Setting everything up with Tempus Logix was very easy. The rep and I agreed on the price and the time frame window was met. The driver was very appropriate and the transaction was very smooth. The dispatcher called me when the driver picked up the vehicle and when the driver was an hour away, then the driver called me when he got the location. Everything was on time, and the condition of the vehicle was good.

Their customer service was unmatched. They picked up the phone every time I called. They responded by email or text every time I had a question. They were night and day above the competition as far as customer service. The truck was supposed to be delivered one day but it wasn't delivered. The driver had a tire problem. It was supposed to be delivered the next day and I called and it wasn't delivered that day. On the third day, there was no communication. Then I was contacted the end of the third day and they said, "Hey, he's gonna be delivering tomorrow morning." I said, "Okay, great."

The transport went very smoothly. The car got here on time and it was a really good experience. There was a lot of good communication once the car got picked up. They were constantly in contact with me so that I knew where the car was and when it was gonna be delivered.

They seemed like they knew what they were talking about. They were straight to the point. They were great. The driver was also great. He was friendly and informative.

On the delivery side, the tail end of it was rough. But what was confusing was he didn't understand how I would pay him. That was because his boss, the owner of his trucking company who contracted with Tempus, didn’t inform him. His boss knew, Tempus knew. But the actual driver on site wasn't aware. For an hour, he was confused and concerned that I wouldn't pay him. There was a bit of a language barrier. He ended up sitting around for an hour while I made phone calls and figure out what was going on. That was annoying. Typically, how it works is I give them a six-digit code. I already had paid Tempus. They hold the money. Once the load is completed, they take that six-digit code and turn it into Tempus to get paid. But the driver didn't understand that part. It's not typical, but that's how uShip works. But the driver was on time and communicative. He did all the good things right.

They're a good company. They picked the car up Monday and I got it Wednesday. Everything went well. When I got my car, there wasn't anything wrong with it. The driver was also very nice and the people made the process really easy, simple and seamless.

Costs are all too high, but then I can't do much about that as an individual. Tempus Logix provided the best price. So, it was good. There was good communication from emails and they got someone dispatched to get the vehicle picked up and delivered. The pickup evidently went good because when I got here, everything was fine. Delivery was just fine too. The communication's different with the driver, but we got through it. Use Tempus Logix without hesitation.

Tempus is my favorite one to use. I move 20 cars a year and I use them as much as possible, even if it's a couple of hundred bucks more than other companies.

Working with Tempus was really good. They stayed in touch with me the whole time. The price didn't change at all from the initial quote, which is nice. The vehicle was a modified Jeep with oversized tires. They made sure of the dimensions ahead of time rather than getting there and then realizing they couldn't handle it. So, that was good too. I wasn't there for the pick up, but the seller was on a residential side street. He was able to coordinate meeting them at a more open area where they could get the car hauler. That went fine. Delivery was good, too. They pulled right up, and they were in and out quickly. I would use Tempus Logix again. I didn't have any problems and they got a fair price and was easy to communicate with.

Everything with Tempus is good. We usually work out pretty good on the price. Everybody I had this month has been good. So, I'd recommend them.

I've used Tempus twice now. They did great. They communicated really well about the transport. They were gracious to the dealer from whom we picked up the car. They also gave us a great price. When I finally chose them as the broker, the gal that I spoke to was very professional. She reached out to me and gathered the information she needed for the pick-up dealer. As soon as she made contact with that dealer, I got a phone call from her and an email. The dealer told me that there were no problems with pick-up. The driver was also great in communicating with me all the way down from Oregon. It worked out so well. When I received the vehicle, it was in perfect shape. Whoever owns and operates Tempus instills in his employees the importance of professionalism. I'd use them again for sure.

Setting it up the transport was very easy to do on the computer, and once somebody picked up my job, then I could track it on my computer and see where it was. It was a very easy experience, and it went very smoothly. I appreciated that, and I would definitely use Tempus Logix again. Those guys were amazing.

Setting up the transport with Tempus was great. I did a relocation from California to Tennessee. They were communicative, on time, and professional. There were no issues, no damages, and no scratches. They checked things beforehand and took videos of it or pictures to make sure that there weren't gonna be any issues with that stuff and it was all perfect. The pickup was done Monday and the dropoff was on Thursday. It took three days, four days.

Everything with Tempus was okay. I just needed the car earlier than agreed on, but there's nothing you could do once they pick it up. When they dropped it off, they drove the car here. So, we didn't know if the car was an enclosed trailer or not. It came really dirty. Otherwise, it got here fine. I called the driver, and he called me back. We kept in touch. He drove the car to my house.

Tempus Logix showed up and pulled the car to California on time. There was no delay and the lady that spoke with me kept me in the loop while she was doing it. Also, they gave me a really good price and compared to the other companies, it was almost 30% less.

I'm a bit jaded because I did seven years in logistics and truckload transportation. Brokers never have the most current information but as far as brokers go, they were great. They communicated stuff quickly. The only time they were behind the curve was when the truck shows up or getting them to either end of the delivery. Communicating midstream is fine. The driver didn't speak a lick of English so communication with him was a bit of a struggle but we got my vehicle loaded and he secured it. I knew he communicated with the recipient during the delivery but it was somewhat sporadic.

I shipped a car I bought in California to Saint Louis where I live, and the process was pretty straightforward and seamless. There was one phone call, then they texted mostly. The price was competitive but it wasn't the lowest. It was a vintage car and I wanted to make sure it showed up looking the same way as I saw it in California. It showed up in the same condition and it was perfect. They communicated well and we met at a convenient location. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that service again and they'll be on the list that I look at for whenever I buy another car.

The customer feedback that we read online about Tempus Logix looked very positive and it turned out to be true. We had a Mazda Miata transported from Carlton, Georgia to Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas and the rep who helped us set it up was great. He was very polite about the entire thing and it was the same thing with the driver. They kept us up to date on everything. The transport was very quick. It was probably a couple of days from Georgia to Texas. And price-wise, everything was great.

Tempus Logix fulfilled everything as they said they would. Before it was even picked up, I was quoted a delivery date as well as the pickup time, and everything was exactly to the time period and arrived safely. Everything was very smooth.

Tempus Logix has always given us the best prices out of all the other offers we've had. And they have always been quick with their shipment. I put a posting on uShip and Tempus Logix gave us the best price for our shipping. Customer service with them was good. They were quick with their emails to get back to us. They always kept us in the loop on when shipments were picked up or what the status of the shipments were. All the shipments came on time. Once we got our end squared away with having the shipment ready to be picked up, it came out 7 to 10 days before we were able to get our shipment from them. We had two shipments with them so far. Both times were quick. We've had smaller trucks come to pick up the delivery which are a 350 or some dually truck that had a trailer on it. So, they always had plenty of room for delivery, and they never had any issues with access. I would recommend them.

They reached out a few times to make sure everything was on track. They were pretty easy to get ahold of and called me when it was time to pick up the vehicle and deliver it. The delivery was pretty straightforward. The driver was in contact with me a day or two before, and then on the day of. He gave me a lot of heads up, and it worked out pretty well.

The guy that delivered the vehicle was really professional. He had me do an inspection of the car and filled a form. The only problem I had with them is I've been given a number to give them to verify that payment had been done but they kept saying it was not the right number. It took an hour before they could leave but in the end, it got worked out.

My experience was good in general. Tempus Logix sent an email and gave me a call. There were a few customer service contacts that interacted with me, and when the driver arrived, he called me to drop off the car to my home. Delivery took about five days, which is within their given time. The cost was good.

The transport went very well. They picked up my car in a timely manner. But it took one or two days for the pick-up to be accepted by someone because they may have had some sort of a typo on the broker's website. My city is Iona and they had it listed with one extra letter so the people thought it's a different city somewhere way north. But that's not a big deal. Other than that, they shared the driver information and since I was in direct contact with the driver, it made it easier for me.

The whole process was expedient and reliable, picked up the vehicle with no problem and dropped off in the same condition. We did not have any hiccups or concerns, delivered sooner than originally expected. Price was excellent for the service provided.

My experience with the rep while setting up the transport was clean and straightforward. It was all very smooth and well taken care of. From the time when the move was booked, it was six days 'til the vehicle got there. The driver was gonna be a day early but he had a breakdown. But he still ended up getting to my house on time. He showed up late in the evening but he wanted to drop off the vehicle 'cause wanted to make sure he was on time. He was a really nice guy. I highly recommend Tempus Logix.

Tempus was fantastic and world-class. I purchased a pickup truck out of state and I had it transported for roughly 1,100 miles. After it was booked, I received a call almost immediately that they had arranged the driver to be in communication with me. As soon as the car was picked up and enroute, the driver reached out to me early, let me know his timing and intent, and provided me his contact information. The driver was very professional and courteous. He kept me well informed and he went above and beyond when we unloaded the vehicle to make sure I was happy. The delivery was also a lot quicker than I expected and the quote they gave me was dead on accurate. The service was 100% what I expected and there were no surprises.
