It's the worst experience l ever had in loans, l'm sure l am partly to blame, but when l asked for a paper copy of my loan l was refused. L certainly l would think it wouldn't be that hard to please a customer but guess l was wrong, dead wrong l guess.

Things went very well with OJ, I was a bit hesitant, because I did not realize there were such programs available (to say I was skeptical is putting it mildly!). But OG Was very patient and answered all my questions (some more than once). I also felt comfortable in the knowledge that it was easy to reach her using several platforms. I spent the day reading everything I was given regarding the program, then went to sleep that night and the next morning felt like I had made a very important decision to better my life.

I was approved for a loan but when going in to a physical store they could not pull up the application. Tried to call customer service, which was pointless, because I was redirected to go into a physical store, which I was already in, and the customer service still could not find my application. Waste of time!

I was referred to several different loan providers and was guided to which one to apply for. I was offered many different financial services of which were very helpful to me at the time. I was able to get loan approval because of you! I would highly recommend your services to anyone seeking sound financial advice!

This company has called me repeatedly (including multiple times per hour, early in the morning) with pre-recorded messages to try and offer personal loans. I would never do business with any company this unprofessional and shady. It's 2023: people don't use their phones unless it's urgent business or family matters. DO NOT CALL ME - IT'S GOING TO HAVE THE OPPOSITE EFFECT OF WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR.

We received a call saying we were getting 2 offers through email, to stay on the line. The guy switched us to someone else and told us we had NO offers. He wanted us to use them to help us resolve our credit.

I received a call from AmOne providing options, and was told I qualified for a $5000 unsecured loan. I was then transferred to a credit company who informed me I was misled. It would be great if your representatives didn’t lie to desperate people who need help.

AmOne advertised that they guarantee a loan of 30k with bad credit, this is false. I applied and was denied a loan for debt consolidation. I am seeking an attorney at this time.. Their site is misleading.

So I was told I was approved for a loan as well as three credit repair services. They called and texted me nonstop and when I finally replied then got in touch with a 3rd party for credit repair, I followed the email instructions from AmOne asking about my experience and to contact them regarding other options. I called 4 times to discuss this "loan" they said I qualify for. Except after getting all my private information, they hang up on me immediately. Kenosha answered and hung up when she heard who I was. Then I called back a few seconds later to get a message saying she was out to lunch. Called the direct customer service line and they took answer, but immediately hang up. It is definitely a scam and they're just collecting private information. They in no way help get loans of any kind.

I've been receiving numerous calls and voicemails borderline harassment. I decided to take a call and see what the big deal was. After spending 20 minutes with a man, he finally detailed this would be a settlement and when asked if "I liked this" I told him I wasn't interested in doing a settlement and so quickly he hung up on me. This shows exactly how disturbing your company is to hire people to harass prospects then be so rude to hang up without hearing anything else that may have benefited him. Very tasteless and I will be sending this to every review company out there to pre warn others.

All of these so called lenders are the same. They want you buy into their debt consolidation which is nothing more than the company negotiating a lower payout that you're charged and they keep a portion of what you pay out plus your cards are canceled. You're led to believe that you'll get a car loan for people with bad credit. When I contacted their recommended lender knowing what my debt to income ratio was, they made a hard pull on my credit which impact my score. If they had the information up front then they proceed with a hard inquiry inquiry. Not cool. Now have to request that my credit repair service remove the inquiry. All of these services are the same, that want to lower your debt by offering the companies a settlement and then cancelling your cards. Be wary.

Was told I would get a line of credit but in reality they wanted me to stop paying my monthly payments on my credit cards, so they could “negotiate” with my creditors. I only needed 8k for my credit cards consolidation which I didn’t even qualify at first cause it wasn’t high enough. All of my cards except one is not maxed out. Seems like filing bankruptcy. That was the worst advice I’ve gotten about finances. I’d rather pay on my accounts than not and watch my credit score drop to below 600. Not saying they don’t work for some but that was just ridiculous. Seems like a scam to get people to close all their accounts.

Fortunately I have obtained a position where I can now afford to pay off these debt and Bob has managed to get me an amount that is affordable with my budget. Thanks again for offering this service.

I am very happy about this. The people were so helpful. I just can not wait to get started and can not wait to be out of debt sooner than I hoped to. I am very disappointed in my experience with AmOne. I turned to them to refinance my student loans and people I talked to, they are just monkeys that push the buttons without real knowledge of what they are doing or trying to help with. I would get the same result if I would talk to a robot. For example, I make 89K and I was asking to borrow 113K. They put a range 60-110K of what I want to borrow to find a match. No match was found. Why? Because lenders usually do not lend more than 50% of current official salary. I found it out later from another source. Therefore, when they put numbers into their system, it's all in vain, because they put wrong numbers. Therefore, my request for refinancing did not find any match.

AmOne's service has been excellent. I was trying to look for a personal loan and it took two days to be successfully matched with a lender. It's a really helpful website everyone can use. It’s safe and people are very friendly.

The guy gave me some suggestions on a couple of different places I could use to apply. There were five that I could have clicked on and tried and I liked having options so I wasn't locked in with trying this one place and be done. AmOne took care of me with good interest rate and within minutes, I had an approval. Then the guy emailed me back and checked if I had any success. He also wanted me to keep him informed on how the process went.

AmOne has the best deal you can find and it’s a better deal than another loan company. They’re very positive, upbeat and encourage people to borrow money. They have very good service, very detailed to follow-up, and make the consumer happy.

It was a week-long process with the SoFi company to get approval. Then AmOne contacted me but I was skeptical at the beginning that I was going to get any assistance from them. But the loan officer was very nice and pleasant and they were empathetic to my situation and provided me some options. The offer he gave me worked much to my satisfaction. I needed to convert a purchase money mortgage on a property to a loan and AmOne matched me appropriately to the proper lender. They were, “These lenders look for this credit score and up to this value” and there was no real other place to get that information. Once they shared that information, it was down to four lenders that I could work with. The information was presented in an easy way to make the decision as to who to proceed with. The entire process took three weeks and I went through two companies. It would have been nice to only have my credit report drawn once though without having to go through multiple loan officers from various loan companies. The reps answered 80% of my questions as the 20% were just ones that they wouldn’t have been able to answer either way.

But I appreciated AmOne's service and I was very happy with the help that I got from Jonathan. The experience was good, positive and very informative.

Customer service is not all that great. The lady I was on the phone with act like she can't understand me and wanted me to send info through e-mail which I find it a red flag and it should never be done that way. I'm sure it's some kind of scam. I would not even get involved with them.

I received lots of pointless ads and notifications for various other services completely unrelated to the "loan" I was applying for. Many of the options offered were generic, and had a "paid ID" so the agents are just sharing them for profit. Worse still, many of the options offered on these sites when I looked on comparable review sites were FLAT OUT AWFUL for the CONSUMER. I'm talking endless fees, opening fees, unreachable customer service agents, endless charges, swindling at its worst. AmOne does not try these offers. AmOne agents are lining their pockets with your applications on these shared/paid links, that's literally it. Look up local lenders if you're having trouble with loans/debt. Secured loans are always in your favor (collateral).

I was quite surprised how quickly AmOne responded to my loan request. My representative was very professional and assisted me through the initial steps and provided all the necessary contact information for follow up! The customer service I received so far is 5-star!

I was trying to do debt consolidation which led me to AmOne. The rep who called me was great, very helpful, very transparent and gave me good guidance. He helped me sort out options - all the things that we probably would’ve wanted to have. It was good. I was a little caught off guard by how long it took to fund the loan because some of the other things I was looking at said they’d turnaround in a couple days. However, it took a couple of weeks. But frankly, given the size of the loan and everything else, I thought the experience was really positive.

I got a solicitation via email, and I ended up discussing the loan with somebody from AmOne in Fort Lauderdale in South Florida. It was a good interaction, and I ended up with SoFi. My loan had gone through them. Their rep pulled it off by email and by telephone, and did a good job, even in following up with everything. However, it took about four weeks, and it could have been faster. I'm a banker, so I know how things work, and that was basically unsecured transaction. When you look at your borrower, and you have somebody with a high grade score and income, you should turn around the transaction in a week if you have everything. It took a little bit longer than what normally a bank will take or any other lending provider would do, but they dealt with the transaction, and they were good and professional.

Judson was very helpful and continued to check back with me to make sure the process was going smoothly and to contact him if the first company denied my request. Was happy that they didn't. Thanks to AmOne got me started and found a way to take a lot of stress out of my life with a approval of a loan thru a company they recommended.

Everything went well until Alton told a story. He said that my checking account would be charged a dollar but it WOULD BE REFUNDED. That didn't happen. Still waiting for that refund. On another note, I was also charged 29.99 for a credit report plus a international fee. I don't know if it was AmOne who charged me for this report, but since I am pointing fingers, I including you in this assertion.

The only downfall to this process was I received contradictory emails... first saying I was approved, then they needed me to call with more info, and then I was approved. All I needed to do was sign the contract. I even called and wished someone would have told me. Wasted close to 3 valuable days.

I did not proceed because I felt that ProsperMe sent me a bogus letter saying I was pre-approved but when I went to their website, they sent me to other possible lenders - a bait and switch tactic that I abhor. I returned a voicemail from AmOne, only to find out that it was the same thing all over again... Fill out some questionnaires, get your credit score and we will match you with a lender... I feel like I am being jerked around.
