Consolidated Credit Solutions has been so beneficial to my spouse and I. After losing our jobs in the pandemic, we got in some financial trouble. Consolidated was able to negotiate payment terms for us and now we are just a few months from having our balances paid in full! Fraud, that's all I can say. I got hit with late payment fees and was not helped at all. My credit has lowered due to not contacting creditors about creating this plan. Do not bother, it is more of a mess fixing than paying high interest rates.

CCS started out with a few issues. The payments they made to a few of my Credit accounts was Late, thereby Hurting my credit. I was extremely upset. But, since then, they have been making payments on time. I thank them for their continued professionalism. I only wish some more of my creditors would have let CCS help. Steven **

Jeff (because I am so upset about losing my beloved, I caught his name short) was very helpful and informative in what I have to do to report my husband's passing on Oct. 6 2023. I needed to know what documents to send for processing his claim and to update my information for contact. He is handling a good part of this for me once I forward or mail the Death Certificate and our Marriage License. I do not have a fax so do have to post it as soon as I am able to go out to the post office in town.
