I had Aaron help me to uninstall my McAfee subscription and install my Total Defense. He was so patient and very kind and knowledgeable. I am not very tech-savvy, so I appreciate his professionalism and patience. It was nice calling for help and actually having someone that knows what they are doing to help you. I freaked out about a double payment, which was my mistake. I sent an email about fixing it and then I saw that I could do it on my account. Total Defense still got back to me and confirmed everything will be taken care of. I have had them for quite a few years for my desktop. I have no complaints about their product. I renew it every year, because it does exactly what I need it to. I would definitely recommend Total Defense, not only for their Antivirus Software, but also the quick customer service response and help!

I contacted the company for assistance in accessing my Total Defense account and Aaron diagnosed I needed to reset my password from doing the original software download, which I did with his assistance. And I am now able to get that account access to view my account.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND RESOLVED THE SITUATION. I would highly recommend the representative. I have never had any bad experience with Total Defense. I let my family also know about the good service. Scammers are on the rise and we need help.

Dan was a great help in downloading. Total defense could not have done it without his help. He was very patient and stayed on the line with me the entire time. On 11/24/2025 I had occasion to speak with Total Defense support staff twice. Each call could not have gone smoother. While I do not anticipate a need for another call (at this time) I am confident that it too will be handled in the same timely and professional manner.

Aaron did an excellent job in answering my questions. Aaron was attentive, professional and a good listener. This is exactly why I renew Total Defense each year because of the great customer service level and product superiority. The TD website is also easy to find information and perform scans.

Aaron was TERRIFIC and researched setting up a scanning schedule using my cell phone. But you don't offer such a feature. I am old and sickly, and it's getting hard to do manual scans. He submitted a suggestion for me but said I would never hear back. That's SAD!!

The gentleman that assisted me was so very pleasant and polite. The issue I was dealing with for 3 days, I pray is over with till the next McAfee nonsense. Will remember what I did to end the pop ups. Have written what I did down so I will remember. Thank you so very much.

I purchased a new computer and required assistance to set up and update my computer/internet security software. The technician (Jean **) was professional, efficient and very personable. He resolved my issue promptly and correctly and was a pleasure to deal with. The interface was a very positive and happy experience.

I recently bought a second PC and moved my Total Defense application to my new PC. Dan was extremely helpful in explaining why I was seeing this behavior on both my old & new computers. I don't have to worry about it. However, it is displaying my new computer's name on my old computer.

My email carrier was acquired by another company. The existing email address which is used to access my Total Defense account will expire 10-21-25. John was able to quickly transition the account email access to another one of my existing email addresses. Problem solved. Thank you.

Daniel was very patient with me, and guided me through the process of getting the protection for my computer. Thank you for being so patient and walking me through how to get my virus protection reestablished on my computer. I was surprised at not being placed on hold and having to wait for assistance! I was also pleased to have it taken care of with very little frustration on my part!

I recently renewed my subscription for my laptop and mobile devices, but it wasn't allowing me to update for my mobile device and kept stating that I only have 14 days left of service. I called and spoke with Carl. He was very clear, easy to talk to and got my issue resolved quickly. He informed me of the problem, which was the system failed to update, and promptly did an override to update my account on my mobile device. I asked additional questions which he answered respectfully, and made sure that both of my devices were updated. All is well now. Thanks Carl.

He. was able to fix my issue. It took a while and her was able to guide me through what I had to do, as he was able to complete the issue. John did an excellent job guiding this 73 year old clueless person through the process of adding Total Virus to a new laptop. He demonstrated a great deal of patience and did not hesitate to go over what I needed to do several times in order to achieve success.

Total Defense works so well, I forget it is there. But I got a new laptop computer to use in another room, and then wondered why it had an Exclamation Mark beside the fact that it was covering that computer. I called customer service and Carlos explained to me that I had to sign in on the new laptop to get it really recognized by Total Defense. I went to the new laptop and did that and now I don't have to worry about it. I do paid my Mediacom bill automatically each month and that provides the Total defense. I appreciate Carlos and Total defense.

Phone rep, Carlos was great, very helpful, walked me through adding my new device, very easy. I didn't have to wait long to get connected to a person on the phone either, so overall experience was great. Definitely appreciated the service all around.

I had an issue with Total Defense not working, so I called your help line and was treated nicely and given the solution to this problem in a very quick and easy-to-understand way. I certainly appreciate the great customer service I received today. Thank You.
