Freedom Financial has been great at getting my finances back on track and allowing me to have peace of mind knowing they have my back and will help me with the credit card companies. I know my monthly payments and I am not feeling like I am drowning in debt anymore.

The interactions I had with Freedom Debt Relief's staff have been great. I used to try to get a hold to Rashawn, if he's working that day. He follows up really well and I feel good working with him. Working with Freedom took a little bit of pressure off and they helped me pay off all my debts through settlements. I would tell others to use Freedom.

Not sure how I feel. I keep contacting the person who signed me up but that person keeps passing me off and I was told that person would be with me there for me/mom until the end. Freedom kept their word with what they committed to. I was hesitant at first but felt more comfortable as they started settling accounts. I would recommend Freedom to friends and family. I am waiting for the final process which was the loan to complete funding to settle the remainder of my accounts. I am waiting to see how long the long is expected for since settlement was complete in less than a week.

The online tools are great but I’m very dissatisfied with your customer service. No one gives the same answer on the same issue and I was told to own my mistake. I came to you guys to alleviate stress. I didn’t realize the fees you would charge per settlement would practically take me right back to what I originally owed. I wasn’t behind when I came to you and I wish I had stuck it out with my creditors. And your phone agents are rude as hell.

I had to fill out a financial statement and couldn’t figure out certain things. The reps helped me figure out the paperwork and made it so much easier for me to fill out and easier for me to get them that paperwork.

I enrolled in the FDR and NLLG programs, not long afterwards and unforseen I was served a summons that I am being sued. Called NLLG. There is nothing they can do. They said have FDR expedite my case, FDR won't until I have $5k in my account, I only have 30 days from receiving summons to respond and I have no backing from FDR or NLLG. Looks like I am going to court by myself. Phrases like ”Now that you’re enrolled in the FDR program, it’s no longer just you against your creditors. We’re on your side to help you tackle your debt.” Need to be omitted from your website.

We're very sorry to hear that you are getting sued by one of your creditors. We never want any client to feel like they are alone in this situation. Since you are enrolled in National Litigation Law Group they are the lawyers that would be representing you as FDR cannot provide any legal advice. Now the only way NLLG wouldn't be able to work on your case is if they did not receive the Summons and Complaint within the 3 days they asked per their agreement. They have to have the Summons within 3 days from you when you got served since it's a time sensitive. We know this can be very stressful as you are doing your part to become debt free and then dealing with this situation can lead you to feel the way you are feeling towards us. I did some research between Freedom and other companies and see which one was the better one. So, I picked Freedom. They talked to me and they came out with how much money I pay each week. The rep was nice. She went over with everything with me. Cost wasn’t that bad as well. Its service was very good. So go look into them. They helped me.

I had no idea, being in customer service myself at the Center of Hospitality, that there were people to help me, while exemplifying the worlds top customer service. Good guidance and info for submission of settlement online. We weren’t sure how to go about accepting the settlement that was presented but the customer service representative assured us we had done it correctly. We are feeling very positive about a situation that we weren’t sure could be resolved without bankruptcy.

My credit union from which my drafts were being made changed their policy and stopped drafting from savings accounts without notifying me of these changes causing non-payment for October which put my settlements in jeopardy through no fault of my own causing me much stress and worry during these Holidays with a limited amount of money to pay my bills and put food on the table. I don't feel like being penalized for this bank's mistake and having my settlements renegotiated which I'm not willing to do and for good reason.

I called back the next day to find out it had NOT been corrected. That my account would be terminated and I'd have to call back in 2 weeks to have my account reinstated. I again asked to speak to a supv. Because this is and was an error on your agency's part and your agency needed to fix it. I should not have to call back after already spending 2 days on the phone for hours. I again asked to speak to a supv. Upon asking the csr reported that documents were going to be sent to me to again resign as my account has to be reinstated due to it being terminated and it could not be stopped. Documents were resent and I was going to be charged 9.95 1 time set up again. I asked for a letter or for the document to be resent as I should not be recharged due to this situation being your error. Csr agreed and told me to email the person who sent me the documents. I did and she stated she could not send a letter or waive the 9.95 and gave me customer service number to call. At this point I was sooo frustrated. I'm still not sure it's been completely corrected. And was advised to call back again next week to ensure it has been corrected. I have received any email or notification that it's been corrected. Completely unprofessional. I am disappointed to say the least as to how this error has been handled. There has got to be someone that could have overridden the cancellation and corrected this immediately. I should not have to continue to call to verify that this situation has been corrected due to your error. I would greatly appreciate an email following up with this situation verifying my account has been updated and corrected.

I feel you misrepresented the way the plan works. I was told you would negotiate my payments and pay them. When I received a warrant the whole story changed. When I spoke to a lawyer she advised me I was not the only person who felt this way.

I had become disgusted and depressed with myself after seeing my credit card bills racking up to well over $800 a month. I had tried a consolidation loan- which I ended up abusing my paid off credit cards with medical bills and groceries when times got harder to handle and ended up running their balances back up. I have been quite happy with Freedom Debt Relief and if they had not requested a review at this time I wouldn't say anything right now. BUT, since they asked. I received a new collection notice. I took a picture of it and emailed it to support as I have done many times previously from other collectors. I received an email saying there really wasn't much they could do with it right now since there aren't enough funds available at the moment. I pay into my account every month exactly as instructed. They suggested I add more money to my account. If I had that kind of money I wouldn't need their services.
Then I am made aware that money that was paid out to a creditor had been returned to my account because the creditor let the checks stale date. That was good but they kept their $500 fee although the creditor only took $20 and then stopped communicating. So I paid a very large fee for a very small settlement. That's not right. I have talked to customer service about both of these issues. I'll be glad when the program is over.

Everyone is there for you when you need them. The only thing I have an issue with is the rocks covering my front lawn. They did want to remove them but I had to move in my other home was being sold. I was lied to and misled about the whole process from day one. You did NOT reduce my debt, you just changed who got my money. In fact, Freedom Debt got more money than all my creditors combined. I have just joined the Freedom Debt Relief but so far they have been very good at explaining how they work and what I have to do in terms I can understand. So far everything that has been said has been going on and I am very satisfied with the way things are going for me. I am on a fixed income and I could not have food on the table unless I ran up my charge card and more payments to make. At least now my bills slowly are being taken care of and I can afford to have meals on my table without running my bills up higher and feeling I was never going to be caught up.

I changed contact information as instructed but the creditors keep calling. Also when asked how much I bring home in pay I mistakenly gave an amount of $200 more per pay period $400 monthly. I would like to have the creditor calls diminished, they are very disruptive.

My time did not go perfectly. I am satisfied with them. But, they did not tell me my credit rating would go from good to terrible. When I was ready to drop them due to not doing anything they called in a lender to take care of my payoffs, that went well for awhile. Then when everything was going well, they made an error and didn't pay a bill that they were supposed to and things went down the tubes. It appears now that everything is going well, but, I don't dare get too excited about it until I see it completed. I expected them to be more professional. They have added a new item that is much better, we can give their address to our payees which will get them off our backs. I guess they are just learning too. If it all works out as it looks like it should it will be much better.

I needed to check and see if an account was enrolled in the program. I received an email saying it was not but I was pretty sure it was and it showed on the dashboard. The representative, Christina was able to help me. She verified that the account was enrolled. She also assisted me in how to increase the monthly deposit into the account. I called in regards to my payments, adding on my husband to the account, and adding on other accounts. The customer service rep that helped me was excellent. She was very nice and really tried to help me out. She was able to give me the information I needed, told me how to add my husband, and worked with me when I told her my situation in regards to payments and future payments.

I needed all my debts consolidated and somebody else acting on my behalf to make me less stressful. I researched online and Freedom Debt Relief was rated number 1 out of all the debt consolidation companies. The consultant was very informative and he rest assured all the doubts and concerns. It was a great and easy interaction. With the payment plan, they were able to cut my monthly expenses in half, so I could better budget myself and I got everything I wanted consolidated. Cost-wise, it was good because they didn’t have any hidden fees. The small fees that I had to pay were not exorbitant. I was satisfied so much that I had my son get in the program as well. It was a good program and I had a girlfriend that I tried to get into it. I told her that I didn’t have to worry and they took care of all the negotiations. All I did was approve it. Also, it was user-friendly and I could go online.

I had a large amount of debt and I had the best service. If I had questions they were right there to answer. If I needed legal they were right there to help me. Any time I called they help. When I needed to put off a payment due to health reasons they were very understanding.

So far, so good. I did have to use their legal team a while back. That was a tricky experience. Lots of bad communication! I feared being so far in debt and not being able to pay bills off. I joined another debt settlement company before, but I paid them $500 a month which was too much money out of my account and I was not getting anywhere. Then I found Freedom Debt Relief on Facebook and they sounded better than other debt settlement companies. They're taking care of some of my debts through settlements. The staff has been wonderful. They're very helpful and nice to talk to and they don't make me feel like I am an idiot. I would rather work with them than anybody else.
The quality of the service that I've received from Freedom has been very good so far and working with them has given me peace of mind and a little more trust in people again. They make me feel like I'm a human being, not just somebody who messed up financially. The're taking so much out for each bill, but it's very minimal. It is not enough but they are making it work. I've talked to other people about Freedom and told them that this is the way they need to go.

On Thursday evening I made an inquiry about transferring some of my money back. The young lady explained everything about what could happen if I had a pending settlement which I did not and honestly since I signed up for this program that's supposed to help me it hasn't done anything other than take my money every 2 weeks. I have repeatedly given the address and phone number to the creditors that this program is supposed to work with and again they have done nothing. I had asked about having 200.00 of my money transferred back so I can get my glasses repaired. And as of now I have gotten nothing to anyone considering using this program. All I can say is consider your options very carefully...

The funds you have in your dedicated account is your money and those funds are used to start negotiations on your accounts, also depending how much funds are in your account is when we can determine which account we can negotiate first. At any point a client is wanting to withdraw funds from their dedicated account they can do so, we just have to inform clients that it will push their graduation date to complete the program or if you have any settlements it can cause risk to lose those settlements. In your case, if you had no settlements then it would just push out your graduation date as we need funds to negotiate on your accounts. Now as receiving creditor calls it is normal, remember these creditors will continue to try to get a hold of you because they are trying to collect the debt that is owed. If you already updated your address to ours all you have to do from here on out is not answer those calls and if you were to receive anything in the mail then please reach out to us and we can help. I know this is something new for you but remember you're not alone, we will be with you every step of the way. You're already taking a step forward to becoming debt free! Your concerns matter to us. I received a letter in the mail (like I do a lot of times). Most of the time, I throw them all away in fear of it being some type of scam. This time I actually read it as well as called the number. Our attorney told us that we did not need appear at a hearing on a warrant in debt and judgment was entered - we were told to NOT appear. We could have avoided Judgment on our own. Now we owe over $2,000 more than we started with on one of our Discover cards. Only one account has been settled in over a year!!!

Really there is no much to say but this program is a great program if you are in debt with credit cards, it's not a program to take advantage of for your unresponsible in not paying. I wish I never would have started this program. They say your credit goes down for 6 months, a year later and my credit is still dropping. I now also have a judgement lawsuit on me which I've never had in my life. They only seem to settle one account at a time because their fees are more important. Instead of taking their fees at the end of the program they take them each time you agree on a settlement. I have paid more in fees than the debt that has been paid off. If I could get a loan to pay this off now I would but my credit is shot.
We are sorry to hear of the frustrations mentioned, Jackie. We understand working with an aggressive creditor can be extremely challenging and receiving notice of a lawsuit is beyond disappointing. We never want for our clients to experience these things. Unfortunately, some creditors use aggressive tactics to collect on balances owed to them. Even when this does happen, we have plans and options put in place to still be able to negotiate and settle the account balance; even with an aggressive creditor. Despite this bump in the road, you are still overall doing a very good job in progressing through our program. Please try to reflect on the benefits you've experienced from enrolling with us. You don’t send out any progress on debts. I still get calls from creditors. I’m sorry my I regret going thru this process. I’ve been stressed more than before. I just want this to be over. I’ve gotten messages thru inbox asking for acct numbers when I’ve cut cards and don’t have. It’s a slower process that I thought.

The service is garbage. The help is horrendous. Worthless. I lost a few days of work because of their screw up. And nobody wanted to help. All they kept saying was we aren't attorney when giving me advice. I would NOT recommend them to my own enemy.

I have been very satisfied with the results I have received from working with FDR. We were drowning in credit card debt. Because we were paying only slightly more than the minimum on so many credit cards, all our money was tied up every month. We never had any disposable income to even so much as go out to eat once a month. It was awful! FDR lets us pay off our debts while still leaving us with some disposable income each month. Now we have the good feeling of knowing that we are paying off our valid debts while still being able to spend money on ourselves every once in a while. Nice!

Overall satisfied, bank deposits seem to be slow showing up on my account. Other than that no complaints, Discover threatened me with court, was taken care of by FDR law team. Phone calls have slowed down and other debts have been resolved.

Going from bad to Worse. Paying for Legal protection, so as soon as I run into a Legal problem, the Legal team tells me "we can't Help You". Save your money because you will need it to hire a real Lawyer. Almost a week has gone by and I still don't know what my status is with the Debtor that is Suing me, have asked the Legal team twice, by email so everything is dated and documented. But at the moment I am going to the Cleaners. This site is purged of the Bad reviews, so You will not get an accurate account of FDR s abilities, but having to go through this Message, my advice is to do something else.

I know what you are thinking. Well I will stop you ahead of time, they are for real and they do get rid of your debt by negotiating which most of us do not have the time or just don't want to deal with it. We got into this situation by me getting injured at work and my husband getting Stage 3 Colon Cancer which we cured by not eating a lot of things we really don't need. Well we are off to a start getting rid of our debt and being able to breathe better and sleep better. Every time we have to approve a bill it is at least 40% off the original. Thanks.

Very friendly and always helpful when I call. They actually took my stress away. They did not make me feel stupid for my debt problem but made me feel I was not alone. After receiving a Summons I called Freedom customer service and was quickly advised and provided numbers to call and people to contact for help. It was fast, convenient and easy to do. I had the option of faxing or emailing all necessary documents and the use of a copier was all that was needed. Thank You.

It needs time but they deliver what they promise, you just have to follow their guidelines. They help me a lot, without them I would still be in over my head. I would strongly recommended them to anyone. If you think about it just do it.

The customer service has been great with me throughout my process and when I need assistance. All of my transactions have been smooth and easy. On addition to already being in debt, then my husband was put on disability. We couldn’t make my payments to FDR. I called, nervously, and spoke with a service representative, and offered a reduced payment for the next 2 months until my husband went back to work. He suggested 3 months so we could get back on our feet. I was so ashamed to call. But the gentleman I spoke with was kind, understanding, and came up with a better plan which fit our financial situation. I am so thankful.

The customer service has been great. Account access is easy. It would be nice to be able to add accounts to your dashboard though. A lot of info is explained but it's explained in a way for anyone to understand.

Best decision I ever made was to go with Federal Debt Relief. Employees exceptional in helping every step of the way. It would have taken 15 years or more to pay my debt. Now I will be debt free in a year or less. It's a great program for those who see no end in sight. Also savings was substantial.

I have worked with Freedom for about three years. I have had two substantial unexpected payments due. Because I have done away with credit cards and did not have funds to pay this, freedom debt relief allowed me to borrow from my investment with them in one instance and skip payments in another to be able to pay off these fees. They have been wonderful in helping me through any difficulties that come up to get back on the right track.

I was in a very bad situation when I saw something from Freedom Debt Relief. I contacted them about my debt situation and became a client. I did take a hit on my credit scores (which were not good at the time) Freedom Debt Relief worked with me on the amount and frequency of my payments to them and they negioated a reduced settlement. I admit my credit rating took a nosedive, but I am nearly out of debt (just a little over a year to go) quicker than I would be on my own management. I have had some of my credit scores to go up very slowly, but that is better than they way it was going down before FDR.
