I am happy so far with the company and what is transpiring. It is hard getting the phone calls and sometimes very frustrating when you do not know what is happening. If you call they will ease your mind and let you know exactly what you were fearing. Overall, very good program and exceptional people.

I wasn't very sure at first but once I got into the program and saw my progress I was very happy with the program! Everyone was very helpful! Would recommend this program to anyone that is having trouble paying off their credit cards! Thanks again.

This is my first experience with any debt relief company and I didn't really know what to expect. I would like more communication from you. I don't know how long it takes for some of these accounts to be settled. I only have 1 of 5 settled.

Have been very helpful. Made me feel very safe. They got to work on my accounts right away. In a very short time one account has been settled. Anytime I go on line to check my account it is all listed and complete description of whats going on and what I can expect. Even time wise at the pace I'm on.

When it first started the company kept me inform on everything if a problem came up. All I have to do was to make a call and that was it.

When I called and asked the rep about the fees she explained them to me and I reiterated to make sure I understood. When the program began I was told, "No, that's not how the fees are computed... They are computed this way." Which of course was more. This was misrepresentation as far as I'm concerned.

Except I don't think that you're really cutting my bills down; you're just asking the companies to accept my balance as it was before you told me to stop paying the credit card i.e. before February $1,885. Mid April $2,456 because of missed payments and late fees. Settle day $1885. See, no savings.

I was a little worried it was too good to be true. I know in the beginning my credit may take a hit but I can actually now get ahead of what I owe. The process has been as advertised. I have resolved two debts with payments so far. They do a really good job of keeping all the harassment away from you. Was promised a 250 visa if I referred a friend and he made 3 payments. Almost 5 months later and 13 payments he has made and still no visa. I convinced my friend to use the program. Whenever I call and ask about it I get "we'll call you back promises" no one keeps and the last time I called the person told me my rep lied to me. It's 6 months. Which I think is a terrible thing to do to a fellow employee. Good service but in my experience the refer the friend program is broke or just false.

Very scary for me in the beginning not knowing what to expect from the creditors. My phone rang all of the time, not knowing what to really tell them. I was told not to answer the phone which was very disturbing for me. Once the first acct. reached a settlement it was all good from there and I had 8 or 9 accts. So when I was told that it would be 4 years and I would be debt free I never really believed it but it was actually completed a month early... 4 years without a credit card was a blessing. I feel that I can be communicated with better to let me know what is going on. If I hadn't called I would not have know they were working on a bill. Also they said they were going to pay 200.00 per month for my bill but yet the account shows all the money was taken out to pay the bill. This is very confusing to me.

I feel I have had to elicit any type of communication. Seems like we go a long time in between anything happening. I realize that it takes a long while to build up our account; but I thought that consolidating would speed up that process. I know that this process is just another in a long line of things we are waiting for with my husband being disabled; but it would help so much to get at least something resolved so my list doesn't seem so long all of the time. Would be nice to have a company that has your interests in mind first. But it's not the case. They say average settlement is 49.5% - it's not the case here. Out of 5 accounts so far: 1 - settled for 83%. 2 - creditor sued because FDR failed to negotiate successfully. Three remaining accounts are still nowhere near the settlement. Also, FDR charges fee (21% of the original enrolled debt) on the day of the settlement instead of towards the end of the program. Meaning, there are NO funds left for the next settlement, which potentially can cause the creditor to sue you. On top of that, FDR charges: monthly maintenance fee, account setup fee, phone payment fee (on top of their 21%). Hope there are no more hidden fees in the future that they don't mention before signing the contract.

They began debt resolution processes quickly and effectively and when I needed to change some of the creditors in my account they were most professional and accommodating! My dashboard is easy, quick, simple and easy to understand and I would highly recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in a financial situation similar to mine!

Well I'll be honest. I would think about it because all my accounts went up more and it takes a little bit longer for you guys to Bargain with the companies. I talked to a debt counselor who explained their debt reduction program and at the conclusion of the call I not only signed up for the program but my monthly payments went way down. From the first telephone conversation with Freedom Debt Relief, I was quite impressed with the representative that talked with me concerning my debt and how I could become debt free within four years. There was a concern about my $ 25.00 start up fee which was taken out twice because Freedom Debt Relief had the wrong account number so it was rejected. They called me back and I gave them the correct account number which was missing a number. Freedom took it out again and it was accepted but unfortunately there was another $25.00 taken out of my account. I contacted Freedom and to this date, August 17, 2017 I still haven't been refunded the extra $25.00. I talked several time with them over the phone and yesterday they told me I would be refunded $18.95 back to my checking account. They all have been very nice to me over the phone but still no refund. Hopefully this situation will be resolved soon.

From the beginning the information on how to proceed was well presented and clear. The tools on the site are perfect for knowing where I am at in the process. Just getting started but so far it seems to be the best choice I could have made.

Freedom Debt Relief is exactly what the names says. My experience was very positive from beginning to end. Freedom helped me learn to manage my credit by making me responsible for the program they had me enrolled in to clear my outstanding debt. I lost my job right in the middle of my program and I called and was told that my savings was in good shape and I was eligible to suspend auto pay for a few months. This was a big relief to me. As soon as I started working again I set my auto pay back up and didn't skip a beat. I know everyone have different situations than mine and experiences are also different.

I was a victim of a credit cards scam. I was scammed to the tune of $58,000.00. Everyone that has been assisting me in this process has been so professional that I feel like I am of some worth now. I started approximately 4 months ago, turned over 18 credit cards and have already settled 1 account. 17 more to go. Every time that I have called who I call my one on one contact, she listens to what I ask or have to say and has always given me a positive outlook.

She is a very wonderful person to talk to. Very accommodating on things that she needs to explain that I needed to do. If I had any questions she gave me the number to her desk so that I could call her directly and get the answers to whatever I needed. Sent me all the information I needed to my email. Explain to me that I needed to print off certain copies of forms then need to go back in with the buildings that we were doing the accounts for and explain that this would take a while that my credit would take a hit but we are on the process of rebuilding it. They have done everything as promised. However, the process takes time. In the meanwhile the creditors continue to call, and try to contact you even if you send the do not contact letters. I had to install a call blocker app from AT&T. This has caused me to miss some important calls.

Glad they help me resolve my debt by negotiating and settling my accounts. Was happy when it started, what a relief. Eventually had to go to a loan to get other accounts settled right away. I was disappointed that I had to wait, and get dinged on credit report for late payments. But that is the game to negotiate and settled with the credit card companies.

Freedom Debt helped with getting creditors to slash my debt by a sizable percentage. The bad part they have put me into a loan program to pay off the debt. Other debt relief programs work to pay down the debt a little at a time and not get into more debt. I can't complain too much because it was easy to let them do the work for me in working with my creditors, as now I am paying down the debt, but it is a sizable loan and the monthly payments are hard to manage on my budget. They say I can't consider any refinancing until I've been in the program for 6 months in which time I will see if I can get them to lower the monthly cost of the loan.

Freedom assisted with our Debt Consolidation. We did not have to do any negotiations, Freedom did that for us and sent confirmation requests once the agreement was reached. Now we simply make our monthly payment. We are actually 1/2 way completed with the payments.

Everything was great except that in the process of setting up my consolidation, several of accts were charged off because I was supposed to stop paying them. You charged a one time fee. We had the understanding that would cover everything. Instead as you finally started to get settlements, we were contacted by your sister group for a loan. After having destroyed our credit. We were given a loan at 29%. Would have been better off with a debt consolidation loan which we were originally contacted about. Just seems like we were scammed. According to an email I received I was told I had graduated from the program.
