as power of attorney--would recommend getting this as an extra precaution to anyone signing on.

Eric - hard worker. Professional and friendly. I felt like he took special interest in my case and kept in constant communication. He was never annoyed at my questions. He guided me through the difficult process with some creditors and always had my best interest in mind.

I let Freedom Debt take over with getting my debt consolidated and balances reduced when I was unemployed for several months after moving and needed some relief. They have been great to work with and help me get my debt manageable.

It started out a bit bumpy when we had a miscommunication of 1 payment split into 2 turned into biweekly payments the way I get paid! The only problem is the way I get paid is why I had to get into the program and why I wanted to just make 2 payments not one or 3 which now happens. I make 3 twice a year seeing as it got set up by my pay schedule so we had to finally get a schedule worked out that didn't mess up payments to debtor's like happened on the one card even though the agent was almost sure it wouldn't and we missed the settlement by 1 payment and have to start over again with that client after having it down to the last payment that got messed up.

I have been enrolled with FDR for less than a year. At this point one of my debts has been resolved and paid off. Another debt will be paid off within the next few months. I have a total of 5 debts that FDR is resolving. So, within my first year I will have paid off 2 of those 5. The 3rd is already being paid. The other 2 are in negotiation. I have been very happy with the communication and program thus far. I will be saving a great deal of money using FDR and will have my debt paid off much sooner than paying the minimum due on each of these accounts. I highly recommend speaking with FDR. I am confident they will be able to assist you.

I was terminated erroneously. I have requested reinstatement. Your response for that reinstatement is to request to resign. Why should I have to resign? Your mistake, reinstatement should be automatically. Due to your mistake I am unable to finalize my last settlements!!!

I read a lot of reviews about this before deciding to sign up. The most important thing to remember is, the program takes time- they need to negotiate with each creditor. So, if you are consistent in making your payments, the plan will work. Trust the process. I am currently one year into my program and more than half of my debts have been successfully negotiated, and, I have not added any additional money to my Freedom Account. If I did, it would speed up the process of the program. Be patient, it’s worth it.

I was so skeptical when I started the program but customer affairs made me feel so at ease and welcome. They answered all my questions and concerns. All communications are handled in such a professional and courteous way, they exceeded all my expectations. All the tools provided gave me the control to monitor my progress without delay. I did not know when I started this that my credit would be as bad as it is right now. The problem I see with this entire setup is when 1 debt is resolved at a time, the other debts just keep mounting until that specific debt is negotiated and paid. Once that one is paid then another 1 is negotiated. In the meantime, I still get harassed by collections, my credit score goes down, and the problem is now most employers do not hire a person if they have a bad credit score or show delinquencies.

They are a good company. As long as you stay committed you can get your debts paid as they said in the beginning. The only problem I have with them is you never can read your monthly statement on your dashboard. I've reported it several times. Nothing has been done to fix the problem. Statement is smeared looking no matter what you do with your phone.

I have been in this program for a little over a year and a half. I entered with almost $50,000 in credit card debt. I had trouble sleeping at night and although I was able to make minimum payments, at 55 I was never going to be able to retire or pay them off. I have a good job and because I keep up my end FDR has done more faster than I expected. They are constantly working to get everything possible resolved. This is a great company. I have had excellent results just taking longer than three years as it was told to me in the beginning but as for clearing the debt it has done everything as promise. I would recommend this company to all my friends in need of debt relief.

I would not recommend Freedom financial. I have ended up in court doing exactly what was recommend to me. I am now paying the account that took me to court separately. I have one account remaining and honestly don't believe that anyone is working on a settlement. I have more money in my account than the estimated settlement. Agents called constantly when I began the program. Once you're in the program they disappear. After telling you they will be with you every step of the way.

I have been with Freedom Debt Relief for over a year. They have paid off several of my bills. I'm very pleased with how they are doing. I don't have to worry where my money is going. All I have to do is go online and check or call. They are always available.

We entered into this contract with the assumption that it would take 40+ months or a little longer. We have provided the agreed upon amount monthly. We are now into month 60 and still owe over 40K. What is going on? Why is this taking SOOO long. They need to move faster. This is painful.

If I had known and understood how this really works I wouldn't have took this route, Because I was paying my credit bills on time. This is very slow, you set it up for 5 years and you use up the whole 5 years. You don't work any faster. It took you over a year to clear three credit card debt. I guess that's 3 a year is all you can do.

I am very pleased that Freedom Debt came into my life. I was getting so worried of what I was going to do to get my husband out of debt. My husband and I both have some health problems that hold us back from getting jobs. It seems to be going well, with the exception of sometimes trying to get paperwork to the main office. Feel tighter on budget, moved now to a cheaper, OLDER apt, not happy, to help budget. But had to go to court because you "omitted" my teenagers medical bill on my program. Then I was told at beginning to accept settlements when offered but then told it messed with the medical agreement. Lawyer and I had to do conference call to get medical set in again but upset it came to all that. Play phone tag, email response sometimes, and I don't have smart phone. So no I'm not happy.

When I first signed up for this program I was very excited to know that I was going to be debt free very soon. I should have filed bankruptcy!! I have this program over my head until all of my accounts are settled. Your monthly payment is what they use to build your account. Once it gets to be at 25% of one of your debts that's when they start to settle and that takes forever. I recently tried to get prequalified for a house and my credit is not very good and the monthly payment that goes to FDR only granted me $110k. You can't buy a nice home with that. If I didn't have FDR over my head. They would have granted me a lot more. I have put several thousand dollars on my account to try and settle all my accounts to get out of the program and it does seem to help. Very dissatisfied customer!

Updated on 06/16/2021: Freedom Debt Relief took my debts and negotiated them for me, and it has been working out good. What I learned from this is it will hurt your credit when you first start it, and then you have to rebuild your credit over time. That was not explained at the beginning, but you live and learn. Other than that, it has been professional, reputable, outstanding, and Freedom does what you expect them to do for you. I got a year to go and I'll be done.

I feel they have done a remarkable job in resolving my debts. They basically were able to bring down everything by half. However I feel in some cases, they could of done better, especially on the lower cards. It seems as a standard procedure they tell you agreements have come in for half the amounts. The other question I have is, why they keep going up on the deadline date as opposed to sticking with the original agreement. I will have to call them on this... My agreement was for May 2018, and the info I get is that all will be done by Oct 2019???
