Apparently my Total Defense was deactivated but since I had not done this I did not realize. My email query was addressed quickly and the fix worked (I still do not understand why the problem occurred but am suspicious it was a Microsoft issue).

I am in Australia in almost opposite time zones to your office.. I submitted an email request for assistance to which Daniel responded immediately with the solution. I attempted his solution but it did not work and I sent a response back immediately. Daniel again responded immediately and the solution worked. Daniel and I were operating in a common two hour work time and his immediate responses were much appreciated and the solution was not stretched out over many days. Laurie also expressed how the Total Defense will protect the computer at all times and will let you know that is not a good site to go on and will pop up and give you a warning not to go that WebSite. Couldn’t get TDIPS & TDPCTU to both install. Carlos gave me instructions to correct the issue. It worked. TDIPS scans correctly. TDPCTU although installed correctly fails to scan. Carlos is helping me with this. He is a fantastic employee! Thank you, Carlos **.

When I told the customer support agents my barcode, receipt went MIA (possibly in the mail). They told me they would send me a check right away because I had submitted the same info prior years (since 2016?). I followed up because the US mail is so slow and they guaranteed it. My last complaint was rectified when I opened the mailbox on 2/18/2023! I’m truly grateful and blown away by the awesome customer service!

My account had automatic renewal activated for 29 Jan. Unfortunately, my subscription was not automatically renewed by that date. After a phone call to customer service today (Jan 30 in the USA), I was advised to manually renew my subscription. I did this, but I was concerned that the renewal details showed that it covered only 3 devices, but my original subscription was for 5 devices. I was assured that it would be for 5 devices and I have been sent an email to confirm this. Nonetheless, all this could have been avoided if the automatic renewal worked as it should. Please assure me that it will work for my next renewal in Jan 2024.

I was supposed to receive a $40 rebate last fall and did not get the first check when it was sent. I contacted Total Defense and was lucky enough to get Daniel **. He was very helpful and always very professional.

I purchased a new laptop and wasn't sure whether what options existed with my current license. Service was prompt with information and links to what was required for me to download the software. I was able to download the software which was inclusive of my current license. It also removed the existing anti-virus software which came with the laptop.

TD support in enabling recovery of my Total Defense coverage. I was very nearly scammed by an intricate and clever ruse. Those parties gained access to my computer and actually transferred funds between our bank accounts. But was caught them just before they would have transferred $30K in funds to their own account.

I was having difficulty installing the Total Defense on my computer. I called in, and I had very good success with the Lori that helped me. She was very knowledgeable and was very patient. I had an issue with my rebate not being accepted due to not sending the original UPC code because I was not aware that I could not use a copy of it even though I had it. Daniel communicated with me and he explained that my rebate would've processed and to expect my refund in a few weeks.

The Totaldefense program run on a timely basis on my pc. The scan detected a windows registry problem that I tried on my own to resolve to no avail. I called the tech support and they answered right away. The first person had to pass it along to someone else who within the day provided the steps needed to get the register fixed. TotalDefense runs in the background and does not slow down my machine. Great product and have been using it for a few years no on 4 pc's and 3 phones. I will continue to use.

When I went to renew my subscription with Total Defense for the first time since I purchased it, upon checkout, an ICON appeared saying I had "Coupon Codes". I clicked on the first one that said: "WELCOME 25" The 2nd one simply said: "WELCOME". When I did that and clicked on "Checkout", it didn't take off anything on my order.

I called because I noticed my subscription expiration date was listed as 3/2022 but I already renewed my subscription with auto-renewal and the funds were withdrawn from my account. I was already pleased with her response when she confirmed my subscription was in fact renewed but she took the extra step to change the date on my online account and explained this happens sometimes with auto-renew payments.

I normally take my computer to a major big box office store for tune up. I realized they used TD tune up software and charged me for the software and the time to run it, $hundreds per computer.
