AmONE had a reputation for being flexible with credit scores. I was initially drawn to them when applying for a credit card and noticed their service on a website that catered to my needs. My interactions with their consultants were outstanding; they were extremely helpful and connected me with other companies despite my credit score challenges, notably Countrywide Global, to assist me in setting up a manageable debt payment plan.

Enrolling with AmONE was a bit of a puzzle; I attempted multiple times only to be denied each time. It got frustrating being told repeatedly to try again on different dates. As for customer support, I found it challenging. It’s particularly hard to receive approval, and each attempt results in my credit decreasing further. It feels like my efforts to build my credit were hindered due to persistent applications affecting my score negatively. Although it's somewhat easy to connect with a representative, encountering repeated denials made the experience taxing. Despite these hurdles, I’d rate M1 a 5 simply because they’re doing their job—they make decisions based on my current credit situation, which admittedly hasn’t been established yet.

So far so good. I am on the road to debt relief with the help of Am One. They were able to help get my with a good company, in which that is something I thought would be impossible. Getting out of debt is something I have been needing to do not only for me but for my family.

AmONE is conveniently local, which was a big factor for me when I was looking for a car loan. Overall, the experience was positive. The only hitch was with the statements; I had requested mailed-in ones, but they ended up selecting digital by mistake and couldn't change it before I signed the application, which was a bit odd.

My experience interacting with the consultant of AmONE was quite positive as they proved to be both understanding and considerate of my personal situation. When it came to the enrollment process, it involved checking my credit and listing the bills that needed to be addressed, primarily my credit cards. They asked about my preferred payment schedule, whether monthly or every two weeks, and we quickly set up the plan. They’ve already processed the first payment smoothly.

I tried AmOne believing that I could get a debt consolidation loan, which is how they promote themselves. Instead, I primarily received insurance referrals. The one company they referred me to was a debt negotiation and reduction company. I wasted time thinking I was applying for a debt consolidation loan when it was not. It felt like bait and switch.

I reached out, hoping they could assist me, but was informed by a representative that they couldn't help with my request, primarily due to my credit being well below the average. This interaction was brief, lasting only about five minutes.

I felt like I was listened to and that my concerns were addressed on the spot. Daniel explained this a couple times without any frustration so I understood exactly what I was signing onto. With the new monthly payment that I signed, it's definitely more manageable.

Unfortunately, the outcome wasn't as expected. From the beginning, I felt as though I was being passed around without clear direction. Instead of straightforward assistance, my experience involved being connected with various credit places and a credit repair company. Essentially, the credit repair company suggested that by signing up for their services, my chances of getting a loan would improve. This persuasive pitch led me to pay for their services, but it seemed like it was merely a strategy to charge me more without offering real benefits. I expected more clarity on the terms and implications before signing up for something unrelated to my loan search. To my surprise, despite my financial situation prompting my loan search, AmONE suggested a paid service.

My experience with AmONE was quite disappointing. I went through their application process but unfortunately did not receive any approvals. This was frustrating since they advertise easy financing options aimed at approvals.
