I am very pleased with the help I have received. The explanations were clear and to the point. Any question that I had was easily answered. Thank you. It made good sense to lower my monthly payments and also save some money overall. There are no penalties for finishing the program early if that might be your desire.

I have paid all fees you asked for yet I still see open charge offs from the credit companies that you say debt is resolved. I have tried to get to the bottom of this with you several times. Today I opened up a complaint against you with BBB. Please do not attempt to take any more funds from my checking account without my express permission. Also please give me a complete consolidated statement of payments. I have made and the payments you have made on my behalf.

Cancelled with FDR as I am on disability and $265 proved to be too much for me on a $800 a month income. Got my so called 'refund' of my $158? After paying $265 monthly for over a year? Rotten Thieves.

I’ve been waiting for almost 8 months for my last creditor to get resolved. Don’t know what the problem is with Freedom financial 2 and won’t get a straight answer. If somebody reach Dash could you have somebody call me? I seem to be getting the runaround.

I had a lot of debt and it was rough but, I was keeping up with my payments... I was going to retire in a few years and didn’t see how I would be able to pay the debt. I didn't really know how this program was so I called them. They had a really good salesman I guess because I fell for it. I talked to them about what route I should take and I was considering getting a second mortgage paying all these off with one payment at a lower rate. Or bankruptcy which I really didn’t want to do. Getting a second would also had be tax deductible. The salesman convinced me I needed to get this debt. I had excellent credit rating. They instructed me to stop paying my bills. It was really hard to do. Then the phone started constantly ringing from the debtors. Up to then I never missed a payment.
Some of the creditor said they don’t negotiate with type of business. I panicked and I called Freedom. They said it was just a scare tactic. After several month and not hearing anything from Freedom. I call to see what was happening? I knew there was enough money to negotiate some of these debts. According the client service this is their plan. Then I received my first lawsuit. Discover Card! Hmm is this one of the debtors that don’t negotiate? I ended up nearly paying the amount I owed them. Freedom service fee and court cost. So using Freedom cost me more money. Not soon I received calls and email regarding their sister company's loan department and how they can accelerate the settlements.
I had a lawsuit going afraid of the others suing, my credit ruined and felt I didn’t have a choice. So I went with their 25.6% loan. I cringe when I go their dashboard and it says they save 18,000 in debt. They don’t mention the $7,500 in service fees and the additional 2,500 interest, court fees… My last debt was resolved and I’m paying more money than I started with. They waited too long and it was sent to another company that not willing to negotiate. Recently I read a article online of creditors that do not negotiate and three of these were part of my debt. I feel deceived because they knew that several of my creditors would not negotiate.

When I decided to go with Freedom Debt Relief, due to things getting more difficult after the death of my husband, I had less stress. They took over for me. They worked with my creditors to lower my bills. I hated to see my good credit drop like it did, but lowering my stress level was worth it. My credit is INCHING back up, but no more credit cards, and I am near my graduation date. It is such a good feeling. The people I have dealt with have been so friendly and encouraging. Making me feel like I am doing the right thing, and they seem to be happy for me and are celebrating with me. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone going through a difficult financial time. Right from the beginning, I felt it was the right decision.

You default your payment and your credit score become very low - I never defaulted my payments but they offer that I am qualified for 40K- then they say you are not approved - then they will recommend you to a program with a no interest payment - telling me it’s own by Paul Allen - I know Paul Allen so I expect the company will payoff my debt and pay by installment for $560 a month for 48 months - but it’s not that way - they will settle your debt by our own - nothing is finance - I am cook by my own oil.

Freedom Debt Relief can be summed up in one word RELIEF. I don't feel the need to go on any further, the company simply takes care of debts like they promise. It's nice to see settlements on my dashboard, also the performance on FED's side is outstanding. Sit back and let them do their thing, which they are really good at.

I am very frustrated with my experience with Freedom Debt Relief. I was promised a set amount of months for my payments and when it got close to being done with my payments I was told that they may need to have to extend my payment. They also failed to make settlements with all of my creditors that resulted in lawsuits that I had to settle. The customer service people are always friendly and attempt to help. The dashboard is not useful, it merely shows breakdown of payments, not really progress toward pay off goals.

I've been asking for someone to start negotiations and all I get is "insufficient funds". Meanwhile the balance keeps going up!! So what are you people doing to help me?? I'm currently retired and forking out close to $600 a month paying you and the Credit Union that sued me because the incompetent lawyer you assigned me left me a conference call number to contact him with. That required a password I didn't have. This has been an experience I would not recommend to anyone!!!

We have been with FDR for almost a year. At first they did great, paid a debtor off and we were excited. Now taking long time to pay next one off. In litigation. Waiting to see how long for next one. Credit scores are down right now.

According to the program my graduation date should be February 2018, it is June 2018 and my graduation still pending. I contacted customer service couples times already and I had told that my graduation should happen soon but is not happening. But of course they still charge the monthly feed.

This has been a nightmare since I started the process. From the beginning I was lied to by the original contact James ** at Accredited. Once I was sued - he stopped talking to me and that was when I found out that my account was actually handled by FDR. Initially FDR helped along with the NLG (Lawyers) and we got a settlement that was only $1000 less than the original amount...not worth the heartache that I had been put through. Now, I am being sued yet again for more than what I originally owed to the 2nd creditor - but because they tried to deliver the papers from the courts and I was out of state - NLG won't help me with this lawsuit. FDR says I can remove the account and work with the creditor myself....well, if I had the money originally 2 years ago, I would have done that then! So, I HIGHLY advise anyone to NOT go through this horrible experience that I am continuing to go through 2 years later! The lawyers suck at NLG!
FDR representatives aren't able to give you any updates on your accounts because the 'negotiators' have no communications with the staff at FDR. It is a horrible situation that I find myself in now - being sued without any help from the legal group that I pay for and so far no help from FDR on it either. I am extremely worried at this point that my wages are going to be garnished and I was supposed to retire next year! Don't trust this process - Please don't do it. My credit is horrible and I always took pride in keeping a good credit score, I was promised that my credit would skyrocket again in a short while....that isn't likely to happen now that I have been sued 2 times and will probably end up getting sued a 3rd time by the last creditor. Please try to work your financial problems out on your own with your creditors - you will be FAR better off. I beg everyone, please don't do what I have done to myself by trusting this corrupt process.

Credit score took a dump and they don't care also every time we have a credit card sold or get sued. We get passed off never contacted again. This place suck. Don't use. BUT they never miss taking your money from your account. Good job.

Delighted staff, they doing good job and negotiations to creditors. Been in the program due to my disability and hardship. I joined the program for 2 1/2 years for 10 accounts, they already paid-off 5 accounts. One is on process, high monthly payments on this account. Honestly, I have been pretty stressed and ashamed of being in this situation in the first place. I have never worked with a debt relief company before but I did my research and called at least three of the better known and reviewed companies before deciding on FDR. Michael ** was definitely well-versed not only in debt relief, but also what makes sense financially. It felt almost like having a financial advisor to help me sort through the stress of resolving my debts. FDR is also an incredibly upbeat and positive organization - everyone I spoke to had a positive outlook and when you are dealing with debt and people who are already filled with so much stress, this felt like a welcome relief in many ways. I can't recommend them enough - am only just starting with the program, but am already feeling like I finally have a handle on my financial life again. I have been going back and forth about entering the program. I absolutely hate change and the thought of giving up my credit cards I had, one for over 13 years, gave me so much anxiety. Finally after running the numbers over and over and talking with my family and boyfriend I decided to just pull the trigger and enroll. I literally only enrolled in the program a day ago but already feel so much relief. Before It seemed like I was climbing up muddy hill... eventually I would get to the top but it would take forever, I would keep slipping setting myself back even more, and get so tired along the way. I finally see the stairs on the other side and am going to take those! Sure there is a LOT of them, but I know for certain I'll get to the top and be so much happier! (Super cheesy analogy!)

Don't ever sign up with this company. We did everything they told us, paid all of the money they asked us to on time into our account. They ruined our credit beyond repair. Settled the smallest debt but had no problem taking their money for their fee. Once 2 of the companies filed lawsuits against us they asked us to put more money into our account on top of the payment we agreed upon at the beginning that they said would be sufficient to settle our accounts. We cancelled with them and they took the remaining 667.00 out of our account that they told us we would get back because we cancelled with them and said it was for a fee we owed them. They will rip you off!!!

I must say, I was so delighted with the process from the very beginning. I couldn't have asked for it to have gone any better. Dominick ** is by far the absolute best! The write-off from the Sears account which was taken over by Portfolio Recovery Associates was not agreed to after initial review. I am very upset because the PRA continued to add fees after I was enrolled in the program and I am still paying the collection agency more than the original amount due.

I was going through and had been through a difficult divorce and financial situation. I was very iffy and scared to go with this or any relief program. I knew I had to do something or file for bankruptcy. My debt was not enough to go to that extreme. Jason ** talked me off the ledge the very first time we spoke. I was very upset & crying. It took a few weeks and he reached out to me again as promised. I made the decision to go with the program and I now feel a big sense of relief. I believe it was the right choice!

We are hoping that debt will be taken care of - we had paid upfront $4,000 for IRS debt. They filed bankruptcy and stole our money. Hoping this result will be to our benefit. We will feel relief when things start moving along without any issues and the debt we owe will be paid. It's been a Very hard year and without family we would be HOMELESS!!! Freedom Debt is #1. Dan was amazing. He was super patient with us and walked us through the entire process seamlessly. I was recommended to Freedom by a friend and I will be recommending it when the time comes. Very impressed, of course like anything in the world you're so skeptical of fraud, so far so good. I am seeing progress with the little amount I put into account to make sure. This company puts out quarterly emails so you can actually follow and see progress. So happy I decided to do this. How they can afford to help people in a debt, no idea but whatever their strategies are, good for them to help so many Americans that had no choice but to sometimes have to use such awfulness. Credit Cards yuck.

This fine gentleman explained things clearly and answered all questions. Terrific attitude, not pressuring, very patient and polite. So far it's been a good experience and very much appreciated. I have been a responsible client to several companies for my whole life. To have my credit do a nose dive because of an accident was traumatic.
