High debt on multiple credit cards put me into a debt vortex that I could not pull out of. I had income and good credit and did not want to file Bankruptcy. FDR is working for me and has given me my life back. I am with them on a five year program which started 17 months ago. FDR is professional in all aspects of their business. Their Website shows my accounts paid off, being paid off and being negotiated. FDR handles all contact with my creditors. The FDR business model is simple, consistent, effective for me and for my creditors. The success keeps me in a budget and encourages me to work harder to get all debt settled. All of my experiences with FDR have been good.

So far Freedom Debt Relief has kept their word on helping me bring my debt down by settling the amount owed to a lesser amount and paying the creditors as negotiated until settlement is paid off. I've done my part in having the funds to help them help me with a reasonable price. I pay in the beginning of the month and middle. I can't wait for it to be over and done with. Thank you.

Freedom Debt Relief has been so helpful. I was laid off never expecting it. At the time making good money and had to take a lower paying job. I now feel I don't have to worry and stress because of the great job Freedom Debt has done for me.

This program has been great for me. I wish their fees weren't so high on each settlement, but I realize they have to make money helping me. Unless you have money to keep adding to your account, it will be a very long process getting bills paid off. All in all, I am glad I enrolled in the program.

Everything has been what was explained to me except for the fact that when a debt has been settled the amount that was saved between the original balance and what Freedom negotiated has to be claimed as income when filing taxes. This should be explained during the original discussion with the consultants.

Positive results with one phone call after making three phone calls. Started off fast and had a good experience, but then slowed down. The dashboard sometimes does not show correct information. Several calls to get this information corrected, and still does not show correct information on one of my accounts.

They have kept us informed as to what was happening. Cleared two accounts quicker than expected. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. They have relieved most of my stress, as for getting out of debt. Have no regrets in taking this step using them for debt relief program.

Removing cc debt that has accrued over a decade is a difficult task, but with FDR in our corner working with and for us we will get to our end goal (c.f. debt free). I find that the Fees that you charge at between 17% and 19% are excessive and should be addressed. One of the accounts I sent you the bank settlement information and you just canned the info and charged me almost a $1000.

I have been with Freedom Debt Relief for a little over a year now, and since joining their program they have paid off 1 debt, and have 4-5 other debts that have reached settlement and are being paid off in monthly installments. Been in the program for a year now. I've paid over $7,000 dollars. Only two of my accounts are receiving payments that total under $50.00 a month. I realize there are fees associated with the service but I would think it would be more beneficial to pay off my creditors first, then apply to the fee for services. Not really sure if the lawyer services are necessary, but I do have one creditor that has stated that "there are other avenues available to pursue to obtain payment". I'll see what that means in the near future.

At when I enter the program it was all good conversation but I have had some rocky moment where account I owed nothing to were closed by Comenity according to them at your request. Those account are still closed even after numerous of letters. I have ToysRUs, who calls my house at least 9 times a day starting at 8 am 'til 9 pm everyday. They say they not heard from you all. I have given them small Amt but now I have gotten a certified letter threatening to take other action. Need your help. Please.

My employer was hit by the cyber attack on 6/27 which affected my receiving the correct salary, causing insufficient funds to pay my automatic withdrawals. After talking to an agent at FDR, I felt confident that they would give me time to pay.

I was told they would negotiate my accounts within 6 months and there would be a dip in my credit score that would recover once negotiations were complete. It's been a year and they have negotiated only three settlements. I now have 6 collections against me and my credit has plummeted. They won't work out a settlement until the money is in your account even though you have an agreed payment plan. All I worked for over years is destroyed. You may as well negotiate settlements on your own.

This is the best decision I have made regarding my finances. I thought Freedom would draft my money and take their money off the top. Nope the money goes to the creditors and I see great progress. I really appreciate all that has been done so far in assisting me.

FDR has been the bane of my existence since I decided to join almost 2 years ago. They do not communicate with me on a regular basis (except for form mail) and they conveniently lose important faxed documents! I will not use FDR again!

Why so many fee and no settlement. It's been a years and half and still no settlement on one of the account of the four that I have. You are fast take out the fee but not fast doing the settlement and the bank keep calling me for payment.

Love this company. The only thing I would suggest is More personal Contact. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars. I like to discuss my account with a live person instead of emails all the time. I would love more options when we're almost through half of the debt. Someone called me stating they could pay off the remaining debt and I repay Freedom Debt. Freedom Debt Relief is recognized as a leader in resolving unmanageable debt load for individuals and it is well deserved. Their methods, processes and fees are clearly explained with no gimmicks or surprises. They have delivered on their commitments. My experience with them, has been excellent and positive. Their services may not be for everyone, but for those that it makes sense, I wouldn't hesitate recommending their program. Many of the negative reviews I have read were not my experience, and in many cases it appeared that the reviews were the result of not understanding the required commitment or not understanding the program and process. As I previously stated, the program was completely explained and outlined to me with no surprises. I am 1-1/2 years into a 3-1/2 year program and am pleased with the progress to date.

My experience with FDR has been excellent. Negotiations with creditors were executed successfully and on time. The whole process was well organized and easily understood. All my questions and concerns were promptly dealt with in a very professional manner. I also appreciated the opportunity to sign up for legal representation - for a very reasonable fee - in case of legal actions taken by creditors. My overall opinion of FDR is highly favorable.

I called and they took a lot of time to explain how it all worked and answered all my question I had. They didn't pushed me into any thing, they told me I could take all the time I needed. Once I decided to start they were great help, person took all the action and got the ball rolling thing changed for the better for me.

I have submitted bills I wish to have consolidated with my account. I have submitted them over and over and I don't know what the status is. I was told that I could add a bill anytime after I started the program. The dashboard needs tweaking. I can't find anything except the basic. There isn't anywhere you can update your billing information. I have invested too much to get out of the program now.

A lot of hidden fees wasn't told about. Not satisfied with the whole experience. Was not told about getting 1099 for tax purposes. I am considering going a different route and getting debt cancelled altogether. Will make my decision very soon.

The time for paying off a lot of debt was reasonable. I would never have been able to pay-off the amount I owed within a decent amount of time. The length was shortened of course and having others go to bat for you was certainly a plus. It helps to know that there are others out there that can help you get out of debt sooner.

Explained everything in such great detail and very friendly. Whenever I had a question it was answered and very detailed. Always got an answer every time I called the direct line and every time was always respected and I felt comfortable speaking of my debt because they made me feel at ease about my debt.

I was initially told that my payoff amount was going to be less than it turned out to be. I would have preferred to be told no amount as opposed to a wrong amount. I really wish there was more communication with the creditors than there is. I understand that until you have a financial settlement offer for each creditor it is somewhat pointless to contact them. However, I'm quite sure all the creditors out there are familiar with your company and respect it, and since the largest debts get paid off last, if you guys could just call a few of them on my behalf and say, "We are getting to you as soon as possible and please know that the person in debt to you is anxious to agree on a settlement and pay it off to you as quick as they can." If I had been asked or if it were up to me, I think I'd do the opposite and pay the largest debts first. Overall I've been pretty happy with Freedom Financial and I am thankful for their help.

I have one $500 debt that has put negative remarks on my credit report and I put extra funds in my account and called several times and asked that it be paid NOW. I even pointed out that there was enough money in my account to pay it off twice at full price, and there was no reason for you all not to settle the debt. Months have gone by and it still on hold due to "strategy". Your strategy and mine aren't aligning. It's not worth the extra exposure that it has on my credit for the amount owed. PAY THE CARD OFF AT ALL COST! Sounds pretty clear to me, especially if I am the one paying it. Not even a call or email to update me either. Very poor!
