Freedom Debt Relief has given me peace of mind especially recently when I received 2 settlement offers. It was tough going in the beginning thinking nothing was getting done. The main things to have when undergoing this process... faith and patience. It will definitely pay off in the long run.

It has been a great relief to me and stress off of me due to the circumstances of my reason I was in a divorce and husband had ran credit cards up and left me with them. I had no way to pay on my single income and this has helped me greatly with my survival.

Recently, a settlement was made on one of my accounts. I'm happy to see that happened. I was beginning to get a little dismayed. Although I was making my deposits, it didn't seem like things were moving as quickly as I thought they would....but I remained patient. Updated on 09/17/2020: I was financially struggling and came across an ad... I looked into it and I figured I had nothing to lose. My credit was shot and needed help. It was difficult at first watching nothing happening on my settlements, but as soon as creditors started negotiating and claims being settled. I saw an improvement in my credit score. I took a few months, but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. If you're looking at this program, I would definitely look into it. Be patient though as it does take a few months to see it working. Thank FDR you have helped me relieve a lot of stress in my Life.

I have had a settlement just a few months after signing on to the program - but the settlement is almost as much as the original debt since the process took so long and interest and fees kept accumulating.... I AM less stressed however.

One time reduction of monthly payment. Great Service and understanding. The rep was very courteous and helpful and seemed to understand my situation. She explained the ramifications of the action etc. I have really nothing else to say other than the service was great.

I reached out to FDR and from the very start, they were the most knowledgable and respectable people I have ever worked with! They helped clear all my debt in a matter of 2 years! I really like this option to settle debt. I have had an absolutely great experience speaking with customer service any time I’ve called! I would like to see a quicker turn around on resolution. I would like more info on the structured settlement as its being structured. I would like the faster option to use a Consolidation Plus Loan to possibly speed the process up!

The service is good. The people are kind and helpful. I really enjoy working with the staff. This is a great company and they help me so much. I love working with everyone and my life is easy now. I'm so happy!

Got my first settlement in a month and now on fourth months just got my 2nd and cut down to half. So far everything going great. I sure would refer anyone to Freedom. They keep me updated through email on how we are doing.

Everything went smooth. It's hard to give you a score until I know the final amount of my payment. Everybody did handle their jobs well. A little tough on the callbacks through the holidays though. I also need to know what you're going to charge me.

At the time I signed up I was scared and just needed someone to help me work with some of my creditors. I did not know at the time I was going to pay someone to make my payments for me. I have been paying faithfully but my credit score is so bad and I have so many collections. I can't refinance my house because my credit score is so bad.

I needed information on my first payment for my account and the representative help very much, thank you, Catherine. The representative assure me the payment is made automatically from my check account. Payment will be made automatically on 2nd day and the 15th of the month.

This was the first settlement and it took less time than I was anticipating. I am pleased to start paying off these accounts. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone experiencing financial difficulty. I also have a second account that will be negotiated in the next couple of months.

Would advise anyone not to do this program. We were in it for seven months. Not one thing was settled. We got even. Sued their lawyers. Told us to go to court on our own to ask for continuance. Every time we called they had lied on the phone. We have numerous phone calls recorded proving that they lie and we let them know that we were recording. They hung up as soon as they found that out. Plus when we asked for a copy of the recordings they told us that we had to get a subpoena to get our own phone conversations because they know that we can prove they are a lying company. They do not tell you about the late fees or penalties, within seven months they had charged us almost $4000 in additional fees that we had no clue that they were doing. So after seven months nothing was done and now we’ve just added 4000 more on to our debt.

I would recommend Freedom Debt to a friend who needs a new start but feels they need to pay for what they bought. The company has been honest and diligent in trying to resolve my debt making sure I can meet the obligations described in their documents.

Most of the reps from Freedom Debt Relief are great and I appreciate the service although sometimes, if I have questions, they misunderstand. They would say that they would ask and then, they would forget to respond. But 90%, I was happy with the answer they gave me and with their help as well as with the quality of service. I pay two times a month and it appears regularly. So, the payment plan is clear.

When I read about Freedom Debt Relief, what I read sounded good. So I called and everything was great until now. When they talked to me about it, they didn't give me the right information. If I would've known what I know now, I would've never signed up. I had funds on my account, and all of a sudden, they were going down to a 1,000. I tried calling them, and they said, "We have to charge you a fee for every time we close the account." Nobody ever told me that. We're talking about $5,000 fee.

I needed some help and started googling on the internet. I talked to National Debt Relief then I called Freedom. I talked to a guy there and I liked his idea on a plan about having to get rid of things and helping me get debt-free better, so I chose him. I liked how they were willing to break it down to where I could understand things instead of saying it in a way that I couldn't understand.

The first person from Freedom Debt Relief I talked to was very good. He explained everything to me because I was very reluctant. I had never done this before and I was completely embarrassed. I didn’t want anybody to know and whatnot. He reassured me that I'm not the only one and he made me feel confident that they would get me out this. I was a little bit disgruntled at the very beginning when we started negotiating and settling. I had given them all my paperwork but one of them went by the wayside. I wasn’t happy about that and I was a little bit confused. But stuff happens and it was just an oversight.

I saw a Freedom advertisement online and it all worked out for me to use them over other people because I liked the things I was reading. The people were giving a high rating to it too. The customer service was fantastic. Peggy, the one that signed me up, was very helpful. She walked me through everything. And from then, I went to the client dashboard. I still have a few more months in the program and I feel it's an easy payment to make. Overall, Freedom Debt Relief a good company. I'd go with them in a heartbeat.

It is very hard to put your financial needs in the hands of other people or programs. But, So far so good. Elisabeth was very pleasant to talk to. All my questions were nicely answered! Compare to other programs, this program feels right for me. Everything sound very transparent and legit.

The program is taking much longer than I was told. I had five accounts and two are still unresolved which means they are gaining more and more interest that is going to count as my reduced amount. And I also don’t believe there is enough interaction between the FDR program and clients.

Person I spoke with was very understanding and knowledgeable about my concern. He helped elevate my worry on what I could do to actually take action and do something about the debts we are in. Hopefully, my wife and I can meet whatever is required in order to consolidate the 8 accounts targeted.

Somebody from Freedom Debt Relief called me and they started talking and talking, and then I was not sure about it, but now, I’m very pleased with the system. I love it. Stated in May the start up process was very easy to understand. In 2019 had 4 creditors. In January 1/14/2020 we have paid off 2 Creditors working on the last two. The process has gone very well when calling or emailing you get very fast service. Most issues can be resolved in one phone call. Exp: When it's time for you to accept a pay off keeping your account current. Have had no needed to use any member of the legal team. This workers in the organization were very helpful. Every time I had a question someone answered it in a timely manner. They work very hard to deal with credit card companies to get a fair settlement of my credit card balances.

They are very helpful. They pay attention to all details and go to bat for you. Plus they are accredited. As I have had them, my monthly total monthly payment has gone down. They also split the cost to a bit monthly, which was helpful to me.

I reported that my Citi account # ** had been sent to Zwicker & Assoc for collection and my American Ex # ** had been sent another collection firm. I asked if I could get in touch with both firms myself and was told I could.

I'm very pleased with the way Freedom is negotiating my debts, our plan is to be debt free in four years and are already on our way. We have only been with them for a few months but I can already see good results.

The program is helping me rectify an unfortunate situation I found myself in due to extenuating circumstances. While I'd obviously rather not be in this situation to begin with, everyone I have interacted with has been pleasant and kept the ball rolling on the process. We have been very impressed with FDR so far. The customer service representatives are always so kind and understanding. We just received our first settlement and we are so excited! We also appreciate the email updates, it is nice to know FDR is working on helping us.

The program has been easy to follow. I do wish I had known in the beginning that an agreement is negotiated as time goes on and not with all creditors at once. It left some creditors suing me for their money. I thought freedom contacted them all when I signed up to inform them I would be paying. I also was given the impression that in two years the debt would be gone and it has been over 3 years. I’m glad I have had freedoms help in resolving this debt.

I was convince to start the program with a promise we would settle for an average or 35% and finish in two years. We settled for over 50%, no one explained the 15% fee, and payouts are scheduled for 4 years. I just want to finish and get out of this program.

Overall good experience so far, with the exception of the person who signed me up. He became very rude and short with me when he assumed that I wasn't interested because I was thinking of my opinions. He stated... "I will just go ahead and cancel your request since your not interested." I actually just asked a question about the process. That was very rude to me.

I want to thank FDR for taking over the bad choices I made in getting bills that I shouldn't have made. They got interest taken off and lowered the amount I owed on each debt. They have taken off three of them within a year. I have two left and I will be debt free except my car. I recommend FDR if you are over your head in debt. Thank you again, FDR. They also have lawyers to back you up.

Very poor communication and misleading information. I have never experienced such chaos in any company. I have had to settle some debts personally outside the program and some of the lump Payments are misleading and I would not have selected had I realized it was additional deposits to be made. If I could afford all that I would never have paid for this program.

I checked into two debt relief companies, and I liked what the gentleman on the phone said. The guy who got me started on the program told me that I could get out of debt within five years, and we went over everything. At that time, I had six questions and he answered all of them. Freedom gave me the amount and it worked for me. Right now though, the amount they take out every month, 600 and some dollars, makes things tight. My husband passed away almost 10 months ago, so I only have one income. Still, they settled on several of the accounts.

When I was going through a really difficult time and needed somebody that could handle everything right from where I was without making me go too crazy with trying to gather a lot of information, Freedom Debt Relief was able to help me get what was needed. Anyone considering going through a debt relief should be ready for a lot of phone calls during the first few months, once things start going down the road a little. Even when you tell the creditors that you’re dealing with a debt relief company, they still keep calling for a while until they realize that is how it has to be. The payment plan I was given is functional. I’d like to do more, but at least I can live with it and it's within the budget. They have has settled a couple of my accounts, however, it seems like it takes time and I should be patient.

Freedom Debt Relief's service has been slow. There are still people that have not been contacted, and I still have numerous requests, keeping these letters and they're not moving forward. It's been almost three years now and there has only been three accounts out of 10 settled. They assured me it's being take care of. They told me they have to make the offer, then wait for agreement, and they go from there. I've had some health issues, so I haven't pursued it lately. They should move a bit faster. I'm paying $300 a month and it has only been three accounts settled. There should be more. They're only paying $50 a month in one of my accounts. I could almost pay off all these debts with the money that I've been giving to them.

Everything fell apart for me when I got sick, so I needed help. Freedom Debt Relief was the first name that came up, and I found them to be excellent. Their process was great and easy. When I needed someone, they were there. They send me messages if they wanna know if it’s okay to go ahead and pay something, and I just reply and say yes. I had $32,000 worth of debt and they are getting it down. So far, a couple of them has been paid off. Working with Freedom has made things a lot easier for me because my phone is not ringing anymore. And if I ever get one, I'd tell them to contact Freedom.

They were very informative and very friendly. They told me what was gonna be going on and how it would be handled and how the process worked. They didn’t leave anything unturned, and that gave me a pretty good idea how it was going to work. They’ve been very good about answering any questions that I have. They’ve done a real good job about getting everything set up. It’s been a good experience. I’ve got about all of them being paid off right now, but I still have two to go. They’ve done a real good job in the two years that I’ve been with them. I’m paying out less money to them than I was to the creditors. I will be glad to finish with the process so that money will be mine again, but I had to do something, so I’m fine.

Debt Relief is very helpful to me. It's is an incredibly company. Relief a lot of stress over the me. Very happy I Joined Debt Relief and would recommend it to anyone.. Customer Services and Representatives are always very helpful.

Helpful when called about the amount of money I could afford to pay per month with a change to my student loan amount. The counselor was helpful and felt he was on my side. They keep me well informed with emails.

I am always being updated on my progress and have always had access to a representative if the need arises. My progress is always available also on my client dashboard. When I have had the need to speak to a representative it has always been very helpful.

The speed that they have resolved my accounts has taken a big weight off my shoulders. They have worked with me on adjusting due date without any problem. If you want peace of mind, quick results, good communication, great customer service this is the company you want to do business with. Would recommend this company to my family and friends.

The last customer service representative was so helpful. I feel she went way beyond in helping me with my questions. I couldn’t be more thankful. She assisted in labeling all of my documents I had sent through the dashboard. I’ve been with the program close to a year, apparently no one had taken the time to do this. I was on the phone with her for 30 minutes until she labeled all the statements. Very thankful and grateful. Excellent employee.

They helped me to negotiate my debts with the creditors. I am so happy and I do trust and recommend them. Your credit score will be impacted but you will take care of it later with no debt. I am happy.

FDR has negotiated my first settlement, and they have made sure that I have been kept abreast of all the things I need to know as I move forward to the final goal of being debt free. Their people are kind, understanding and patient. They work with you in a way that makes you feel better about your circumstances. Updated on 07/01/2021: Very professional and kept me up to date monthly. If I was contacted by a company, FDR took care of it. Would highly recommend them and I have to a few friends. Most of the companies settled within a few months, there was one that only settled this week from March of 2020

I pay to have your league department help me with anything that comes up, I did need them and I felt that they were no help at all, they did not even try to negotiate anything for me, all they did was make my month payment go up significantly. After I'm done with you folks in 2 years I would never recommend wasting money on your league department as I could have done better on my own.

I was excited to begin this program because of our credit card debt. It was explained that our credit would go down 'a bit' and would start to come back up as the cards were paid off. Our credit has bombed out and we would probably have done better filing bankruptcy. Representatives are very nice when I have had to call.

The representative was very courteous and sympathetic to my problem. I needed to extend my due date by a week and she handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue for me. It definitely was a huge relief to me!

I had Credit Karma for years, and I was going through a separation. I got overwhelmed. Credit Karma sends stuff to your credit, and I always have great credit. Then my credit was going down and I was paying and paying. All of a sudden, I saw this thing about Freedom Debt Relief pop up on Credit Karma at the bottom of my report. I dialed them, and by the time I put the phone down, someone called me back. They told me how much money I could save to get my life back on track, and they have. They took me from barely anything. Now I have a 689 credit score, and my bills are being paid. I'm saving money and I have money in the bank.

I would recommend this program to anyone who has debt hanging over their head.. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.. Thank you.

I thought Freedom Debt Relief was gonna cover the payment, then I was gonna pay them later as usual. But it's a different system, and I have to deal with it. I like their customer service though. They knew what they were doing, so I accepted their condition. I like their payment plan, too. I'm satisfied with Freedom Debt Relief.

I needed to get rid of a lot of debt, so I signed up with Freedom Debt Relief. Signing up with them was easy and convenient because they made all the arrangements. I spoke to them and sent them all the credit card accounts that were delinquent. And then, they set up a payment plan. You just have to figure out what you can pay each pay period, and then they automatically take the money out of my bank account every paycheck, every other week. And when they are able to set up an agreement, they’ll just start paying off that debt until it’s paid off. Sometimes, things come up and it might have a bit of an issue, and they can be flexible if you need to change something. The only thing that is a problem, if they have an agreement in place, you have to have those funds available. Other than that, they're good and they’re easy to work with.

We have been with the program since Sept. 2019. We have just accepted our 2nd settlement offer. We are feeling relief & peace of mind since joining Freedom Debt Relief. Everyone that we have dealt with has been very courteous & professional. Thank you...

My experience with FDR has been good so far. They're helpful and I like the way they answer my questions. They're all nice when I talk to them. There are a couple of accounts that I got letters from so I did call FDR, and for one account, they already knew about it because I took out the legal help too. I had quite a few accounts. I got a letter on another one yesterday, but FDR seems to be taking care of it. I pay 298 a month, and there were a couple of months there that I wasn't working. There was no problem with me lowering that payment that month. With FDR, I don't have all those payments going out every month. I don't have to worry about it. I just got one payment, and FDR negotiates with the creditors to see if they'll take half of what I owe.

I have some bills that needed to be taken care of, and I was falling behind. I was making the payments but it was killing me. I got an email talking about Freedom Debt Relief, so I went to their site, checked it out and I liked what they said. They told me that they could work my payments out and so far, so good. They call me whenever they settle something and to get my approval. I can also go on the internet and in the dashboard, and I can see what else is going on.

I was a little disappointed because even though they were supposedly helping me, I was still sued by a company. It was a credit card company and they contacted me saying that no one had contacted them. So, I immediately contacted FDR and the same day, I sent them the paperwork saying, “These people are threatening to sue me. We need to get some kind of payment agreement. Talk to them at least, and try to figure out what’s going on.” Even though FDR said they were gonna contact them, they never did. I ended up having to deal with it myself, and I ended up having to contact their attorney and coming to an agreement.

Some of my payments were so high, I didn’t know what to do. I found Freedom Debt Relief on Facebook and I called them. The consultant was really nice. He explained everything to me. I've been working with Freedom since September and he already got one of them that was not really in negotiations. They gave me a price and if I couldn’t pay, they said they will work around it to something else and that seemed fair to me, so I went ahead and took it. When I first started working with Freedom, I was a nervous wreck because I was constantly getting calls or letters. They were horrible to me. Chris told me to ignore them, so now I don’t deal with it. I’m still getting a lot of papers from them saying they’re gonna serve me, but Freedom has been really great.

I was better off going to my lawyer and went bankruptcy court. This company is a scam. Made me pay over $8000.00 to help me and didn’t do much of anything. I will never recommend this to anybody. Never sent me letters. They never did anything.

Since having enrolled in FDR, I am amazed at the progress. Some of the negotiations have been swift. The professional are respectful and willing to listen to all of my concerns. All negotiations are approved by the client. As a client you are given all details as to the number of months and the amount to be paid monthly. The amount paid is displayed on the dashboard.

I was so distraught when I was in a financial bind (even losing sleep) I looked online for solutions and Freedom Debt Relief was at the top of the list. I called and within 10 minutes I was put at ease and given several options to help me (and I got to chose the best plan for me). They got to work and negotiated my debt to where I could afford it. Updated on 2/15/2022: FDR really tried to help us get everything in order as far as the bills and they did a pretty good job. Now, we are waiting for them to clear the papers. If anyone asks about FDR, I'd say to go with FDR because they do a good job.

I was looking around and saw Freedom Debt Relief advertised. I went in Better Business Bureau and found out that they were the top five, so I called them and told them my situation. Dan and his team have been good to me. They've been texting me, telling what is going on. Everything that they've told me, they've done for me. They haven't lied to me or buttered it up, so that is what I like about them. I've called them up, asked them questions, and if they didn't know them, they'd call me back later and give me the answer that I needed. I don't have no problem with them at all whatsoever. I've seen changes in my bills since I started with their program. If you are considering NDR, be honest to them and tell them exactly what you want.

My credit card debt was getting outrageous. It was bad. And I wanted to get it paid down without ruining my credit too terribly much, and going with Freedom Debt Relief is the best way to do it. I got it down to where I would just have to pay one payment. It was a plus for me. Their rep was awesome. She was just as sweet as she could be and I didn't have any problems. If I needed to call her back, I just called her back and she'd get back with me if she didn't automatically answer. She was great. She told me based on what I have as debt that she felt the program would be perfect for me. She went through whoever she's supposed to, and they approved it. And they've already got two of my credits cards on a payment plan. The program is perfect. It's what I needed. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Excellent experience.

I read a lot of articles about Freedom Debt Relief and then I went with them. Everything is going the way it should from what I see and what I've been monitoring. They said I would be in the program until 2023, but with the way things are moving, I'd be out of there quickly. I have nothing but good rapport with everybody associated so far. They're doing a good job, they're helping me out, and it's working. It is always something I needed to do and it is done pretty much. My credit score is going back up, and I wasn't expecting it to go up as fast as it has been going up. I tell others to try this company.

My first settlement was within 3 months of starting the program. The process was very easy and quick. I can’t wait to see my other debts settled. My first settlement was approximately $400 savings, 35%. That includes fees of the settlement. So not bad at all.

Great program! May take some time but worth it! They are very helpful and very sincere in helping you resolve your debt. I don’t like that the way they play email tags. They say they send you emails that you never receive but you're still paying a $12 monthly fee for their service that you can’t use. 1 star for them. I wish I knew more about a lot of other things but I never really did my reach but lesson learn. But for Freedom helping me get a lot of money cut off my payout amount was huge. For that I give them a 5 star.

At first I was very uneasy about this, but this Agency has shown to be true to their promises. Patience with confidence in FDR. That is my word of advice. Thanks FDR! Each day as I receive calls from creditors, I block them, knowing that I have done my part.

Freedom Debt was set to pay off my debt then they had an issue sending out a check to one of my creditors. After almost a year the issue was finally resolved, however, at the expense of me. As I had paid the full amount of the debt then they restructured what I owed and I had to pay more. Not to mention they removed the money from my account and never reimbursed some of the money that they claim was never cashed by the credit card company. Considering the $30 in fees every month, plus the fee you pay when they "settle" a debt you end up paying plenty.

Customer service was great! Very supportive and helpful. Offers seem like they will actually help me out of debt rather than moving money around only to remain in long term debt. I work hard and earn plenty of money to live but once you find yourself in debt, it’s a cycle very difficult to get out of. Thank you for this program!

A friend of mine was helping me with some of my problems, one of which was a debt problem that I had at the time. He suggested Freedom Debt Relief. I also called a couple of others and one flatly refused to take me because I didn't have enough income. The other one said that it would be so much money. Then I called FDR and they figured out a plan that was a lot less and more manageable for me so I went with them. They work with you and try to help you come up with a plan that you can afford and get it put into your budget. The payment is very easy to handle. I have it automatically withdrawn from my account because I don't want to go into any sort of arrears with the payments.

I was gonna file for bankruptcy when I saw FDR's TV commercial that said I didn't have to file for bankruptcy. I called the number that came and they explained what they have available for me. I had a lot of debts that I couldn’t get myself together with, and they had a program that fit my situation good. I liked the program once I got started and let it take its course. At first, I thought it was gonna be an expensive no-help. I was sending them 428. But after being in the program for about a year, I saw where it benefited me and took care of my bills. They were closing out accounts and that 428 started adjusting. Everything that I needed to be done, they did well.

Then after I spoke with Tonya, she just made me feel really comfortable with the service and assured me that they would do all that they can to work out the best settlement for me. Everything is working out very well for me. I love the payment plan too. They work with me. It’s affordable and it’s just right in my budget. I’m very much satisfied with the service.

I signed up for FDR in December 2018. I was told that by making on time monthly payments of 224 dollars a month I would be able to settle all my debts within 2 years. Well so far I have paid 3,248.00 to my dedicated account, they have settled 3 of my credit card accounts (which 2 of them have a 24 month pay off time frame), totaling 1,382.29 in payments to creditors, the remaining 1,753.71 dollars have all gone to FEES! Now if you add the payments to creditor and the fees together that number is 3136, and I have paid them a total of 3248, which means there is 112 dollars unaccounted for... How is it this company can collect more money in FEES than they are actually paying to my creditors, and have OVER 100 dollars in my account unaccounted for?

Still waiting for the amount to be deducted as per agreement and the negotiations with the creditors. I made the payment and it was rejected by the bank. Because at that point I didn’t have the sufficient amount in the account. And to assure it I changed it to my savings account. I want to make sure you have done it for the best of my interest.

From the moment I called FDR, I felt they cared about me. They were thorough and meticulous and at the same time empathetic, encouraging and nonjudgmental. Any time I had questions or concerns the individuals were prompt, knowledgeable and helpful.

I am thankful that you helped me, but to my understanding in the beginning I was told that I would have this paid off by 2020. Now it going tell 2025. I really did not think it would take this long.... that is what has me upset.

I don't know what's going on but I would like to get a new graduation date by paying more on my account (good thing right). Well the increase calculator is no longer available on my account and customer service rep pretty much told me paying more does nothing. That's insane. I'm getting nervous with the feedback I'm getting. I feel locked in to fees or whatever else they want to do for the next 3 years. Stay away. Save yourself the headache and get from counseling and do it yourself.

This organization has always been helpful and very professional when I have a question. I would recommend them to anyone. I have always been thankful that I talked to them and took their advice. My credit has improved very much and I hope to be able to pay off my debts within the next year. The last few years have been very easy because I have had no worries about paying off my debts.

Well, so far the people I talked to on the phone were very polite and seemed to instill in me a confidence that this service will be beneficial to my needs. However, it has been too soon to see the benefits as yet. I am still hopeful that this company will deliver the promised resolution to my needs.

I dont like the way they do business with you. Everything is through email. I am one of these people I dont check my email every day. I have a problem with my eyes. I told them but they send everything email. I am not happy with this but I have do the best that I can.

I was a little upset because the interest rate was so high on the loan that I got. But I had an accident, I broke my hip, I couldn't work, I had no job. I always had excellent credit and I didn't wanna claim bankruptcy. But I figured there had to be a way to figure out the situation. And when I spoke to the man from Freedom Debt Relief, he was extremely helpful. Signing up with Freedom was the best thing that I have ever done for myself. I had a wonderful interaction with the debt consultant. He was absolutely helpful with everything. He explained everything to me.

I saw Freedom's ad then I called and talked to them. I liked what they had to say. The customer service was pretty good and we've been well satisfied with it. They said the program would take approximately three years. They stay in touch and keep us informed of the process and what's going on. In my mother's situation, going with them was definitely the way to do it. My father passed away and she had a bunch of debt that she couldn't pay. It's working out so that’s kinda where we are.

When I called Freedom Debt Relief and I spoke to one of the representatives, he asked me about all of my debt, so I told him and he listed them for me. He told me how much I would be paying a month and about how long it would take me to get rid of these debts, and I understood what he was saying. Whenever I need to call them, they answer all of my questions. When I have to have a certain problem solved, they help me to get to where I need to get to, to National Litigation or anywhere else I have to have any dealings with.

I got out of disability and I needed help to figure out how to cover my bills. The rep at Freedom Debt Relief helped me and he was really thorough in explaining everything. I told them what I could afford and I’ve increased it a couple of times since then. The customer support has been very good as well. I really thought they work really well with me. They did a very good job of helping me along and figuring out my bill plan for me. Since working with Freedom, it’s been less stressful. I don’t have to worry about debtors calling.

After just short of two years I'm almost done. All but one of my debts have been resolved. I was offered a loan through Consolidated + and though I still have a payment each month. My credit score is rising and I don't have a dark cloud over my head.

I was satisfied with the service and feeling very confident. I made the right decision. 10 months into the contract I found out that take a third of each bill (profit) so the bill is 1000 they get 335. So I decided manage my bills myself. I just couldn't afford it.

I enrolled and started directing creditors to Freedom immediately. The staff are awesome and made the enrollment process so smooth! I am resting easier, and focusing on raining up the rest of my life, after a trying divorce. The Best part, is that I won't have to totally stiff my creditors, by filing chapter 7. I was very impressed with Jan. It was the lovely person who contacted me. She was very knowledgeable and any questions that I had I could stop her in the middle of her explanation and she would answer any question at all or anything that I was not clear about. I was drowning in debt and I was barely making the minimum payments. I own my own business and we lost a big client, we couldn’t pay anymore. Payments were late and they were calling, screaming at me already, and I just couldn’t do it. I called Freedom Debt Relief's number off of Google and they said, “You need to be so many days past due but your credit’s going to go in the toilet for a little while. Be prepared for that, but eventually, it’ll go back up. Because it would go in the toilet anyway because you wouldn’t make the payments and you would be behind even further.” I agreed to everything and started putting things on slowly. I was hesitant to do some things, but eventually realized it was in my own best interest to add everything that I didn’t need onto it.

I have a part-time with Costco for two years and a half, but instead of the extra money helping me, it was very bad from the beginning. Medicare and my rent keep raising me from left to right. So finally, I had a few credit cards, and I keep calling them and telling them, “Please, take away the penalties. Don’t take away the credit.
