I am very happy with your program. Will definitely share with my friends and anyone else that I hear needs to consolidated their Credit cards. When I need or have a question Consolidated Credit is always available any day 24 hour days or night which is very helpful.

It was handled very professionally. My debtors don't scare me. I put 25 years in military and am a fighter. I do not frighten easy or at all. I believe in honesty not trickery or scare tactics. Thank you Consolidated. I will recommend you to anyone who needs help and wants to get on the right path to sensible spending.

I just want to say that everyone in this program was very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. They made a painful experience bearable and congratulated me as I made my last payment schedule. My first impression, when I first called, was that the associate was clear and concise. She answered my many questions comprehensively and with patience and kindness. It is a little difficult understanding what is paid by your company and how much I pay for some of the debtors that I have on the account. Other than that, everything seems to be okay. It would be nice to know how much I have to pay each debtor or account from my pocket.

This company is great! They allow me to pay a monthly fee for all my debts and get them paid off in 3 years! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! They lower your interest rate, get rid of late fees and give you a reasonable payment. Don't hesitate to see if you can get out of debt and use this company!

Tatianna was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and explained the process. I had an issue with my Wells Fargo card and removed it from the program. She took care of it and arranged to have the extra 80 dollars paid to another payee.

Talked to Mona my overseer on my acct.. She understood my reasons for being upset & was a little mad because even though explained problem through no fault of my own or your fault either it ends up costing me $100 in bank fees & change date fees from you about 2-3 times a yr.. But like I said Mona understood. I explained it & she sees the problem although can't resolve it anyway. At least understood & cared enough to help if could.

Very helpful and efficient. The process was explained very well and all questions I asked were answered to my satisfaction. The change should be very easy and quite manageable. I really like that it can all be done online with less paper.

I was down and out with heavy credit card bills getting me stressed out, then I made the best phone call ever that changed my life. I called Consolidated Credit they helped me from day 1 all the way to the end of my program. When I had questions they were there 24 hrs a day, no problem. I would recommend this program to anyone that will read this or would listen to me! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and did I mention my new credit score... wait for it... 742!! P.S. Not only did Consolidated Credit help me with their training and seminars but I now have a great understanding on how to better manage my credit cards and sorry I have to say this but will never fall in debt like that again!! I called to see if I could put a hold on my payment, due to an unexpected medical situation. Tatiana informed me that I could either put a hold for a minimal fee, or change my due date to the 17th, which is preferable anyways. Extremely nice and accommodating. Thank you!!!

Laurie was able to solve my problem today. Finding out my new interest rate with Belk and JC Penney. I had been on the phone with Synchrony bank several times in the past two weeks with no resolution to the problem. She called them and within less than eight minutes had my answer for me. Laurie is great.

I wanted to move my payment date. I was informed of how to do that at a future date. She made sure I understood all she was saying and helped me the best she could. I was unable to change this month's date because I requested it too late.

Tatiana was very nice and knew her information. The problem is I have to sign in to our account in order to update everything. My wife called once and I called once and both times an email was supposed to be sent with a link to reset our password. We never received those emails but we did receive the review email.

I had problem with Bank of America. And she help me resolve it and also help in the way I was doing my payments. Her help was excellent. She explained how to do my payments in a way that was easier and best for me.

I'm very happy with Consolidated and the people who works there are very polite and nice. They give the right information when you need them and how you need them. I will recommend them to any friends or family. And I'm almost done paying my account with them. Hopefully this year I will finish.

I called to cancel my account with Consolidated Credit. I finally paid off my debt. Jose was very helpful, listened and provided me with the information that I need. I think his co-workers should learn more about his customer service skills. I had bad experience with couple of representatives that give me hard time. FYI I'm paying you to take care my debt. If you screwed up with my accounts you should fix it, not me! I just wasn't lucky with previous people but Jose did a great job. Is sad that I got a good customer service on my last day with this company. My 5 stars rating is for Jose only. The rest of people don't understand financial counseling.

I called to give an update on my account. I called twice and both times the service I received was great and we accomplished what we needed to do. The reason I had to call twice was because I had three accounts that were not the most recent balance so I had to get those totals. It was fairly easy.

Tatiana was very helpful and answered all questions. She also suggested a way to better coordinate payments with pay days to save me a lot of time and money. Thanks for the positive experience, it removed a lot of stress from my mind. Wish all problems could be so easily remedied.

In the past, I have called to try and resolve issues with automatic drafts that CC takes out every month. When I signed up, CC helped me out of a bind at a great time of need (divorce) - setting up a 5 year plan for me and my wife - and then when things turned around for us three years later and we were able to pay off our debts two years early - they happily renegotiated with the credit card companies and coordinated that payoff (even though in theory they could have tried to string it out a bit to collect more fees). Clearly, they are true to their mission to assist us to restart our lives. :)

So far I would have rated CC 3 stars - in the past. When I have called re: checking on my account balance and the length of time left on my account I was told "YOU have to call your creditors or check your statements and YOU have to update us on the balance information." My husband and I both in discussing this has been - "Isn't that what we are paying THEM for? To communicate with our accounts - keep our account info current - and monitor them?"

Returned missed call in to see if I was able to trade in my car, TATIANA was very helpful in providing me with info that I need.

Once I changed my payment method this entire process became a joke. Four different reps. told me four different things for the same issue. The due date went from the 17th to the 21st, to the 25th, no wait really the 26th to 28th...ugh... Seriously considering withdrawing from the program and working with my creditors on my own or having my lawyer get involved to help with my creditors.

I am so happy to be on the road to being out of debt. Almost a year ago I was hopelessly in credit card debt. I paid one card with another card and never made any progress on the many cards that I had accumulated and was barely making payments or late payments. Then I saw this program online and decided it couldn't hurt to make the call. I was hesitant because other calls to other programs resulted in me feeling stressed and less than impressed. I called Consolidated Credit Counseling Services and talked with a counselor that listened more than he talked. I didn't feel any pressure and he basically explained how the program worked and what I needed to do to get started. I had already cancelled all of my cards except one so that step was easy.

I had to contact Consolidated Credit Solutions today regarding a paid balance that was going to be removed from my account. It was my pleasure to speak with an account representative named Arielle. She was kind, courteous, and very happy that I have reached this point with them that my credit card balances are now being paid in full. She encouraged me and was just as thrilled that I am on top of my credit responsibilities. I am very pleased with Consolidated Credit and their staff. All have been forthright and knowledgeable about their jobs and very helpful when I have issues or questions. I just want to say thank you.

TATIANA very professional and very helpful today. She explain to me the card holder might rebate the interest back to account or lower the interest.
