This is a great place to help solve debt problems. The staff is always helpful and friendly!!! They are great with answering all your questions and they always return your telephone call. I would Recommend them to my family and friends.

I am happy that everything was taken care of. Some of the times I called and the agent that spoke with said they will take care of the issue, when I would call back again the issue was not taken care of but they would do it. It took me a long time to resolve the issue and several calls. In the end it was dealt with and resolved. Thank you.

I was not told that you would let my accounts go diligent for 6 months before you would start to negotiate. I called and talked to several people regarding this and I was not late with my payments and I was afraid how this would affect my credit. They told me if I wanted to purchase something they would write a letter. Guess what my credit sucks and we were denied all credit applications for a vehicle!!!

When the economy went south, making ends meet had gotten real tough. I was relying on credit cards for at least two years just to get by - mainly for gas and groceries which made things even worse. After the housing market collapse with my home losing 50% of its value the banks wouldn't loan any money to consolidate. Freedom Financial was/is a lifesaver. Hassle free, extremely fast results and very helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I would never use this service again. They lied to me about my pay off by over a thousand dollars. Customer service is terrible and so is management. No one returns phone calls because they know they are wrong. Had to pay in a ton of money for taxes at the end of the year because they count it as income! Be careful. They are not honest. You can find better services elsewhere!!!

I came upon hardships recently in my life and tried by myself to pay debts off but then I was laid off which was the icing to this crazy cake. I put my info into Freedom Debt Relief’s website and I was contacted immediately. The gentleman explained exactly what would be done to handle my debt situation and what I would need to do on my end. He walked me through the online document sign and I was on my way to debt relief. It's barely been four months and I already had my first settlement just a few weeks ago. Their site is easy to follow and I get to see where each of my debts are at in the process of being settled. Whenever I call with questions the people on the phone are always helpful. I was enrolled in Freedom Debt Relief and told my debts would be paid off about 3 yrs. After about 8 mos or so I was offered another option where I was offered a loan option. Now I'm looking at 44 mos. til loan is paid off. Where did that 1st yrs Money go. Distraught but debt free.

Freedom Financial helped us to settle credit card debts of over $30,000.00 in less than 48 months, exactly as they said they would using payments we could afford. We are now completely debt free and will be able to stay that way. I wasn't 100% convinced the process would work the way FF described it, but it did! Initially I was told you endeavor to reduce charge balances by 50%. That never happened. Additionally, you did not reduce one account and wanted to charged me 20%. I had to call every 2 weeks to see if any action taken on last 2 accounts. They were dormant for approx 8 months. I was also told the negotiated amount difference was tax deductible which it wasn't. I never received news of action taken and the online account summary was inaccurate. I also received different information from everyone I talked to... Blatantly incorrect. In summary, it was a ripoff. I could've done better myself.

Freedom Financial were very professional, upfront about the program. It saved me a lot of stress and worry. In addition, they worked great in getting the credit companies to reduce by at least 40% and then some. I always felt in good hands with their debt relief services. AND, I am now debt free.

I have been with Freedom Financial since 2015. When I signed up, I failed to read the fine print on their website since I heard an advertisement over the radio and signed up. I did not realize that I would have to pay a fee of up to 75% to Freedom Financial. They were not very transparent with that information. I have asked them to provide me an account ledger over 10 times and they never do. Every time I call, and speak to a new agent, I hear a different story, or excuse or reason why they haven't sent the statement. And, every time I called to get information on my account status, they always gave me a different explanation.

I can't say that enough for everyone at Freedom Debt Relief. While I just started this process it's been amazing. Having a large amount of debt can be embarrassing and not a fun experience. Each time I call I am treated so good and I don't feel like a failure!

It is a good idea to have Freedom. This company are doing a great job. I would be happy to have other to get involved in this company. So for myself I have been very happy with the work that the company are doing for me.

I have received excellent service from the Agents. The application process was completely comprehensive with their assistance. It was amazing to me the promptness of the process. They settled the claim for $400 and they are extending this payment plan for 36 months that means that I have to pay $11 a month with additional fees for 36 months which is three years. I don't understand why they would postpone it for three years very and unsatisfied with this company.

The program worked. They were able to settle all of my accounts. However, you may need to add to your amount to pay off your bills. They offered a loan to pay off all of my bills. However, this extended my payments for 17+ months additional. So, I'm not sure if I got a good deal or not, except those credit cards are paid! Now to pay off this loan!!!

Customer service gave vague excuses why they couldn't provide the same settlement. Dashboard was not much of a help.

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief was great. The only thing that I wish I would have known prior to or even during the process was that I may receive a 1099-C. Each 1099-C I received was sent in late March, after I had submitted my taxes.

It was a long process, I did not care for the way my money was spent for payments (priority shipping charges), it could have been deposited instead (free). I kept my own ledger and compared with their monthly statements, found errors and contacted them regularly. Did not care for the way payoffs were recorded and sent to the IRS, dates were not correct, crossing into the next year. The people were friendly and easy to talk to, just didn't seem to know a lot about what they were supposed to be doing. It wasn't till I was contacted about taking a loan to pay off the remainder of debt relief that I was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief. It has taken me a few years to build my credit back. I was glad for the experience and to know I had somewhere to turn, so that was the good thing.

I had an account that went to the ACT team and was handled extremely poorly. Because of this, I had all of my assets frozen for two weeks. Being a father and husband and not being able to pay other bills, buy food, etc... made me feel I failed my family. I ended up taking control of the account myself and had to pay it in full. What made it worse was that I spoke with someone during the beginning of this (I believe his name was Paul?) and he said that the account was being handled and there was a settlement that was made. This was incorrect and very disheartening that I put my trust in them to handle it correctly and they failed miserably. The other accounts that settled went by smoothly and am grateful that they did. Overall the outcome was great. You were able to negotiate thousands of dollars that I didn't have to pay and I am very thankful for that. But I am giving 3 stars (was considering 2) due to the issues that occurred.

Basically got me out of trouble. But then consolidated to keep the creditors off my back. And now I have a 20000.00 loan at 23%. Still better than before though. So I am satisfied but will try to get another loan at a much lower interest rate. Maybe home equity when I have enough.

The whole experience was wonderful. Pressure taken off; anxiety relieved. The only issue I had was that I did not receive my Form 1099C from the companies that I settled with until after tax day. I had to go back to my accountant to make amendments to my tax form.

Upon initial perception it's a great service. Come to agreement on your part with credit companies to settle the debt for approx 50% which is essentially the same amount every time, never went under. To then begin "building funds" to pay in settlements. The catch is that in a $2,500 debt, that is settled for $1,250, you pay approx $1,000 for the service they provide to settle with the creditor. So in essence, you "settle" for half but end up paying for the full or close to full debt which you would paid anyways. To this add the fact that the debt has to be in extremes for them to even have an effect. So the end results in your credit taking an unnecessary hit. If you manage the same principle they of settling one debt at a time, on your own, you can settle your debt and probably pay it in full in the same amount of time or sooner. In my opinion, not very effective.

Very disappointed was never told this would happen. Not happy with outcome. Had to take out a loan to resolve debt or talk to credit card company directly. Was paying fees to this company for nothing. Only resolved a few cards. I would never use this company again.

I had thought that when we signed up for this program they FDR would handle most things with the creditors. I went to court 2 times, and on one debt settled the account myself. Barring that issue the program helped us. I keep very good records pertaining to what FDR did with the money, one customer service rep got very hateful with me because I disputed her numbers, turns out I was right. Keep good records, ask a lot of questions prior signing up, read all documentation. The attorneys they have on staff may help some, but if they are called to court on your behalf it is my understanding you are responsible for certain expenses they incur. Bottom line if you can settle your debts without FDR you will be money ahead. FDR can help depending on your debt amount. Overall I am glad we did use FDR, but be prepared for some debtors to come after you nonetheless.

Convenient way to reduce my debt, twice monthly withdraws were helpful. Minimum payments were best for my situation. Less stress this way. No more need for credit cards. I refer people to Freedom Debt Relief weekly, mention the way they helped me. Sometimes it's the only way to get out of credit card debt.

Had to keep calling them to get the collectors off our backs... After we were done with our payments and everyone was supposed to be satisfied still had some of the companies calling and sending collection letters. Back in 2012 my husband and I started building our first home. Well what a nightmare it was. We had extra expenses that the contractor didn't quote us in our contract. They took too long to offer a settlement and the bank took me to court and won a settlement for the full amount. I was forced into bankruptcy after giving them a lot of money. I could have just filed bankruptcy in the first place. A total waste of time and money.

We have been satisfied with the program, except that we have to talk to quite a few different people every time we call. I prefer to talk with same person, i.e., the person who enrolled us. He always has to redirect us to other agencies. Then that agency states that I do not have to talk to him anymore. He is completely out of the picture.

Didn't know I had to let my credit suffer and turn awful before the program would actually begin. My credit score has suffered as a result of trying to make my debt go away. Great way to get debt free by a set date. I personally have had a great experience with Freedom Debt Relief. I can't think of a thing I'd change except when I added an existing account back, going from 212 per month to 230, seemed a little excessive to me considering the balance amount had not changed but my payment went up 18$ per month.

I signed up for this program because I read lots of great reviews and was happy with the initial representative I spoke to. But I was promised a lot of things that didn't happen. First off, I was told that my debt owed would be cut by at least 40%. It was not. The first couple of credit cards had good settlements, but I kept asking them to not settle the smaller amount cards first, but to wait for my balance to accrue enough to settle the larger balance cards first (Visa and Discover). I kept being told, "No problem, we can do that," but then the next thing I knew they had made a settlement on one of the smaller cards again.

When I first signed up with Freedom Debt Relief, I asked them how they make their money. Obviously, they're not going to provide a service for free. There are some expenses I think should have been made known to the consumer. The National Debt Relief loan had an interest rate that was not at all commensurate with what is being paid on savings accounts. It was less than the approx. 29% interest rates I had been charged on the credit cards on which I'd had debt, but NDR was charging over 20%, which is still usury and thus delayed me reaching my goal of being debt-free.

Awesome experience! The agents were knowledgeable about the program and my options. The portal is the best tool. I could talk to a person day or night. This program has helped me to turn my life around financially and I'm truly grateful.

When I would contact someone they would never answer my questions. On one of my accounts they stalled on doing anything until just before my contract time was up just so they could renew my contract and collect more money from me! I think that is intentional and the way they operate. I would never recommend them to anyone and would never use them again!

I wish we would have been advised that American Express does not work with debt consolidation companies. I was extremely embarrassed to be served with a lawsuit due in front of my neighbors for nonpayment of this account. Not to mention, the inconvenience of having to go to the Bexar County Courthouse to file paperwork to show that I am making payments in order to pay off this account on my own.

Poor follow up if any! Too difficult to get actual status. Very few reps were honest, giving boilerplate answers. Too deceptive re available assistance. Too willing to say not within scope, while wife was getting the exactly the same type of request fulfilled.

This program is not a gimmick. I had a credit score of 758 and had never made a late payment on anything in my life. However, a change in my life situation made it very difficult to manage month to month after paying all my bills. Once I enrolled in the program, it was really hard to just stop making payments. In the end though, everything worked out and my debt was cut in half. Just be sure to buy the legal coverage for $12 a month - this will provide you with more peace of mind during the process.
