I feel respected when I call for information about my account. The employees I have spoken with are the greatest not only with their knowledge and willing to go the extra mile to help with a problem, and they do it with respect to the customer. I have referred a friend and that friend also tells the very same about the employees.

I am thrilled to be able to repay my debt at a reduced interest rate. The current interest rate is too high for my bank account. When I began the interest rate was payable, but in recent months the interest rate on my credit cards overcame me; at least I had sense enough to ask for help.

I just wanted to tell you how awesome your employee Bridget was with me on the phone today. She helped me get an account with Concora credit figured out. She was patient, kind and thorough with all parties involved. She got the job done and made sure I did not have any other concerns before we got off the phone. I have been using CC for about two years. I came to them with much unmanageable debt, and feeling mentally stuck. CC was quick to take my debt, and put me into a manageable payment so I could get my life back on track. I am grateful for this program. I started with Consolidated Credit 4 yrs ago with over $14,000 in credit card debt; in 5 months it will be 0. Consolidated credit educated me on spending; managing money and just how to handle finances; after I pay off all debt I would like to do a commercial for them (real testimony).

When I first started this program, I was skeptical about it...thinking it was another loan program. However after investigating it and talking to your employees I was proven wrong. Your staff did a great job to get me a good program and helped me save a great deal of money. It was enough to allow me to close the account several months early. Thank you.

Four years ago I was buried under $15,000 of credit card debt with interest piling up and seemingly no way to dig myself out. Then I found Consolidated Credit Solutions and they changed my life. Now I have less than $5,000 in credit card debt and interest rates as low as you could imagine. I refer all of my friends and family in the same situation I was in to Consolidated Credit Solutions. The people who work for this magnificent company are saints for what they do for their clients! Credit card debt is the one of the biggest diseases that plagues the American people, and Consolidated Credit Solutions is THE CURE!

Jeff (because I am so upset about losing my beloved, I caught his name short) was very helpful and informative in what I have to do to report my husband's passing on Oct. 6 2023. I needed to know what documents to send for processing his claim and to update my information for contact. He is handling a good part of this for me once I forward or mail the Death Certificate and our Marriage License. I do not have a fax so do have to post it as soon as I am able to go out to the post office in town.

My decision to sign up with Consolidated Credit was probably "the" hardest thing I've had to do; but even harder was attempting to manage burgeoning interest rates and out of control debt. At the start of this process, I started to have doubts around whether I was making a wise decision ebtrusting them to manage and pay off my debt. Three months in, and I couldnt be happier! Very good customer service! Easy to work with! Relieved a lot of stress for me in getting my bills caught up and paid off. Very polite and caring and would listen to my concerns. Service fees were less than what interests rates were. They were able to save me money in the end by eliminating late fees and service charges. For taking my credit cards that I overspent on all of them and taking control. I spent way too much and went kind of wild with all the new credit cards I received in the mail. Consolidated credit took control of my accounts and took control. I don't know what I would have done without consolidated credit. What more can I say except thank you for all you have done. I remember calling and had Leonardo take my call and he explained everything to me starting from my credit report, and explaining the creditors on the credit reports all the way to getting my payments set up monthly to get the creditors paid on time. I was scammed thru my credit card. Could not pay the amounts wanted. I applied to Consolidated Credit. I needed help in dealing with 2 creditors. They were Discover and Capitol One. You arranged low interest rates and paid you thru my checking acct. You in turn paid the creditors.

I was about to commit to a settlement program and ruin my credit. I asked If there was a way I could pay my cards and use the program. They said no and didn't give me any options. Even though I told them I was current on my cards they still wanted to enlist me into a program that would have ruined my credit. Your representative offered me the solution I was looking for and a lot more info about how to manage my debt and not default on my credit cards. He was very informative and reassuring. In one phone call my stress about ruining my credit with no other options was almost gone.

I just began with this website but I am so thankful for the patience and time your customer service reps have given to me. They take their time explaining things to me, so I can understand. I just get a little nervous about due dates, etc....as they well know LOL. There are a few I'd like to mention: Greg, Hope, Courtney and Dale. They never get aggravated with a simple question I may have and follow up when they say they will. I would recommend CCS to ANYONE who may find themselves in a credit problem. There are just a couple of bumps in the road but they are contacting my creditor to straighten this out for me. I'm used to handling this myself, but I'm too old now to handle them (the creditors). I want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU to ALL of your customer service workers, they are exceptional!!!! They ALL deserve a raise!!!!

I was able to move a payment and also lower my monthly payments. Such a big help. With the price of gas, utilities, and groceries, it was very helpful for me to lower my monthly payments. When I contacted Consolidated Credit I was in despair and drowning in debt considering that file bankruptcy was my only choice from getting harassed by collection agencies, creditors and been threatened to get sue and I did not seen any other option on the horizon. My friend told me about Consolidated Credit and I was really skeptical but I called.
Their customer service was outstanding and after an interview, they understood my situation and help me by setting up a plan to recovery and the best of all without damaging my credit, stop paying high credit cards interest as well by staying away from bankruptcy. Since that call, I never received any more collection agency calls, no threatening letters and with their program and auto payment, I never again worried about any missing payments. Now I'm about to finish my program which paid off all my debt about $10,000.00 and the best of all without damaging my credit and which helped me to qualified to buy my new home. This was resolved by moving all payments to the 24th of each month rather than the 28th. Unfortunately I have three late payments on my record now. Fortunately I caught it at the time before I had additional late payments.

Since I have been with Consolidated Credit, I have been less stressed about paying the creditors off. It is my responsibility to do so, but they sure helped to make the process easier. I'm loving paying one company to disburse payments. Communication is excellent! I receive updates and other missives often. I do not have to second guess where my finances stand. Even my initial meeting was great. The Rep worked with me to make sure I could handle the monthly payment. The professionalism and knowledge of the Rep was on point.

Know your options. This program is very flexible. You can keep some cards if it is beneficial to you and you can pay extra to further paying off your balance at no extra cost. They will close your credit card accounts you don't need.

Very confused about the process still, as I feel even if I didn’t do this, I could probably pay off my credit cards in the next couple months anyways, but At least it’ll be at a lower interest rate. CC is extremely helpful with my large debt. It's easy to follow my account and easy to contact with questions. I love the classes. Not only do I learn tips, but it also helps to know there are others attending, others in the same situation I am. My only suggestion is to send occasional reminders to update account balances. My only issue was that during the pandemic quarantine back on April 2020 I request a extension for payments that was accepted but I was never told that I had to contact my CC institutions to request it as well, by the time that I realized it, it was too late, City Bank have sent the no payment notification to the Bureau of Credit having my score dropped around 100 points. That was very disappointing and no help was offered to resolve the problem.
We appreciate the feedback. Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and so we deeply regret that we were not able to better serve you during the early stages of the pandemic. We were also communicating with your creditors for assistance with this situation; due to their internal requirements, we did not reach the solution we were hoping to provide. It's a great way to bring down cc payments. The customer service people are very knowledgeable. My debt was not that high. I should be done paying them in about a year. I can mail in my payments and save the Western Union fee or call it in my payment.

Everyone was very helpful to get my loan and credit cards consolidated. I was over my head in credit card debt and I also was paying on a $2500 dollar loan with 89% APR, which left me financially paralyzed for two years, and I would end up paying $7,00.

Sending in updated credit card statement balances per Consolidated Credit Solutions requirements per agreement and request to remain in the process of reducing our financial obligations. Some of the accounts requested have been paid off and have a zero balance. These accounts are closed and no further payments are being made to them. American Eagle and Home Depot. Some of the accounts requested are not sending any statements although requests have been made to do so as it helps us to insure that the payments are being made and the balance is being reduced.

I'm satisfied with Consolidated Credit. It make me easy to pay off my credits cards. I already pay off one of them and I added this amount to another account so that way I can get out very soon with another account.
