The issue does not seem to be resolved, but Ali was VERY nice, polite, and helpful. I am not going to worry about "15 registry issues" since it is not bothering anything. The rest of the time he spent on the phone helping me try to resolve this issue was fine.

He Gave me good service, he knew where to go and guided me in the right direction that I needed to go. He verified me correctly and knew what he was doing and he waited patiently for me to go through all of the proms to download what I needed. He was good customer service.

Danial was fantastic, he walked me through the entire process and was very professional and helpful at all times. I am an older gentleman with limited computed knowledge but Danial was very patience and took me through the uninstall and install process. It was a pleasure working with him to correct my problems.

I needed to add virus protection to a new computer. It took help from one of the phone assistants to complete the task. He was extremely helpful and together we were able add the new computer and update protection on an older computer. Reaching help via phone was very prompt and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this service and product.

I was concerned when trying to access PC tune up. I got message that I was denied access. I called for assistance and was told the your system was being updated and I would hear back later. The issue is now resolved and I have done the scans and everything seems to be in order. The performance scan took 24 minutes and the vulnerability took 11 minutes. Glad to hear, but would have appreciated advance notice.

I had a screen come up from MicroSoft that I was suppose to call that someone had my IP address. I knew it was a scam but I couldn't get it off the screen. Had the phone number so I called, Got ahold of Ali ** and told me what I needed to do. He was very nice and patient with me. Good company and I would recommend it. THANK YOU.

I was not able to validate my account, even tho I was signed in and everything else worked. It was only to see if my email had been pwned, but it didn’t work. I always demand that if there’s a function to ANYTHING, it better work right or I get rid of it. Be it a vacuum cleaner, a bandsaw, or an app, it should just work. Ali was persistent and followed up with me promptly. He’s kind, courteous, and has eloquent vocabulary. He will complete a task no matter how great or how small. He knows how to delegate authority!

The Total Defense on my computer was not operating. The wait time on the help line was minimal. Carlos ** knew exactly what the issue was and emailed me a fix. The fix worked flawlessly. This is the best experience I have had dealing with a software company.

Carlos was very helpful and patient when my computer had to reboot and took quite a bit of time. We had to uninstall the software, reboot and reinstall the software. My computer is a 2017 model and was a bit slow. He stayed with me until the problem was resolved. Good Service was provided and I appreciate the time spent!

I tried to run a scan after noticing a threat on Total Defense app and it was taking a long time and timed out twice. At one point I think my internet went out which may have been the reason why it did not complete the first time. I called and was helped immediately. Thank you.

For some reason, Total defense was removed from one of our devices, and had to be reloaded. Carlos ** was very helpful. Walked me through the process and was patient while I located the appropriate things on screen. There appeared to be a phishing attack which initiated my contact with total defense to see what was going on, and discovered that the device's question was no longer part of the subscription. Thank goodness everything worked out well, everything is in order and I was able to run a full scan of the system and everything seems to be good. Thank you for all the help that I received from total defense and Carlos.

I received a message saying I could not install the Total Defense program because I already had a copy of it on my computer. Brandon remedied the problem in just a few seconds. He explained why the new program was not installing and showed me how to remedy the conflict.

My computer was locked out. It wanted me to call a phone number. I was sure this was a scam. I first prayed then got calm and called Total Defense. Yesterday, I realized that the Total Defense icon had disappeared from my home screen. I couldn't tell if I still had the service even though I knew it was paid. I spoke with your technician Ali **. He was so helpful. I am stupid and have an old computer. He went step by step slowly so I was able to follow his directions and reinstall Total Defense. He spent a lot of time and was so patient. I am so grateful for his help and really appreciate all his work. Everything is up and running thanks to him. He deserves a BIG raise.

I purchased a new plan from from Total Defense instead of renewing my old plan, but not realizing that my old plan was still on auto renew I had got charged for both plans. Daniel at customer service was very helpful in looking into the charges and correcting the situation. I have used Total Defense on my home computers for a couple of years now and will definitely continue to do so.

Via pop up received an alert message someone was trying to acquire my ap address. I ran a total scan and not alerts found. I called to Total Defense help line to confirm and see if any action needed.. Ali directed me to cleared out my Cookies and problem solved. THANK YOU Ali who was AWESOME!!!

Daniel was very respectful and very helpful to deal with when I called to request a discount. He immediately informed his supervisor of my request for a renewal discount for a long standing, pleased customer of Total Defense. Have not had any security breaches since using Total Defense. I have Total Defense installed on my laptop and cellphone, and so far, no issues. Plan on continuing my relationship with Total Defense far into the future.

Previous Citi Diamond Preferred Mastercard was hacked. Had to get a new Citi Diamond Preferred Mastercard account number. TD had issues at their end, and I couldn't provide my new account number. Will do so in a week or 2, before it is time to renew my license. Asked for a senior discount, as my finances are tight. Was given a $25.00 discount from the $69.99 prince. Tx!

While viewing Facebook, I clicked a seemingly typical/normal post. Instantly a voice repeatedly starting saying to not turn my computer off as it may be infected. I was terrified and called Geek Squad right away. Dan immediately helped me clear this matter up and restore my computer back to normal. He was so very helpful and very patient. Carlos very kindly slowed down for me since I am slow to hear. He checked several things and helped me to get to having Total Defense run a scan to make sure my computer was not compromised since the images and words on the screen were jumping around so I could not read my emails or complete an order. He told me to check my computer function if the scan did not slow any problems. When the scan was complete, no problems were found. So I checked where my mouse cord inserted into the computer and there was pressure from another device insertion so I removed that device and nothing appears to be jumping around now. Carlos was very helpful.

When my Total Defense suite renewed on Feb. 2, the subscription did not renew on my Android cell phones. I was not aware of that until Feb. 23. I could not re-activate the subscriptions myself, but Daniel did so quickly remotely. Both phones are now secured again. Dan was very courteous and helpful in getting this resolved so easily.

While on line, visual and noisy alerts appeared indicating that the computer was locked and a telephone number to unlock it provided and NOT to shut it down. Previous experience told me to shut it down anyway and I did immediately. I also was NOT going to call the number provided. I called Total Defense. Dan ** was very calm, professional and put me at ease, telling me I did absolutely the right thing. After a short wait, I rebooted and all was well. I just needed to hear it. Thank you.

I called the 18779068816 customer support team regarding a malfunctioning of the tune up software. I spoke to Daniel of technical support. For problem solution Daniel talked me thru an uninstall of program and an email instruction on how to download new install. I'm not too computer savvy, but thanks to Daniel's help and patience, problem appears to be solved. I am a satisfied lifetime PC Tune UP customer.

Daniel fixed my problem with expired Mediacom's Total Defense. Very pleased with the rapid response!! My computer was showing Total Defense was working on my cellphone, my cellphone was saying Total Defense was expired. After contacting Total Defense support Daniel asked for my Mediacom email. After that my cellphone showed it was working again. Thank you again Daniel and Total Defense!!

I recently experienced a micro soft computer alarm that I was not sure of the authenticity. I Contacted T Defense for assistance and spoke with your rep. Dan. He was extremely helpful by looking up my account and proceeded to set me at ease by walking me through the reboot process that resolved my problem and told me should I experience anymore problems that I should call him back. Dan was both polite and professional, I'm very happy to have Total Defense at my back and in the past I had the same good experiences. The call I made today was to question if any new programs I recently installed on my computer may impact the performance of my computer. There was no waiting to connect with a Technical Rep. Carlos was available and has helped me in the past. He is professional and knowledgeable. Total Defense Security has been working extremely well on my computer. During the last 3 years, I have had no viruses or suspicious activity.

I have a protection account with this Co. since 2020 and never called them with any matters relating to my computer. Unfortunately, I had a problem I could not fix and decided to call them. They were prompt answering the phone and was able to resolve the issue on my computer within a short period of time. I talked to my tech man, advising him of the renewal, and asked him if I should renew with y'all. He advised me yes, and to stay with auto-renewal. My experience today with Dan was very pleasant. He helped me get done what I could not do. Now my computer is safe, and I’m very happy about that! Thank you!! Daniel deleted an old laptop to allow adding a new tablet. I had installed the app and did not know why I could not add a new device. I have had Total defense for years and would recommend it to anyone. I feel secure on my phones and my desktop.

I really wish I had listened to my computer tech at J&R Computers who is a reseller a long time ago and switched to your product! I would have not ended up with a fried hard drive from viruses escaping Avast premium security software.

My computer crashed over the Holidays and I had trouble getting the password reset email request online on 7 or 8 occasions. I called Total Defense directly and Ali ** answered in a friendly and helpful manner. I had issues downloading. He assisted with uninstalling and downloading again. I had some additional issues but he was able to email me to walk me through it. It was still a time but he gave me enough info to allow me to get it situated.

Brandon did a great job! He had to remote log into my laptop to take off some adware that was causing an issue and installed of Total Defense after we took off McAfee security software. He did a great job and was fast! He is knowledgeable and polite in his tech support position.

Received prompt service (no wait at all) with someone who not only was knowledgeable but patient. I'm 64 and technology and old farts my age don't always get along. I've had Total Defense since 2017 and I'm still happy with it. I will renew again in January. I would recommend.

Mr ** was very nice and helpful. He had a lot of patience. We had a bad phone connection so it was a little difficult to talk. He was great to work with. Shared screen with Brandon, he is very knowledgeable and knows the product extremely well. He uninstalled TD, reinstalled it and made a few changes to the settings. As of now it is working great. Also sent me a link to reopen the case if necessary. I would definitely recommend Total Defense to my friends.

I had a problem with my payment card on file. I updated it and called to have my renewal charged right then, rather than 3 days later. I do not remember the gentleman's name who helped me, but he was very friendly and took care of it right away. I was able to relax, knowing my devices are all protected.

In all my dealings with both the technical and account staff I have found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful with my concerns. Also, the product itself has cleaned up my system and probably saved me money and the trouble associated with identity theft. I feel safe with Total Defense. Total Defense is worth the cost.

Whenever I have need to contact Customer Service, which is infrequently, it is a pleasure. The representatives are extremely helpful, articulate, and professional. I spoke with Carlos ** today and I was extremely pleased with his assistance in resolving my issue. I was able to speak to him without being put on hold and had my issue resolved in less than 10 minutes. Customer service is excellent!!!

Daniel was very patient and articulate in helping me renew Total Defense. I am not expert with computers. I really appreciated his assistance in explaining that I would have to remove and then reinstall the defense program. I needed to accomplish this task and was told to call back and ask for him if I had any further difficulty. If he was not available he assured me someone else would be available to assist me.

I lost my hard drive weeks ago, and I think I put TD back on incorrectly. Today, when I started the computer, TD froze it and gave me the option to renew or uninstall it. Knowing it was not time for renewal, I uninstalled it, and called for help. TD was back on my computer in only minutes, but I would not have been able to do it myself, I'm sure ~ at least not that quickly or easily. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Consistently very patient on this lengthy call (approximately one hour) with this frantic customer. She was calm and encouraging throughout the call. As customer frustration built up she made numerous suggestions to this customer regarding the creation of a password in spite of numerous failed attempts. This customer almost gave up as the password creation process seemed difficult. Thank you for the opportunity to recognize her service.

It was hung up saying that it was downloading/updating a vulnerability software/fix. Would not go past 48% after 20 hours. A kind man gave me a link to uninstall and reinstall your software. Worked great. Thanks. I kept checking and left computer on all night. After 12 hours of downloading it showed only 3 hours. Then started over. Got to 48% and sat there. Only got to 1:20 hours. Called and was told to uninstall and reinstall with links in email.

In renewal of Total Defense, my credit card department blocked the transaction in order to verify my charge. In follow-up, the block was released. I spoke to both companies and needed the amount I was being charged. I did not see the original charge or the original e-mail from August.
