Apparently my Total Defense was deactivated but since I had not done this I did not realize. My email query was addressed quickly and the fix worked (I still do not understand why the problem occurred but am suspicious it was a Microsoft issue).

I am in Australia in almost opposite time zones to your office.. I submitted an email request for assistance to which Daniel responded immediately with the solution. I attempted his solution but it did not work and I sent a response back immediately. Daniel again responded immediately and the solution worked. Daniel and I were operating in a common two hour work time and his immediate responses were much appreciated and the solution was not stretched out over many days. Daniel is a professional operator and I appreciate his attention to my problem.

I was attempting to reinstall Total Defense on my mobile phone and received the massage that my activation code is invalid. I called technical support and was guided through the process of how to resolve this issue. I am grateful for the kind and courteous assistance given to me today.

When I told the customer support agents my barcode, receipt went MIA (possibly in the mail). They told me they would send me a check right away because I had submitted the same info prior years (since 2016?). I followed up because the US mail is so slow and they guaranteed it. My last complaint was rectified when I opened the mailbox on 2/18/2023! I’m truly grateful and blown away by the awesome customer service!

I needed to renew my subscription which had just expired because my credit card declined the fee. I corrected this and Carlos re-processed the renewal quickly and confirmed it. He was polite and very helpful and pleasant. Very good service.

My account had automatic renewal activated for 29 Jan. Unfortunately, my subscription was not automatically renewed by that date. After a phone call to customer service today (Jan 30 in the USA), I was advised to manually renew my subscription. I did this, but I was concerned that the renewal details showed that it covered only 3 devices, but my original subscription was for 5 devices. I was assured that it would be for 5 devices and I have been sent an email to confirm this. Nonetheless, all this could have been avoided if the automatic renewal worked as it should. Please assure me that it will work for my next renewal in Jan 2024.

Today I had the pleasure to speak to your representative, Dan, concerning automatic payments to my account. I purchased a new laptop and wasn't sure whether what options existed with my current license. Service was prompt with information and links to what was required for me to download the software. I was able to download the software which was inclusive of my current license. It also removed the existing anti-virus software which came with the laptop.

Spoke with Dan twice and he was very patient and extremely professional. He talked me through the installation process and then helped me with a password reset issue. Hope to be able to claim a rebate for this Total Defense, Not used to working with Chromebooks but Laptops.

Dan helped me get the correct screen on the computer so that I could download Total Defense. I was shocked when I looked on my up arrow and did not find Total Defense there. I recently had a new printed installed, Maybe that is when I lost Total Defense. Dan was very considerate as I am not that computer savvy. Thank you.

I was having difficulty installing the Total Defense on my computer. I called in, and I had very good success with the Lori that helped me. She was very knowledgeable and was very patient. I don’t know how the software works, but I feel safer, knowing that I’ve got something like this on my computer now.

I had an issue with my rebate not being accepted due to not sending the original UPC code because I was not aware that I could not use a copy of it even though I had it. Daniel communicated with me and he explained that my rebate would've processed and to expect my refund in a few weeks.
