The process has been easy to follow and communications excellent. All concerns expresses have been addressed and I am pleased thus far. The single greatest aspect of the program is the peace of mind brought forward as one can see the progress being made towards becoming solvent once again.

I was so skeptical when I started the program but customer affairs made me feel so at ease and welcome. They answered all my questions and concerns. I did not know when I started this that my credit would be as bad as it is right now. The problem I see with this entire setup is when 1 debt is resolved at a time, the other debts just keep mounting until that specific debt is negotiated and paid. Once that one is paid then another 1 is negotiated. In the meantime, I still get harassed by collections, my credit score goes down, and the problem is now most employers do not hire a person if they have a bad credit score or show delinquencies.

They are a good company. As long as you stay committed you can get your debts paid as they said in the beginning. The only problem I have with them is you never can read your monthly statement on your dashboard. I've reported it several times. Nothing has been done to fix the problem. Statement is smeared looking no matter what you do with your phone.

I have been in this program for a little over a year and a half. I entered with almost $50,000 in credit card debt. I had trouble sleeping at night and although I was able to make minimum payments, at 55 I was never going to be able to retire or pay them off. I have a good job and because I keep up my end FDR has done more faster than I expected. They are constantly working to get everything possible resolved. I have seen negative comments from others in regards to fees but believe me, they earn every bit of them. Resolving the amount of debt I had would be a full time job. As long as I make my deposits, they do all of the work. I honestly never worry about my debt load anymore. I know I will be debt free well before retirement and it has also taught me to save and spend wisely. Without credit cards, I think really hard before spending precious cash.

This is a great company. I have had excellent results just taking longer than three years as it was told to me in the beginning but as for clearing the debt it has done everything as promise. I would recommend this company to all my friends in need of debt relief.

I would not recommend Freedom financial. I have ended up in court doing exactly what was recommend to me. I am now paying the account that took me to court separately. I have one account remaining and honestly don't believe that anyone is working on a settlement. I have more money in my account than the estimated settlement. Agents called constantly when I began the program. Once you're in the program they disappear. After telling you they will be with you every step of the way.

I have been with Freedom Debt Relief for over a year. They have paid off several of my bills. I'm very pleased with how they are doing. I don't have to worry where my money is going. All I have to do is go online and check or call. They are always available.

We entered into this contract with the assumption that it would take 40+ months or a little longer. We have provided the agreed upon amount monthly. We are now into month 60 and still owe over 40K. What is going on? Why is this taking SOOO long. They need to move faster. This is painful.

If I had known and understood how this really works I wouldn't have took this route, Because I was paying my credit bills on time. This is very slow, you set it up for 5 years and you use up the whole 5 years. You don't work any faster. It took you over a year to clear three credit card debt. I guess that's 3 a year is all you can do.

I am very pleased that Freedom Debt came into my life. I was getting so worried of what I was going to do to get my husband out of debt. My husband and I both have some health problems that hold us back from getting jobs. I'm very dissatisfied with this entire program. I was misled from day 1. I chose the program to avoid bankruptcy yet 6 out of 11 accounts have turned into lawsuits and then I was advised by your company to file bankruptcy. Not happy.

It seems to be going well, with the exception of sometimes trying to get paperwork to the main office. Asked for paperwork probably 10 times and was returned the first time, but continued to ask for it again. Information sent at the beginning of the process, they were unable to find when they needed it. Received a summons from the courts, had no idea that this would happen.

Feel tighter on budget, moved now to a cheaper, OLDER apt, not happy, to help budget. But had to go to court because you "omitted" my teenagers medical bill on my program. Then I was told at beginning to accept settlements when offered but then told it messed with the medical agreement. Lawyer and I had to do conference call to get medical set in again but upset it came to all that. Play phone tag, email response sometimes, and I don't have smart phone. So no I'm not happy.

I regret getting into this program! It has not been as helpful as I was under the impression it would be. It has caused me more headaches than if I just wouldn't handled my creditors myself. Plus, it doesn't prevent you from having creditors take you to court and the lawyers will only help you if you have even more money to fork over so I have been on my own even though I'm paying a nice sum to the program every month.

FDR helped me clear up what seemed to be impossible. Customer service was great. They kept me up to date on my progress via the Client Dashboard. The negotiations were always approved by me before finalized. I'm grateful they were here to help me.

Happy so far with the way things are going. Although a little concerned with NLG when asked about Capital One and getting it resolved so C+ can pay them off. Some of the people in your customer service could use a little work. One girl I talked to acted like she didn't know what she was doing when I asked her to process my payment early.

When I first signed up for this program I was very excited to know that I was going to be debt free very soon. I should have filed bankruptcy!! I have this program over my head until all of my accounts are settled. Your monthly payment is what they use to build your account. Once it gets to be at 25% of one of your debts that's when they start to settle and that takes forever. I recently tried to get prequalified for a house and my credit is not very good and the monthly payment that goes to FDR only granted me $110k. You can't buy a nice home with that. If I didn't have FDR over my head. They would have granted me a lot more. I have put several thousand dollars on my account to try and settle all my accounts to get out of the program and it does seem to help. Very dissatisfied customer!

This team works well on my behalf and I am thankful for the abilities to become debt less sooner than I would have on my own. I don't get very many calls from creditors so I know that the system is working on my behalf. I settled quite a few accounts since starting.

My debt was beyond my control anymore. It happens to a lot of people. I had a great paying job, paid my bills, no problem. Updated on 06/16/2021: Freedom Debt Relief took my debts and negotiated them for me, and it has been working out good. What I learned from this is it will hurt your credit when you first start it, and then you have to rebuild your credit over time. That was not explained at the beginning, but you live and learn. Other than that, it has been professional, reputable, outstanding, and Freedom does what you expect them to do for you. I got a year to go and I'll be done.

NLLG settled an account and FDR charges me fees!!! FDR did nothing, should not be any fees! Thinking of leaving FDR. Why should you get over $1000 when you did nothing? All you're doing is sending monthly checks. You should be getting no fees.

I have had nothing but good experiences with your company. They are always kind, courteous, and explain what is going on with my account. The dashboard is also very helpful, shows exactly what is going on with my account. Again nothing but good things and helpful people. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs financial peace of mind.

I feel they have done a remarkable job in resolving my debts. They basically were able to bring down everything by half. However I feel in some cases, they could of done better, especially on the lower cards. It seems as a standard procedure they tell you agreements have come in for half the amounts. The other question I have is, why they keep going up on the deadline date as opposed to sticking with the original agreement. I will have to call them on this... My agreement was for May 2018, and the info I get is that all will be done by Oct 2019???

Everything has been what was explained to me except for the fact that when a debt has been settled the amount that was saved between the original balance and what Freedom negotiated has to be claimed as income when filing taxes. I find that the Fees that you charge at between 17% and 19% are excessive and should be addressed. One of the accounts I sent you the bank settlement information and you just canned the info and charged me almost a $1000.

Been in the program for a year now. I've paid over $7,000 dollars. Only two of my accounts are receiving payments that total under $50.00 a month. I realize there are fees associated with the service but I would think it would be more beneficial to pay off my creditors first, then apply to the fee for services. Not really sure if the lawyer services are necessary, but I do have one creditor that has stated that "there are other avenues available to pursue to obtain payment". I'll see what that means in the near future.

At when I enter the program it was all good conversation but I have had some rocky moment where account I owed nothing to were closed by Comenity according to them at your request. Those account are still closed even after numerous of letters. I have ToysRUs, who calls my house at least 9 times a day starting at 8 am 'til 9 pm everyday. They say they not heard from you all. I have given them small Amt but now I have gotten a certified letter threatening to take other action. Need your help. Please.

My employer was hit by the cyber attack on 6/27 which affected my receiving the correct salary, causing insufficient funds to pay my automatic withdrawals. After talking to an agent at FDR, I felt confident that they would give me time to pay.

I was told they would negotiate my accounts within 6 months and there would be a dip in my credit score that would recover once negotiations were complete. It's been a year and they have negotiated only three settlements. I now have 6 collections against me and my credit has plummeted. They won't work out a settlement until the money is in your account even though you have an agreed payment plan. All I worked for over years is destroyed. You may as well negotiate settlements on your own.
