Ali was very patient, knowledgeable, professional, and answered my questions regarding your product. I am encouraged to contact Total Defense in the future as the phone call with Ali was not stressful. It is kind of Total Defense to hire such patient and kind people for customers, like me, who don't have IT experience.

I tried to renew my security online, but I guess it didn't go through. I kept on getting pop ups on my computer. So I called and talked to Dan, he was very nice and renewed my security over the phone. Thank you Dan.

When I try to open my Google Chrome a warning sign would come up saying to Call Window Security. Thank God Carlos helped me fix this. I was also dealing with two women that was also helper to me. Laurie and Ali. I just like to thank you all. Carlos went into my computer and was so much help to me. Thank you again.

I Thank You for responding & appreciate your concern. This time you have shown me by your actions & response but they sent me Software for Mac Computer. I have Windows. Can you please fix the error. Thank you I will only use from now on Total Defense and be glad to recommend this company.

In renewal of Total Defense, my credit card department blocked the transaction in order to verify my charge. In follow-up, the block was released. I spoke to both companies and needed the amount I was being charged. I did not see the original charge or the original e-mail from August.

Upon returning from a short vacation I discovered that the Total Defense icon was no longer visible on my computer. I could log in to my account but could not use features. I called technical support and was quickly connected to your technician, Daniel **, who was able to guide me through a reinstall process which solved the problem.

Our total defense was not doing the scan. My husband normally takes care of this but he is in hospital and I had to call for help. I was so thankful for the help I got from your technicians. They helped me step by step. I had to call 3 times. I am not computer literate, so they helped me without making me feel dumb.

Went to site to use my program and saw it was time for renewal in September 2023 as Staples had told me today. So I renewed and called because I wanted to make sure this did not waste my already paid for program. Needed to clarify when my renewal starts.

Tech was able to help me resolve my issue with a trusted website link in an e-mail coming up as malicious in about 30 seconds. He listened carefully and explained how the program would respond to my command to continue on to the site. And it did exactly as he told me and the site opened. Bravo!

I was concerned my charge account may have been charged twice at 39.99 each as I was notified by charge card company of a possible fraud alert for this charge. Assured charge card company that this was a bonified charge. I subsequently renewed today as email from Total Defense indicated my service had lapsed. Upon a call to customer service today, I was assured my concern was satisfactorily resolved that only one charge had been submitted.

The agent was very helpful and knowledge and was able to get me thru the download process. There was a problem with my password and try to reset it. The agent walked me thru the process. I have a new computer and I had to reinstall the Total Defense Security. The product is very good and I had no issues since I had this for long time. I would recommend the product to others.

Dan was able to walk me thru uninstall and install new Total Defense program. My old Total Defense program wouldn't let me scan for vulnerability or performance. It also failed to retrieve my authentication token. It had been nine days since my last successful scan. I feel confident my computer is protected.

When I tried to make a payment, refused to accept. It would only allow “cancel”. After several attempts I called and the Agent resolved problem quickly. Thank goodness for the phone. If I had to resolve this with online instructions, I would have let this lapse. When you have problems online, you a human conversation to resolve the problem.

I was very pleased with the courteous and helpful service I received from Carlos this morning when I was updating my credit card info. He looked up my account info and assisted with updating my credit card info. He gave me the date which my account would need to be renewed and made me feel confident that everything is up to date.

I renewed my subscription for 2 computers and your screen was showing "not protected." Your rep assured me I was protected, and your screen would be fixed to show the right info. While I am not young, I was able to follow his instructions and either go to or provide information in order for him to assist in the installation. Great representative of your company! Very pleasant, helpful tech support. Much appreciated. We didn't know this is part of our Mediacom contract. Been Mediacom customers for decades. Would have been great to know about this option earlier. I will proceed to install it on my wife's laptop now.

Associate was amazingly helpful with valuable step by step instructions, and above all offered me a 15% DISCOUNT on my next 1 year installation. Excellent instruction from associate. Truly satisfied. I had an issue when attempting to backup my Mac, using Time Machine, after installing Total Defense for Mac. I inquired about the issue with the Total Defense team and received a solution from their Customer Support Specialist, Daniel P., about a half an hour later. SUPER QUICK response with clear instructions that fixed my problem on the first try. THANK YOU... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Danial **, Customer Support Specialist guided me through the successful installation of my Total Defense PC Tune Up product. Dan is very knowledgeable, experienced and patient. In a short period of time, he had me set up and using the product.
