I am very happy that I am finally to get rid of my debt thru the help of Freedom Debt Relief. I never could have done it alone. I started the program in February 2017 and have already had 2 out of my 7 credit cards settle for a lower pay off amount thanks to help of Freedom Debt Relief. Thank you!!!

I have been with Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) for about a year now and it has been a very delightful process! For example, every time I call FDR with a problem, they are extremely professional and very caring. They are always eager to assist me with any problem that I may encounter regarding my creditors. They made the process very easy. Customer service were great and are with you every step of the way. For all questions they get back you by phone, email and text. And they explain things to you in terms that you understand. Also they make the transition easy.

It would seem to me that we could be making more progress towards all the creditors still without any resolution yet. Only one of my creditors has been settled with, while there is considerable funds on account now. Also, someone from Consolidation Plus tried to get ahold of me, then missed a phone appointment and didn't respond to an email about some program, thru you I know nothing about. His name is Jason **. Turned over three accounts, one settlement has been negotiated and another is in progress. Freedom Debt Relief reps work with me as needed and are very professional and understanding. With regular monthly payments that are within my budget, I've been assured that I will be without credit card debt at the end of four years.

FDR is doing what they say they will just wish their fee was lower so more of my funds could go to my debt. I Know they charge fees for the service but wish it was lower or if they could take it out in installments through out the process. I am sure a lot of client like me get discouraged knowing a monthly payment or more is being deducted for settling one account.

Communication is lacking once your agreement is secured. Emails go unanswered and trying to get through to someone by phone is impossible. I'm enrolled 4 months already and only 1 account has been settled. Where is my money going! I am still getting phone calls from my creditors and bills for the settled account.

I'm satisfied the way it's going. All the phone calls have stopped from the creditors. We still get a few monthly bills in. We like the way it's going so far. It has helped us so much by going through Freedom Debt Relief.

They are on point... Anytime I need to ask a question or I don't fully understand something, they are always available to answer my needs. I'm fairly new to the program, but I'm pleased with the success with FDR. Excited to see what's next for me.

Just started so it is early but so far I believe that I have made the right decision!! It took me awhile to make this decision but I wanted to get on top of my credit card debt. I was feeling like I was going to end in bankruptcy and at my age it was not something I wanted to admit to allowing to happen.

When I first started this program everything was going great and they were settling my accounts that I placed with them. I had been in the program for a year and a half. One of the accounts that I placed with them they ignored and didn't send them anything to show that I was in their program, and working to resolve my debts. Then I get a notice that I am being sued over a year later after submitting this account to them. I reached out to them and got told that until they have money in my dedicated account they can't do anything about it.

We are very happy with our experience. The only comment we would make is that, it's confusing as to what email address we forward which letters too. Such as what letters are forward to freedom and what letters are forward to national litigation.

I'm glad I contacted Freedom. It has lifted a great weight off my shoulders. Customer service has been great. I was so in debt I felt like I could not breathe. I had no extra money for expenses that came up being a single Mom. The only headache is dodging the calls from my debtors, but I am told it will stop soon. Can't wait until I am debt free.

So far all well. Very informative reps. All questions ask have been answered so far. A little too early to really related how this is going to play out. I have found both reps that I have spoken to, to be very pleasant and knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Great company, courteous, prompt. Took care of my needs. So far a very good experience. I saw them on the internet and called, I was taken care of the same day. I received a welcome package that allowed me to contact my creditors ahead of time and do much paperwork prior to them taking over my accounts.

I have had several disappointing experiences with Freedom: they have ranged from my payments I asked to be stopped not being properly processed to a paid off loan going to another creditor and the only way to get resolution was to complain to the BBB about Freedom. My latest experience is this: this Friday 7/28/17 I approved a loan, and then after further reflection, I realized I was not happy with the negotiation. Less than a 1/2 hour after approving I called in and said that I did not want it to be approved. The CSR said they had taken care of it.

Very pleased with my rep Gina **. And the relief I'm getting in amounts I owe. The emails are helpful and keeping me informed via email. The amount of balance owed is a great relief in my old age. Unfortunately my social security is being cut back monthly.

My contact person Shaun was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that was going to happen step by step. What I liked about him was that he was not pushy whatsoever. I would highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief to a friend.

I have requested several times now for a credit card to be removed from the program and for payment to be made to another credit card with the money in my account, and it still hasn't to this point. I was told I had complete control over my program, and apparently, this is not the case.

Great people trying to help you get through tough times. People need to do something about credit card companies and keep them from ripping everybody off. Freedom Debt Relief has seemed to help me out a lot so far and hopefully they will keep on till this debt is resolved.

Tony was incredibly helpful going through this entire process. I originally talked to him in May, but at that point my husband wasn't on board. I don't feel they are settling for as low as they lead me to believe they would. It is taking longer than they lead me to believe. I am so strapped financially that I can barely live. I should have dealt with the credit card companies myself. I would have been much better off. It would have been cheaper & less stressful. I called as a coincidence to request any assistance with how to reduce my debts incurred in the past as a result of unforeseen situations I went through since 2014. Loss of jobs, son and myself in College and loss of relatives were amongst the situation that caused my finances to blow out of proportion as I was preparing myself and my family for the worst. I found FDR on the Internet and immediately their response was a nice one and they educated what I need to do in order to get back in track and that they can provide the help I might need.

I got in deep financial trouble for 15 years and then I could not bail myself out. One day, I saw a commercial of a Freedom Debt Relief client and then I called them. It was the best decision in my life. The advisors and rep are so professional and supportive. FDR has helped me get back on track, I've learned self control on spending and my finance.

The program started off ok. After I started monitoring my account closely I realized how much was taken out for fees and services. I could have called the collection agency myself and cut the same deal and have no fees. If you are bad at managing your money and won't stick to paying it for yourself then I guess it's ok. If you want to pay monthly charges to collection and have no fees you will save thousands. Also very hard to get requested documents. Was told multiple times I would get a document either emailed or mailed to me, not once.

Steven was awesome and patient! I feel really good about moving forward with FDR. He was very honest and upfront about everything. The process was very quick although we had some issues with the phone system. Overall I'm happy with the process, without Steven's support, and with the possibility of finally being debt free.

I have been extremely pleased with the ease of this program. I started with 12 accounts and have resolved 7 rather quickly. If I had the additional funds it could have been done quicker! I not getting updates as I would like as to whom is getting paid, I get a statement from one creditor each month that they are receiving payment but that's it, I don't know where the rest of the money is going to, I feel like I should know more.

Your people have done a great job. I did as they asked and made my payments on time and they did the rest. Thanks I sleep better because of your team. Freedom Debt helped us complete an application and later on move to ConsulPlus. Before a year ended, we were debt free with our creditors. Though we still need to pay FDR and ConsolPlus for their work, we feel like our credit report will improve, and that's relief to us! This is a good program if you have bad credit and can't keep up with your payments. Something they never told me. But if you had/ have good credit then stick with your credit cards and don't do this program because it KILLS your credit.

The process is grinding quite a bit more slowly than I was expecting. It is much more confusing that I would like it to be. I read and reread the glossary trying to understand terms, but it seems to me that my debts keep changing status and none of it is explained adequately. I was assigned a representative whom I thought was my go-to person, but she never returns any of my calls or e-mails. I called customer service today (July 28, 2017) with some questions. I mentioned to the representative, and meant it as a complaint, that I never get a response from my rep and her response to that was "Well, there were many customer service reps and the person I understood to be my account rep was only one person." I cannot argue with that logic, but then, why assign someone to me as a dedicated rep? Why not just tell me to call Customer Service? Feels like a bit of a bait and switch.

I do not have anything positive to say about this company. Approximately one year ago I contacted an individual employed with an affiliate of Freedom Debt Relief to inquire about a loan to pay off my credit card debt. This individual, however, stated that he could enroll me in this program where my credit card debt would be negotiated down from the actual amount owing AND I would not have to pay interest any longer. I provided my financial information and after an evaluation, he advised that my monthly payment to enroll in the program would be about $300 less than what I was paying on my credit cards at the time.

Jack and Mohammad were very friendly and kind. Help me figure out what I needed. Jack helped out immensely and understood the struggles or hardships and stupidity of decisions I've made. Very pleased with my decision. I can't wait to be debt free and start over.

We had trapped ourselves into a good bit of debt. We were able to make the monthly payments but were just staying afloat after that. We needed something that wasn't another loan that helped us. Question: 1. When there is enough money in account to close a debt, why is that money not used to pay that debt. 2. I have on several occasions sent in my form to notify of indebtedness. Have called several times. Form not uploaded or on file. Explanation, backlog, call back every couple of days over 2-3 months. Got tired of calling.

A friend recommended this company. They were able to negotiate my debts and come up with a payment plan that would help me. Staff was helpful and courteous... until I paid off my account 4 months early. Very proud I was able to accomplish this and move forward. But someone dropped the ball, never paid off the final creditor, let my account go into collections again. Nobody was able to help. It took me 8 months, hours on the phone, numerous communications via emails and phone calls and several customer service people.

For the most part I was happy with the program. The problem that I have is that I was given a proposed settlement date and I am aware that it is sometimes dependent on the company you are working on. At their end I have requested a stop allotment and there is more than enough money to cover final bill but had numerous calls to stop it. I am hoping to be done at some point with the final bill.

I paid $684.00 to the program and only $50.45 was paid to a creditor, the rest was the Freedom fee!!! Seriously??? I could have paid the $633.55 to creditors instead of the fee to Freedom. Yes!!! They get their money first just a heads up! I would never enroll in this program again and when I unenrolled I was not given any of the money back. I was told it was theirs for fees for negotiating 1 account, yes 1 account!!!

Mr. Boyer was very understanding and very detailed on every step of the program. Over the top customer service and very professional. I received all the information that was needed once I was approved and totally understood the process well.

They just don't communicate well enough. Send email only when settling, don't update dashboard when receiving information, to let you know they have received the information. Call with information to let know new creditors, say fax will update dashboard, days later still not updated.

I have received 2 letters of collection from an attorney about accounts in the program. I forwarded these to my support person and the support care team but have yet to even have an acknowledgment that the letters had been received.
