In a bad 18 months in business, and in that time I accumulated around $50,000 in credit card debt on 3 cards. With Consolidated Credit I was able to get the interest from the mid 20% to well below 10%. Now even if I just make the minimum payments, I'll be all paid off in four years. Since I started, I was able to relearn some healthy financial habits, no longer have any credit cards, have savings in my bank account and contribute to my retirement.

Consolidated Credit has been very accommodating since I opened my account. I appreciate it. Whenever I have a question they are always quick to answer me. Fraud, that's all I can say. I got hit with late payment fees and was not helped at all. My credit has lowered due to not contacting creditors about creating this plan. Do not bother, it is more of a mess fixing than paying high interest rates.

CCS started out with a few issues. The payments they made to a few of my Credit accounts was Late, thereby Hurting my credit. I was extremely upset. But, since then, they have been making payments on time. I thank them for their continued professionalism. I only wish some more of my creditors would have let CCS help. Steven **

Jeff (because I am so upset about losing my beloved, I caught his name short) was very helpful and informative in what I have to do to report my husband's passing on Oct. 6 2023. I needed to know what documents to send for processing his claim and to update my information for contact. He is handling a good part of this for me once I forward or mail the Death Certificate and our Marriage License. I do not have a fax so do have to post it as soon as I am able to go out to the post office in town.

My decision to sign up with Consolidated Credit was probably "the" hardest thing I've had to do; but even harder was attempting to manage burgeoning interest rates and out of control debt.
