Some things had to be shifted around as far as money this month so I called to make a payment arrangement. Titiana who was my representative was extremely nice and professional and worked with me to make my payment for my due date a breeze.

My issue was resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone who wants to pay their credit card fast and have the interest reduce to contact their office. They negotiate a lower interest with credit card company. My interest was lowered to 1.9% allowing to pay the creditor quickly.

Just needed to have my ACH date permanently changed from the 5th of every month to something later. It was changed to the 7th which is perfect. I found that a creditor was charging late fees and reporting me late to the credit bureau although I have the consolidation agreement. Tatianna was a fantastic advocate and is working hard to resolve this issue for me, requesting that the late fees get credited to my account, and that the delinquent marks be removed from my credit report.

THIS was FINE helpful. WE needed help for credit cards. Lied and mislead that consolidating interest WOULD be 4.9% not on remaining balances as told. They never told me that balance WOULD be 14.9. They wouldn't help SO that WHY I went with you.

Missed my payment on the 5th of this month. So I Called to make a payment over the phone. Was very quick and easy. Tatiana was very polite and helpful. Calls with customer service are always difficult but this call went very smooth and everything was resolved.

Consolidated credit and Tatiana have helped me reduce my debt and repay what I owe within a reasonable amount of time and monthly payment. I appreciate that I am treated with respect and courtesy each time I speak to a member of the staff at Consolidated Credit.

When I signed up to have all my credit cards paid off, at that time I was thrilled with your company and the results I received in knowing all my cards would be taken care of. Whitney told me would only be making one payment a month, that is why I agree to go with Consolidated Debt. I am making a payment of $438 every two weeks, which means sometimes three payments in one month. Instead of making it easy, is it hard. I am 73 years old and have to keep on working to make sure I have enough money in my account each month to make my payments to you.

Could not enter the site because I either didn't have the right password or the password was not valid anymore. Both representatives were very helpful and understanding. The first representative explain the possible reason that there was still a balance own on the credit card that was paid in full after I received a e-mail that it was.

I was very happy with the way this company help me pay off credit cards. The customer service rep. that I spoke to today was very sweet, friendly and helpful, I have actually recommended this company to friends that have needed help.

Today I had called twice before to sign up for the Golden Membership and neither representative told me there was a charged $12 per month. They just told me to sign up online which you can’t do. I also asked about the iPhone app mentioned on page 31 of the Membership Handbook. Neither of the first reps I spoke to knew anything about it but told me to go to the website portal and look it up. After searching the ENTIRE website, I called back and Lavonia answered both my questions. She very politely put me on hold, continued to research my questions and checked I was still holding. She is truly a great customer service representative and I enjoyed working with her!!

I am in the final months of working with Consolidated Credit and because some of my accounts just paid off, I wasn't sure of the new amounts going to my few remaining balances. Tatiana not only looked everything up for me but she explained how my monthly payment was being reallocated, why, and approximately when my account would be paid in full, and in a very professional and caring manner. This has been an amazing journey and I have already recommended Consolidated to several friends/family and will continue to do so. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

We have had to make wire transfers for our account the last several months as we got out of sync with our paydays to allow the automatic payment. Tatiana was very kind and quickly set up my wire transfer payment. She knew exactly what to do and made the necessary adjustments to our account. She also noted that I would need to update our account balances online after the first of the year. I was very satisfied with our interaction.

My disbursement date each month is apparently the 29th of the month. ALL of my credit cards that have due dates before then are being hit with late fees and are showing up as delinquent and destroying my credit score. When I called Consolidated multiple times and spoke to multiple supervisors, no one could tell me why that was happening. "Oh we will look into it" they said. "Oh it shouldn't be happening" they said. Meanwhile my credit score has dropped nearly 50 points in a MONTH because of their failure to do their job appropriately. This company is completely destroying my credit and scamming me. I am so beyond disappointed that I signed a contract with them.

Maybe I could pay an additional percentage to my creditors next time to help make up for the missed payment and I would not freeze, which is a poor option (freezing).

Called several weeks ago to adjust payment amounts on accounts. Called again with minor revisions (person who helped me previously had not made the adjustments.) All seems OK now per Tatiana. She also explained what will happen after my final draft is taken out of my account next month.

I was never told additional fees on payments. I was never told about gold plan. It was automatically put on my contract. No one should sign a contract without knowing ALL fees up front!! You have to disclose all fees before getting signatures.
