I Just want to express my thanks to everyone that I spoke with from the First call to the last. There have been different levels of assistance along the way and I appreciate each AND EVERYONE, especially the Dashboard Updaters and those who kept calling and encouraging me and making suggestions. Also those who were very patient with my Technical inabilities and the inefficient tablet I had to work with. Yes! Patience and Guidance, plus helping me take responsibility for my own finances. Thanks a million!! Only one creditor left!

Hoping to never have to use this service again but great experience. Friendly staff that answered every concern I had. Felt safe with my decision. I would and have recommended FDR to others. Debt free in less than 4 years!!

Turned over account #'s to Freedom Debt. Since that time 3 of the account closed. They cannot find any account # with B of A. Now they say I have to call IRS to find out to whom account was sold to. If the Bank has no record and you can't find anything just refund me. I shouldn't have to do the research for you!

Tiffiny is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend her. She speaks clearly and she listens. I feel comfortable from the start. I feel a lot better now because I have a new goal and starting fresh for 2018. Thank you Tiffiny and Freedom Debt Relief. Keep up the great job.

Monica ** is a very nice person that from the beginning made me feel comfortable and secure of my decision to once and for all consolidate my bills into one and sometime in the future have peace in mind (something that I don't have at the moment).

Freedom helped us out of a really bad credit debt problem, sometimes we were not sure if any progress was being made, then we would receive an e-mail or phone call, and another issue was resolved. After depositing enough funds, problems magically were gone. We are very grateful for all Freedom did for us, and extend recommendations to anyone who are thinking there is no way out. Very simple, all that is needed is dedicated account for auto withdrawal, and in a very short time all problems will be gone. Credit score quickly return to acceptable level.

They were really nice & exceptionally knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions. They were patient & walked me through everything. John is my contact person and made sure to give me his direct number and email. The welcome call was also nice but a little long. All of the material covered in the welcome call had already been covered by John during our initial call.

Very helpful with debt relief and answering questions which was very easy to do. The debt counselor was very good at explaining the process and most importantly how to build and restore my credit. I would suggest this program to anyone who is experiencing any financial difficulties. From the counselor to the welcome team was very helpful.

The dates of payment I requested we're changed causing problems! When I talked to you about the dates to pull from our checking account you agreed this date had to do with our pay periods. We have encountered over $200 dollars in lack of funds from our checking. When you did this it also caused a shortage in our checking account again. Let's get this straightened out.

I know this is the beginning stages, but so far, this is something that I look to doing to make life easier for myself as well as raising my child. I thank Derek, my debt consultant assisting me with this matter for his assistance as well as making himself available for any concerns or problems that may arise.

I only joined the program the end of April and have already paid off two creditors. FDR has worked rigorously to help negotiate for at least 50% of the total debt. Anytime I've called about my accounts, I am 100% satisfied. Highly recommend.

I was so afraid! I have never been through this before and the professionals at FDR literally held my hand through the entire process. Felt that should have been notified and I can make a balloon payment at the end because I had money available in my account to complete all my payments instead of the money being withdrawn from my bank account every month for another 5 months and then return to me at a later date.

I have been happy with my experience using Freedom Financial to minimize and resolve my credit card debt. Customer service is always courteous and professional. The only suggestion I have is better communication when it comes to signing on negotiation documents.

Very polite and professional. I had no trouble understanding because she was very thorough when she explained everything to me. When I called and left a message my call was returned right away. The form was very easy to fill out and send back.

The staff working in this program are very professional and very good communicator. The process does take a while but that is expected due to the logistics of his the debt is settled. After I signed on with them I felt very relieved. I will feel great when all the accounts are processed and approved by creditors. Over the months I would get anxious on the timing but the staff in all departments have remained diligent to answer concerns quickly and I feel good about my decision. I did unplug my home phone. No one used it but my Mom, salespeople and creditors. I now make my Mom use my cell. Not hearing the phone calls really helped.

Freedom Debt relief is wonderful they have helped me out so much. I was in debt up to my eyeballs and didn't know what to do to fix it and they were there. I've have been a client at Freedom Debt Relief for about 2 years. I had a lot of debt 80k on 14 accounts. At this time they have settled 2 major accounts and in process of four more accounts. Nothing gets done overnight so you need patience and let them do their job. Every time I have a question they are professional and courteous. Thank you Freedom Debt Relief.

I was sent a letter by a law firm requesting payment on one of my accounts. I forwarded this letter to FDR and I assumed they would negotiate a payment settlement with them. Instead they ignored it, because according to the representative I talked to said there was not enough funds in the account to negotiate a settlement. Instead of ignoring and letting it go to a lawsuit someone from your organization should have contacted me and let me know what was happening. I knew nothing till I was served with legal papers. I pay you a good fee to follow through not drop the ball on me. I just pray the legal team can fix this mess.

Would recommend to a friend. Really took a lot of stress off of me. Great and friendly customer service. Always friendly and responsive every time I have called. I have complete trust in their services. It has been a nearly painless process since the beginning.

I was in a very rough patch re $. I learned about Freedom and began the program. I have had nothing but a positive experience with them. The best Christmas ever is this is my last payment. I would recommend this program to anyone. Thank you so much for getting me over this rough patch.

Every time I call I get a different person and I get the runaround about when I will get a final settlement. Don’t know how 300.00 turns into. Who knows how much was to be done in Nov. Waiting for over 60 days for final settlement.

I was never so relieved as the day I talked to Brad ** on the phone regarding my debts. The payments to these Creditors were getting way out of hand and I didn't know how I was going to afford them anymore. Haven’t been in program a whole lot of time. But the people I have spoke are very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to having my debt fully gone. No settlements have occurred as of yet. They have answered all of my questions concerning any problems that have arisen.

Before accepted to the Freedom Debt Relief program, life was full of anxiety and worry on how to pay my debt, the payments didn't seem to go down, Freedom just settled a big debt, and settled other debts for 1/2. I trust and recommend them.

Our consultant, Cory, was very pleasant. He seemed very knowledgeable with how FDR could help my husband and I. Cory was patient and thorough. The welcome call was a bit long. The client enrollment specialist wanted some information about our credit cards that I could have been prepared for had I known ahead of time. Had I been prepared our call would have been much shorter.

I am not happy with the bi-monthly withdrawals. I’ve accumulated over 300.00 in overdraft fees because you have not kept with our agreed upon dates of the 4th and 19th of each month. I’ve already called about this, but it continues before the 1st and 15th each month(payday). Very costly and disappointing.

Patsy ** made my experience very worthwhile and she took the time out to make sure I understood how everything worked. I really appreciate her!! She also called to check up on my progress with creditors and gave me helpful information on what to do and what not to do when it came to payments between me and the companies.

They're great and handle things that you don't know you have to do. At this time you are already so stressed out and your mind is in the fog. Good response with your debt. Easy to talk to and ask a lot of question and get a great answers. Describes how it works, what you are going to and how long it will take. Plus they have people to deal with all types of situations.

I too thought they were doing a bang up job helping resolve my debt. That is until the last account was left to resolve. Now they have enough money in the account to resolve that debt in full and it has been there for 6 months. The account is on a "strategic hold" as they say. It was escalated 5 months ago and when I question them now they say escalating it does not guarantee anything. Then they offer to escalate it again. What a scam just to keep you in the program. I too will be screaming from the rooftops, online forums, blogs and anywhere I can to warn everyone of this company and their tactics.

I'm very impressed on the service I received. I would be happy to tell other about the program. I think this will help not only me but a lot of other friends and family members. I'm just starting the program. Let's see how the rest of it goes, to get to the finish line of paying all my debt.

When I start with Freedom I was afraid a little. Too many agencies. They said they want to help you but they steal your money. But when I receive the offer for my first settlement I was so happy. I check my credit score and is already going back up. Thank you Freedom.

I should have taken care of my debt instead of this service. I don’t think I benefited at all. Still paying same amount and was informed by one of the customer service that nothing was paid yet until I reached a percentage and on top of that I am paying them a high percentage. A mistake on my part.

FDR is certainly a great organization to work with solving debt problems. They are all very professional and helpful for all your needs. They sure took the stress and worry off me. I would recommend them for anyone with debt problems. They are fair and honest and I was so happy to have chosen them.

They said my debt would be resolved by end of August 2017. My payments were complete as of September, but they still try to withdraw the monthly payment and charge me a monthly service fee. My calls to them leave me no resolution. Their customer service reps give me a run-around. And they continue to charge their monthly service fee. Currently, my balance is over $1700 and they have not called me or mailed me any graduation info. I will need once again to request the stop of payment withdrawals and to visit this with my bank.

I had credit card debt for many years and it was paralyzing. I became depressed and never thought I would be able to get out of debt in my lifetime. Then by some miracle, I clicked on an ad from Freedom Debt Relief and my journey to financial freedom began. Debt situation getting worse. They keep taking my money but nothing gets resolved. Settled a few on my own. Gonna do the rest myself and minimize the damage Should of never got involved. Most creditors will work with you. are compassionate and understanding.

My experience with the representative for FDR was amazing. I am so happy with the prospect of being debt-free in less than 3 years. Thank you for helping guiding me through the program process with such clear explanations and kindness.

Automation makes personal contact very impersonal and lengthy. But my biggest issue came when we were being garnished by Capital One (at times entire paychecks) and Freedom had no record of payoffs when I called. So, Capital One was double-dipping and nothing was done to remedy this, even after I called Freedom to explain my dilemma. In addition, I'm still receiving threatening letters from past creditors, who ask for their money. I question Freedom's effectiveness in protecting me from harassing creditor calls and letters. Overall, this has not been a positive experience. However, I'm glad that it's over.

You're doing good. I just wish it didn't take more than my monthly income to get this done. I know the more I put in the faster it will get paid down but now I am looking at going to apply for food stamps.

I feel as though I can breathe since this phone call. My dad passed away suddenly leaving no burial insurance. I had to come up with the money to pay for his funeral. No one could afford to help me. I have felt as if I was drowning ever since the day I found him deceased.

I do understand that I did not seek a clear enough understanding of fees charged to negotiate accounts but the fees almost equal the payout amounts. I know you are a business and this is not a free service but I am shocked at how much is charged.

I USED to praise Freedom Financial. Now I am just disgusted with you! All has gone well as long as I was paying you $705 each month. But now that I am down to just ONE MORE $6200 issue with Synchrony Bank, all I get is talk. I am talking for MONTHS AND MONTHS! The last Freedom associate I spoke with several months ago PROMISED she would personally take charge of this. Meanwhile my credit rating continues to SUCK! NO EXCUSE FOR THIS!! I will get even by telling everyone I know NOT to sign up.

I have been waiting over 2 years for my account to be closed. Every time I call I am told "someone" will work on it. I have slowly gotten most of my overpayment out of the account and have about $100.00 left. Can someone PLEASE close my account!!!

FDR recently cost me way more money than it should have because when the attorney that was assigned to me by them entered into a settlement agreement with Bank of America there was not enough money in my account to make the payments as required.

After my husband died, I just trying to do this all by myself. I had sinking, then I saw FDR, I called and I about cried when it was explained how they can help me. I cannot tell what a relief it has been to get these debts taken care of and it was a easy program to follow. Anytime I had a question, someone who was courteous and helpful was always happy to help. I can't thank them enough.

Did great up until the last year. It’s been a year and one of the last two accounts was just settled. Still have one more to go. I have emailed and called several times, didn’t get answers. Kept taking my payment every month til I stopped that. Putting in my account for what? No one was doing anything. Just keeping my money. One account left and say, "You don’t have enough money to settle that account." There should be over a thousand in my account. I will send the rest but nobody contacts me. They don’t do anything. Very disappointed with you people. Will not recommend you to anyone.

I referred my brother, and he is 6 months into the program. No word or $ from FDR as they had told me inbreeding beginning. It is a shame that FDR is making money month after month and they Do not keep their word.

Very unhappy with the communication I get from Freedom. The inexperienced people who take information and I never get call backs or a half screwed answer. I am still waiting for a call from 2 months. Just waiting while you take my money but get no answer .

Between credit and personal loans, I was on the verge of bankruptcy and losing a lot of things in my life. With the help of FDR, and NLLG, those things were avoided. I can't say it didn't come without some stress and aggravation, but, considering the alternative, it was a blessing. I would recommend to anyone in financial distress.

When I first heard about FDR, I was hesitant, as well as I should be, because this concerns my finances. After everything was explained, I felt comfortable and signed up. I had a few issues regarding customer service. When a settlement was reached, I had a few questions. I called and was connected to customer service. The person I had spoken with, was condescending, and I ended up, hanging up. It took three more calls, and I finally got to speak with someone who answered my questions, and actually explained what I was asking, in a polite, understanding way. I agreed to the settlement, and everything is back on track, and almost done. I have recommended you to a couple friends who will need your services soon. Thank You!

Perhaps my expectations were too high but in this year one debt has been resolved and a second creditor is resolving the debt themselves by deducting customer security payments, reducing the total debt by half but that has never been shown on Freedom statements. There has been no activity on the third & last debt, no indication that there has been any attempt made to resolve the largest debt. The monthly charts tell me nothing.

I like what Freedom Debt Relief is doing for me and my family. Please continue working hard like today. Everybody there is a professional. I have more than a year with Freedom. All time when I call them I hear excellent information about my account. Thank you Freedom.

I am still in process resolving my debt but so far so good. :) I have total of 4 credit cards to solve one was paid off earlier this year. Next one will be paid off in April of 2018. Third one just made settlement on. After that just one more card to settle. :)

I used Freedom Debt Relief as a last result thinking it would help me. Yes it worked with my creditors and made deals BUT everything they did I could have done myself. They wait for your account to go to collections and with the creditor to make a settlement and set up monthly payments. They charge you about 20% of the settlement amount as their fee. I ended up withdrawing my accounts that were not settled and worked with my other creditors myself. Saving myself a couple thousand of dollars in fees. Should have done it myself from the beginning.

Very good program. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. Looking forward to a new beginning. I recommend it to anyone. The process is easy and does not take long at all. I am glad I signed up and wished I would have done it sooner... Thanks!

I have had quite a bit of trouble trying to see my account details with Crossroads such as total deposits, withdrawals, and bank fees. Also my original contract was for a total of 3 years and it has been extended to nearly 4 with only 2 of 4 settlements.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience with this program. I was told that after 6 months of starting the program and when accounts were being paid off that my credit score would start to rebound. It has been almost a year and two accounts have been paid with others in the process but my credit is getting worse rather than better. I was also told that there would be no problem getting a loan or mortgage while in this program as long as I was sent a letter of good standing from FDR. This was also not the case. I was denied a loan three times and was not able to make my purchase I was attempting to make.

The program has been great. It has taught me how to handle my finances better and to save. Looking forward to being out of debt sooner and first what is important. Thank you Freedom Debt Relief for helping thru the program. Also with the courtesy you shown me.

These people pulled me out of the darkness when I only knew for certain my credit was totally shot. Working overtime to make ends meet was slowly putting me in the hospital. After pulling 80 hours in one 30 day period plus my regular 160 hours for the month. I did not know if I was coming or going... then I saw their ad. VOILA!!! Answer to my anxiety. THANK YOU ALL.

My first settlement was done twice for the same amount but the first authorization was followed so it took an extra 2 months on the first one. Now I'm on my last settlement and they can't seem to get it resolved. It's been % months and nothing has happened and nobody can tell me why. Other than that they have done a good job settling my accounts.

This company is great. Just started with the program about 5 months ago and already have a settlement for one of my creditors. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to get out of debt. I'm 100% satisfied. Thank you so much for helping us.

After four(4) months of conversation and now being over four months beyond our initial agreement they have failed to conclude and keep their promise. Still one account that has not and appears not to have been looked at or settled. Rest of accounts have been taken care of and followup phone calls. I am told "When we get around to it" and looking for the best deal for me. They have my money to handle it, why so long to fix it. They say they have a lot of people dealing with Capital One but must not be enough to use their claimed leverage with Capital One.

Has been very difficult to not be able to pay creditors on my own and FDR has been timely in negotiating with them and has come up with 3 settlements. That is great. Unable to contribute more and trying to meet my everyday expenses.

I should have started with FDR years ago. An absolutely awesome experience that is helping me to cut down on my credit. I would most definitely recommend this program to all of my friends. If debt relief is what you need please give FDR a call and your situation will be tremendous.

if you would look at my accounts, I don't see how you will be able to pay off my accounts in the time frame you stated. also, I don't know how you will be able to pay my 3rd acct. when all of my money is going towards the first 2 accounts. thank you.

I am being sued by one of my creditors and the law group recommended by Freedom Debt Relief has recommended I consider filing for bankruptcy. This does not seem right to me. I am under the impression that Freedom Debt Relief negotiate with all my creditors.

I would recommend a friend. Freedom Debt has taken so much stress from me. I don’t have to worry about making payments on all those credit cards every month. It has been a real blessing for me to work with Freedom Debt. All I have to do is make one payment a month, this is great. Thank you so much.

Slow process. Its take too long to make deals with the credit cards account and the credit company still calling and do claims with lawyers. I will like to have more communication with this company and know what to do when I receive this sue papers.

I have been on the program now going on three months. As of today I have no comment for I have not seen any action on my behalf. Other than being swamped by the creditors with phone calls and messages from 0745 hr to 2100 hrs, seven days a week.

Peggy explained everything in a way I could understand. She made this experience stress free. She made me feel very confident in the process. I feel confident we can do this and be successful. To tell you about my experience with Freedom Debt I’ll have found that this program makes my life much easier! So let me just say I would give Freedom Debt Relief an A if I had to grade them on that. Everything has worked well for me since I started this program. All representatives with maybe the exception of one have been very understanding and easy to communicate with!

I am really excited about being credit card debt free on the date October 2018! Everything concerning all my credit card debts has been progressing since I started in 2014. So far I have been very pleased with their help & the progress that has been made. I have 4 more credit cards for Freedom Debt to negotiate with my creditors to resolve.

It appears the money that is taken from my check is going towards fees instead of resolving any of the debt. My credit is horrible, I'm still extremely without any money after the withdrawal every pay period. I am considering canceling with the program.

When contacting my advisor, customer service, or the settlement department via email or fax I consider myself very fortunate if they respond at all. It doesn't matter if I inform them of my receiving notice that one creditor filed for chapter 11, or if I have a request about changing the debit date to the 28th for December only, or if I ask any number of questions about the dashboard and why only one account has been negotiated (when they finally answer this, it is a pat answer). If I base my comments on the above you wouldn't get one star.

I've been in the program since June 2017, and progress has started on negotiating my debt and I am very satisfied and relieved with the help I have been given to date. I hope the continued assistance will bring my debt to a conclusion and a fresh start.

Account resolved but not showing resolved. This is in regards to my query from mid November which still has not been resolved. One of my accts with Synchrony Bank was paid off approx Jan 2016 as per YOUR records. Still, it is showing as "in process." I don't care much for excuses when you guys are making between 2-800.00 per acct settled, so I suggest you get moving, or I will become more suspicious than I already am. The acct ** was paid off almost 24 months ago. Clearly, you are not up to date in this matter. Please do your job. Get it done! As a reminder I can only be contacted by email.

I have been carrying around this huge weight, trying to juggle bills, doing without, and worrying I would never get my cards paid off. I finally called FDR. I have been with you several months. Only one account has been taken of. I have not heard about how the other accounts are being taken care of. I just receive emails from the people I owe money to, wanting their money. How long before these will be taken care of??

You paid off 3 of 7 of my credit lines in the first 6 months but then despite the fact that I added an additional several thousand into my account this last June. I haven’t seen any effect on the other 4 of my accounts. 2 of them could be completely paid off with half of balance in my account. Why isn’t anything happening? I’ve called several times. Nothing happens. I want to get all of this resolved within the next 6 months if I can.

At this time in the program, I have worried Day and Night. Paperwork is unreal. Now a legal lawyer is involved, getting small claim court papers against me. Not a happy camper right now. Wish I wouldn’t have messed up my credit, hope it will get better in the future.

It has been months and you have done nothing for me. I can not get any answers on what you are doing. Every time I call I get a different answer. I would not recommend you to anyone. Please email the status of my 2 accounts to me.

I just started the FDR program in October, and I already noticed that I'm not only saving more money but spending less plus more conscious in what I actually need as opposed to what I want. So far, I like FDR's approach to paying off debt. It's straightforward - no jumping through hoops.

You didn't negotiate with one account. I have to pay Total owed + 9.9% interest for the next 24 months plus what you charge. I can do better than that and I DID! You no longer represent me and anyone that asks, I won't recommend.

Rated them a three, fairly happy with this company, there are some concerns. Wish they would contact the creditors before they are actually settled, to avoid phone calls and contact with them. They do return your calls somewhat promptly, with fairly good answers to your questions.

We are going nuts, Creditors just want verification that you are in the picture. They may not believe us. If we have a large account, how do you convince them that they have to wait 3 to 4 years for some kind of payment. I will give a more complete comment when I see something happening.

I'm really not sure that I want to continue with this program. I started this journey 10 months ago and don't feel that results are happening fast enough. Yes, I was struggling but had not had a 30 day late prior to your service. In the last 10 months only 3 creditors have been contacted and I'm hoping some kind of payment is being made to them. I have tried to track to see what my balances are with them and I can no longer access my online accounts. Other creditors have not even been contacted and in Oct. I was served with court papers by a collection agency for Discover consequently causing a judgement being filed against me.

Since July of 2016 when I selected Freedom Debt Relief to handle my 32,000 dollars in debt all my problems monetarily during this period have gone away. In one instance where a creditor filed papers against me the lawyers for FDR settled the debt within 48 hours. I am very happy with the professionalism and the way they have treated me during this time.

I pay every month and have seen nothing. I have endless calls that start at 8 am to 9 pm plus the calls to my work place. I can't even turn my phone up so I can hear the calls I need to. These companies send letters wanting to settle and still 4 months later and no settlements. I call and get reassured this is the way it is suppose to go but I am not convinced.

At first I admit I was very scared. I had been in debt before but nothing like this. I decided to contact FDR after being on the fence for too long. It was amazing how quickly the stress went away. They have been very helpful to walk me through everything and help when I have questions.

Have not had any success with you returning my calls, have tried to use the dashboard, but it continually flashes. I have emailed repeatedly, called and left messages,but still no response. At this point I feel my best recourse is to withdraw my account after 1, 2018.

So far, we are pleased with services rendered by Freedom Debt Relief. We now understand (after being clients) for a few months, much responsibility rest with the client. I highly recommend FDR to younger people desperately needing to start over and rebuilding their credit and their lives. Everyone deserves a second chance in life. I would also advise future clients to constantly be on the phone with FDR, checking e-mails from them, constantly checking your mail box for mail from creditors to see if your accounts have been turned over to collection agencies; try very hard not to miss anything reference to your accounts which might come in your mail box. FDR will negotiate with your creditors but please know communication is the key, especially when you are in the beginning stages of the FDR experience.

Do not like the way the structural settlements were done. Disappointed in not being able to get lower settlements. Not informing me if I want to have further negotiations before I agree to a settlement. And not informing me that most pensions and social security and veteran benefits are exempt from collection agencies.

I got into the program to get back on track and learn way to be better. I was promised you would help and get an acceptable settlement. I went from think I had $9000 that would get settled for Less to getting hit with almost $12000 payment. I was told lawyers would help and work it out. They did nothing for me and settled with out talking to me. You can call for more info.

I was told when I started out with Freedom Debt Relief that as long as I made my monthly payments and paid extra for the "legal" service that there would be absolutely no problems. Fast forward to a few months again and I get served by Bank Of America. I immediately contact both freedom and the "legal" service because as I said originally I was told that there would be no problems. The "legal" service is RIDICULOUS. And the people that I talked to at Freedom were of absolutely no help. Oh and let's not forget that the "legal" representative stated that if he made a deal with the Bank of America people to make a full settlement then I would still have to pay your fees. So I would in fact pay the entire balance of what I owed and over $4,000 in fees.

I'm paying for this service and think you should contact my debtors and end these calls. My credit scores should not go down. And the whole process should be easier. What I need is to be free from this. What exactly am I paying for?

So far experience has been great. I lost my job and was afraid I would not be reinstated after 3 months of Non-payment. I called and spoke to representative. She was so friendly and upbeat it made me feel at ease instantly. She indicated they would not drop me because I am too close to graduation. I so appreciated her positive attitude.

Will someone please call me. I may have to get out of the program. I just don’t think that I can do it anymore. I have three accounts and just not for sure if this program is benefiting. It’s almost been a year and just don’t see the progress.

I have been working with the disbursement center. I have been talking to Chris. I have left messages, and sent texts, yet I have not heard anything back. I am getting letters and notifications and would like to know when you guys are going to contact them to settle the accounts. I am not getting any definite answers. I'm getting rather upset, frustrated and very annoyed.

I have dealt with many rude Representatives for Freedom. Each time I called I got a different answer. Extra fees that I was not told about. But it was a relief not worrying about paying bills if they were automatically taken out and if that I had a debt collector contact me. It was handled quickly.

My account wasn't taken care in timely manner so I was sued and my checking account was garnished and now my wages are being garnished so I can't pay my bills. Employees tell you the same thing. Account is been escalated. It will be taken care off within the next couple of days.

Evidently, nothing happens until you are about halfway into the program. Meanwhile you are getting calls from creditors asking for payments and your fico score is affected. To date, I haven't been assured of a lower debt percentage. There are different ways to lower credit card payments as I have learned. Most companies will take you on as a hardship case. I might have preferred that.

Ira helped me understand my current payment situation and was able to give me back over $400 into my hands monthly. I will save over $15,000 in long term. Best of all, I'll be out of debt in 4 years instead of 15. I am excited to start this relationship.

I can’t get a hold of anyone to explain things to me. My credit is destroyed and the initial time lines you told me were completely wrong. Now you’re taking money from me and won’t tell me what’s happening. Who is my point of contact even? It’s silly to think you take so much money from me and I can’t talk to anyone but a call center employee. I don’t even know if you have the documents I have sent you because you don’t update my online portfolio and the backend system is hard to use. Overall experience right now is negative stars.

-20 on scale of 1-10. Worst thing I have ever done was to go with FDR. Failure to respond numerous times. Many other failures and disappointments with the way FDR and associates failed to carry through with their responsibilities to properly pay creditors causing filings in public courts and much anxiety for us for months and no one at FDR cared in the least. Can't wait to get rid of FDR.

My debt is being resolved very quickly. I also received great legal support when I received a summons. The organization is quick to respond to any question or need help. The people are kind and thoughtful and understand the stress of debt. Everyone fighting debt problems should reach out to FDR for help.

The person who contacted us about getting our loan explained that our debt to income ratio was way off, and we could protect our credit by using Freedom to help resolve our debts and be in Great standing with credit bureaus in the process. Man was he way off. First off, they WONT LOAN you anything. Secondly once you start down this road there is NO GOING BACK. These “FIX IT” credit places know it too. There recruiters, don’t loan anything, and when you call to explain the problem, the peeps at Freedom immediately let you know that they don’t employ the recruiters.

When do you start contacting my creditors? I'm getting tired of getting collection calls from them. I was so proud of getting my credit score raised and I was working really hard to do that. My daughter almost maxed out my 3 credit cards and has now ruined my credit rating.

We are fairly new with FDR, but so far it has been a good experience. We just had our first settlement and the result was positive. The staff at FDR has been there to answer our questions and ease our minds during this stressful time. I would highly recommend them.

Not happy, nothing has been done yet and the bill collectors won't leave me alone and the lady on the phone said I need 25% down before you even pay anything. That means two years before you pay my big loan by then they'll have me in court and be garnishing my wages so no I'm not happy at all. I feel like I was lied to and that you people aren't honest.

Once the program began and funds went to your company, I have had no personal contact and no follow up to my emails. It's like you take the check and nothing is happening. The info I sent to the creditors made them aware of the situation, but I can't get anyone at FDR to let me know what, if anything, is going on. Very disconcerting, to say the least.

I honestly feel completely mislead in every way, from the original “recruiting officer” which I applied for a debt consolidation loan. He did not tell me my debt would go into collections, he did not tell me my credit would be RUINED. Apparently creditors are not that intimidated by FDR. I wish I could turn back time and apply for an equity loan or any other option. I feel as though your recruiting officer only gave me advice pertaining to your program. I have NOT been contacted by FDR, just keep taking money from me and doing NOTHING. You asked me to be fair and honest, I hope you can handle it.
