I was trying to consolidate credit card debt. I talked with AmOne's representative and he was very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't end up using them.

I dealt with an employee named Dan **. I am not too sure about other employees but I believe this gentleman needs a lot of customer service training. The last interaction between AmOne and I was not pleasant. He sent me to a payday loan company. After I asked him if there were any more options because I did not want a payday loan, he sent me a letter saying AmOne could not help me. Then a few moments later I received a personal email saying he sent the CORRECT one. I don't know about you but I do not need someone offering help one second then mocking me the other when he finds out I'm not an approved customer. I may not be approved now but it doesn't mean I won't be in 2 months. My opinion is you ask for someone else.

He did a good job in terms of listening and asking the right questions and then either during that call or the follow up call he presented a couple options he thought might help or might be good for me. During this last week of October, I was contacted by Jeff ** at AmOne Corp. of Fort Lauderdale, FL regarding several referrals for a loan. Mr. ** referred me to four companies that may possibly help me. I succeeded in obtaining a $10,000 loan from Borrowers First of New Jersey. This came at a critical time and helped me to avoid a bankruptcy. I'm most grateful to AmOne and to Jeff ** for their timely assistance and encouragement in seeking out these possibilities for my financing and debt reconsolidation.

Well I spoke to an AmOne rep over the phone. Without any personal info given other than just asking questions, he suggested the same as most have claimed here, "your credit is going to limit you so we suggest you accept a loan from one of the places we suggest at a high rate and then refinance later after your credit is better." He had no info to base this off of, just questions I answered. Basically he had no merit to anything he was saying, just a middleman for another lender. I humored him and applied to a couple places, got accepted for a $10,000 loan at a rate of 95% with a payment of $846 for 84 months. This was explained over the phone to me and can you believe the man was shocked when I laughed?

I applied for a personal loan with them and in turn they gave me two loan companies that I could apply for a loan with. I applied for the loan with one of them and was approved for the loan that night. Received my loan proceeds a day and a half later in my checking account. Everything went ok.

I was referred to AmOne from Prosper.com. Do not trust AmOne! Same spiel the others have said. They knew everything about me just from my 1st name - go figure. Sent me an email with 3 places I could apply for loans. He kept asking what major credit cards I have, I told him none, which was a red flag. Why did he need to know that if they are not even giving you the loans? I feel this company is major scam. Not sure what they are trying to do, but I doubt they have gotten loans for over 3 million people like the recording says before someone will pick up and speak to you.

Short and sweet. Don't trust AmOne. They are supposed to "match" you with lenders and get back to you within 24 Hrs. Ha I waited over 2 and a half days and didn't hear from them. I wouldn't recommend AmOne to my worst enemy let alone my friend or neighbor. If You're looking for a referral or loan company keep looking. I would not use AmOne!!!

I was directed to their website AmOne.com and told to log in and check my credit. I logged in and was directed to a credit monitoring website (CreditReport.com) with a 7-day free trial with my credit card information. I was directed to a site that wanted to sign me up for a trial of something. She then told me to call her back with all three of my credit scores because it was important that she had my highest score. I called her back a few minutes later and read her off some fake credit scores.

Called for loan info, did everything but give me info. Attempted to hook me up with a company in which I was scammed years ago. DO NOT TRUST THEM, they were horribly rude on top of it. That's where you end up if you're dumb and uneducated.

We needed to get a loan that would cover doctor and credit card bills. I know Am One helps find banks. Trevor said we could get a refund of $199 back if unhappy. I asked Janelle and she said they do not give refunds. They acted like they do all the work. They do nothing but steal your $199. They would give me 3 banks at a time and 98% I already applied to. Our problem was a debt ratio problem not a credit score. We were mislead and lied too!

I too was scammed by this company out of $399.00 after they told me they would have no problem securing a loan for a start-up business I was interested in. My situation was debt-to-income due to college loans for my son. I also told them I was turned down twice already because of it. I was told that that would not be a problem at all in getting me the $120,000 loan I needed. And I would have the money in as little as 30 days. Well, let me tell you that six months later, all I ever got was a bunch of emails with bank names and websites to apply for the loan! They tell you they do all the leg work in securing the loan, but that is the farthest thing from the truth! They do nothing! When I asked to have a refund because I told them that what they provided was readily available online with a simple "Google" search, their tune abruptly changed to they are only a consulting firm and they don't promise any loans. That is an absolute lie! If anyone out there knows who to register a federal complaint with about this predator company, I am more than willing to file charges. My credit score has gone down 25 points because of all the loan applications they had me filling out needlessly, plus I lost $399.00 they charged me and won't return.

My husband and I were pursuing a loan to start a franchise business. I paid AmOne to assist us in the search. I understood that they would guide me in the process and I would make the final decision and work directly with the lender. The $399 I paid provided me with 3 consultations. On the first consultation with Mindy, she seemed enthusiastic and fairly confident that she'd be able to find us a loan for our situation. We were requested a $350k loan. During our second consultation she provided me with 3-4 options. Two of the options were not SBA loans and would provide about $25k, $50k and then a potential of receiving another $100k via another known bank. Obviously, this wasn't even close to the amount I needed. She indicated that she didn't see that she would be able to provide any other suggestions. I asked her what now and she said well that's all of the suggestions she could come up with.
