Cambridge did everything that they said they would do. They were very good, and I've got no complaints about them. I'd recommend them.

The staff is very nice and friendly. Very professional, pretty quick, and they were able to lower interest rates in most cases. I used them about 10 or 12 years ago for a similar reason and that was a positive experience as well. Only complaints I have are (1) they were on Eastern time and I was Pacific, so it was always during the workday I’d have to call, but it’s a minor complaint, not a significant one; (2) they might want to advise people that there are different ways that we can pay off the debt.

That was the only negative thing I have to say about the whole program.

We just got finished a couple months ago. It's pretty easy working with Cambridge. Was surprised how easy it was. We used them because (1) we had so many different credit accounts and things that we needed to consolidate (2) we were starting to get late on a couple of them and (3) we weren’t making much progress with the interest. That was years and years ago and back then that was like we were just keeping our head above water. But now we're starting to be able to do a few more things again and we're not using any credit which is great.

Cambridge is fantastic. The credit card company I was with was going out of business and they were charging really high interest rates so I wanted to pay them off. I also really like that in the beginning, they give a summary of where all the money is going. Then towards the end, they give a running total and I have a spreadsheet to keep track of it too. In between, you could see exactly where you are, where you're going to be and it takes your mind off the stress. Being on the program from the beginning cuts like $1100 a month. So I was paying $3200 a month and it went down to $1900. Now five years has gone by and wow! Boom! It’s a great feeling. I'm just happy to go through a day and have money in my pocket.

Cambridge was absolutely wonderful. It's the second time I did it, and both times I had my debt resolved. They are very supportive and efficient aqnd are available every time I did have to call. Whenever we calculate the final cards, however, it said that I was negative. We did overpay a little bit for both, so I wasn't sure on that. But other than that, Cambridge is good and I would recommend them.

It took me several years but I'm debt free now. Everybody there was always nice and positive. Now I have a whole new way of looking at spending money. Our overall experience was excellent. They did a great job of getting in touch with our creditors and our interest rates reduced. We never missed a payment, so we never had much contact with them. When we finished, they congratulated us. They have told us that if we needed them again to please reach out to them. But other than that, it was a completely positive experience. It was easy and quick.

Signing on to Cambridge and getting started in the process and seeing it through was very helpful at the time we were fairly concerned about our debt. It wasn't a huge amount, but I had recently lost my job then. Cambridge helped us get back to a place where we felt more comfortable being. They helped us take control of our finances. They were good and informative and were able to lower our interest rates.

Working with Cambridge was good. They were very informative and taught me to watch what I spend. I got carried away with getting and using credit cards that I got too far in over my head. I had a lot of bills that I need to figure out how to get paid and they worked very well with me in getting them all put together at a decent amount each month that I could pay without a problem. Once I set everything up, I had very little communication with them because everything was going good. I really didn't need to call them about anything. They were very helpful in what I wanted to find out because I was trying to buy a house. I've been offered credit cards since I've had everything paid off but I won't do it again. They generally helped me improve my credit rating. It was brought up to over 700 from the low 600 score that I had before.

I pay cash but if it's an emergency, yes I use a credit card.

It was an excellent experience with Cambridge as everybody was friendly and I can get a hold of somebody. Everything worked as designed - no hidden agendas, fees, costs, or anything like that. It was just pretty straight up.

I was calling around and I was having financial difficulties and somebody recommended Cambridge. Most of my creditors were very nice about the whole situation and would either lower the interest rate or take away fines to work with me. It came to a point that I couldn't pay all of them. The only one that would have worked with me at all was Discover and at the time it got to the point that I could be paying five and six bills and even to pay the minimum it would go up on Discover instead of go down. And it had got to the point that if every time I pay them instead of seeing anything happen, the bill goes up, I'll just pay all these other ones off and they refused to budge. And that's when Cambridge got involved and handled that one. I wanted to clean up my credit and get that one taken care of.

We just had come under a mountain of debt when my husband was disabled and his payments were stopped and so he took out quite a bit of money on his one charge card. Now he's getting his payments again so we thought maybe it was better debt is taken care of now and get the debt reduced. Most of our interactions were over the phone and they were positive. Cambridge is an excellent company to go through. I have a close friend of mine and we explored around at the same time but they opted not to go through Cambridge. They actually ended up filing bankruptcy. We went through Cambridge - it was hard but it was probably the best thing that we ever did. They really helped us figure out how to get yourself back on track. I hope to never to be in that situation again but if I ever am, Cambridge would be the first ones I would call.

I kind of thought they would get some of the balances down further but I guess there are legal considerations. We also didn't hear from them too much. The gal that sold me the deal called me a few times first and then we just didn't hear anything from her anymore. Cambridge also made $20 off of it every month. Nevertheless, they get the job done.

The gentleman that signed me up at Cambridge four-and-a-half years ago was very helpful and very courteous and knew what he was talking about. He just got on with asking me the pertinent questions and sent us the paperwork. I understood exactly how much I was supposed to pay each month and what my obligations were. When I needed assistance regarding I couldn't pay the amount on that expressed date, they were able to work with me and collect the amount on the following couple of days and that was most helpful.
