I'm very upset with this card, my account got hacked and they did nothing to help me resolve my issue. I literally got 2 cards to build my credit and have been doing amazing with 1 card and never did 1 transaction with the Credit One card, but they say I made cash advance transactions. I'm so sad and mad.

They are liars, cheaters and steal and hurt people’s credit. I had 800 credit score and they were supposed to waive a fee $43.00 and they sent in to creditors saying I owed fee when they said they would waive. Do not use. They will wreck your credit. They take advantage of people. Bunch of sorry nasty rude people.

It is a decent card for bad credit. I have a reasonable credit limit. It came just when I needed it, so I was able to treat my daughter for her birthday! Interest rates and fees are high, but that’s to be expected with bad credit.

Love this card. It arrived in a timely manner and has been awesome.

I really do enjoy having my Credit one card, it came on time. I use it for gas, small lil pick ups from the store.

Made the mistake of adding this card when my credit worthiness was low. I've rebuilt my credit, mainly starting with a Citibank card, and adding along the way. Credit One is a subprime lender that creates fees and charges. They don't take weekend payments, even if that's when your payment is due. They'll "take" the payment, but it will not process on the weekend and that's when the late charge hits. No other CC does that. I'm over 50 now and have a 800+ credit score. I paid more in various charges and fees than I did on purchases with this card. I canceled it and they let Apple TV run a $12.99 charge. A month after I canceled, I find out about an additional $20+ late fee, another $8.25 monthly fee (annual charge), and some other BS charge. I paid the $50+ and only can hope it's canceled and closed. Stay away!

I could have tolerated one or two of these problems, but eventually they just added up. The card doesn't seem to be reliably accepted online. I've had sellers in different areas refuse it, while my cards from other banks work without any problem. That's happened enough times that I don't consider this card dependable anymore. The account information is also slow to update, including after payments. Customer service is another headache. Waiting forever to reach an actual person and then getting a dismissive response is not what I expect from a bank.

This is a great card and was very affordable for me. I was finally able to get new tires for my car and help pay for new things for my new born at the hospital. Very convenient and was a big help because when rent's due it's a really big help knowing I can count on something else to help me make ends meet.

This card is perfect for purchases. It’s one of my favorites.

It's been great! I received my second card, and everything has been amazing. It's helping me build my credit back and truly appreciate the trust and given me the opportunity to continue raising my credit score!

I wouldn't even give 1 star. They are a terrible company to work with. My credit card was stolen and $755.00 was charged to my account maxing it out. Mind you the charges were in North Carolina and I live in Rhode Island. They refused to put the money back on my card after their investigation was done because they said I used my online application during the time the charges were made. I have other cards with them so I was checking the balance on 1. Yes I used the app but I didn't click on the card that was stolen because I wasn't using that card at the time. Was keeping it aside to take my son school shopping. Needless to say I will be closing out all my cards and never using them again.

Honestly, this is dumb. I’ve been in charge for the whole year already (annual fee) but somehow it still hasn’t even been a year. I don’t know how that makes sense, but apparently time works differently here. 0/10, would not recommend.

I can say is, THANK YOU SO MUCH, Credit One Bank, for granting me another chance to get my credit back to where it used to be. I really didn't think I'd qualify for a credit card with you, but I did. Thanks! 👍

No I am not enjoying it. I rebooted my card and activated. Then I tried to use it... It was declined. I called customer service and Alec why it was declined. I was told that I was late on my payment. I was charged a late fee of 20 something $. The due date fire my payment on a card that had never been used or activated until the day before I tried to use. The due date was earlier in the month scheduled before I actually received my card. I called the Customer service said that he would fix this and take three late fee off. I have never gotten a refund and I am apparently still being charged. How can you do this... Change a late fee on a card that hasn't been received or activated????

No good customer service at all. They have a glitch in their system that made credit available to me. I thought it was mine to spend. This is my first credit card ever I don't know how credit cards work. I explained to them that my balance went from 0.00 to 75 and they still refused to take accountability now I'm in the negatives. Terrible customer service do not recommend & be careful of available credit because it really might not be available & you'll end up having to owe more.

Horrible service, I tried to call again today and no one could help me login to my account. Instead they wanted my SS# over the phone to make a payment for me. Please I need to cancel. This is not working for me. I didn’t want another card to begin with. I set up the online account but still have issues signing in with password and face ID, what is this. Smh

So far so good. App is easy to navigate and easy to make payments.

This is actually a horrible card to have… I was never sent the card and waited after three attempts to receive one. Then It never worked…. but I owe $60. Really?

I applied for the card for help on my credit. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I am permanently disabled. I pay my bills on time. I constantly asked when I made my payment that I would not be charged again for a payment. Because I like to pay my bills when I receive my check. But I am charged more. So I am. Being penalized for making my payment. I even paid the payment plus that past due in July only to be the same amount I paid in July. This has upset my multiple sclerosis so bad. It is causing all kinds of problems with my health so I. Closed the account. Their customer service people consistently lie to me enough is enough. Don't get this card!!!!!

I tried several different times for an hour to add my bank account on the app to avoid paying the $4.95 fee for using my debit card. It gave me an error message every single time. I tried to use three different account and this was actually my second day trying. I hope this company isn't making it difficult so they can make you pay the fee.

The annual fees are insane. When I was applying for the card, it said nothing about annual fees. So that was quite the shock. Once I pay off the balance I will be canceling the card.

Think the APR fees are too high as well as the annual fees for this card they charge more than my Capital One card.

Haven’t even used my card and I already have a payment due and $75 dollar out of my available credit line. Worst credit card ever!!

I do not recommend this credit card. It keeps getting declined everywhere I use it. When I call customer service, they say my card is active, but it still gets declined. I can’t make online purchases either, and even at gas stations like Shell or Exxon, it just declines again. They keep telling me to wait, but nothing changes. Honestly, it feels unreliable and frustrating.

This is the best credit card I have had and it helps you build your credit as you use it.

This is my first credit card and I haven't had any difficulties with it at all.

I haven't even gotten my card and somebody is using it. It never came in my mailbox yet.

I wish my credit limit was more than $300. It's hard if there's a emergency with only $300 dollars.

Applying was quick and easy. Approval also was very fast.

Tried to rebuild my credit with Credit One after a bankruptcy and medical debt. I opened it. Used for a couple transactions and got hit with $75 fee on the card without any notifications. Before I even opened the account no disclosure. Just a huge hidden fee. Fast forward 6 months I lost my job. Tried to work with them as looked for a new job. They sold my account to some other company that now want over $700 for a $200 credit limit. Is this even legal??? Customer service is terrible, huge fee not disclosed at startup.

Credit One sent a request to open the Visa and sent the card with a $1500 credit line. I attempted to use the card over the weekend and several transactions were denied and I hard to call Credit One to get charges to go thru. On Sunday I attempted to use to pay for my meal and again it was denied. I call credit one and I was told my acct had a hold on it until I presented some addl docs a copy of my driver's license and copy of utility. I do not understand why to approved the card with $1500 limit and sent the card and when you asked me to provide some info you never asked for my driver's license or copy of utility and you wait until I start using the card to deny charges and have now place a hold on my acct.

Thanks to Credit One giving me a chance, they have allowed me to do more for myself, my children and grandkids. By doing so, it is the greatest opportunity that I can have to show Credit One how much I appreciate their kind gesture and return the favor by paying my bill on time always. Thank You for the chance to change my life.

CreditOne is great to have when things come up needing to be paid. I'm trying to build my credit score back up. I love my CreditOne.

A fee of $95 was charged on my account and I was not aware of this. They said it will come off and has not.

Considering I still have no card or access to said supposed card, I'm not even sure if it's worth activation once getting this supposed card. I have much better interest rates on cards I already have. So this may just rot in a pile & never be opened.

Well my very first purchase was for online items and first couple of tries it kept declining the charge and I get a text messages saying the sale was approved. Will this happen every time?

Slow service. Had to request a new card three times. Refused to remove fee. They were charges weeks later when was not allowed to cancel pre-scheduled payment.

Customer service "live representative" is an AI that cannot speak outside of a script. If you have any questions, just cancel your card because you won't reach a real human.

The card is impossible to close. Continues to charge annual fees even though I have called 25+ times and sent multiple letters!!! I would not recommend this company at all.

The worst experience I ever had with a Credit Card. After 2 months using this card, paying before due date, and more than minimum payment, they decided to block my card for no valid reason whatsoever. Keep asking me for the same documentation over and over again. I've been sending them the same documents I would say, not lying, like 11 times. Not anymore, I disputed in Consumer Credit, blocked them, they're under investigation for fraud, and no harm to my credit score. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARD, THEY'RE SCAMMERS, BE CAREFUL.

Called 631pm HST. Spoke to a Ms. **. I did not get my credit card in my mail. I moved out, we went over and over again for the address new and old. Security purposes or not, it was hitting my nerve to the point where I am going to cancel both my cards. I provided every information to the T which is all valid and True. This Ms. ** lady wanted me to provided it over and over again. Then asked me for my current address to be shipped. Forget about linking my bank account over the phone WITH YOU MS. **. CRAZY EXPERIENCE I HAD EVER GONE THRU IN MY 30 YEARS OF LIVING. NUTS!!!!

Easy to apply for this card. Great rewards. Generous credit limit. This is my second card with this company, and I have never had any issues. They are very good at reviewing and increasing credit limits, also.

They’re life saver. When you’re score is down and your pocket is empty this bank give some money to survive. I will never forget what they did for me.

I needed a replace a credit card from Credit One. I paid for a color other than their default blue. In replacing the card They sent me default blue. According to customer service, clearly not clear English speaker, I have to pay again for the non blue card.

Are they hidden fees and things of that nature I don’t like about the card and when you pay your balance off, they don’t put your credit availability till 15 days later. That’s not good.

I haven't used it yet, but I'm grateful for it. Thanks for the opportunity to build up my credit.

I’ve had a very bad experience with Credit One Bank. An individual whom I didn’t know offered to pay off my balance and which he did. Soon after the payment posted, it then triggered and froze my account. I wasn’t aware of this until I reached out to Customer Service who then advise me they needed some verification documents from the third-party in order to lift the freeze the individual refused to hand over anything until I send him $100 gift card (certainly did not send one dime.)

I'm very happy about the service and how is simple using that credit card.

Terrible, terrible customer service. One person hangs up on me. One person I call to try to rapport, that I had tried to make a transaction. Then they couldn't see it. Then, the next thing you know, I go to try to use it. Can't use it, and then they block it. But they won't do anything about it. And then it's up to me to identify myself, and then they're going to be 72 ten days' worth.

They are the best, the people, the card have been here for me throughout.

I keep login my account. It doesn't know my username or my password. Somebody spent some money at Walmart that I didn't spend. Whenever I need help y'all don't help me.

Got approved. Never received my card. Spoke to two different representatives months apart. Still no card. On the phone with a third as I type and he’s stating the same thing. He’ll expedite the card at no cost to me but….So the experience thus far has been horrible and feels scammy.

Good customer service, there is a bit of a language barrier, but they are very nice and patient with you as long as you do the same to them! As for the company I just started and I have no complaints thus far.

Everything time I try to use my card it declines and then a security block gets put on, I've only been able to use my card 1 time today.

I got approved for another card that I never received. Upon calling, management would tell me it was mailed. After waiting 30 days and, I never received it. I called again and was finally told the truth that it has not shipped. The company lie, they charge extra fees when it's not a standard payment even though it's online. The language barrier is very frustrating. They are rude and dismissive. They hang up on you. The customer service is horrible. The company is horrible. I finally canceled the card. Once I finish paying my current card off, I'm closing the account. I've never had these issues with none of my other credit cards, just this one.

I use 125.00 out of 300 and now can't use it. If I would've know that I wouldn't have gotten it.

I am thankful to Credit One Bank for giving me opportunity to build my credit scores up and the fact that they trust me enough to take a chance allowing me to have their card and they also have low monthly payments. I learn how to budget my finance through them.

So far seems secure and Professional as other Banks. I am concerned with consolidation of my other accounts as this was done 4 to 5 days ago and even though it show paid on their side, it's not on the merchant's side which was the criteria. When I pay it's cleared the same day. Due date's coming up so that has me a bit worried...

Very easy to apply and get approved, with not so great credit and gave me a fair credit line. I also was impressed at the interest rate, lower than most with a lower credit score.

This is the best bank card to date if you have no credit or poor credit and you are serious about improving your credit. Everything was completely explained and true to their words. Customer service was very helpful also! It's nice to know that there's a bank and card that really does give you another chance. My Credit One Bank Credit Card is so Amazing. It feels good to be able to charge the things i truly need. Whether it's groceries, clothes, Shoes Or things for my garden. I also enjoy getting cashback from some of the places and things I Purchased.

Called to check on the annual fee on my credit and was able to get it reduced and my credit limit increased.

I was trying to reach customer service representative to speak in regards to my card. To my surprise, there is no option to choose to speak to agent. I think this should be added. I found it very difficult to reach them.

Overall, my experience with the bank has been good, especially in terms of the ease of using the app and the speed of updating information. Customer service was helpful most of the time, and my issues were resolved without major delays. However, there are a few points I hope can be improved, such as clearer information about fees and interest rates, and reducing the number of repeated credit checks during the month. In general, I appreciate the services provided by the bank and hope to see continued development and improvement.

My card was expiring at the end of May and I was expecting my new card to show up any time from the end of April. The card expired and my new card never showed up. I called customer service and it was sent to my old address. I changed it over two years ago. Tried to figure out why my address wasn't updated when I moved and updated it with them. I had to use my new zip code to use my card online. They were sending me a new card 1-2 business days. 8 days later no card. I called customer service again and he said cards always take 7-10 business days.

I am not satisfied with this card at all. I have nothing but declined transactions since I have opened this account. I am so overwhelmed and frustrated with this company. I have went and spoke with corporate office and still this issue has yet to be resolved. The agents tell me to try other merchants and still that gets declined then they tell me well it’s a security risk due to all the declined transactions. I am at a no win situation with this company and I pay my bills in full on time and still as their client I am the one suffering and being embarrassed in public because they give me false information and bullshit. If I close this account my credit score will be majorly affected. Don’t get any service with them.

The first card they sent went to a very old address and I never received the second card and I asked that they send it FedEx and finally received it.

The whole process was easy and my card arrived soon. Purchases were easy and with no problem. I'm rebuilding my credit so it's perfect for starters.

I was told in the letter the the credit limit will be $2500 but it's only $600. Misleading advertisement.

Didn't take a few minutes to get approved and the site was very professional and easy to use.
