I would highly recommend this program for anyone having a credit problem. The gentleman I spoke to today, Steve was very helpful, professional and pleasant to speak to. He provided me with good news and some suggestions that were helpful. I have approximately 15 more payments to make and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you Steve and Credit Solutions!

I like that I have affordable payments. I love the fact the withdraw from my account was able to be set up on my pay days. I have always had a very fair treatment on the phone when I have called in with questions. Thank you to the nice team of customer service reps that you have.

I am 100% satisfied with this company and thankful to the help they are providing to me with consolidating my cards and creating less stress with paying them off. The online portal is easy to navigate. And having auto payments set up promises that everything will be on time and is hassle free!

I had a very positive experience with this customer service. Call my representative was friendly and helpful, and even though I vented some of my frustration at her, she was very understanding about my disabilities and my frustration, she was willing to put in more notations in my file to h hopefully help further calls go more smoothly, so that other customer service representatives would understand my visual impairment and provide more accurate and helpful information for me. My customer service representative was also able to help clarify. Uh my issue and resolve the issue that I was calling about. She was friendly and pleasant. She was very helpful and professional. She had compassion and sympathy for my frustration and my situation. She uh was very understanding and uh Kind. It was very obvious that she had been well trained and there that she was very experienced in the customer service profession and that she had dealt with many of these types of situations in the past.

I am extremely thankful for this company and how easy it was to consolidate my debt and the payments being made for me. They made the process so easy and convenient. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help getting their finances in order and pay things off in a timely manner.

I started this program during Covid when everyone lost their jobs (including me) and this company pulled all of my debt into one monthly payment. The monthly payments have gone down and I did add a couple of credit cards to the programs except...except this past January they really messed up! The debt counselor told me the two new credit cards I was adding would be approved to only find out they were not and it has impacted my credit score. I am not stuck luck dealing with these bad cards (Indigo and Imagine) where they are charging me an exorbitant interest and unsubstantiated late fees.....both balances are each about $ 1,000 but with the compounded interests I am close to $1200 on each card. You are on your own. They did try to reach me to tell me that the cards were not accepted into the program!

My experience has been good all around with Consolidated Credit. It has been easy to sign up for and monitor my progress. The staff that I have conversed with have polite and knowledgeable. It is great to have a debt program that doesn't put me into further debt. The promise of a low monthly payment is accomplished and has certainly made many my life much easier with less financial stress. I am still able to make extra payments both towards my Consolidated Credit account and my individual credit accounts.

Anais was great! So patient and easygoing! She made me feel really at ease with the my credit debt solution. I can tell she loves her job and helping others manage their issues. Service like this matters when in stressful times where everything seems so unknown and non familiar.

I have had the most wonderful experience with Consolidated Credit Solutions. They have been very accommodating as far as scheduling and working with payments. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He explained how everything worked and the frequency of when the payments would be drafted from my account. The account reviews are every three months which I appreciate with my very busy schedule. I am slowly getting my finances in order. It is difficult, having lost 60% of my income last year. I never expected this at the age of 70! I'm still working and will be as long as I can. Finances were always made easy for me, now they are not. I wish I learned this lesson at a much younger age.

In a bad 18 months in business, and in that time I accumulated around $50,000 in credit card debt on 3 cards. With Consolidated Credit I was able to get the interest from the mid 20% to well below 10%. Now even if I just make the minimum payments, I'll be all paid off in four years. Since I started, I was able to relearn some healthy financial habits, no longer have any credit cards, have savings in my bank account and contribute to my retirement.

Consolidated Credit has been very accommodating since I opened my account. I appreciate it. Whenever I have a question they are always quick to answer me. Or when I have an account to add they are very helpful. Or a question, they always find the answer for me. Stay doing what you have been doing! It’s working!

Fraud, that's all I can say. I got hit with late payment fees and was not helped at all. My credit has lowered due to not contacting creditors about creating this plan. Do not bother, it is more of a mess fixing than paying high interest rates.

Raymond was very helpful and provided me great options and explained everything very clearly! I am going to recommend a friend to Raymond that also needs help. CCS started out with a few issues. The payments they made to a few of my Credit accounts was Late, thereby Hurting my credit. I was extremely upset. But, since then, they have been making payments on time. I thank them for their continued professionalism. I only wish some more of my creditors would have let CCS help. Steven **
