Needed to get out from under - the process was quick and easy. So far so good. Eric was very helpful. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is due to the short amount of time I have been with Consolidated.

I'm satisfied with Consolidated Credit. It make me easy to pay off my credits cards. I already pay off one of them and I added this amount to another account so that way I can get out very soon with another account.

I really needed to get to the point where I could pay off credit cards used mostly for medical bills and things related to having had 6 surgeries in the past few years. I believe this was the best answer for me. Consolidate everything with a MUCH lower rate.

Basically Consolidated Credit took $800.00 from my bank account Before Negotiating and getting approval from my bank to pay my CC debt down using their services. Then When I asked them to cancel the service and return my money They kept the administration fees for a job that wasn’t complete. And now I have to wait 30 days for a cheque. My bank has no negotiation notes that confirm that consolidated Credit even started the process... I would not recommend using this service.
We scoured our database to investigate the matter but were unable to locate you. Perhaps you may have mixed up our organization with another company. Customer service and client satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us, if you are indeed a client of ours, please email WFM@consolidatedcredit.org your account number, name in which you enrolled into the debt management program, email address etc. so, we can locate your account to see what may have happened.

Called to update accounts; they then did that for me; was trying to put in a new password since I hadn't been on the site for awhile; she sent me a link and put the temp password in that she gave me; now want to change my password for me

I am very pleased with Consolidated Credit. I have been keep up with it. I would recommend this to any of my family or friends who need help with their credit. When I first signed up they explained how much I would be paying a month, I am pleased that they have not went up, I will be happy when all of my credit is paid off.

I was very doubtful about any consolidation program but this program that was personally designed for my needs was the best. I recommend CONSOLIDATED CREDIT SOLUTIONS 100%... Updated on 06/02/2021: Great experience, never had any issues. Paid off a debt of more than $10,000. Great customer Service, they have always answered my questions in a timely manner. I paid off my debt and added about $3,000 more and it was very easy.

I do not particularly have an opinion, the debt is being paid down, the information given up front in the initial phone call wasn't absolutely accurate but the job is still getting done. I have paid one small card off in full and am now working on the higher balance cards.

When I first contacted Consolidated Credit I was told I could expect interest rates to be reduced to 10% possibly less. None of my rates went down to those numbers. But it did reduce the amount I was paying monthly. So it was beneficial.

Hello. I am writing to let you know that my bills were on Paperless billing which has caused me so many problems. I have recently been able to go online and switch to receiving paper bills. So I have not been able to check in with the information you needed. Please know that perhaps next month I shall start receiving paper bills and so I can call you and update your accounts. Good but not amazing. Thought the whole thing would move quicker. I am not sure if I saved much money using Consolidated Credit. I would however recommend using Consolidated Credit to a friend with the understanding of how much they would really save and what the real benefits are.

The Customer Service department is great to work with. My only negative comment is a lack of detailed program information upon my first call. I was not informed of how the transactions worked from either side. When I received an email regarding one of my accounts, I called and spoke to another agent, who provided me with all of the missing information.

The staff has been helpful and knowledgeable. My questions have been thoroughly answered, they made sure I understand the terms of the contracts and have given me tips on how to manage my money. My only complaint so far is the available payment methods, I would like to be able to set my payments up through my online account instead of strictly auto pay and cashier checks, and having to email or call in if I want to make an extra payment.

This was an excellent decision! They helped me consolidate nearly $8,000 of credit card debt. They had my interest rates dropped from 24.99% to 9.5%! Not only that, my monthly payment is less. Excellent service have already recommended friends. Monthly payment record promptly and customer service reps very friendly, easy to understand and professional. I have not had any problems since I join the program. Creditors was contact in timely manner. When I first called to get help about my debt, the person who initially helped me was polite, informative, and respectful of my information. I didn't feel judged talking about all the credit cards I had which is usually an embarrassing topic for me. I don't like to tell people every amount of money I owe, however, because the man was polite, I was able to remind myself that it's his job to help me and he did. Everyone else including him walked me through paperwork and involve me as much as possible in the process, that way I know what the program had and will offer me.

Very courteous and professional during the onboarding process. I was a little dissatisfied learning later than sooner that the loan doesn't make an immediate payoff to creditors and that I still have to deal with it. Also, didn't realize or wasn't told that until you receive my first payment, creditors aren't notified. My credit score went from 640 to 419. That's not your fault but could have been avoided.

So far my experience has been ok however, last month a credit card that was on file was not paid and the money was still drafted from my account. This resulted in the credit card company calling me requiring an extra payment for the one they did not receive.

I would recommend CCS to my friends, who are trying to avoid bankruptcy and keeping their credit in line. I had a great Customer Service Rep, Lesley, and was very helpful with advising me about the online updates I can make without having to call in.

Consolidated has been very easy to work with and very reasonably priced. They have made payments as promised and had my account APRs lower significantly. I am very pleased with their work and help to get my credit score from the low 600s to the high 700s. They are easy to contact if you need a person to person talk but for the most part, their website is easy to navigate and work with.

Always good customer service, very quick and friendly. Always answer the phone very promptly and always has the correct answers. Would recommend it to a friend with the pandemic having trouble paying their bills when losing their job and help me over the past four years consolidating my credit.

Tatiana was extremely helpful in setting up my final payment for my account and getting all the required information needed to close out my account. Through her knowledge of everything, she quickly answered my questions and was able to get an updated balance amount so that I could pay everything off.

The person I spoke to about my situation was very helpful and got me on a payment plan to get rid of my credit card debt much sooner than normal. Plus, I will be paying a lot lot less in the end. All good stuff so far!
