Customer care is excellent. I don't know what it takes to make settlement with some of the credit card companies but I wish it would go a little faster. Mary ** is excellent.

In the beginning, the Countrywide team was pretty concise and helpful as far as what needed to be done and all the particulars. Then they sent me a note saying that I'm all done but I haven't got the best clarification as far as payments, where I'm at, what I paid or how that affects credit scores, but I know they're not taking money every month.

Happy to be rid of credit card debt. I did not pay as much since the credit card companies keep adding on late fees and such. They also help me dispose of timeshares which I was not happy with. They keep increasing their maintenance fees. Wyndham had me booked into San Francisco and I had to pay to park the rental car. Give me a break. My credit rating was harmed because of help with these debts but at least I do not have to deal with them anymore. Now to avoid further credit card debt.

I was looking for something and CountryWide representative explained the situation. Someone invited me to the office to see the office and how they work and I said we'll have legitimate business just by doing that instead of doing everything over papers and emails. Everything from them was perfect but the only thing that I wasn't aware is that I have to pay the taxes on the money that I didn't pay for the debt. I'm really, really happy with them. Every time I go and when they didn't answer the phone, they got to call back right away so I'm pleased.

I am still in the process of completing my Account with Countrywide, but I am quite satisfied at this time.

I would highly recommend Countrywide Debt Relief. We're extremely pleased with the service. We wanted to thank everybody for all their efforts. Right now, we're in the process of trying to refinance our house and the fact that we paid off that bill, Countrywide helped us so much.

Countrywide is a responsible and reliable Debt Relief Program. This is not a Scam. This program works through direct negotiation with the lenders and keep me informed promptly whenever a debt is settled. This is not a government site and I have the full trust and confidence in the work that they do - I have seen the settlements on my credit reports. We agreed on a monthly payment for 34 months. I believe they will settle all my outstanding debts and help me to get back on feet again. I am truly grateful for their outstanding work.

The only thing that would have been helpful is in the monthly statement there was an ending balance to show how much closer we were to the end.

After 10 years I canceled these fools! Yes. 10 Years and I still had balances. I was totally ripped off with the monthly charge and that is the main interest for them. Their attitude when I called (The NY boiler room) was "fine, screw you. go ahead and cancel", I was told when I signed up 36 to 48 months. Get this, they screwed it up so bad that one of my accounts had $1 going toward principal!!! It would have taken 416 years to pay that off!!! Give me a break. These fools are pure ** stupid.

My experience with Countrywide Debt Relief was great! They went through all of my accounts with me and helped me understand the process of how they deal with creditors. Also they work with a law firm who goes to court and fights for you. My overall rating is excellent, and I would definitely refer them to anyone who needs to pay off any level of debt. If I need their services again, I will contact them.

This company was very helpful in helping me resolve credit debt problems. They took away the stress I had with my cards.

I have to rate CountryWide and affiliates an 8 out 10. Communication with them verbally was limited. Transactions and documentation were sent directly to my residency. The percentage negotiated was just below the standard finalized figure nationally.

When I first found out about CountryWide I was excited, I gave them all of my information and was told that they could assist me. They were helpful with a couple of my bills but with one of my accounts they end up costing me more money than I originally owed. When they sent out my closing letter it indicated information that was incorrect. When I spoke to the representative about sending me a letter with the correct information she stated she forwarded the information to her manager, and he would give me the letter with the changes (still waiting) four months later. Jared & Mary were helpful.

The CountryWide team was courteous though sometimes I got passed around to different people and I thought I was supposed to be dealing with only one person in particular. Otherwise, my debt is paid off, so that's good.

Initially, I met this opportunity with some apprehension as I had not had any previous contact with Countrywide. I spoke with Ms. ** and she instantly put my mind at ease. I had 65k of credit card debt that was paid off in 40 months. The service provided by First Source Law was excellent and they handled all the litigation with those hard to deal with accounts. Well I had great credit. They told me this would not affect my credit. There is still one credit card they did not pay off that has brought my credit down so low I can't even get a car loan and come to find out the company they used to collect our money overcharged. Had me pay fees that was unlawful and they are in court processing right now.

I had a very good experience with Countrywide Debt Relief and it worked. They did a good job and met up with everything they said. I even got some money back I didn't even count on. They helped me with debt consolidation and lowered my monthly payments. I added everything and now I'm thinking to work on how to get my credit score up.

When Countrywide called me three months ago, I have to remind them that they didn't stop charging my account when they were supposed to. So, I would get to be sent some refund. They sent about ten different envelopes about confirmation of payment. As I'm busy I haven't looked at them, so I'm thinking they have arrived. If I didn't mention that to them, there was just a deduction in my account.

My interaction with CountryWide is very limited. Before my contract with them expired, I requested the summary of what the settlement was and what the charges were since there were three credits involved. There's a bunch of paperwork I have of different things that transpired but I never received what I requested. Other than that, everything went well. It was a little more than I anticipated for the time frame because in the same time frame, I probably have been able to handle it myself since the initial agreement of 18 months turned out to be 3 years. It's a big difference. I was happy with them until they extended it.

I was trying to get something handled with the debt collector and I came across CountryWide Debt Relief through the internet. Their team was okay, I had no issues. They were courteous and answered my questions pretty much from start to end. However, I thought that they were only rationale like one tenth of the time so I am beginning to sense they can't do it and that I think I can do it faster than they can.

The team at CountryWide was able to answer most questions. There was one last year that I had about a $10.99 from my taxes that I didn't receive from the creditor but other than that, I'm debt-free so that's good. I'm glad that I chose CountryWide and it went smoothly.

I was very pleased with Countrywide, and as a result, I have used their referral service and given the cards and number to other people. I was in a previous program and then I had a separation with my employer. At previous program, I was paying $718. And then I happened to know Countrywide Debt Relief through TV and spoke to them about my financial status. We were able to agree on terms and then I signed up with them.

We first heard about CountryWide Debt Relief from friends who recommended them to me. We decided to look into some form of debt relief because my husband has the Capital One credit card before and they said that they will make an arrangement for the payment. They took $150 in our account and I don't know when it's going to be done even though they promised. Last month, we have received a $44 refund from CountryWide. Now, we're going to make a transaction again to them.
