Tatiana was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail. I was going to put my account on hold but everything was explained to me so we just went ahead and started the program. No rush and even asked if I had any more questions. Thank you, Tatiana.

Came on board back in March. My credit was a 740. Never missed payments. As soon as my creditors accepted payment plan my score drop more than 200 points because they close these accounts even though you are still paying every month. This company assured me this wouldn’t happen but beware using them because now I’m stuck with a 539 even through Credit Karma says I have a A in payment history, a A in credit Usage, a A in Credit History and a A in credit Age. I got screwed. I no one can help me.

Miguel was very helpful! I gave him all my current balances and my concerns about Capital One! His solution to that problem was to do an extra $18 payment to get caught up on the past due balance! Thank you Miguel for going the extra mile!

She understood my inquiry, got on the phone immediately with the two separate creditors, and already has accomplished one getting removed along with the invitation from the other creditor to revisit it after they receive the first payment from you. Total card billed me through another name then Bank of Missouri and Wells Fargo paid them. I informed Wells Fargo and their security is trying to find out why total card went around our system. They feel as though Total card is not following program????

I was just checking the interest rates and to make sure that my agreements were nearly done with all the credit card companies and she was efficient and helpful. I'm hoping that she would also have advised me to keep the credit card open if there were some advantage to do that and that CCS doesn't try and acquire all the credit cards at the cost of the client. But her reasoning made sense today.

So far I have received great service. each time that I have had questions about my account. Every representive I have talked to have been more than helpful. Thanks to cc I was able to get a refund on the security agreement I had on two of my accounts.

I highly recommend Consolidated Credit Solutions. The customer service reps are very knowledgeable. You don't have to wait on the phone for somebody to help you. It's great not to be worried about getting late fees. It's nice to know my bills are all getting paid and I don't have to worry about the high interest anymore.

A collection agency was sending us letters when they should not have been. Tatiana got it all straightened out for us. She contacted the credit card company that was using the collection agency. She was able to let them know that we were receiving these notices erroneously. We appreciate you helping us get out of this mess.

I just enrolled in the program, but so far, I am somehow satisfied with the staff members with the way they explain things to me. I think I have made the best option to get out of my debts by enrolling in the program.

I did not like the fact that I have to pay a third party to make payment. That is additional money I could use to pay down my debt. Bryan was very helpful and thorough in his explaination. I asked for my payment date to be change and I was accommodated in doing so.

I am please to give a five star for the experience I had with Ms Tatiana on 7-1-19. She gave me advise on what to do by calling Navy Federal in changing their due date. Navy has agreed to change it to the 20th of each month so that the payment reaches them on time. Thanks again Tatiana for all your help and getting this resolved.

Got the answer and was happy with it. When I have to describe something, my description is very short. Never 200. I get to the point and that is it. Thank you. Don't like doing these unless it is simple and without a lot of description.

I informed Tatiana that I just paid off the two CC accounts that had the lowest balance (Target & JC Penney). She contacted the remaining two accounts to get updated balances. She explained that now more money from my monthly payment will go to one of these accounts. Tatiana was very helpful and pleasant to speak with.

I called in to see how to go about sending in my statements for their quarterly review. I ended up speaking with Gillian and she was amazing. She offered right away to assist me and do it by phone. She also mentioned all the other ways I can update them. It is rare to get someone so kind and helpful. I manage a call center for doctors offices, vets, funeral homes and other businesses as well as handling Alarm Monitoring for over 800 locations. I would be thrilled to have an operator like Gillian as she handled the call in a kind and professional manor and I think when someone does a good job they should be made aware of this. I started at around $23,000.00 in debt and am under $8,500.00 now and my credit score has went from 570 to 700 since using consolidated. So thank you!!!

Being very short on finances this month, I needed to make my payment later in the month. The man I talked to was very patient, and helpful, he was also knowledgeable of his job. He spoke clearly and answered all my questions.

I consolidated 3 cards and a loan. They take $635 on the 15th and are supposed to pay my creditors by the 28th. The first 2 for PayPal were late. They still haven’t sent the March payment to Payoff of $264. So basically they are holding my money. They also lied and told me Payoff hadn’t responded to offer but Payoff claims they never heard from them. I don’t trust them. May switch companies.

I was satisfied with Consolidated Credit for the short time I was Active. I would have stayed until the end because this is a good program. But while refi our house, a requirement was they pay all debt first. I didn't have a choice. So I needed to cancel the programme. Thanks.

Called in to move scheduled payment to different date. Brian was helpful, courteous, but my bank was having issues with their web today, so I'm trying back tomorrow. Brian is making a note on my account and said he will call me back tomorrow. I will call back tomorrow morning and will refer whoever answers to the notes he made on my call today.

I was calling about synchrony account that shows past due account so I called. The reason given to me was the timing. It’s already taken cared of. They will close out my other accounts such as San Mateo credit union visa, Chase bank account and maybe Capital accounts.

She was very helpful l. I am glad that she was able to resolve my concerns. Lowering the fee is what I needed. The fee was too high for only one account that I have. So it was lowered. I was about to leave the program.

We got in a financial bind. We decided to go with a debt management program. We had been talking to several different companies to make sure we made the right choice. Consolidated Credit was the worst to even talk with. We got one rep who asked us the amount of our debt and what kind of debt. Then she transferred us to someone else who asked the same questions. Then, that person transferred us to a third person who yet again asked the same questions. All of them spoke broken English.

I love the service, it has helped myself and my family tremendously... So I'm wasn't upset about the miscommunication but I had worked with two other reps to get my accounts in order and nothing was done until I called Leslie. She's is the very best and got everything taken care of while I was on the phone. Thanks Leslie!!!!

I thought they were going to help me get out of debt while saving me the most money but I actually worked with my credit card companies to close my accounts and pay low monthly payments. I am going to save $80 a month doing this on my own and when I called to cancel my auto pay and to stop the program they become hateful after messing up my bank account. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and deal with your debt issues on your own because Consolidated Credit will ** you over and cheat you out of your money. Avoid them.

Excellent, every time I call I get treated well no matter how silly the question may be, courteous, and pleasant, helpful. always ask me did I have any other questions. I have been with the company since 2000. My husband started first and I saw what you guys could do and I joined, it is the best thing I could have done. Do not claim bankrupt. us consolidated.

Kapha as well as the other counselors I have had a chance to talk to have always been very polite. They have a professional and friendly way of dealing with you that takes a lot of the worry out of a trying situation. They even give you advice on how to speak with your creditors that leaves you knowing that you are on a positive path to clearing up your debt/credit problems. I’ve been using Consolidated Credit for three years now. I just discovered that dealing with the companies directly I will keep my same payments and won’t have to pay any fees. They are consistently late which accrues more interest. Over the past three years I’ve paid over $750 in processing fees and interest charges (only a couple bucks but still!) I could have paid one of my cards off!!! Deal with companies yourself... they are willing to work with you! Customer service was excellent but why wouldn’t they be they’re making money!
