This was a great help to me and my debt; I appreciate it all that you do and without your help I wouldn't be able to get out of debt! This is a great resource to use when you are way above your head in debt or feel that you will have to do some type of bankruptcy.

I received accurate information as to how the process would work from the first call I made to Freedom Financial. The first agent contacting me after the initial call guided me until repayments started. I received information regarding on the consolidate loan to expedite paying all my creditors off sooner, which is where I am at now. I would recommend this service to anyone requiring the services provided by Freedom Debt.

During this process, I was disappointed by: a lack of responsiveness to inquiries in timely manner, failure to be apprised in advance of prepaid legal services option (which angered me the most), failure to return phone calls and/or emails as promised, unduly long time frame in negotiation with creditor in litigation which provoked said creditor to call for trial, failure to comply with requests to speak to supervisor, and too many departments and affiliates tossing me back and forth.

The program was very poorly explained. Credit very severely damaged due to methodologies. It took way too long to negotiate settlements. As final payments were approaching my "bank account" with Freedom was severely mishandled. Agents were not very helpful in settling issues. I would avoid Freedom Debt Relief at all costs.

Very Nice people to speak with, if any issues. Would recommend them to friends. They were always very polite And helpful on the phone. If you had problems paying to whole amount for a month or two, they were totally fine and helpful lowering the monthly rate.

Freedom Debt Relief saved me from mounting debt incurred in grad school and relentless interest rates from multiple accounts. I couldn't have dug myself out of this financial rut without their assistance and expertise. The associates were always clear and compassionate regarding my circumstances and are always a phone call away if you need assistance. My credit quickly restored after settlement and consolidation within a year. Now I am halfway through a 5 year plan of being credit debt free. I am truly grateful.

I felt like I had to initiate every negotiation. I pushed to have every debt negotiated. I felt for what I paid for the service that I would be treated like I was the number one client. Instead I felt like if I hadn't been involved as much as I was I would still be in the program. I wanted to pay my debt off faster and it was like pulling teeth to get any help. No matter who I talked to I never felt like my needs were met. I would make calls and be told that it would be taken care of and when I called back two weeks later it was like I never called. We spent the last 6-9 months trying to close out all the accounts and get our debt paid but I felt like I did all the leg work to make it happen. Never once did anyone ever call me back and check back in to see where we stood to make sure I was being taken care of, and that was my biggest issue.

When I called, staff was very helpful. The service with the bill paying went very smoothly. Notification on the computer was very helpful. I would recommended this organization. The one thing I did notice, that new staff and to be trained a little bit more. Could not answer all question but did ask for help from supervisors.

This is a very successful way to eliminate credit card debt if you are willing to stick with the program. Not an easy task but well worth the effort. I would recommend this program to anyone struggling financially. Great team at FDR. Finally peace of mind for me and my family.

The debt consolidation process was not as stressful as dealing with the difficulties of making monthly minimum payments on credit cards and feeling there was no end to it. The staff were very helpful and very understanding. The decision to enroll in this program has given me financial freedom and contributed in making a milestone decision. I am now retired from my job of 21 years and enjoying my pension.

Freedom Debt Relief was the best program that I have ever used. The program was very easy to use and the online access that was available was very clear and to the point. They worked with us for a realistic program to get our credit cards taken care of. We successfully completed the program in the time frame they coordinated, and their customer service was great. Very happy we're finally credit card free.

Charged outrageous fees for very little work. Would have been less expensive to pay, was suppose to be a personal loan. Bait and switch to this awful program. Wrote state attorney general to complain and was advised to contact an attorney. Do not use.

Consolidation loan is the best loan company I have ever worked with. I even asked my banker and he agreed with me. They don't make you feel the shame because you get your debt. You're in debt. They help you the best way they know how and they're always there if you date him. I couldn't ask for it any better company to help with my loan debt.

Customer service was very helpful. Overall I was happy with the program. I would recommend that you talk to the clients more about the debt that is canceled so people are not surprised when tax time comes and you have to claim the loss as income.

Not only would I recommend this program to my friends, I have on more than one occasion because their financial status. I chose to not go the route of bankruptcy which would have been easier, but it was and is my belief that I should repay what I could since I am the one who incurred the debt. I chose not to just walk away from my obligations. It was a hard four years, but I'm debt free and will stay that way. In the beginning I was told not to pay my bills and let creditors talk to FDR. Now after a year of being out of this. I can not attain any credit due to not paying my bills on time. That has cost me a lot. Now I wish I filed for bankruptcy. I do not recommend FDR.

When I called and inquired about the program, I was assured that though my credit report would be affected, it would not affect my ability to purchase a home. First lie. I couldn't get approved for a home due to the delinquency that I was told I needed to be able to have successful settlements and payoffs (I was never late on a payment, but I couldn't pay more than the minimum amount per month). I was never told that they work with one creditor at a time. I assumed that they worked with all of my creditors at once. Second lie. They wouldn't work with another one of my creditors until my first one was paid off. Needless to say, I removed 2 creditors from the program and worked things out with them directly.

I was never told how much you charged to "settle" my debt. Plus, you added several months on to my program and took way longer to get things done than you originally said it would take. With the amount you charged I could have paid the cards off completely, with no settlement.

The money you charge to get this done is way too much! It took way longer than it should have! I hated to have to wait till my credit really got bad to try to fix it. On the other hand the customer service was awesome.

The program worked as expected. I'm very pleased with the results. I will recommend it to anyone seeking to reduce their debt as the credit card industry has forced unreasonable fees on consumers just looking to get a little ahead. I would let new customers know up front that the amount saved does count as income on their tax return.

I was able to cut my total amount owed on credit card debt dramatically, and also cut the estimated 4-year payoff to 2 1/2 years by working closely with Freedom. I was also able to get an updated report anytime about the progress we were making. Over all I am very pleased and would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone needing to pay off credit cards. A word to the wise... The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced and your credit is destroyed. Negotiate with your creditors yourself without paying Freedom 30% for making the same calls you can. If I only would have known! Seriously, RUN AWAY!

I regret using this company. The customer service reps were difficult at every corner. At times they would call 5 times per day for days asking if I would take the same settlement. I would then explain that I already settled the account in question. No one ever told me my credit would tank as a result of using this company. Went from a 650 to 520 in about three months using this company.

The process was easy and the Customer service extremely helpful. I was kept informed on every step of the way Thank you for your assistance!!! Even when I moved to the Consolidated portion it was very simple. Thanks to everyone who worked on my case.

I think it's important to know what you're getting into, but if you understand it and it fits your needs, it is a great service. This program forces discipline in building a fund to settle debts, there is a substantial fee, but it can definitely be worth the money under the right circumstances. It requires settling debts for less than the amount due which will ding your credit pretty good, but in three years I was able to get all of my debts settled, rebuild my credit, and buy a house. I was able to remove debts from the program easily and settle them myself when necessary without any penalty from the company. They can't keep you from getting sued, but most creditors respect the fact that you’re making an effort and back off their collection efforts.

This company was very good and on top of everything and resolved all the issues I was dealing with in a timely manner. I was Very pleased with the outcome. Don't file bankruptcy. Let Freedom Financial go to work for you. You will be glad you did. And it doesn't ding your credit as bad as you would think.

It had been a good experience. I enjoyed working with these people. They helped me in so many ways. I am not wanting to bankruptcy and I am working well at this. Can't wait to see me be debt free. May take a few years but I will be there soon. Thank you for everything.

I choose Freedom Financial because I felt very comfortable with them and they always kept me well informed of the debt solution process. I really liked that I could look at my account anytime to make sure the process was accurate. I was very surprised at the end when all my debts were paid, how much money I had left. The process was easy and the customer service was really great.

They got me out of debt. I had no problems with collectors and they help me to get my credit back in good standing. Although I thought my payments were a little high I still got satisfaction from paying off creditors.

Was able to pay off debt from credit cards. Customer service was horrible and provided wrong information causing a huge financial stress on me. Was given wrong pay off amount twice. And after posting off balance was told I still owed more and had to continue my monthly payments or cancel and forfeit my plan.

Entered the FDR Program 3 years ago. After working through all our accounts, we are Credit Card Debt Free as of July 31, 2017 and didn't have to file bankruptcy. Our credit scores have improved dramatically and we are free of debt collection calls and threats. FDR took care of everything.

It was a long hard fight but we got our credit card debt taken care of. We still had to pay taxes on the debt that was written off. That was not told to us when we started. This information needs told to customers.

The results were promising. My experience was positive and I am appreciative for all that Freedom did for me. I do feel they were honest with me on almost everything, but I had one minor issue on a settlement that they fixed and honored admirably.

My representative made me feel better about my situation and was always upfront and honest with me regarding each situation. She totally had my best interest at heart when dealing with the creditors. She was very responsive when I needed to contact her.

Everyone was helpful, respectful, Kind... The only issue I had was that I was asked to submit a POA for American Express on several occasions. Never could figure out why??? I think it was Marshelle that forwarded the original POA to people as they requested the same POA over and over. Since then I have been impressed with the efficiency of everyone concerned.

This is a little early to comment since I started late July but with what I had to do everything went well with the help of all involved. Brent ** is the person I have dealt with and when he wasn't available he called as soon as he could in the same day. He has been very helpful. I get a lot of emails which I keep in case I need to go back to them.

This journey was very scary at first. But I have found that with every call I have made to the people at FDR, I always feel reassured with honest open answers to my questions by REAL people. And, I feel more at peace as this journey continues. The very first person I spoke with before I signed on was herself a graduate of the FDR and that is one of the reasons I decided this was for me too.

I chose to cancel my program before the first month ended when I learned the counselor who was "assisting" me had not been truthful. Despite repeated conversations by email and phone and constant assurances that my credit report would not be damaged, that FDR would not receive any money until my debts were solved, etc. I learned that none of this was true. Then, it cost me the fees that had already been deducted to learn that what I was told was not the truth but I was stuck for those amounts. Roughly $32 was a small price to pay to save myself and my credit, but it still stings as I was very clear about my concerns. A reminder to listen to that little voice inside when you think someone is not being straight with you.

Venetia was very polite and thorough. She answered my questions and concerns. Although I struggle to get my payments to my creditors on time, I still find myself not getting anywhere. Venetia was patient with me and walked me through the process. I already feel as though a huge weight has been lifted off me.

Always had a best interaction with the reps and they work fast and efficient on resolving my debt and keep me updated at all times. The easy to read and navigate dashboard makes understanding my account easy and email communication and approvals makes resolving matter in a timely manner so much easier since I am not always in telephone's reach.

Updated on 03/12/2020: I just made my last additional deposit so I could finish paying the whole thing. It’s in the process and it takes 30 days. I’m supposed to call back Arturo on the 29th or six months so it’s a stress reliever but I’m gonna be 100% stress-free when I pay the whole thing and FDR tells me that we’re done. It was kinda hard because I was paying $377 every month. I work almost seven days a week and sometimes, I take a break for two weekends. I then go back to work seven days a week so I could afford that kind of money because as a single mother, it’s not easy. It was worth it though.

On the whole, I have been pleased with my dealings with Freedom Debt Relief. A few of my customer service experiences have been frustrating, especially trying to get a response through email, which I have found to be nearly impossible. In another instance I called the Customer Service 800 number with a question & request and was told I should have a response within 2 weeks. After 6 weeks, I called again to learn that the earlier request I had made could not be done as I had asked at all. This was frustrating. The customer service reps are all very friendly and respectful, but may not always have the information they need to deal with clients.

So far it has been fair and anxiety reducing. It is a nerve bending experience, I hope for the best! I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to people or family members. The whole process was a little bit overwhelming at first but after talking to representatives it was much clearer.

When I started with FDR they made it sound so easy. What I did not know was that my creditors were going to be contacted "over a period of time". So what that looks like is "I'm being inundated with calls from my creditors wondering what is going on". Mind you I have NEVER missed to been late with a payment... AND in the process of all of this my credit score has plummeted! It's a long road to repair just to save money over time. I think I would have been better off paying the debt myself.

My certified debt consultant Robert was very thorough with reviewing the Freedom Debt Relief program and how it works. He made sure to ask if I had any questions for him about the program and answered them making me feel some relief concerning my credit and looking forward to being debt free. I can't wait till that day comes.

Not happy with the way this small account is taken so long. I was informed that if I was still having money withdrawn, it might be expedited. What is that all about. I sure would not recommend any other customers.

I am very happy with how Freedom was able to resolve my debt. The staff was always on top of everything and anytime I had a questions they we're able to answer them themselves or they transferred me to someone who could. I am very impressed with how they work.

At the start of my account I was told that my first payment would be for half the total amount. The second half would come out 2 weeks later. The next month they were supposed to take the whole amount on the 25th of the month, instead of 2 times a month. They did not change this and it ended up that they charged my account 4 times. Cost me over $150 in NSF charges. I spoke to them on the phone one day and it was changed to the 25th of each month, the next day they did it again and cost me another NSF charge. I cancel the account that day.

I was paying my bills on time. I was really seeing no downside on the balance. The interest was keeping the balance the same. So it would seem I was just throwing my money away.
