They are the best, the people, the card have been here for me throughout.

I keep login my account. It doesn't know my username or my password. Somebody spent some money at Walmart that I didn't spend. Whenever I need help y'all don't help me.

Got approved. Never received my card. Spoke to two different representatives months apart. Still no card. On the phone with a third as I type and he’s stating the same thing. He’ll expedite the card at no cost to me but….So the experience thus far has been horrible and feels scammy.

Good customer service, there is a bit of a language barrier, but they are very nice and patient with you as long as you do the same to them! As for the company I just started and I have no complaints thus far.

Everything time I try to use my card it declines and then a security block gets put on, I've only been able to use my card 1 time today.

I got approved for another card that I never received. Upon calling, management would tell me it was mailed. After waiting 30 days and, I never received it. I called again and was finally told the truth that it has not shipped. The company lie, they charge extra fees when it's not a standard payment even though it's online. The language barrier is very frustrating. They are rude and dismissive. They hang up on you. The customer service is horrible. The company is horrible. I finally canceled the card. Once I finish paying my current card off, I'm closing the account. I've never had these issues with none of my other credit cards, just this one.

I use 125.00 out of 300 and now can't use it. If I would've know that I wouldn't have gotten it.

I am thankful to Credit One Bank for giving me opportunity to build my credit scores up and the fact that they trust me enough to take a chance allowing me to have their card and they also have low monthly payments. I learn how to budget my finance through them.

I am concerned with consolidation of my other accounts as this was done 4 to 5 days ago and even though it show paid on their side, it's not on the merchant's side which was the criteria. When I pay it's cleared the same day. Due date's coming up so that has me a bit worried...

I made the mistake of signing up for this card, and the fees are almost as high as the credit line. This is a joke and I’m gonna try to cancel immediately.

This is the best bank card to date if you have no credit or poor credit and you are serious about improving your credit. Everything was completely explained and true to their words. Customer service was very helpful also! It's nice to know that there's a bank and card that really does give you another chance. My Credit One Bank Credit Card is so Amazing. It feels good to be able to charge the things i truly need. Whether it's groceries, clothes, Shoes Or things for my garden. I also enjoy getting cashback from some of the places and things I Purchased.

Called to check on the annual fee on my credit and was able to get it reduced and my credit limit increased.

I was trying to reach customer service representative to speak in regards to my card. To my surprise, there is no option to choose to speak to agent. I think this should be added. I found it very difficult to reach them.

My card was expiring at the end of May and I was expecting my new card to show up any time from the end of April. The card expired and my new card never showed up. I called customer service and it was sent to my old address. I changed it over two years ago. Tried to figure out why my address wasn't updated when I moved and updated it with them. I had to use my new zip code to use my card online. They were sending me a new card 1-2 business days. 8 days later no card. I called customer service again and he said cards always take 7-10 business days.

I am not satisfied with this card at all. I have nothing but declined transactions since I have opened this account. I am so overwhelmed and frustrated with this company. I have went and spoke with corporate office and still this issue has yet to be resolved. The agents tell me to try other merchants and still that gets declined then they tell me well it’s a security risk due to all the declined transactions. I am at a no win situation with this company and I pay my bills in full on time and still as their client I am the one suffering and being embarrassed in public because they give me false information and bullshit. If I close this account my credit score will be majorly affected. Don’t get any service with them.

The first card they sent went to a very old address and I never received the second card and I asked that they send it FedEx and finally received it.

The whole process was easy and my card arrived soon. Purchases were easy and with no problem. I'm rebuilding my credit so it's perfect for starters.

I was told in the letter the the credit limit will be $2500 but it's only $600. Misleading advertisement.

I was enjoying this card, paying on time and everything. Until life happened and I missed a payment. Now I am getting frequent, nonstop scam calls from them. I know it's them because I answered 4 of the calls and explained my situation. They keep harassing me!!! I DO NOT have this issue with my other cards. I missed payments on all of them for the month, all they did was text and email me once!

I am very thankful that I was able to get a credit card, especially with bad credit.

My purse was stolen recently and I reported some activity that wasn’t mines, but Credit One still charged it to my account even though I can’t be in 2 Cities at 1 time. Just HORRIBLE!

I was not told about the 75.00 a year charge or I would not have gotten the card, for a $300 limit. Then when I got the card they said I would be charged 8 bucks a month for the card. Then a 75.00 charge was put on the card. I got the card because it was under 30%, but the fee which continues each year more than makes up for the lower (laugh out loud) percentage rate. I may still cancel it, I haven t used it.

These people are thieves, easy to understand, because nobody likes them or uses them, they found a different way to get their money, charging "LATE FEES" of $29 even when you make the payment on time on the due date. I made the payment on time, I expedited the payment to make it go through on the same day, and of course, they charged me for that too, $4.95, not being happy with the fact that they still charged me $29 as a late fee. When I called their rep, they said that I paid one hour late. What scammers!!!! Don't use these people, totally dishonest!!! I am gonna get rid of them!

Credit One Bank protects criminals!!! I have two ACH transactions from the bank to my credit union to withdraw money from my account to pay someone else’s account. I’ve attempted to find who submitted the fund transfers but Credit One Bank refuses to identify the perpetrators. That makes them an accessory.

Got credit one visa card. Used it for three days, then for unknown reason a block was put on my card. Numerous phone calls to no avail, they could not unlock my card. Worthless card, with ignorant customer service. Not paying the 95 charge to use their card for 3 lousy days.

I’m not quite sure what to think. I just got this card last week and haven’t used it yet and it shows I owe $75.00. That’s a first for me.

Credit One Bank is the best choice I ever made. When other credit cards said no, Credit one bank said yes even I didn’t have a good credit…Bbut they help raise your credit which is a good thing….

I like Credit One Bank. They just gave you such a low amount to get started and I’m confused about how much my monthly note will be but other than that they are good.

Pay my bill in full every month. 7 days ago I paid it. Used my bank account and paid the express fee to have access to my credit. I was told 7 to 10 business days after I uploaded a bank statement. Yesterday, they said they needed a payment verification so yet again I uploaded this other form. Was told another 7-10 business days before MY MONEY would be released. So God only knows when I'll get my money now. The payment cleared my bank on Monday.

Credit One has been very good to me. Offering generous credit line increases through the years. Very satisfied with Credit One.

I did a credit card consolidation. One card was finished. The 2nd (and last card) They internal changed my email (picture below) without my knowledge. They took a large sum of money out of my bank without approval. My bank reported it to FDIC. They trying to ruin my credit score. I have an appointment with an attorney.

I made a payment a day after it was due and was charged 29.00 on a 200 limit and when I made the payment it never showed a late fee. When I called I was told it was on the statement and it definitely wasn't. I would have seen it when I made the payment and they didn't offer any solution or explained why it didn't show on the day I made the payment. This is an awful company. It's always an issue with them since I got the card!

The application process was smooth and fair, and once approved, the card came quickly and activation and online account setup was easy. So far I am highly satisfied with the card and the service team.

They call and call. Rude customer staff hung up on me! Rude, harassment, pushy, call back to back after I’ve made arrangements with them.

While I appreciate the opportunity to have the card, the limit is super low. In addition to that, they took $50 for that low credit limit before I even got the card for their annual fees. Maybe consider other options before going with this card.

It's my first credit card and everything so far has been easy to set up and no hassle.

I want to report my recent experience with this credit card company. I have had an autopay set up for $100 for several months that I recently elected to cancel. The current's month autopay was paid on time so there was no outstanding monies due. To my complete horror I found that CreditOne Bank opted to take a payment from bank of the balance remaining of nearly $1900. My checking account had registered as overdrawn, and my mortgage check had been returned. I had a negative balance in my account. I contacted the company to inquire about their error. The agent assured me that the monies would be refunded in 24-72 hours which still posed a hardship but doable. Now the 72 hours have passed, and no refund has been received.

I love my Credit One Bank card. I appreciate that you gave me a chance to rebuild my credit and increase my credit line...

It's great that the offered me a useful credit like at 5k but it sucks it comes with a 30% interest rate. Meaning if I ever had to use it there is a good chance I'd never be able to pay it back just because of the interest. Do better and stop trying to rob people.

I think it's good if you're being pretty pre-approved for a long some credit limit but don't expect offers if you're not willing to do the other stuff they have you do each month to get finished with the account.

Worst company to get a credit card from. The website doesn't work half the time so you can't pay your credit card bill online. If you talk to a representative on the phone and ask them to call you after you get out of work for any reason, they'll put in a do not contact in to the system so you won't get calls or letters if a payment is late or you leave a message. I called them about losing my credit card and to close it so I wouldn't have anymore interest accruing as well as getting a new card so I could have a valid account to post my payments to. I never received a new card and I waited months for it. The representatives wouldn't take any payments until I could give we my credit card number but I couldn't because I didn't know it nor would they take my social security number for payments.

The card that was sent to me was invalid. There were too many numbers in it. I figured you were a scam and threw the card up. That’s a pretty big OOPS. I don’t want an incompetent bank.

Paid my full balance and was charged $4.95 for an “express payment,” but it was not processed immediately. The money was taken from my account the same day, yet the payment was not credited until about 24–25 hours later. Customer service was frustrating and inconsistent. I was told that because I paid using my checking account (not a debit card), the payment would not be credited until May 5. This makes no sense, as I have previously made standard payments from my checking account and they were credited the next day without paying any extra fee. Every time I pay the $4.95 “express” fee, I seem to have this same problem. I was also unable to speak with a U.S.-based supervisor, and the representatives could not clearly explain the situation. Charging for an express service that does not work as promised is unacceptable. I am considering filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

First credit card I’ve had. 12 years go to. Use it at the gas pump. Won’t let me use it so I call and after two weeks they need further verification of my identity. It would be 2 weeks before I use the card. I cancels it. I’ll continue to use cash or my debit card.

Absolutely ridiculous the fees they charge just to get their card and even worse you didn't make a purchase yet on the card YET they send you a bill as soon as you activate the card for payment due in TWO WEEKS 🙄. Canceling it or let it go on my credit. Absolutely foolish!

I was so excited when I got approved with this card to get my score up but I'm disappointed because didn't have the card a week and already got hit with the $49. Monthly service charge and my limit is $200 but also had $49 taken out before I used the card ... So my balance was $151. The start of use ... So I'm thankful but not happy with the way they went about it and they already used half the amount before I could actually use it ...

It is terrible—completely unusable. Costco doesn't accept it, payments can't be processed on Amazon, and it didn't go through at IHOP either. Basically, it just doesn't work.

Credit One won't allow me to close my account with them unless I send in id for which I'm not comfortable doing. They use to charge 8.50 every 6 months and I would call them and get a refund but when I made a report with credit karma they changed it to 8.50 a month. I call. I'm on hold and then the phone hangs up. The 2 times I did talk to someone they said they could not discuss it with me because they couldn't verify it was me and they would lock my account and continue to charge me every month. I need help to figure this out. My other card like esl etc etc range from 10,000 to 33,000 and they only provide 2 or 3 thousand and charge monthly and I never use them because their interest rate is way too high for me so I don't need them. Someone help me out here please.

Terrible customer service!!! I needed information from when the account was opened and they refused to give it to me in writing. They would only tell me over the phone and refused to send a letter or email! I immediately closed the account. I’ve never been more frustrated with a company than this! Avoid them before you get frustrated also!

Credit one credit card, BEWARE!! They have very very poor customer service. Missed payments, hardship, they will not work with you. They will tack on late fees and sue you. Do yourself a favor, don't get suckered in on credit one credit card flowery advertising. They're wolves, and prey on you.

I want to thank you for the card. It's going to help me out help build my credit, so low is real low, though. I love her. They had a $100 card, but I meant it is what it is, it's a good start and I want to appreciate you the service.

I’m glad to say Credit One had a huge role in me getting back on my feet at this time.

I would give this card a 1 star, have had some horrendous experiences with this card, there is a high annual yearly fee which I didn’t know before I applied, totally disappointed either this card in every way.

I was being overcharged at a dentist/dental scam. I tried to dispute it on my credit card and of course they were no help at all. Honestly, this was very unfortunate. You can bank with these people for years and what help are they to you?

They great. They tended to my needs and helped me fully.
