I had Cambridge Credit Counseling a few years back and it was because I wanted to consolidate bills to get them paid off. Working with the Cambridge team has been good and they were able to lower my interest rate.

I had a lot of debts and they just seemed to be getting on top of us and we couldn’t keep up with them. In fact, they were putting in an interest of 30% on all of them. I decided to connect with Cambridge Credit Counseling, and they were able to put the interest rates down to between 6 and 11%. Working with them took all my money for 5 years, but it has made my lifestyle a lot better. We got our debts paid off and we feel wonderful about that. The people at Cambridge were always very pleasant to talk to, informative and helpful. They contacted us on several occasions just to make sure everything was going all right. I appreciate that someone was really interested in you. That was good personal contact. Cambridge Credit Counseling changed my life.

I worked with Cambridge to get a lower interest rate so I could pay my credit card faster and they did lower my interest rates. I had money; it's just the interest rate was so high it was ridiculous, so it has helped me to pay it off faster. They were extremely helpful.

Based on the information I found online about Cambridge Credit Counseling and speaking with the counselors there, I thought that they were the best opportunity to help us get out of our credit card debts. Over the years that we did work with them, I spoke with them a few times a year and they were always very helpful. We've been able to get out of credit card debts and we're doing well now. They did a great job for us. Excellent!

It wasn't very often that I had to call them - when I was set up, like the whole time I just made my payments. I didn't have to do too much but make my payments, and those were automatic. It helped me pass those accounts and I could still have money to live on and it was doable. Once in a while I did call in to change my payments by a day or two. I'm really happy that I made the decision to connect with Cambridge Credit Counseling. They were wonderful. They had helped me to be more comfortable because I know once I send my money, my bills were being paid, so it really helped me a lot. I used to be too stressed out and worried. I had too much bills and they were getting out of control. Cambridge has helped in lowering the interest rate and it was a wonderful experience. I recommend them to anybody.

Everything was wonderful with Cambridge and quick. I'm glad we were able to utilize their services to help us get through a trying period and the certificate is in the mail. We did reach out to them once for a letter of reference on our credit and they were able to do that quickly for us.

My experience with Cambridge was good. From the start, everybody was nice and everything went well. I kept it simple on my end; I could have gotten more in-depth with them, but I didn't and it was my choice.

We've used Cambridge before when we lived up in New York. This time we did it to consolidate our debt and to pay it off. The initial guy kept emailing us and took care of the paperwork and everything, until I was able to really have no interaction with anyone. We have no more credit cards to pay off now. Four years ago I contacted Cambridge for credit counseling. I heard about them from a friend who was going through the process at the same time. When we were first getting it set up, the gentleman that helped me was Sam. He was wonderful. He used a lot of empathy when he talked to me. He was very understanding and he did everything to get me on the right track. It was a great experience. It was something that I’m glad I got involved with. I finished the program and all my debts are paid and I’m set free. I learned a valuable lesson not to go down that route again.

I had lost my job after twenty-one years and my salary dipped to one-third of my salary. I didn't have the income to be able to make the payments on the credit cards that I was keeping and Cambridge was able to lower my interest rates and they were very professional. The guy I spoke to took all of my information and tried to give me the lowest payment plan possible, which was actually higher than what I could afford. I was able to gradually earn enough money so I was able to keep up with the payments consistently.

I'd definitely recommend them to someone else. My experience with them was very good. I just hope that this time with our head above water, we learned a lesson.

I had a very good experience with Cambridge. I wanted to get my finances in order and they had a good reputation so I went ahead and contacted them. They were very thorough and very informative. They spent a lot of time on the phone with me several times. I talked mainly with the manager on several occasions and some other people, but everyone was very nice. They were very professional. Everything went well. I got my finances in order. Payments were made every month and everything was cleared up.

I sat down and talked to a family life pastor in our church about my burden on getting out of debt. He recommended that I try Cambridge Credit. I was looking for someone, a company that was reputable, that had good references, so once I heard about Cambridge Credit, I gave them a call. Eventually I was able to get rid of over $30,000 worth of debt, and now I am credit card debt-free.

A friend told me about Cambridge Credit Counseling. Since I wanted to consolidate my bills, I contacted them. It took me about 4 years to pay off my debts, I had to tear up all my credit cards, but I got them paid off. They were able to lower my interest rate and they were real good to me. When my husband passed away, I called them, and they took his name off of it. Aside from that there are several things I was really impressed with them about. (1) They never bothered me unless they need to, and they check on me once in a while. (2) They give my reports to me on time and I very seldom had to call them. If I call them they would always call me back and give me what I needed to know. (3) I had skipped one time and they were very understanding and I sent the money to them.

I tried to contact the credit card people and got absolutely nowhere. Me and wife we were not in a bad situation, we were making plenty of money. It's just that we weren't able to pay down our debts and had to do something. So when I heard about Cambridge Credit Counseling on the radio, I got on the website, checked it out, and the rest is history.

Things worked out just exactly like I expected it to with Cambridge Credit Counseling. We made our agreement and I stuck to my end. They stood up to theirs and everybody's happy. They were matter-of-fact friendly and knowledgeable too. They knew what they were doing.

A national well-known financial person highly recommended Cambridge and he said, "If you need help, these are the people to call." Based on my experience with the company, I would also highly recommend it to anyone that is in a situation we were. It has been really wonderful. When I had questions or needed assistance, whether it was through the phone or via email, I always got a reply and assistance.

I signed up with Cambridge Credit Counseling because I was paying a lot of credit card debt. I don't have any credit cards now. I got rid of them that day anyway, but they're all paid and done. So it's good. After my initial talk with them, I really didn’t have much contact, just the email when they sent me my receipt monthly. So that was pretty quick and painless. And they were able to lower my interest rates. It was a great experience.

My friend, who previously worked with them to pay off debts, told me about Cambridge. It was great. I got all my debts paid off. It all worked out.

Overall, experience with Cambridge Credit Counseling was excellent. I met my goal and it was very easy. I didn't use all of the tools they made available, but I did look at them. Over the four years it took me to pay down my debt, they were very supportive. So it was a wonderful program for me. I received communication on a regular basis to check in to see how things were going. The monthly statements helped me to keep track of my decreasing balances. Whenever I called and had a question, it was answered.

I've never been sorry that I contacted Cambridge Credit Counseling. It seemed like a long haul but I know it would have been ten times longer if I didn't have it. The main thing was I didn't get any more collection calls and have people call me for back pay - I didn't have to deal with that. It was nice to know that the bill was taken care of every month and there was some light at the end of the tunnel.

I recalled it as being a good company to go to because one of my co-workers had used Cambridge. So I decided, “Well, let me give it a shot.”

I was having some financial difficulties and researched online. I saw the Cambridge Credit Counseling ratings and that's when I called them. I've had a lot of debt left over from the divorce that I couldn't financially afford to pay so I got involved with Cambridge to help me get this stuff paid off. They were extremely helpful. It made me realize in the process of setting it up of a bill that I had forgotten about because they had gone ahead and pulled my credit history. They were extremely helpful in putting all of my ducks in a row - what I owed. I told them what I could afford to pay and they put it all together based on that information. I've been unemployed and they have been wonderful to work with when I called and they've worked with me when I run into situations and I was going to have difficulty making a payment or two. They were fabulous. I would highly recommend them to anybody that I know that's having financial difficulty and needs to get out from under credit card debt.

I wanted to lower my monthly payments so I sought assistance from Cambridge Credit Counseling. My cousin told me about Cambridge as she had been using it. They were able to lower my interest rate and now I don't have credit card debt anymore. I've already recommended them a couple of times.

I used Cambridge Credit Counseling a few years back. I found out about them when I went online looking for credit consolidation services and said, “I’ll give it a try.” I wanted to get rid of the debt that I knew I was never going to pay off. It was just overwhelming, different things throughout the years of getting jobs and starting over. I didn’t have to interact too much with the counseling team. Once in a while, they’d call me and ask me to fax in a statement or document, but they were always pleasant, professional. If I ever had a question or needed to call or had any issue, they would always resolve it. I never had a problem with them.

This was going back four and a half to five years now. Our credit card company had doubled or two and a half times the monthly payment that we were supposed to make and that put us in a panic. And that's why we signed up with Cambridge. I spoke with a lady rep two or three times on the phone and I had emails with also. They were able to lower the interest rate and we paid off all the credit cards. There were a couple of times when I got notices via email, like something about the crystal X report and I tried to respond. I sent some email reply and I didn't hear back from anybody. And it wasn't an urgent matter. So aside from that, I would say it was a very good program and helped us live within a budget.

I've used Cambridge Credit Counseling twice and I first saw it in an ad on one of the Christian magazines. I contacted them because I was trying to pay for my credit cards. I got in trouble with the cards and then got back in trouble with them. So I just wanted to combine them and get them paid off quicker. With Cambridge, I didn't get to talk to very many people but I receive my emails and stuff and everybody has always been real considerate and understanding. It's very helpful and I was proud of the success, the time that I got them paid off by Cambridge's help. It's all great. They were just wonderful with helping reduce interest rates and stuff like that. I had a very good experience.

My Cambridge credit counselor was very helpful. I got all the information and everything. I would recommend them. They were able to lower my interest rate. It was much better to make the payment.

People at Cambridge were all great. I really have nothing negative to say about any of them. They were non-pressure. They were upfront and honest about what they thought they would and would not be able to do. Everything was very well-documented. There was not one surprise that happened during the whole entire process, and they didn't call me five hundred times asking me how I was doing, because obviously it was working so they weren't annoying, which is helpful. It really was great.

One of my credit cards decided to triple my interest and I contacted Cambridge Credit Counseling for help. That's the only reason I couldn't keep up with it. And there was no reason for them to do that. My payments were always on time and always more than what the minimum was, and they just decided to take it from 6% to 24%. I could no longer afford the payments and I didn't want to get behind and get in trouble because all my other things were kept up. Cambridge took it back down to 6%, which is where it was to start with and I was able to pay it off. Everybody was fantastic. They asked me questions, gave me answers and asked me what I could afford. It was nice that they were there, because otherwise I would have been in trouble.

When I first spoke with Cambridge, what they said sounded so good so I went with them. Everytime I talk to them, everything was positive. They were able to lower my interest rate and I got more money. We had a really fun experience with them and it's all paid off now and we're glad.

Cambridge did a great job in helping me pay off my debt. I have a friend that was working with Tina at Cambridge and she gave me Tina’s phone number. My son was with Cambridge as well and I gave him Cambridge’s name. They were all awesome. Time to time, they wanted to see copies of what credit cards I was paying off through them. So I would just submit the information to them. But every time I ever spoke to anyone at Cambridge, they were extremely helpful and very nice.

Cambridge Credit Counseling helped me out and they did a good job. They were not intrusive at all. The billing went through fine. Everything was great and pretty smooth.

One of my girlfriends told me about Cambridge. I did previously get a consolidation loan and I didn't really want to do that again. It’s a monthly prearranged debit out of my account so I don’t have to talk to people very often about it. And it’s nice that they got the interest rates lowered on all the cards. The employee that I first talked to was extremely helpful. I felt like I was at the end of my rope. I was a little teary eyed at some point and she was extremely caring and helpful and understanding. And then every other interaction that I've had with other people has all been good. Everybody was nice, polite and helpful. I just gave a friend of mine Cambridge's number two weeks ago.

I heard on a radio station an interview with a financial planner who highly recommended Cambridge Credit Counseling so I decided to connect with them. The experience was great. They helped me eliminate credit in four years and it was a reasonable way to pay it off every month. They consolidated into one payment and reduced the interest rate. That helped a lot.

I used Cambridge Credit Counseling because I wanted to manage my debt and try to get it paid off. They're very friendly and I always received updates. I was very pleased with them. It just totally paid off the credit cards. I'm officially paid off and it's great. It has helped with our budgeting. It was very helpful and it helped me get back on track financially.

This is my second time seeking assistance from Cambridge Credit Counseling. I used them once before when I was younger. I decided to connect with them again because I just wanted to get things paid off quicker and with no interest on a lot of it or a really low interest made it easier. My interaction with the team was all worthwhile. I have no complaint. Everybody was really nice when I would call in. They were able to lower my interest rate, about half of them had no interest rate on them and the other half was lower, 6% or lower. They let me choose which I wanted to pay off first and which one I wanted to pay off next. I'm just glad it's done and I don't need it again.

My husband had lost his job and he had been out of work for so long. It was just where we couldn't make it on his unemployment. At the time every time I kept turning on the radio it was talking about Cambridge Credit and everybody's testimonies. So I called just to get some advice and that's when she started talking to me about the program and everything... Marybeth, who I dealt with initially at the beginning, was just very, very good. She just let me know upfront what to expect, what to do. She told me some things to be doing as far as balancing our budget and all that.

My experience with Cambridge Credit Counseling is A1 - the whole ordeal from the beginning, their very good specific people that worked and their communication is excellent and basically resolved my issues in five years. It's just fantastic. I had heard about them on 1100 WGAM where they said if you've got financial issues, to contact them. I was in a really bad shape. They went through and renegotiated a lot of my credit cards that had hyped up interest rates. Everything was done very good and very professional.

I wanted to get rid of debt and figured the easiest way was like on a strict payment plan. One of my daughters had used Cambridge Credit and she recommended them. They were very helpful. The service was so good and it worked out so well. I've now turned over another credit card to them and they're working on getting it set up on a payment plan. The guy that I spoke with was very helpful. He told me the benefits of working with them so I thought it was a good idea. The team at Cambridge were generally very nice and accommodating. They were thorough. It made it easier to get my bills paid off.

I learned about Cambridge through my ex-wife who also dealt them with them in previous years. I was very pleased with Emma (the person who helped me) and every time I called in to Cambridge everybody that I spoke with was very kind and generous. They were able to lower my interest rates. My lifestyle has been better although I still have my part-time job. I would highly recommend them to anybody with a financial problem.

I had to consolidate on my credit card. I went somewhere else and found that I didn't like them. I was looking up through the internet and found Cambridge is in Avalon, and I'm from Avalon. I like that it's close and I'll be able to go down there and chitchat if needed. Everyone is always very nice and explained everything in depth. If I didn't understand something, I could call back a hundred times and they always were good with me. They got me out of debt too, so that's always good. Now I manage my money better and don't spend on impulse anymore. I'm happy to be out of debt. Cambridge is very helpful and I have recommended them.

Our interest was so high on everything and we were making our payments. We weren't late on anybody but we weren't getting anywhere. We were just spinning our wheel. The balances weren't being reduced. We weren't charging any further. We hadn't for a long time but we were just staying above the water but just barely. So I did my research on the computer trying to figure out who I thought could help me and I found Cambridge Credit Counseling. I tried to follow up on that the best I could because even you read reviews, you don't even know if that's the real thing or not either.

Cambridge, I think it was Henry. It was very brief. It was just the usual setup of what my budget was and what I could do and what position I was in for work and how much I had. They were able to lower the interest and then eventually paid off the debt. It was all a good experience. They have great customer service, attentive to my needs and the company rocks. I recommended them to other people and I am also suggesting it to other people who had issues.

I had a family member who used the Cambridge Credit Counseling program. They had a good experience and it helped them pay down debt so I went with them. My experience was all very positive, very professional and right to the point, a really good job. They lowered my interest rates and now it's got me in a much better place than I was.

I have nothing negative to say about Cambridge Credit Counseling. My sister-in-law was dealing with Cambridge and she told me about them and how it helps her out. She had a lot of problems with her credit. She said it was a great company and they worked with her well. She gave me the information and I called. The first time I got in touch, I had trouble getting back with them at some point. But everyone was nice and really, really friendly. I received calls when they told me they would call me back. Everyone was just friendly and it was awesome. It was a good experience.

I got some sort of advertisement or a card in the mail from Cambridge Credit Counseling and I saw that they reduced the interest rates. I had three or four credit cards that were managed out, I had the intention to pay them down, and so for whatever reason, I called. I didn't know about their programs, so I listened to the lady and I listened to what the service involved, and I decided to give it a try. Before contacting Cambridge, I think I might have reached out to the credit card companies and asked them to reduce the rates and to work with me, but I didn't get their cooperation.

I'd definitely recommend Cambridge Credit Counseling if I knew of anybody that was in a position I was in. It was just very easy and effective. I first contacted them five years ago. I was wondering if they could lower my interest rates. The interest rates was the reason why I couldn't make all the payments. They were able to lower my interest rates, and some of them were even zero interest rate. I love that I don’t have to pay $881 a month now. I feel like I’m being more responsible and now I’m putting some money towards retirement.

They were able to considerably lower my interest rates. So it's been real good now that it's all paid off. That's extra $200 a month.

Cambridge always saved my neck. I had heard of them through a visually impaired friend. She got a credit card and never had an opportunity to do anything and so she enjoyed herself and then she had to pay. I found Cambridge Credit Counseling browsing through the phone book. We just knew we wanted everything put together - to get everything on one big payment and get rid of it because I wasn't getting anywhere and I wanted to get rid of it faster. Everybody was really nice to deal with and they set everything up for me. They made it a lot easier. It was tight the couple of months that we were on it because it was a high payment. But it was worth it, because even though it was a high payment, I’d be making that anyhow, but it got me somewhere because of the lowering of the interest rates. It’s gone and it will stay gone.

I first saw Cambridge Credit Counseling on TV on Oprah. I called them to see if I could enroll in their program. I actually sought assistance from other institutions but a couple of creditors won’t compromise or agree with the program that I wanted for some reason. For these two, only Cambridge can handle it, so I just did it with them. I talked to the team at Cambridge Credit for a while. It’s been a long time since then, but I did finish the program.

We made the arrangements with Cambridge Credit Counseling, paid them and they paid the creditors. They made good arrangements with the creditors, and we got it paid off. The experience was great.

I heard Cambridge Credit from my brother who used their service so we decided to connect with them and it was good. They were pretty informative and everything they told us was pretty much on the mark. We were actually even surprised to see that our debt was paid off sooner than we had expected. They were able to lower my rates and we're working towards getting a savings account both up. We’re very careful about opening credit cards. I've recommended Cambridge and if I ever needed them again, I would definitely go back to them.

The part that was enticing for me was that they were able to negotiate a lower interest rate for the accounts that I had, and also the fact that you can walk away from the program on a 30-day notice. Cambridge Credit Counseling is the best experience I've ever had in my life as far as credit issues, credit problems and credit management. I've made some other calls to some other places and I've had to do the follow-up myself to get answers. If I ever called and left a message, I send them an e-mail and I've always gotten a response. They were helpful, were able to lower the interest rate of my credit card and now I am debt free. I don't have the credit cards anymore. I finished paying for them in February or March, so I'm good.

I've learned about Cambridge in Good Morning America. I've never used anything like Cambridge in my life. I figured if it got on the Good Morning America, it’s okay. I needed to pay off bills. I called the bank to try to get our interest rate lowered, and the bank wasn't willing to do that. That's when I called Cambridge. I would get emails once every 3 or 6 months from Cambridge. They offered to call or they would call us for a check-up to make sure we were doing well. It has definitely helped relieve the burden of stress and the burden of so many bad choices with our finances. It is life changing and wonderful and they have great customer service.

I'd heard about Cambridge Credit Counseling online and what interested me most about them was how they help people get out of credit card debt. And since I had excessive credit card debt and I wanted to lower it, I decided to connect with them. At the beginning, it was quite expensive, with lots of phone calls and whatnot. Afterwards they would send you a monthly statement about what was paid. Then they would contact you probably 3 or 4 times a year to see how you're doing, and you do that over the phone. They'd also give you online surveys as well concerning any situations you may have. They were quite helpful and provided lots of paperwork, educational information type of thing -- they had other resources through them, like their website they have for budgeting.

I just have one issue. It could be their software or whatever. When they set me up, it was based on a 12-month budget. When you get paid every other week a 12-month budget doesn't work. Because you're really on a 26-week pay period. That's the only downfall. Because it seemed like I was always trying to cram to make sure I had money on.
