Tatiana was very helpful and professional. She explained the information to me that I was asking about. She tried to reach out to the third party person but was placed on hold for long periods of time. But she would always come back on the phone to let me know what was going on.

Tatiana was very helpful! She was able to solve my issue when the previous associate did not. She was courteous and professional and promptly fixed my payments. The previous associate was going to charge me 1295 to make a payment today. We are on a tight budget and just can’t afford any extra expenses. Tatiana realized it was an honest mistake made on both ends and took care of the issue so that my creditors would not be paid late. Thank you Tatiana.

I’ve never had a more educational, helpful, knowledgeable, professional experience with any Customer service individual. She is so Amazing. She should be given a raise or a promotion. She is extremely Knowledgeable and is able to explain issues with credit in a way a layman like me can easily understand. Explained that I have issues getting the balance of one of the accounts because I do not have my cards. She provided me with the list of the names and account number which is a great help. She resolved all my issues and questions.

Clearing small amounts balances. I received nothing but the best service I could possibly have hoped for. She helped me clear our balances on two (2) accounts, calling Barclay's for me and providing me with their telephone number. She was pleasant, and very professional. It's hard to find both of these qualities in customer reps nowadays. She should be commended.

Tatiana was very sweet and provided me all the info I needed for different options to pay off my loan. She also noticed I locked myself out of my account because I forgot my password and without me asking she unlocked it for me so I can stay updated with the payoff process. Even though it was sometimes hard, I could see my debts going down each month. It is such a relief to know I have paid off these credit cards and still managed to survive without them. I was able to track the balances each month and see how payments were made on each account that would pay them off in the best manner. As I received my monthly statements I was able to make sure consumer had the correct balances and they kept in contact with me to update them. Thank you.

Katashya was wonderful especially having been put in a triangle tough position. One of my three creditors does not align with consolidation of credit. When I first talked to Consolidated, my only goal was to have that one creditor. I was talked into two more. Never would have done this without American 1st Financial being on board and clearly stated that. I was encouraged to go forward as if it would work out. Not happy about that. I am very I'll and on disability and a single mother that was reaching out in order to not ditch a bill. I was trusting because I made it clear that this was the sole account and reason for me to do Consolidated. I now find myself trying to sell my debtor on Consolidated. Came on board back in March. My credit was a 740. Never missed payments. As soon as my creditors accepted payment plan my score drop more than 200 points because they close these accounts even though you are still paying every month. This company assured me this wouldn’t happen but beware using them because now I’m stuck with a 539 even through Credit Karma says I have a A in payment history, a A in credit Usage, a A in Credit History and a A in credit Age. I got screwed. I no one can help me.

I highly recommend Consolidated Credit Solutions. The customer service reps are very knowledgeable. You don't have to wait on the phone for somebody to help you. It's great not to be worried about getting late fees. It's nice to know my bills are all getting paid and I don't have to worry about the high interest anymore.

Everyone has been great to work with. I would recommended this program to anyone. I'm glad I took the step to look at this program. I believe this program will save me money and help me get out of debt faster so I can buy a house. I know that I learn my lesson about having credit cards.

New payment terms each month. I feel l you and all the members of your company have provide me with the best service I could expect for correction my debt problem with the credit card company I have used. She was great gave me information on two ways to update the current balances for my account. Very pleasant and asked the right questions. Not much more I can write. She took the time to help me.
