Carlos was professional and friendly. He was extremely helpful and patient. He listened to my complaint and guided me on the nest way to do the new install. He stayed online and connected in order to better assist with the install as I continued to experience issues. He stayed connected until the install was successfully completed.

I had not attached: the correct receipt for the product, the customer service agent was quick to assist and entire issue took less than 10 minutes to resolve. I received a follow-up email after I submitted the new receipt and was told I would get a follow-up email if needed!

My phone wait was very short which to me was very surprising, and the agent knew exactly where I was having the problem before I even explained. Agent was quick to solve my issue and kind and patient as I am not user savvy. Received the technical help I needed and learned some things while in the process. Thanks to the agent's patience. As a long time customer, I called in for any discounts to my subscription. Dan assisted me with an additional discount to continue my renewal. Your product has worked on all my devices for many years and now will continue for another three years. Since there are other programs on the market that claim to be better but your Total Defense works for me without complaints.

I’d like to mention Carlos ** for his incredible kindness and help in my situation with my rebate. 10/10 experience, he was very nice the entire conversation and explained everything super well which helped me understand what was needed on my end. The claim process to manually submit the rebate was simple and efficient, and the instructions were easy and understandable.

I have free protection for my mobile phone and do not need another one so I cancelled the mobile one I do not need it but Mediacom gives me a free Total defense app so I do not need another and the credit card you have on file should be removed and do not put the app on my phone. It does not need it. Please cancel the mobile device account. Thank You and please confirm that it has been cancelled.

Carl was very nice and helpful. Our card was lost and we needed to update our debit card with you. It went through just fine. Now we need to run a scan but cannot find the icon or app on the laptop. Can you tell me how to find it?

I thought I had changed my credit card and took off the auto renewal, but I guess I didn’t and Mr. ** was very understanding. He was not a foreigner from India that I could not understand and made my experience very satisfying.

Carlos was very helpful with helping me reset my android's Total Defense anti-virus back up. He was very pleasant and professional. I'm very glad we have chosen total defense for our anti-virus. We have relied on total defense for our anti-virus for quite a few years and have never had our information hacked.

Love using Total Defense, I feel so safe using it and protected too on all my devices. The CSR was awesome. So polite and listened to all my needs and helped me in solving everything that I needed. Daniel was very helpful and walked me through the process of changing laptops. He was knowledgeable and very polite. Also he gave me time and did not rush me. I would say a perfect 5 and you are fortunate to have him representing you. Working on a help desk is very difficult work in addition to not being able to see the customer to communicate.

I called to learn how to add my licensed version of Total Defense onto my wife's PC, thus eliminating two separate versions and two separate payments. The tech was very helpful in explaining the process and he also emailed me the steps required. The tech was very courteous and professional to me on the phone..

Great customer service!! Very knowledgeable and helpful! I would highly recommend him. He was extremely patient and professional as well as giving me a discount! I bought a new computer. When the files were transferred from the old computer to the new computer my Total Defense program was not transferred. I needed help in getting the rest of my subscription on to my new computer. Dan was most helpful. I was able with his help get my subscription transferred quickly and easily.
