I was unsure what scan had been done and how to find that info, and the technician walked me through the process. He was very pleasant, which is much appreciated, and most helpful. Now I know that I can go to the Total Defense icon on my computer's home screen and open it to find out what was done and when, along with the results. I am very happy with the help that I received. Very helpful. All my questions were answered. I have been using TD for years. Great product. At first web couldn't find my account, I was concerned. Anytime I have a concern or question, there is always someone available to help. This is what’s best about this company.

Totally disgusted with this company. I received an email alerting me to my renewal. When I said I didn't wish to renew, they acknowledge with an email saying they wouldn't renew my subscription, yet a charge appeared on my next credit card bill. Apparently it was charged days before the email was sent. As I have tried to dispute it, I have received silence from the company and am navigating a labyrinth trying to dispute it.

He was very patient, kind and very nice to work with. I would want to have him again if I needed help. He made sure everything was correct and has made it easier for me to maybe do the process on my own.

Carlos was extremely helpful in helping me resolve an issue with transferring my Total Defense program from my old computer to my new one. He was courteous and patient with me. It’s nice to talk to someone that actually cares about their customers!

I have been using this product for over ten years and recently had to do a system reset on one of my computers. In doing the reset, Total Defense was 'lost'. I was extremely uncomfortable accessing some sites and contacted TD via a phone # I found online. I was impressed to find a telephone number and when I called my call was answered promptly and the technician who helped after listening to my problem was very patient with me. While I am computer friendly I am not all that computer savvy. After asking permission to allow himself to sign onto my computer, he was able to load Total Defense on the computer and clean up older files and other anti virus software that was interfering with the TD software to complete it's installation. I was very pleased with his patience with me and I felt very confident in his working on my computer.

I had just renewed my subscription and for some reason the updated subscription did not go to my mobile devices. I called tech support number and spoke with Carlos **. I explained what the issue was and Carlos found the problem. He explained in detail what had happened. He told me when the update comes through if the WIFI signal is not strong enough it puts the mobile devices into a trial mode. He resent the update from his end and problem was fixed. I just had to log out of the app and then back in. I can't say enough for the quality of customer service at Total Defense, I have been a customer for 5 years and I definitely recommend Total Defense.

Very professional. Knew exactly what to do. Took all of 3 minutes. Was very kind. I was impressed with the quick answer to my call and that the person I was speaking with was able to update and complete this activation of my renewal so quickly!

I am TERRIBLE at computers and phones and technology. I get so nervous my hands shake, and I can barely keep from crying when I need help. Today was the best experience ever. Carlos was kind and patient. He put up with my lack of knowledge, went slowly, and easily got to my level so all my questions were solved. How lucky was I to connect with such an incredible person. Originally purchased through STAPLES and could not find a record because of that. Carlos explained this issue which made me comfortable to renew my subscription. He was knowledgeable, courteous and appreciated me as a customer. He is an asset to your company.

After the death of my husband, who took care of our internet security, I needed to update information on the account, see when it would renew, and generally confirm my equipment remained protected. I was able to talk with a customer service agent quickly, Jean, who handled my questions easily, directed me on how to update all necessary information, and stayed on the line to confirm all was accomplished prior to ending the call. Could not be happier with my services today, and through the last ten years we have used Total Defense.
