    I did a credit card consolidation. One card was finished. The 2nd (and last card) They internal changed my email (picture below) without my knowledge. They took a large sum of money out of my bank without approval. My bank reported it to FDIC. They trying to ruin my credit score. I have an appointment with an attorney.

    I made a payment a day after it was due and was charged 29.00 on a 200 limit and when I made the payment it never showed a late fee. When I called I was told it was on the statement and it definitely wasn't. I would have seen it when I made the payment and they didn't offer any solution or explained why it didn't show on the day I made the payment. This is an awful company. It's always an issue with them since I got the card!

    The application process was smooth and fair, and once approved, the card came quickly and activation and online account setup was easy. So far I am highly satisfied with the card and the service team.

    They call and call. Rude customer staff hung up on me! Rude, harassment, pushy, call back to back after I’ve made arrangements with them.

    While I appreciate the opportunity to have the card, the limit is super low. In addition to that, they took $50 for that low credit limit before I even got the card for their annual fees. Maybe consider other options before going with this card.

    If I known they were going to take the annual fee from my credit balance right away, I would have never gotten it! Make sure you read the fine print!

    I want to report my recent experience with this credit card company. I have had an autopay set up for $100 for several months that I recently elected to cancel. The current's month autopay was paid on time so there was no outstanding monies due. To my complete horror I found that CreditOne Bank opted to take a payment from bank of the balance remaining of nearly $1900. My checking account had registered as overdrawn, and my mortgage check had been returned. I had a negative balance in my account. I contacted the company to inquire about their error. The agent assured me that the monies would be refunded in 24-72 hours which still posed a hardship but doable. Now the 72 hours have passed, and no refund has been received.

    I called the company again and now this agent has told me that the previous agent has made an error and the processing time for a refund is actually 7-10 business days. I asked to speak with a supervisor who basically was only able to send a follow up to whomever was processing the refund but she stated the payment was still 7-10 days but it may get there sooner. Meanwhile I had already called my mortgage company to plead my case and made a second payment that may or may not bounce again. This is an UNACCEPTABLE practice. My error...my problem, NOT my error then not my problem or responsibility. I am very dissatisfied with this company's performance in this matter.

    It's great that the offered me a useful credit like at 5k but it sucks it comes with a 30% interest rate. Meaning if I ever had to use it there is a good chance I'd never be able to pay it back just because of the interest. Do better and stop trying to rob people.

    I had a credit card with them, they closed it down bc I paid it off to go on vacation to be able use it. And now they won't reinstate the car. This company is a joke. Will not recommend to anyone.

    I think it's good if you're being pretty pre-approved for a long some credit limit but don't expect offers if you're not willing to do the other stuff they have you do each month to get finished with the account.

    Worst company to get a credit card from. The website doesn't work half the time so you can't pay your credit card bill online. If you talk to a representative on the phone and ask them to call you after you get out of work for any reason, they'll put in a do not contact in to the system so you won't get calls or letters if a payment is late or you leave a message. I called them about losing my credit card and to close it so I wouldn't have anymore interest accruing as well as getting a new card so I could have a valid account to post my payments to. I never received a new card and I waited months for it. The representatives wouldn't take any payments until I could give we my credit card number but I couldn't because I didn't know it nor would they take my social security number for payments.

    Since I was sick at that time, A representative finally used insurance to cover costs for the high interest that I was getting charged, (even though, I told them I lost my card, closed the account and never received a new card so I could pay off my balance) to help so I used auto payments each month to get my balance paid off and move forward with my life. It was going well until I had an issue with my bank card and my bank replaced card so I called Credit One to make a full payment but the representative wouldn't take a payment without a card number, they refused to find me using my social security number, and no one would call me back to take the payment because of a do not contact in the system that I didn't agree to have on my account- they wouldn't remove it because they wanted me to put in writing confessing.

    Now Credit One sold my account, instead of, taking my money which was about $300 and the account would've been paid already. Now LVNV Funding has my account, they never called or send a letter to settle this amount because of the do not contact on my record, instead, this company filed at the local magistrate court in my area to force me to pay over $1200 to satisfy a balance that I don't owe.

    The card that was sent to me was invalid. There were too many numbers in it. I figured you were a scam and threw the card up. That’s a pretty big OOPS. I don’t want an incompetent bank.
