It was easy to sign up and I love the dashboard to monitor my progress. However they are very busy and take time to respond to questions. They found a past debt that continued to affect my credit score, and I had already lost contact with. Now it is officially resolved.

I've only had 1 debt settled and that was only settled because I was being sued. I now have to pay $40 more per month on that debt than I paid before enrolling, and your company missed paying the 1st payment on the settlement so now it's a possibility that they will void the agreement and sue me again.

I am in the beginning phases of the process. So I have been extremely impressed. Customer service team is great and very professional. The team has been wonderful, and they are very knowledgeable about what needs to be done. As l move forward l know l will see great results.

Excellent people to deal with. So far, so good. Things seem to be moving right along. I hope to get the creditors paid off soon. Maybe in the near future I can add more funds. Thanks for everything. Keep it up.

Very easy to work with - I called and asked questions in which were answered and we signed up 2 days later. We have been very satisfied so far with the results they have obtained. FDR seems to have our best interest in mind. FDR has done exactly what they said they would do.

When I contacted Freedom I was welcomed, it was a feeling I hadn't experienced in several weeks after realizing that by not being employed impacted my financial ability which wouldn't be resolved only by Unemployment payments until I could secure full time work. An automatic payment was taken from my checking account after account was paid in full, which was a burden to me. I don't have a telephone number to contact someone concerning this matter. This matter almost made me overdraw my checking account.

Pleased to get a credit card account paid. Didn't realize one card would be paid off and then I would be moved to a loan program to close the rest of my debt. Monthly payments went up and that took a hit to me personally. I don't have good enough credit at this time to have this refinanced into a personal loan with a lower interest rate and payment.

I was given a lot of information and received answers to my question. The customer service I received so far has been excellent. I'm glad I was able to find a program that could help me resolve my debt in the best possible manner.

Customer Service was really lacking. I had paid over $5000 more before any attempt was made to look into a matter of duplicate accounts. I was passed around various persons and had to restate to each of them what I wanted. Full disclosure of their settlement process is a maze and not fully spelled out.

Freedom Debt did a fantastic job setting up my accounts, ensuring I remain on target. Assisted when needed with logging in to review my progress and provided a visual by means of graphs and charts. The Customer Service team went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns in a timely manner.

I have had nothing but exceptional service with Freedom and they have assisted me in finishing one account in just 7 months! The Customer Service representatives are always fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I will continue to work with them until all my accounts are completely handled. My credit score even went up since starting with Freedom in February of 2017!!

Overall the service was good. I did, however, assume the process would only take 48 months but it turned out to be longer than expected. I began in 2012 and was free of debt by 2017. The only downside through the whole process was when I had to repeatedly ask for the status of the last two accounts. I do not know which end the problem happened but I was a little disappointed that it had taken so long for them to get resolved. I am just glad that the whole ordeal is over. It has been a long drawn out process for me.

After first contacting Freedom, they walked me from A to Z, anticipated every nuance of my financial difficulties, recommended the best solutions, then followed through. They solved everything so thoroughly, my credit score has climbed, once again, back into the excellent range.

I got rerouted to Freedom Debt Relief after I called a number from a radio station for another company that specialized in much higher debt situations. Although my debt was not as high, it was high enough to leave me buried if I did not get in touch with Freedom Debt Relief. My experience with FDR was a great experience, I give it a 5-star rating. Debts was paid off earlier than I expected for a lot less. I was completely satisfied with the results. I was satisfied with my experience. It did take longer than what I thought it would. I was very faithful with my deposits. It really depended on what person that I was able to connect with. Please check my file and you can see the people that really helped. Others never followed up. I would refer a friend to you that needed your services.

I did recommend to a friend and she paid off all her debt and she thanks me every time I see her. I actually was in the program years ago when I was married and my husband got fired from his job. A few years later we divorced and I found debt that he racked up in my name along with the legal fees and living in a townhouse with my daughters and all the bills on my shoulders. Assistance no longer needed due to lack of funds and Freedom's failure to negotiate with discover accounts; legal service was professional but lacked ability. Your service is not effective with larger account. You lose track of customers and don't alert them of risks or account failures.

I'm fairly new. I just joined and waiting for results. It takes about two to three months to see results. I would recommend a friend to join without any hesitations. Customer service are very helpful if you have any questions. They answer very politely and with courtesy.

The people that I talked to throughout the process were very helpful and patient with me. I am not very good on the computer, but they each helped me do what I needed to do to get through the paperwork. The only thing that I could find fault with was the percentage rate that you charge. When we signed up, the percentage rate was at an all time low, but you charged us 22+ percent. That seems very high when compared to other loan percentages for other products. I suppose once you had us enrolled, we were stuck.

Great experience, just as described. Having borrowed monies in good faith, I wanted to resolve these debts in good fair after my business closed. FDR has helped me do that. The money and time saved through this experience has been extremely beneficial.

Without Freedom Financial, I would still have enormous credit card debt. The process was easy and customer service reps were always amazingly friendly and helpful. The only reason I don't award 5 stars is because it was difficult to pay an additional amount on top of my monthly minimum. Unless it's paid on the same day as my regular payment due date, the extra amount was deducted from my next regular payment. But that was a minor lesson learned and I did in fact pay off this loan early. Thank you for an amazing experience and a professional means to manage debt.

Their bookkeeping is accurate and I've been notified consistently as to what is going on with the money I'm paying in to my debt reduction. At this point there's nothing I can say that's been negative about the company. However I have only been dealing with them for 3 months.

I anticipated this to be a much quicker resolution to my credit card debts, instead, it drags on and only one of my creditors has been satisfied with a settlement amount. Meanwhile, my credit score has gone totally down the drain. I was up to date on all my accounts, none were in arrears.

I'm disappointed in the fact that I was told there would be a lawyer to represent me if I had to go to court. I get summoned to court and call them to let them know I need my lawyer only to find out I had to call within the first two days or my lawyer can't help. What good is the extra 12 dollars if the lawyer can't represent me in court? That means I'm still in trouble. No relief, still stressing! I'm starting to wonder how they are helping me if I'm getting summoned to court and can't use a lawyer.

I was deep in credit card debt, partially because of my own bad decisions, and partially due to circumstances beyond my control, so I finally decided to take hold of the situation and happened upon your company. While technically the issue was "solved," the amount I still have to repay until Feb 2019 is disappointing, and I also have to pay back $5000 in taxes. It's definitely bittersweet. I understand this is my own problem, and I came to you for help. However, I feel like not a lot was really done to reduce my payments. In fact, they're only slightly less than if I'd just done it all myself. I'm glad I learned my lesson with credit cards, because I never want to have to do this again. I requested that the automatic draft date for my account be modified and it was not done. This has resulted in fees from my bank that I now have to try and get reversed. The agent that contacted me about the modification did not respond to my authorization to modify.

This company is very good at what they do. I felt safe that they were handling my debt. They negotiated all my settlements in a timely manner for less than I expected. I never had to speak to the creditors and never got served with any court papers. Their program is well planned and they are honest. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

My experience with the Freedom Debt Relief Program is a genuinely life saving one. Worst thing we have done. Doing this not only ruined our credit but they turned around and had us do an extremely high interest loan that is costing more a month than what I was paying out. I wouldn't recommend this at all. Plus now we are receiving things in the mail that is going to cost us our taxes. All I can say is you should file to get it dismissed through court. Such a ripoff. We didn't save a dime. Our credit is more ruined than it would have been if we had just filed. So mad.

I was pleased with the quickness of the company in negotiating my private student loans and credit card balances. This company was a great help financially to knock off a lot of school debt that I would otherwise been paying for years. I would say that their interest rates are extremely high if you use their financing loan to negotiate your settlements quicker. You are trying to make a change to better your life, and your credit does take a temporary hit in order to do so. I feel that they should not take advantage of that and give a break on interest rates, because inevitably because you are in this program, your credit score is going to be low.

I am happy that FDR is making progress, but it has really been tight with my other monthly expenses. My son has started work again to pay his half of the monthly bills. So things are looking brighter. September will be tight, and after that things will show steady improvement.

Last 5 months in program was the worst experience possible. I received so many different payoff amounts that will never recommend your program. Also I was sued by a collector because you waited too long to settle. Worst experience possible.

I had a total of four credit cards that totaled over 20,000.00. I knew I was soon to be 65 years of age and would be paying on these the minimum for years after, if I did not get some help. After talking to the advisor on how much to put back each month, we agreed on a little less than $400.00 per month. In about three years, Freedom Debt Relief negotiated with three of the cards and they were quick to get my signature on the agreements and pay them completely with my savings account. One card wrote my balance off because of the time delay. Overall, I was very happy with their performance. I would recommend them to my friends.

Have only been with FDR for a few months. So far Happy with the experience we have had. Our team is very helpful and have answered all our questions satisfactory. All of our dashboard information is very helpful and keeps us updated as to what is going on.

When signing up, read the contract very carefully. Especially the part about the fees. Debt may be reduced by 50% , but after fees. Turns out it would be only reduced by 27 percent. Also they will not pay the debt payments until their fees are taken out. They negotiate the highest debt first. So be prepared to make your first 4 or 5 payments as their fees.
