I just want to say thank you, because I have never thought my debt will be solved, but I still don't understand how the Freedom Debt work to the bank after I called the bank to make sure whether the bank get paid from Debt Freedom. It's fantastic.

I am happy that FDR is making progress, but it has really been tight with my other monthly expenses. My son has started work again to pay his half of the monthly bills. So things are looking brighter. September will be tight, and after that things will show steady improvement.

Very good customer service. Always available and easy to deal with. I have had no issues using them and I like that I have access to my account and can see status of each account. As well as see how much you paid in and also see projected completion.

Last 5 months in program was the worst experience possible. I received so many different payoff amounts that will never recommend your program. Also I was sued by a collector because you waited too long to settle. Worst experience possible.

I had a total of four credit cards that totaled over 20,000.00. I knew I was soon to be 65 years of age and would be paying on these the minimum for years after, if I did not get some help. After talking to the advisor on how much to put back each month, we agreed on a little less than $400.00 per month. In about three years, Freedom Debt Relief negotiated with three of the cards and they were quick to get my signature on the agreements and pay them completely with my savings account. One card wrote my balance off because of the time delay. Overall, I was very happy with their performance. I would recommend them to my friends.

Freedom debt services are professional and timely in negotiating debt on your behalf, the sole purpose for joining. I would recommend these services to any person who wants the peace of stopped phone calls, letters, etc. The contact by phone or email is timely with a response to any question. I have called others before Freedom and the services were not satisfying and when someone asks who I am using to help me and mention Freedom the reaction is respect because of their track record.

Information and process has been good. All contact has been helpful. Have stayed In contact to are if I beefed anything. Have received necessary paperwork and instructions. Keeps letting me know if anything has changed. Can always get in touch with someone.

Very helpful in solving my issues. Highly recommended to anyone that needs help with credit issues. I was very frustrated and did not know what to do until I reached out to Freedom and the young lady guided me through the whole process. Very polite.

The only thing that bother me is that I keep getting calls from the debtors. A few of them have not worked with you yet and are not aware of what we are doing. I did as I was told, but I am still getting calls from Sam's Club and Walmart.

Feeling pretty good, just wish I would not be accumulating all these late fees, there should be a cap on how much these companies can keep charging you for fees, they are crooks. I very much look forward to my End date when I can become debt free, that will be a great feeling.

From the very first call to FDR, we felt like we were valued customers and that our representative really cared about helping us with our debt. FDR representatives are very professional and courteous. Dashboard is easy to access and navigate through. Customer service is great with providing help and answering questions. Requests have been handled immediately. After approximately four of enrollment, FDR has negotiated two of my accounts. I am telling family and friends about FDR.

My Discover card is getting paid off sooner, now, my husband's credit card with Bank of America has been wrote off, so I will not have this debt. Freedom Debt will soon get a letter from Bank of America and they can take this card off. He passed away in May. I thank Freedom of helping with Discover!

Have only been with FDR for a few months. So far Happy with the experience we have had. Our team is very helpful and have answered all our questions satisfactory. All of our dashboard information is very helpful and keeps us updated as to what is going on.

When signing up, read the contract very carefully. Especially the part about the fees. Debt may be reduced by 50% , but after fees. Turns out it would be only reduced by 27 percent. Also they will not pay the debt payments until their fees are taken out. They negotiate the highest debt first. So be prepared to make your first 4 or 5 payments as their fees.

So far, since I started this with Freedom Debt Relief only one account has been negotiated out of my 8-accounts and seven more needs to be negotiated. I'm still receiving emails and especially a lot of calls from my debtors. They're trying to reach me to talk & work it out with them. I think the rate this is moving it looks like it will take longer to negotiate & settled my debt!

I have added a account weeks ago and I have not received any info on it since. I called and the man said that it will be approved no worries and told me to give it a couple days and I still have not heard or seen anything on it. I feel like I'm being juked for my money.

The customer service is very good. It is always easy to contact "Freedom". The agents are quick to act and knowledgeable. I have no complaints about the service after I joined. I do feel as though I was not given the best advice on how to set up my program and would have done things differently if I had not been told that I had the option to keep a certain card out of the program. They do not return calls after emailed concerning questions about bill collections. I am on disability and need guidance. I was finally able to figure things out. Was not aware my credit score so much. Very informative when signed up but then you are on your own.

I think that everyone has been kind especially Tessy **, but I'm still are receiving phone calls and or letters that are scary to say the least and see no movement in my account as far as contact to the creditors. I knew that it would take a while but I think more communication would be better as I'm clueless. Freedom Debt Relief have been great to work with. They explained their program. I understood our credit would decline from being just below excellent to poor. But I know that we can rebuild. They have excellent tools to increase your knowledge on how to budget and staying out of debt that we got ourselves in. Our creditors just keep increasing our credit lines even though we were only making minimum payments. Freedom has responded to all questions promptly.

After agreeing to settle my debts by means of a high interest loan, 25.99% we still had one debt to resolve. I resolved the debt myself as I did with all creditors without the help of Freedom Debt Relief. I was told that if I settled for less that the loan would be adjusted but instead FDR kept over $3,000.00 for their fee. They are worthless in my professional opinion.

I'm pleased with what Freedom has done to help me consolidate my debt. It's a relief knowing that I only have one payment and someone else is dealing with the negotiations. I just wish the settlement process with my card holders was a little quicker.

Overall I'm satisfied but thought that changing my address and phone number to the ones directed to by Freedom would stop collection calls. I still get so many that I am blocking them permanently. Freedom has already negotiated effectively with my largest creditor.

Everyone that I have talked with during this process makes me feel valued and they seem confident that they can assist me with my debt resolution when several other companies refused to help, even one that I had already secured a loan with and had been a customer for over four years.

Updated on 08/20/2020: Freedom got me out of $42,000 debt. I'm on my last one right now. So, I should be out this year or early next year. The program gave me a lot more freedom where I can begin again, live the way I want to, retire the way I want to, and be able to use my money towards that. I was really nervous about going through the process with Freedom. I was going, “Oh, my gosh, I hope it's the right thing.” But after that, I felt fine. I felt really at ease. I would tell others to call and talk to a representative from Freedom.

Great company, the first step is the person that will call you back. I had a lady that I could not ask for a better person. She never rushed me. Told me all the right things and she was very pleasant and went over all the program. Then I called customer service. When you call and ask questions they never rush you. They are pleasant, kind and very helpful. I would recommend this company.

They concentrate on one card at a time and follow it to the end. Which is good, but that takes time and leaves the others waiting. They don't talk to them or offer anything to them and they then bug the hell out of you. It seems they could do better in that regard.

They have been very helpful and honest with everything they have said or done. The company explained what would happen to my credit the first 6 months because they cannot fix anything that was not delinquent yet. All my debts needed to be in delinquent status before a creditor will talk with them about negotiations. My first credit card was paid off within 3-4 months.

So far I have had great experience with Freedom Debt Relief. They need to respond when people fax in things and let them know that they received the fax. At first they would respond with an email that they received your fax. Can some respond and let me know when you received my fax. Thanks. One grateful customer.

I must admit, when I first started out with the process, I felt like things were not progressing as fast as I thought they should. Yes. I would recommend to a friend. I have gone through Freedom Debt Relief before and they have an awesome. I recently tried to go through a different debt relief program that was going to end up costing me way more than what the program started out being. I would have to say Freedom Debt Relief is absolutely the way to go.

I haven't been in the program very long to provide a more detailed review, however, I like the program and what it has to offer. The one thing I dislike is the amount of time that is taken between settling accounts. I believe a phone call from FDR to the creditor should be made on the client's behalf to let them know that they'll be assisting with paying off the account. JUST A THOUGHT!

I was promised a certain day that I would be finished with the program. They said no matter what May 2020 I would be done with my payments. After the last settlement it changed to July 2021. I am upset and dismayed. However the LITIGATION group was wonderful and up to the task of getting me a settlement after I was served. Because of them I did not worry when I was asked to appear in court.

Customer service not really helpful or friendly. Trying to get in my dashboard since 4 weeks... No one is able to help. I only received an email that they need time to fix it. When I signed up I had some questions, but got no answer. Not able to make decision which account should be paid first.

So far this has been a very good experience. I see some relief from the financial situation I have put us in. I did not see any way out from this financial burden but after talking with the Freedom Debt Relief Representative I am optimistic for the future. I was considering bankruptcy but did not want to have to go that route. This is the honorable way to go and even though the creditors will lose out on the interest they should get most if not all their principal. The program extended longer than promised. Lack of communication from Company to better advice customer. Not good customer service from "Conflict Solution" dept. Lack of continuity regarding customer service agents (every time I called there was a different agent).

I thought you people would keep the creditors off us and the harassment phone calls. I had to contact them all myself and send copies of letters when they first started, it didn't matter. I thought that would be part of your office to handle this. I faxed many letters from creditors with offers to lower my bill. I have asked for confirmation to be emailed to me, THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED, IT'S BEEN A YEAR AND NOT ONE BILL IS PAID OFF.

One phone call was all that it took. The person took all of my information and quickly came back with a decision that the debt relief was the way to go. They help me get reduced settlements on many of my cards and suspension of interest. Freedom Debt Relief was easy to work with and they helped me pay off credit cards quickly. I was offered a deal with a loan but the bad thing about that is the interest rates. I'm not quite sure if I traded credit card interest for loan interest. My credit still hasn't gone back up as promised so again, I am withholding final rate until it's been a year and I can see a difference. Overall, I think it's a good program.

I experienced courteous and helpful people every time I called with a problem. I got correct information from the very beginning and told what the procedure would be to get me debt free. It would take a while but at least I was headed in the right direction with the Freedom Debt people. It was a load off my shoulders to know someone was fighting for me. I learned a lesson on money management but if I ever need help again, I would not hesitate to call Freedom Debt.

All went well on the first three credit cards. Actually paid those off ahead of schedule. The issue I had was in the end on the last credit card. FDR was not able to settle due to the bank insisting I had to settle on my own. Which I did. When all was settled I had made 2 attempts to find out why money was still being deducted from my account. I was assured if there were monies taken out that shouldn't have been, beyond the debts that were covered I would be reimbursed. On the second call FDR told me they would stop taking money and whatever was owed to me would have been put back into my account or I would receive a check. Neither happened. It appeared me I had over paid by a minimum of 2 payments. But never received anything back. When I went back in to double check my math FDR had taken me off the system and I could not log in any longer.

The only problem I had was when I needed the 1099 form I received no help in getting it. I settled my debts. But all this did is get me in debt with the IRS. All because of missing forms that were never sent.

Freedom Debt helped me in so many ways. Always accommodating and quick responses to questions that I would have. By helping me settle my debts, I can now see light at the end of the tunnel. I would highly recommend others to consider using to get relief with their debts.

Make sure you read the fine print in its entirety before signing up with them. You go to them scared, believing they'll take care of you but my experience was not like that. I almost ended up in court with my Amex account. I was not kept up to date, poor responses. I had to continually check on my accts to make sure they were being taken care of. Wouldn't use again.

I was satisfied with overcoming a debt settlement but it wasn't what I really expected. The payment I ended up paying was very much what I was paying for hand. I don't know if I would do it again. It was a long process. Getting in debt is easy but getting out is not. The interest rates on most cards are just too high.

I am unhappy especially with two of my accounts. Freedom transferred one of my debt from lower APR to a higher one which I ended up paying more. On the other hand during the negotiations period I was offered a better offer from creditors which Freedom didn't accept. All in all my credit is ruined and I have still a significant debt to pay. Not worth to enroll in such kind of program.

They handled everything as best they could... Things went smooth. All account contacts went good. Freedom's personnel was great to work with. They was good as to keeping me posted on what was going on and where we stood. I appreciated this factor.

I enrolled 8 accounts. FDR secured 6 very good settlements, 1 poor settlement and I withdrew one account. FDR collected almost $3,800 in fees for a settlement which the creditor rejected before the first payment was made. It took me 6 months to figure out the problem and then 5 months to convince FDR to give me my money back. This is illegal.

Freedom did exactly what they said they would. I tried a different company in the past and they were more than a disappointment. I am very happy with what we accomplished. It feels good to be debt free! I would recommend it to my closest friends. In fact, I have.

When I first started with FDR I was extremely nervous and couldn't tell exactly what I was getting into. I feel like we all had that, is this a scam question in our heads. When all was said and done FDR was not a scam and actually completely changed my life for the better. I had 7 open line of credits with debts ranging from 1000$ to 10,000$ and FDR was able to cut all of them in half and taking me from 30 yrs of paying creditors to just barely 5 yrs! Overall this has been a very difficult experience. While I assume full responsibility for my debt, this has been a lengthy and cumbersome process. I'm pleased that I've come this far and my debts have been resolved. Now I am faced with a huge payment for what I think is an impossible time frame. I've reached retirement age and have health issues which may prevent me from working to age 62 as planned. With these and more personal limitations I fear I may need to either modify my loan and/or default. I think that paying the principal is what I expected in the end and that's not what happened.
