I had bills that I couldn't pay and they were breathing down my neck. So, I reached out to Countrywide Debt Relief. They said they could help and told me what they could do. They handled almost everything and I'm now out of debt since I've worked with them.

It was always a good and pleasant interaction with CountryWide's team. They're courteous and able to answer all my questions. Credit-wise and reporting to the credit department, hopefully, I'll start seeing a change.

I had a really good experience with Countrywide Debt Relief. They managed to do what they said they were gonna do in a timely manner. They took care of my issues which was really good. They relieved me of the debt and the stress. I didn't have to sit down, try to settle and negotiate, which was very helpful. They also returned whatever fund they did not use.

Communication with Countrywide debt Relief was okay and so far, working with them has been good. It was a load off my mind as they were really on top of everything. And the debt collectors just quit calling.

I used to have a debt relief but it was a scam. So, I went to see the report and CountryWide have good ratings in the reviews. The team members were very good and knowledgeable about their work. They're very supportive and open with all my questions. Working with them was perfect. What I liked most is that they're timely, writing everything, sending me update information about the credit and what they've been doing. I finished my program earlier than I was expecting.

Countrywide Debt Relief was great. I signed up with them because I wanted to straighten everything with my debtors. They took care of it and were very helpful. I had an automatic deduction with my bank. They also pick up the phone when I have any questions or call me back if I leave a message. I ended up getting out of debt five months in advance plus they even gave me $1300 refund which I wouldn't have known about if they were not honest. I would truly recommend them.

I came across CountryWide online and after we investigated and saw that they were stable, we decided to do business with them. They're good people. They kept me informed about the do's and the don'ts. They were really helpful in keeping me informed about what was going on, how much I have paid and how much I'm supposed to pay. It's nice that every time I call them, somebody will always return my call. I'm very happy that my creditors are not calling me here and there because CountryWide took care of them. I had a good experience with CountryWide.

I was getting calls from creditors and I wanted to resolve that so I could live a normal life. Countrywide Debt Relief took what creditors I had and resolved the situation. They got me free and clear. I had a good experience with them.

I generally have been good with paying my bill, but I've experienced before where I got into debt and was able to get out of it with a debt relief company. I know it works if I'd stick to it, so that was why I did it. Countrywide Debt Relief was excellent. It was about $15,000 that I was trying to pay off and I did it in a year and a half.

CountryWide has always been prompt, they responded to all my questions and followed up to make sure that I understood all the documents that I was signing. They were very good. I am now debt-free. It worked. They did everything they said they're going to do.

I have nothing but good experience with Countrywide Debt Relief. I had a court summons and I didn’t know how to respond or how to proceed with it so I went into Google search and they came across. I read a bit on them and reached out to them. Our communication was mainly online through email but also via phone when needed. They’re easy to work with and do what they say they’re going to do, which is difficult to find nowadays. Some places promise things, use fine prints and make it even very confusing, but Countrywide had everything written out. It was very clear and they met their end of the deal as well as I did. I’m debt-free as a result of their help. They’re great, and I would definitely recommend them.

My financial situation, as far as accounts, was very delinquent right off and trying to make the arrangements for settlement on my own didn't work. Thus, I got help from CountryWide Debt Relief. They were very helpful. The attorneys stayed on top of issues and informed me of the situation and feedback, getting copies of my paperwork whenever I requested documentation. Their legal assistance was very helpful in getting a lot of my accounts resolved.

I had a good experience with Countrywide. They took care of everything so I didn't have to go to court (I didn't have the time). They hired their own attorneys although I was told afterwards that in the long run it would've cost me more money. They went to court and took care of everything. I just took it from one part and gave it to somebody else to take care of while I'm still working. I learned that I will never get another credit card. Different companies keep on sending that I'm okay to have a credit card, but I will pay cash only and I am debt free. If I can't afford it, then I can't afford it. Moreover I'm still waiting for Countrywide to give me a letter that says my debt is clear and done. I'm going through a couple of deaths right now so I haven't had the chance to get a hold of them.

He explained to me how much it was going to cost for them to do it and the approximate cost. It ended up being the exact cost that they said it would be. I didn't have any problems with them and the issue was finally settled after four years. I always like dealing with the company that does what they said they were going to do, so many don't. That wasn't cheap and it cost five thousand dollars to use them but I've paid the original debt back. Moreover, they never misled me and never lied.

Their team was wonderful and I love them. They were helpful on everything and did a marvelous job for me. Now, I don't owe anything anymore.

Countrywide Debt Relief was amazing and wonderful. They were always very honest and did their very best to do the best work they could for us. When I got into a bad debt situation, my husband had to research to see what we could do and he found them through the internet. I got sued by a creditor, needed to know what my options were in dealing with the creditor and Countrywide immediately took care of it. Their team was always very good. Anytime we call them, they immediately responded to any questions or concerns. They were very clear and planned out all the debts they were going to pay out. I could tell they talked to my creditors immediately because I stopped getting calls. Anytime that they came up to a settlement, they've called me immediately and let me know.

I had a good experience with CountryWide Debt Relief. They're friendly and helpful. They took care of everything I needed. They helped me settle with the credit card companies. I paid off all my debts and I'm happy about that. I don't have to worry about creditors. I talked to a friend about them and he's thinking about it.

Countrywide Debt Relief helped me on knocking out some of my debt but I don't get any updates when it comes to what has been really paid off. So communication wise, it's not the greatest on their end. I know they're pulling money from my account automatically each month to pay out debts. I wish that they are able to contact me on a more regular basis even by either email or letter stating that "Okay. These accounts have already been paid off." I know one of the accounts has been paid off but it didn't know exactly which account. I wish it's a little bit more detailed. That's one part I would like to know as a customer who is paying a couple of hundred dollars a month so all these debts could be paid off.

Countrywide sent out a portfolio once a month. They do everything over the phone and fax. They set up a lawyer to handle any affairs that go to court. They were always all about customer service. Working with them, as far as paying off my debt, has been fine. But as far as federal taxes, not good.

I came into the Debt Relief program quite stressed out about the debtors who were incessantly calling me and sending me letters (including a summons to court.) I had inherited a lot of the debt I was in and quite naive to the ramifications of my decisions to put off dealing with them. CountryWide was an amazing help to me; they took over all of my credit card accounts, developed a payment plan I could work with and with their partnered lawyer team, ensured that I wasn't bothered further by any of the creditors during the entirety of my program. They also answered any questions I had via email or over the phone, explained things in detail when requested and kept me updated when changes occurred in relation to any of my accounts. Countrywide was very honest with me. They told me exactly what was going on, what was going to happen, what to expect and what not to expect. They told me what to say and not to say when the other companies call me concerning my credit. They were very helpful. They kept me up to date and told me who was paid out. My credit has gotten better and I decline when people sell me stuff I didn't see. It was a lesson learned, and I don't want credit cards or debts anymore. Countrywide did everything they told me and it worked out perfectly. It was a totally nice experience.

This company was very helpful in getting out of debt. I was very limited on options being on a fixed income and at an elderly age of life to have outstanding balances with many credit card companies. Being over my head in debt brought me to Countrywide Debt Solutions who took care of the frequent debt collection calls and negotiated pay-off settlements with them all. I had been transferred to a couple account representatives during my consolidation period, but they are very communicative and were always there to answer any concerns I had along the way.

However, I didn't necessarily like the law firm that they work with - the Higbee - but I like them. I like my experience with them but other than that, I like CountryWide for sure.

I got hurt at work, had two knee replacements and was trying to pay my bills but couldn’t work so I decided to contact CountryWide Debt Relief. I didn’t have any problems working with them. They went the extra mile. I’m just very happy they helped me out and did a good job. I don't know what I would do without them.

I wasn't paying my credit card bills and I had let it slip for about a few months. I knew I needed to pay my debt off and so I went with CountryWide. At first, it was good. They were keeping me updated and then it fully came to no interaction. I had to call them a couple of times to see what was going on. They have the payment stopped coming out of my account, so I don't know if I'm done and nobody told me anything. So when I called the guy, he was a little rude to me that I was supposed to know that I have to wait another year in order to find out if they were going to file anything with the last person I owe a debt to if or not. But CountryWide was good and I have no more debts but I wished I knew more. They never sent me paperwork one time on one debt that was done and I've never received anything else from them.

Was charged way too much for this service and after I paid off all my debt through them, come to find out 6 months later, they did not even clear it all and change my credit rating score! It's still causing problems. When I apply for a credit card I was declined. This business is just out to make money from you and not clear your credit in the end!!! Very dissatisfied!!!

Customer care is excellent. I don't know what it takes to make settlement with some of the credit card companies but I wish it would go a little faster. Mary ** is excellent.

In the beginning, the Countrywide team was pretty concise and helpful as far as what needed to be done and all the particulars. Then they sent me a note saying that I'm all done but I haven't got the best clarification as far as payments, where I'm at, what I paid or how that affects credit scores, but I know they're not taking money every month.

Happy to be rid of credit card debt. I did not pay as much since the credit card companies keep adding on late fees and such. They also help me dispose of timeshares which I was not happy with. They keep increasing their maintenance fees. Wyndham had me booked into San Francisco and I had to pay to park the rental car. Give me a break. My credit rating was harmed because of help with these debts but at least I do not have to deal with them anymore. Now to avoid further credit card debt.

I was looking for something and CountryWide representative explained the situation. Someone invited me to the office to see the office and how they work and I said we'll have legitimate business just by doing that instead of doing everything over papers and emails. Everything from them was perfect but the only thing that I wasn't aware is that I have to pay the taxes on the money that I didn't pay for the debt. I'm really, really happy with them. Every time I go and when they didn't answer the phone, they got to call back right away so I'm pleased.

I am still in the process of completing my Account with Countrywide, but I am quite satisfied at this time.

This program works through direct negotiation with the lenders and keep me informed promptly whenever a debt is settled. This is not a government site and I have the full trust and confidence in the work that they do - I have seen the settlements on my credit reports. We agreed on a monthly payment for 34 months. After 10 years I canceled these fools! Yes. 10 Years and I still had balances. I was totally ripped off with the monthly charge and that is the main interest for them. Their attitude when I called (The NY boiler room) was "fine, screw you. go ahead and cancel", I was told when I signed up 36 to 48 months. Get this, they screwed it up so bad that one of my accounts had $1 going toward principal!!! It would have taken 416 years to pay that off!!! Give me a break. These fools are pure ** stupid.

This company was very helpful in helping me resolve credit debt problems. They took away the stress I had with my cards.

I have to rate CountryWide and affiliates an 8 out 10. Communication with them verbally was limited. Transactions and documentation were sent directly to my residency. The percentage negotiated was just below the standard finalized figure nationally.

When I first found out about CountryWide I was excited, I gave them all of my information and was told that they could assist me. They were helpful with a couple of my bills but with one of my accounts they end up costing me more money than I originally owed. When they sent out my closing letter it indicated information that was incorrect. When I spoke to the representative about sending me a letter with the correct information she stated she forwarded the information to her manager, and he would give me the letter with the changes (still waiting) four months later. Jared & Mary were helpful.

The CountryWide team was courteous though sometimes I got passed around to different people and I thought I was supposed to be dealing with only one person in particular. Otherwise, my debt is paid off, so that's good.

Well I had great credit. They told me this would not affect my credit. There is still one credit card they did not pay off that has brought my credit down so low I can't even get a car loan and come to find out the company they used to collect our money overcharged. Had me pay fees that was unlawful and they are in court processing right now.

When Countrywide called me three months ago, I have to remind them that they didn't stop charging my account when they were supposed to. So, I would get to be sent some refund. They sent about ten different envelopes about confirmation of payment. As I'm busy I haven't looked at them, so I'm thinking they have arrived. If I didn't mention that to them, there was just a deduction in my account.

My interaction with CountryWide is very limited. Before my contract with them expired, I requested the summary of what the settlement was and what the charges were since there were three credits involved. There's a bunch of paperwork I have of different things that transpired but I never received what I requested. Other than that, everything went well. It was a little more than I anticipated for the time frame because in the same time frame, I probably have been able to handle it myself since the initial agreement of 18 months turned out to be 3 years. It's a big difference. I was happy with them until they extended it.
