The car was supposed to be picked up near Denver, PA, and dropped off in Urbandale, Iowa. The shipment took three days. The driver texted us a couple of hours before arrival, and then he arrived around 15 minutes from when he said he would. We were here for drop-off and then my daughter was on the other end for pickup. The drop-off was a little sketchy. The driver had more like a flat bed and it held three vehicles. It was not a big truck. It was late at night and we held flashlights. The driver did not speak English at all, which was fine. But we kind of guided cars around him because he stopped in the middle of the busy street. But we are in Iowa. It was not really busy. But the experience was fine. We all lived through it. We were grateful to have it and get the car in great shape and very pleased with the service. He did the best he could with what he had.

Tempus Logix was the fourth company that I had to contact to get my move done. They were on top of it. They gave me exact times, places, how it would work, and how much it would cost. The pickup was originally scheduled to take three or four days. But it only took three. Also, the drop-off was very efficient. The courier driver called when he was between 5 and 10 minutes away. He pulled up and it took less than five minutes, he had the truck off, and was gone.

I even reached out to them for another delivery. They didn't have someone available right away but that was how good it was that I even reached out to them for another one a few weeks later.

They went me information on the dates they were gonna target picking my vehicle up and the codes that I needed to share with the seller. I was pleasantly surprised I did not pay the extra for an enclosed trailer. The movers got here a little early but I'd rather have them early than late. The car was undamaged. The quality of service couldn't have been any better.

The reps were very communicative. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. The delivery was on time and everything was fine. There was no extra damage to the vehicle.

The customer service with Tempus Logix was good except I wasn't dealing with the driver, which was odd. The driver was the guy that got the raw end of the deal. He did all the driving. He had the vehicle. He paid for the gas and the tolls. I paid 800, and he only got 400 of it, and it was disturbing that he got such a raw deal out of it. He was trying to get paid from me, and I said, “Well, I already paid.” He called his people and found out that was true. I wish I had his contact information because I would use him again directly. As far as the delivery, my car is 95 years old and I wanted the enclosed trailer. They picked it up on time and delivered it on time, and they did a great job.

Most of the dealing with the rep was done online and I just entered my information. Then someone called and told me the shipment had been scheduled. The quote was AI-generated. So, it always usually requires some actual human to come back and revise it. You have to go back and provide specific information. If the vehicle option is not up in the website, you have to make sure it's exactly what it is, and then talk to an actual person. That was what I did because I didn't want someone to come tell me that the price changed.

I had a great experience with Tempus Logix. Everything was easy. Good communication between them and myself. It went very smoothly. No issues at all with both pick-up and delivery. The cost was also excellent.

I needed to get my Corvette down to Arizona and the owner of the shop in Arizona uses Tempus Logix for everything. I figured if he uses them for the cars that go down there, I should have no issue. The reps I dealt with kept communication with me. I only had to reach out one time to get some verification on a couple of things but outside of that, they send me emails and kept me informed.

They would always call me regarding the transport and when to expect my car. With the cost and quality, going through Tempus was worth it. They were trustworthy. Tempus Logix would be the best bet to take your car.

I worked with Tempus Logix with one car that I shipped and everything went smoothly. So, it was easy to become a repeat customer and just work with them on multiple occasions. They were true to their word on their timeframes. Folks showed up a little early. Communication was always good. If the hauler said they would be somewhere at a certain time or a certain day and I didn’t hear from anybody, I would call Tempus, Tempus called them, and they got back to me. Tempus got in touch with them quickly. When we arranged the pick-ups, sometimes they would put them on a three-way call, where it was me, Tempus, and those other people. These folks drive trucks and don't have control of the road sometimes. The last time, there was a wildfire smoke on the way from Washington to here, and the guy was stuck for a couple of hours. But he called Tempus Logix and let me know.
