I like my credit card. Yes I would share this with friends and family.

Applying was quick and easy. Approval also was very fast.

Tried to rebuild my credit with Credit One after a bankruptcy and medical debt. I opened it. Used for a couple transactions and got hit with $75 fee on the card without any notifications. Before I even opened the account no disclosure. Just a huge hidden fee. Fast forward 6 months I lost my job. Tried to work with them as looked for a new job. They sold my account to some other company that now want over $700 for a $200 credit limit. Is this even legal??? Customer service is terrible, huge fee not disclosed at startup.

Credit One sent a request to open the Visa and sent the card with a $1500 credit line. I attempted to use the card over the weekend and several transactions were denied and I hard to call Credit One to get charges to go thru. On Sunday I attempted to use to pay for my meal and again it was denied. I call credit one and I was told my acct had a hold on it until I presented some addl docs a copy of my driver's license and copy of utility. I do not understand why to approved the card with $1500 limit and sent the card and when you asked me to provide some info you never asked for my driver's license or copy of utility and you wait until I start using the card to deny charges and have now place a hold on my acct.

Thanks to Credit One giving me a chance, they have allowed me to do more for myself, my children and grandkids. By doing so, it is the greatest opportunity that I can have to show Credit One how much I appreciate their kind gesture and return the favor by paying my bill on time always. Thank You for the chance to change my life.

CreditOne is great to have when things come up needing to be paid. I'm trying to build my credit score back up. I love my CreditOne.

My experience so has been great. And it showed my first payment at a reasonable price and time. Thank you Credit One Bank for making my experience with this card amazing so far.

A fee of $95 was charged on my account and I was not aware of this. They said it will come off and has not.

I have had a good experience with Credit One Bank. The account is easy to manage, payments are simple, and I appreciate having a credit card that helps me build my credit. Thank you for the service and support.

Considering I still have no card or access to said supposed card, I'm not even sure if it's worth activation once getting this supposed card. I have much better interest rates on cards I already have. So this may just rot in a pile & never be opened.

Well my very first purchase was for online items and first couple of tries it kept declining the charge and I get a text messages saying the sale was approved. Will this happen every time?

Slow service. Had to request a new card three times. Refused to remove fee. They were charges weeks later when was not allowed to cancel pre-scheduled payment.

Customer service "live representative" is an AI that cannot speak outside of a script. If you have any questions, just cancel your card because you won't reach a real human.

The card is impossible to close. Continues to charge annual fees even though I have called 25+ times and sent multiple letters!!! I would not recommend this company at all.

The worst experience I ever had with a Credit Card. After 2 months using this card, paying before due date, and more than minimum payment, they decided to block my card for no valid reason whatsoever. Keep asking me for the same documentation over and over again. I've been sending them the same documents I would say, not lying, like 11 times. Not anymore, I disputed in Consumer Credit, blocked them, they're under investigation for fraud, and no harm to my credit score. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARD, THEY'RE SCAMMERS, BE CAREFUL.

Called 631pm HST. Spoke to a Ms. **. I did not get my credit card in my mail. I moved out, we went over and over again for the address new and old. Security purposes or not, it was hitting my nerve to the point where I am going to cancel both my cards. I provided every information to the T which is all valid and True. This Ms. ** lady wanted me to provided it over and over again. Then asked me for my current address to be shipped. Forget about linking my bank account over the phone WITH YOU MS. **. CRAZY EXPERIENCE I HAD EVER GONE THRU IN MY 30 YEARS OF LIVING. NUTS!!!!

Easy to apply for this card. Great rewards. Generous credit limit. This is my second card with this company, and I have never had any issues. They are very good at reviewing and increasing credit limits, also.

They’re life saver. When you’re score is down and your pocket is empty this bank give some money to survive. I will never forget what they did for me.

Honestly, it's a great credit card. I'm very happy with it. Looking forward to having it for a long time.

Great card to have. Easy application with quick results!

I needed a replace a credit card from Credit One. I paid for a color other than their default blue. In replacing the card They sent me default blue. According to customer service, clearly not clear English speaker, I have to pay again for the non blue card.

Are they hidden fees and things of that nature I don’t like about the card and when you pay your balance off, they don’t put your credit availability till 15 days later. That’s not good.

I haven't used it yet, but I'm grateful for it. Thanks for the opportunity to build up my credit.

I’ve had a very bad experience with Credit One Bank. An individual whom I didn’t know offered to pay off my balance and which he did. Soon after the payment posted, it then triggered and froze my account. I wasn’t aware of this until I reached out to Customer Service who then advise me they needed some verification documents from the third-party in order to lift the freeze the individual refused to hand over anything until I send him $100 gift card (certainly did not send one dime.)

I'm very happy about the service and how is simple using that credit card.

Terrible, terrible customer service. One person hangs up on me. One person I call to try to rapport, that I had tried to make a transaction. Then they couldn't see it. Then, the next thing you know, I go to try to use it. Can't use it, and then they block it. But they won't do anything about it. And then it's up to me to identify myself, and then they're going to be 72 ten days' worth.
