I've been with Freedom Financial for four years, and during this time I have gotten not only great help in getting my bills paid, but also, great customer service. Every time I call, I get a very understanding, friendly and knowledgeable representative. Thank you for a great job!

I am pleased to be doing business with Freedom Debt Relief. It's a load off knowing they are behind me. As in most cases of divorce, it is a scary proposition and Freedom Debt Relief did give me the relief I was searching for.

Freedom debt relief has been great. They help me and my husband get 3 of 6 creditors paid off early. We still have 2.5 years to go looking forward to be free of debt. Just the IRS is not forgiving on forgiveness of the early pay offs, but that is life.

Overall, I am pleased with the service so far. I am just disappointed because the process is going very slow. Also, I ended up paying Discover more than what I enrolled in the program with. The fees have been a lot more for that account than what I expected or seems fair.

I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone that wishes to combine their Debt to get some relief. FDR is very good in explaining and reviewing all your Creditors accounts to let them know of your Debts and how they are Managed. Very good correspondence and communication information.

Every Representative that I spoke with was very professional, knowledgeable and patient about my situation. I rated them with the highest rating! This situation that I am in is very stressful and I've never experienced having to not pay my bills as I've always had a high credit score. I was very skeptical until I spoke with Francisco ** and Ted ** two of the many Representatives I spoke with who gave me the confidence and trust to continue with this program!

I keep telling the people at Freedom what I am willing to settle my different debts for and they don't seem to care what I think. They want you to sign a power of attorney without limitations so they can negotiate a settlement but what they should be doing is putting settle amount limits in the power of attorney so that an upper settle amount can be given by the person who is responsible for that debt (Freedom client).

Nicole ** was extremely helpful to me. She explained everything in detail, and when I couldn't get to the phone, she was extremely detailed via email. It was a very smooth process. I cannot wait to work with the team further.

Hello, for the most part, I am pretty satisfied with the way my accounts are being handled. The only thing I would suggest is to inform your clients in more detail how your program works. I've had to call several times since I enrolled to inquire about the progress of my accounts and every time I call - I hear something new about where we are with my accounts and what steps are needed now. I don't have a problem with calling for information, but I found myself feeling anxious about the progress of my accounts not knowing what to expect next. Now that there have been two accounts settled, I feel a sense of relief to know that your agency is working on my accounts.

I got my first settlement quickly, it was fantastic. However, it's been 2 months and nothing more, except paying large fees, 50 phone calls a day from creditors, and my credit rating tanked. Hanging in for now feels like it's too late to turn back.

I am so please with the quality of their service, FDR employee (Shane **) and his Team are assisting me to become debt FREE in 4 years. They negotiates to all my creditors on my behalf. Sean please get off at the beginning of this period of my life I was very edgy and scared. I had bill collectors calling me. I had threats coming in the mail. I had instability and was concerned about my future credit ratings. Please accelerate negotiations with my other creditors. Your customer service representative, she was very understanding and explained to me a lot of information. I got an email stating that in 4-6 month you can finalize negotiations with all creditors and get my approval on that. Please advise.

Very unhappy. Let them know promptly every detail I received concerning being sued by discover. They did nothing. So Discover was awarded a judgment for the whole amount. They said if I come up with an extra $1600 they could stop it from going to court/garnishment. So I took a title loan on my car with $260 interest. They didn’t stop anything. My checking account was garnished. Now they took $699 out of my account to hire someone else to clean up their mess. Paycheck has now been garnished. And they act like this is normal. They did nothing wrong. Even the guy they hired to fix their crap said FREEDOM dropped the ball big time. But I am paying for it. Run away fast!

FDR Is the best! When I'm first involved myself with FDR I thought the firm was a hoax. But as I became more familiar with their staff and actions. I realize that this company is the real McCoy. I was expecting more from the service. My last two accounts were never settled and were removed from the program without my request or my consent. They did help me a lot but I was expecting them to be there until it was all taken cared of. Now I will have to figure out on my own how I will negotiate those last two accounts.

The entire process, from start to finish, took a bit longer than expected and that was/is a bit disappointing. Debt settlement is not easy. It took me awhile to decide if I want to do it or not. I chose Freedom Debt Relief due to their reviews and the size of the company. The good thing is that when you are done with the program YOU ARE DEBT FREE but to get there is NOT EASY! No credit cards for the time of the program, (mine is 4 and a half years) so you have to live with what you earn. Your credit score goes down to "Poor" which is about 575 (mine was 705 before). You might get sued once or twice depending how many accounts are involved. I did and FDR settled so I only had to go to the court's clerk to file a paper and pay an extra $250.

I have enrolled the settlement program since February 2015 and the program was supposed to be taken about 42 months that I signed at that time. However, the estimated final day is getting delayed month to month, which currently shows in December 2020 per client portal site. I was really disappointed that it will take more than 5 years to be completed the settlement program. In addition, the settlement fees have continuously deducted from my settlement account during the settlement period (monthly), which caused whole program is delayed. I want you to pay to creditors first and charge the fees later on. Please speed up for the settlement process. Thank you.

We have been working hard to reduce our debt over the past 10 years. Just when we seem to get a handle on things, our interest rates increase, or our credit limits decrease, or our payments increase, and our credit score goes down. It felt like we couldn't get on top of things, and the credit card companies didn't seem to want to work with us in a beneficial manner to us. It felt like they only wanted to profit in addition to being paid back for the money borrowed.

I am pleased with the progress of the negotiations. However, I am very disappointed in the response when I fax in correspondence from creditors and collectors. I always ask on the cover sheet for confirmation of receipt, but never ever get a confirmation from a representative from FDR. I need to know that stuff is going to the right places.

Very helpful explaining to us what was happening, next steps, reason for "behind-the-scenes" operations, etc. and always prevented further concerns from coming up by letting us know up front what to expect. Even explained the plans with alternatives of how we could speed up the process by contributing more money if we wanted but not obligated to do so.

As a client I'm an outsider looking in. Every time I call I am told that some of the settlements are based on monthly payments. I sent plenty of money into an account with Freedom yet they continue to negotiate with drawn out settlements. And I wasn't prepared for the extraordinary high fees on each settlement. Makes moving forward a very slow and very expensive process. They are good at what they do. No doubt. Big debt reduction. But high fees and not enough explanation of that going in. With all due respect in retrospect I may have tried the negotiations on my own had I known the fees were so high on each settlement.

For a consumer, it's hard to work with creditors since they're not listening and they don't care. I feel like if they're talking to somebody professional on my behalf, I will get a better outcome. Compared to other companies, Freedom Debt Relief was more upfront with me so I decided to go with them. I told them what I had and that I was looking for consolidation but I didn't qualify for that so I went with the debt relief program. The enrollment was easy since they emailed me everything and the process only took 15 minutes. I told them how much I couldn't afford and we ended up setting up a payment plan so that I would start paying in August and that the payments come directly from my bank account into the account that I have said they're going to be deposited to.

Freedom Debt Relief DID get me out from under my debt in much less time than I would have been able to without them. I was happy with the program up until the last few months which is why I rated them a 3 as opposed to a 5. If not for the last few months and my last settlement I would have rated them a 5. My last settlement was for 1500. If I would have known what I know now, I would have left this debt out of the program, as I could have paid this debt off myself and it would not be affecting my credit as it has. My program was "supposed" to end in January. I would talk to a different person each time I called FDR from January through July and would be given different reasons why this debt could not be settled or would be told it was going to be settled in "just about a week" - then would just wait wait wait...
