Received a letter from a creditor advising that Overstock acct was being transferred to another bank. Acct was going into collections. Spoke with Tatiana and contacted creditor. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Consolidated Credit is very lucky to have her.

I would highly recommend Consolidated Credit. There was a time when I couldn't get ahead of my credit card debt, and Consolidated Credit helped me. I have just paid off my last account and feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of me, and my credit score has increased with each account payoff. I was almost looking to file Bankruptcy but instead signed up with Consolidated and it was a very smart decision on my part.

He explains how to log in and check balances. Brian also explain that one of my accounts was paid off. He was very helpful he was going to email me my account information so can log in through my email. I wish all customer services are as helpful as him.

The services person was courteous and provided great services. She sent documents to me two times and mailed them regular mail. She did a great job updating my account information as well. She also looked up additional information and provided a payoff timeline.

I highly recommend CCS. I am very satisfied with the communication I have had with them. They pay the bill when they say they will. The only thing I had a problem with is the interest is higher than what they told me it would be. They are not in control of that. Interest is still much lower than what I was paying myself.

Long wait to talk to someone but once I was connected all was great. Called into due to letter from Consolidated about lower balance than payments. Tatiana and I worked the details and agreed on all accounts. Tatiana is getting all accounts updated. She was very helpful and will get all updates reflected on accounts.

Called to find out status of my creditors approval of program. Rep was courteous and very helpful. She gave me the names of creditors that are still pending and informed me that they would be contacted again if they do not respond in a timely manner.

I returned a call from CC concerning one of the accts. with my personal CC acct. The customer service was excellent. She was helpful in explaining what was needed to keep my acct updated and provided all necessary information for my use. Thank you.

This company has done a wonderful job helping me consolidate all of my debts. I was able to pay them all off within a four year period and be completely debt free! Every time I needed help, the customer service people were always so helpful and polite and saw to my needs. I would highly recommend them!

I realized I made my automatic payment date for a date prior to my payday. I called to set up auto payments for a different date. My consultant was more than helpful. She was understanding, polite and explained to me the options of different dates that I could do.

I was told by Consolidated that if I went off the program I would not get the same interest rates and lower payment, they got for me with Fingerhut and One Main. I called both places and was told NOTHING would be different if I made the payments on my own. Plus Consolidated charges $20 a month for their service. Needless to say I am not happy with being lied to all these months.

I had to make an address change and a bank change as quickly as possible as I just moved and closed the bank account you have taking my payments from. She said she could send me paper work, but because of the situation, she took the time to make the changes over the phone. She was very efficient, but also friendly and patient with me.

There was problem with late payments and fees on one of our cards and she is helping resolve the issue. This is negatively affecting our credit so I'm hoping this gets resolved soon. She was very kind and said I should be hearing from the credit card company in 4 to 5 days.

My inquiry was satisfactorily responded to. I had a question and the customer service representative assisted me promptly with the inquiry. I received an email and wanted to understand what it meant. In no time the representative was able to look up my account and supply me with an accurate response.

Everything was cleared and informative however, I received information that wasn't mentioned at all in the initial call and it throws off your budget, which is an important part of this process. I suggest it gets mentioned during the initial call so the person is not taken off guard. Thank you.

I needed to know status of contracts with Capital One, Target and Gettington. I had received a letter from Target threatening to send account to an attorney. We got everything straight I believe. I am supposed to keep statements of accounts current and also copies of letters of acceptance.

Have to ask for a link to change my password very often. When I change it to something easier for me to remember, it only last a couple of weeks and I have to change it again. Today after talking to the representative I changed my password and signed in and out about 3 times and it worked fine. Hopefully it will last this time.

I called thinking about canceling the program but after the conversation with Tatiana I felt pushed and forced into it. I understand she was trying to help me but I was not comfortable with the treatment I received. She also said once I was out of the program I can't come back. I was running out of time and decided to try again and get someone else.

Your service has been very good but I do not have a clear answer on: What I am not clear is that I do not see how long I am going to pay $211. My balance is $6,191 and it will take 29 months to pay it off. I do not see it anywhere. Please advise.

Cancelled program questioning the time my money would be reversed back into my account. She was very helpful with my request. She explained everything to me and explained when and how they would do the reversal on their end. She was very polite and informative.

Brian help me understand more about program. The only thing I was disappointed about was when I asked about late fees, he stated that I would have to call my creditors and ask them to waive. When program was explained, I was told that program would negotiate late fees to be waived. Other than that I believe program is fine.

I needed to add a new account and was concerned about the amount of increase to my monthly payment being too much for me to handle but Tatiana helped to resolve it easily and helped to set me at ease. She was very comforting, helpful and courteous. I was very happy with the outcome.

Got myself into credit card debt after I said I wouldn't, due to car troubles and needing things for college. Started with 4 creditors and Consolidated Credit brought the interest rate down to 9.9% in 3 of them and 6% in the largest debt. Started with 6.1 credit score and now have 7.4. Kept payment the same and paid off smallest first and slowly increased payment on next lowest, until all were paid off.
