I was very skeptical at first when I heard about this program but they explained it very well and were very professional and everything that they said they were going to do they have to come true with I am very pleased with the progress of my account.

So far so good, FDR has been able to negotiate 2 of my debts. The Customer service team is very helpful and the fact that I can see my progress is wonderful. Truly a weight lifted. I will give 5 stars once all debts are settled.

Everything going as I expected. Got first settlement within 6 weeks. Make sure you listen to your enrollment very close! I was excited to get enrolled and didn't listen very close! So take your time and enroll. I will save a sizable amount. Thanks.

I feel I have had to elicit any type of communication. Seems like we go a long time in between anything happening. I realize that it takes a long while to build up our account; but I thought that consolidating would speed up that process. I know that this process is just another in a long line of things we are waiting for with my husband being disabled; but it would help so much to get at least something resolved so my list doesn't seem so long all of the time. I appreciate all that you are doing but patience is very difficult when in pain all the time especially when the original problem was none of our fault. Chris ** has been very responsive whenever I ask a question but we never hear anything in between.

Would be nice to have a company that has your interests in mind first. But it's not the case. They say average settlement is 49.5% - it's not the case here. Out of 5 accounts so far: 1 - settled for 83%. 2 - creditor sued because FDR failed to negotiate successfully. Three remaining accounts are still nowhere near the settlement. Also, FDR charges fee (21% of the original enrolled debt) on the day of the settlement instead of towards the end of the program. Meaning, there are NO funds left for the next settlement, which potentially can cause the creditor to sue you. On top of that, FDR charges: monthly maintenance fee, account setup fee, phone payment fee (on top of their 21%). Hope there are no more hidden fees in the future that they don't mention before signing the contract.

They began debt resolution processes quickly and effectively and when I needed to change some of the creditors in my account they were most professional and accommodating! My dashboard is easy, quick, simple and easy to understand and I would highly recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in a financial situation similar to mine!

Well I'll be honest. I would think about it because all my accounts went up more and it takes a little bit longer for you guys to Bargain with the companies. So I had second thoughts about what I did. Hope it comes out ok. So I can get my credit score up again and start all over with my life and get things on the road again. Thank you.

I talked to a debt counselor who explained their debt reduction program and at the conclusion of the call I not only signed up for the program but my monthly payments went way down. My fears were alleviated.

From the first telephone conversation with Freedom Debt Relief, I was quite impressed with the representative that talked with me concerning my debt and how I could become debt free within four years. There was a concern about my $ 25.00 start up fee which was taken out twice because Freedom Debt Relief had the wrong account number so it was rejected. They called me back and I gave them the correct account number which was missing a number. Freedom took it out again and it was accepted but unfortunately there was another $25.00 taken out of my account. I contacted Freedom and to this date, August 17, 2017 I still haven't been refunded the extra $25.00. I talked several time with them over the phone and yesterday they told me I would be refunded $18.95 back to my checking account. They all have been very nice to me over the phone but still no refund. Hopefully this situation will be resolved soon.

From the beginning the information on how to proceed was well presented and clear. The tools on the site are perfect for knowing where I am at in the process. Just getting started but so far it seems to be the best choice I could have made.

Freedom Debt Relief is exactly what the names says. My experience was very positive from beginning to end. Freedom helped me learn to manage my credit by making me responsible for the program they had me enrolled in to clear my outstanding debt. I started approximately 4 months ago, turned over 18 credit cards and have already settled 1 account. 17 more to go. Every time that I have called who I call my one on one contact, she listens to what I ask or have to say and has always given me a positive outlook.

They have done everything as promised. However, the process takes time. In the meanwhile the creditors continue to call, and try to contact you even if you send the do not contact letters. I had to install a call blocker app from AT&T. This has caused me to miss some important calls.

Glad they help me resolve my debt by negotiating and settling my accounts. Was happy when it started, what a relief. Eventually had to go to a loan to get other accounts settled right away. I was disappointed that I had to wait, and get dinged on credit report for late payments. But that is the game to negotiate and settled with the credit card companies.

Freedom Debt helped with getting creditors to slash my debt by a sizable percentage. The bad part they have put me into a loan program to pay off the debt. Other debt relief programs work to pay down the debt a little at a time and not get into more debt. I can't complain too much because it was easy to let them do the work for me in working with my creditors, as now I am paying down the debt, but it is a sizable loan and the monthly payments are hard to manage on my budget. They say I can't consider any refinancing until I've been in the program for 6 months in which time I will see if I can get them to lower the monthly cost of the loan.

Started at 3 years. Went to 4 years+. Changed format on computer. Couldn't access it. Didn't know what was going on. Couldn't get a statement. Everything is suppose to be paid off yet my credit report shows I still owe $2000? It has been nerve racking to say the least!

It was a great experience until the end. After final payment was made. 3 deductions were made from my checking. I called twice & after researching was told they could not figure it out & could not tell me what the money was used for. Was told to call Crossroads. They would not even talk about it other than send a statement. That showed what I knew. $702.00 was missing. Still have no answers!!!!

Freedom assisted with our Debt Consolidation. We did not have to do any negotiations, Freedom did that for us and sent confirmation requests once the agreement was reached. Now we simply make our monthly payment. We are actually 1/2 way completed with the payments.

Everything was great except that in the process of setting up my consolidation, several of accts were charged off because I was supposed to stop paying them. Now all debts have been settled and paid, but charge offs are still on my credit, negatively affecting my score. I wish someone tell me how to fix that problem.

You charged a one time fee. We had the understanding that would cover everything. Instead as you finally started to get settlements, we were contacted by your sister group for a loan. After having destroyed our credit. We were given a loan at 29%. Would have been better off with a debt consolidation loan which we were originally contacted about. Just seems like we were scammed. Freedom did an OK job when it came to negotiating settlements on your behalf. In my experience, some of my creditors would not negotiate with Freedom Financial and would only negotiate with me directly. That was not a problem. I negotiated with those creditors on my own. The problem is that Freedom Financial gets paid, according to my contract, based on the settlements that they negotiate for you. Once all of my accounts had been settled I quickly noticed that they also charged me for the accounts that I had to negotiate on my own behalf.

How can you ask to be accurate and fair when your organization has completely failed in the commitment made to me. I received an email CONGRATULATION!! I had paid off my first loan on July 31, 2016. Three months later I am receiving calls regarding the bill not being paid off. The creditor told me they did not receive the money. I placed numerous calls and was being told the creditor was misleading me and they always do things like that. After being transferred from one person to another I was told the funds went to a different account but the creditor had the money. Someone was going to get back to me. This went on for several months without a resolution.

UPDATED 9/20/2022: I began this program in 2017. I was overwhelmed with credit card debt and minimum payments were breaking me. When I came across an ad for Freedom Debt Relief, it gave me a little bit of hope. The enrollment process was easy, and with added features like insurance protection in case one of your creditors decides to sue, made it possible for me to settle all my credit card debts. I did get sued by one of my creditors, and because I had the insurance, FDR was able to support me through that scary process and help with the court proceedings.

Without Freedom Debt Relief, my husband and I probably would have sold our cars or worst our house to pay off our debts. But FDR came to our rescue and help us pay all our debts in the shortest time possible! They were able to cut our debts in half and pay them all off according to how much we can pay monthly. Agency failed to consolidate with our list of creditors. Will not answer our phone calls, but continues to withdraw payment from our account. Our creditors have not received payment and they're not even notified that I endorsed to them. I received all these complaints from the creditors by phone and by certified mail so I tried to contact these agency Freedom Debt Relief many times, they never responded me.

The process to enroll was super easy! The first conversation I had with Jeffery, was very helpful, he gave me helpful tips and different options. After coming to a decision, he explained the process and payments in detail which gave me peace of mind.

Freedom Debt Relief outlined what they could do for me to help me get rid of my debt. They took the amount of my debt and came up with a plan to have it paid off by a certain date. When I had 4 out of 6 debtors paid off, they offered to have their bank partner see if I qualified for a loan to pay off the other two. Which I did. This streamlined the process for paying off the last two debtors. My only complaint was the interest rate was much higher than I thought it needed to be especially since I was still paying the same amount I had been paying for two years. Since I had a good track record with payments, I thought the interest rate should have been lower. They did offer to consider lowering it after I had paid for six months. I have since paid the loan off.
