I called the customer service number yesterday and I spoke with Tatiana on the phone and she was a big help. I just had a question and she was very kind and informative. And she didn't keep me on the phone very long. Nice quick service.

I appreciate the time the agent took to help me and to try to renegotiate the monthly bill. We added several cards to the account. The agent also took the time to reach out to one of the credit cards on file to find out why I was issued a refund when there is still a balance owed.

Tatiana was very helpful today. She gave me information that I was not aware of, very polite and considerate. Let me know that I could increase my payments to pay remaining balances on 2 accounts so that the last remaining account will be paid off soon.

I needed to push back my payment a few days due to banking issues. Samantha went above and beyond to assist me in pushing back my payment a few days. Her dedication & understanding of my situation truly helped put my mind at ease. Thank you again!!!

We started with this service to pay down debt almost 10 years ago and we are now debt free. It was easy, the people were great to work with and we would recommend it to others. Yes I was having trouble in regard to my credit rating saying I had not completed the program with CCCS... They are able to provide me with receipts to show payment and that I completed the program successfully so in turn now I can dispute with receipts in front of me... The staff was very kind and very helpful... So hopefully very soon I can get my credit straightened back out due to apparently the creditors or the Credit Agencies making a mistake... Some things had to be shifted around as far as money this month so I called to make a payment arrangement. Titiana who was my representative was extremely nice and professional and worked with me to make my payment for my due date a breeze.

My issue was resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone who wants to pay their credit card fast and have the interest reduce to contact their office. They negotiate a lower interest with credit card company. My interest was lowered to 1.9% allowing to pay the creditor quickly.

I received great service. She answered questions, proved quick answers and followed up to the needs that I asked for. She was very courteous and pleasant. She is good at her job. Would recommend this service to anyone in need. Put me on hold to get answers instead of call backs which I liked!!

Just needed to have my ACH date permanently changed from the 5th of every month to something later. It was changed to the 7th which is perfect. I found that a creditor was charging late fees and reporting me late to the credit bureau although I have the consolidation agreement. Tatianna was a fantastic advocate and is working hard to resolve this issue for me, requesting that the late fees get credited to my account, and that the delinquent marks be removed from my credit report.

As of the date we called. We had not gone through the orientation process and wanted to know what the additional charge was for that hit our account the following day after the initial payment. THIS was FINE helpful. WE needed help for credit cards. Lied and mislead that consolidating interest WOULD be 4.9% not on remaining balances as told. They never told me that balance WOULD be 14.9. They wouldn't help SO that WHY I went with you.

She wasn't rude like many people are on the phone. When I had questions about my account she easily went through the account with me making sure I understood every part of what I didn't understand. I wasn't sure how much still owed on my account but she helped me with all the percentages as well as advised me to update my accounts online.

Wondering if I have to send paper with my information, if I can pay more and verify my correct account number. Tatiana was a big help. She did extra job for my questions. She explained to me the payments I have to do right now to my credit cards.

When I signed up to have all my credit cards paid off, at that time I was thrilled with your company and the results I received in knowing all my cards would be taken care of.
