My wife and I needed to have a vehicle shipped out from Wyoming, and her uncle, who deals in auto body suit, said that ShipYourCarNow is a good company. The driver was a really good guy. He kept everything safe and did an excellent job. Additionally, anytime I call, their reps call me back within 10 minutes at the most. They have brilliant customer service.

We're a dealership so we need to ship vehicles. I had a representative that works with me and we've shipped 20 cars with ShipYourCarNow and I just text them. The quote was a little high, but it's all right. I had a positive and easy interaction with our transport organizer. They were knowledgeable and friendly but sometimes it's hard getting ahold of them. We've shipped one state away and we've shipped 15 states away so the process could take two days to a week from beginning to end.

I ship my car a lot and ShipYourCarNow is the first company who tried to upcharge me and I wasn't happy with that. After they picked up my car, they upcharged me because I had a couple of items in the car. I've done that before and there was no problem with the other shipper. Also, I didn’t like the service from ShipYourCarNow because there were difficulties in the pickup time and the pickup place. They weren’t very easy to work with.

They were pretty fast with it, and I never had any hidden charges. I contacted the organizer several times because I changed the date since I had an issue with the person I bought the vehicle with. He couldn't meet the date that I needed, so I called back and he rescheduled without any problem. My wife picked the vehicle up and the driver got everything off the truck and the vehicle wasn't damaged at all. The driver was a little late. But he called ahead to let us know he was gonna be late. So, that wasn't a problem. They did everything I asked them to do. I would recommend ShipYourCarNow to anybody. If I had to use them again, I would.

My car had a transmission problem so I had to ship it back to the place I had to fix it. The rep from ShipYourCarNow was nice and the whole process was fast as it only took two days. They were also on time and the service was great. I will recommend people to do business with them in the future.

The driver was good, too. As soon as I got his number, I gave him one call to make sure that everything was okay. I gave him my friend's address along with some information about his availability. He got to my friend who's the sender and everything went well. I got the car before the projected time. I had an awesome experience and I’m truly appreciative of their business.

The price they quoted me is the price that I paid. The transport organizer was okay up until when my car actually got shipped. They took my car and told me that it would be delivered on a certain date. I had things set to when it was supposed to be delivered but they delivered the car four or five days earlier than we talked about. So, when I got a call from the driver saying that he was there and I was still in South Carolina, I explained to him we talked about it not being there for a few more days. I had problems getting in contact with the transport organizer and when I was able to get in touch with him, all he said was the driver was gonna call me.

I was given a reasonable quote and the transport organizer was awesome and always communicated the entrance call and answered any questions I had. The carrier driver had a holdup. He dropped the car off a day later than it was supposed to be because of something with the hydraulics so they couldn't get the cars off. When the car was delivered, the guy told me that I should buy BMW instead and obviously I liked Mercedes because I have another one. That was a little rude and he made a couple of other rude comments but overall, it wasn't bad. All turned out very well. I would definitely use ShipYourCarNow again. It's a great company. I liked the experience.

But not everything went as planned with the delivery, although it was no fault of theirs. However, their prices were far higher than I was hearing from anybody else and their rep didn’t want to guarantee me the kind of things that the other companies did. The rep was good, and the driver was nice. The only problem that I had was somebody stole the title and the biller's bills, registration out of the car. I got to wait a week and pay $250. I guess that's not refunded. None of us spoke to anybody about it.

I called the guy's number who I'd used before. Then we had a little trouble with one of the cars. We thought it would start and go in the truck but it didn't. It's an issue trying to coordinate with him.

He booked it, helped my daughter and called me when the car arrived. However, the most recent quote was a little high by a hundred bucks and he could've done better.

The process took nine days from when he picked the vehicle up. I was called a day before the car got here but there was no day-to-day contact or any update of where the driver was and if everything was going great. That was my only complaint and I took it upon myself to make sure everything was going well.

The price was a little high since they were only coming from two states and that's my only complaint but considering how quickly they got it to us, I'm okay with it. The driver didn't call me back when I called him but he was probably driving like he's supposed to be doing and not supposed to be on the phone which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience. The truck was here safe and sound, nothing was stolen from it and all the wheels were on it.

I purchased a car in Oregon and I needed it delivered to California. ShipYourCarNow was the first thing I came across online and the transport organizer was the best. He was incredible - very responsive and very informative. The experience with ShipYourCarNow was okay. The problem was the car was supposed to be delivered on the 4th of January during the day, but I received the car the night of the 3rd. The driver insisted on dropping the car off. It was nighttime and it was pouring down rain. And the car was dirty from four days of travel, but he wanted me to inspect the car anyway. I did it as well as I could, but when I took it to the dealership the next day, they discovered that there were scratches on the back left bumper. So I called the rep from ShipYourCarNow and they claimed they were going to deal with it when I gave them an estimate, but I haven't heard back from anybody. Nobody has called me back.

I was put in touch with a broker who has worked with one of my friends and her family a couple of times so I went with him and he got directly in touch with ShipYourCarNow. My interactions with the person who picked my car up and the person who dropped my car off were both great. I got e-mails and calls letting me know when my car would be out in California. They were also early to get my car up there. In terms of meeting up to get the car, it was super easy. We were in constant communication with the driver once they landed here, so there was the ease of being able to get my car and meet him in a convenient location since we couldn’t get right to my place where I’m staying.

Everything was fine with ShipYourCarNow when I needed a car that I bought shipped from Merrillville, Indiana. The transport organizer was friendly and professional, and the driver was good, too. He knew what he was doing. He had to take the other car off first, get mine off, and put the other one back. And the car was all right. The shipping worked out just right and didn’t take long. My experience with ShipYourCarNow couldn’t have been much better.

My experience with ShipYourCarNow when I was moving down here to Florida was horrible. The shipment was delayed. It took about 6 days when it should have taken 3. And each day I was getting a story. I was told that the car was in some Mid-Atlantic area and was broken down, which maybe it was, but at first they wouldn't even admit it. And then they quit responding to my call. So I was wondering if I had signed up with a bad company that took my car and would never get it back. Also, I didn't know that I was getting brokered out. They subbed it out to somebody else, but they made it sound like the trucks were theirs. I asked for a partial refund from the original guy who brokered it out, but he didn't acknowledge my request. It was just bad customer service. I'm not happy and I would not recommend them.

He always kept me on the loop and always gave me feedback on everything or what's going on from the pickup all the way to the delivery.

The price was right and the service was good. My daughter's car also reached her when ShipYourCarNow said it would, and it was safe. Everything in the car was good and there were no dents. However, the paper didn’t really match up with the car. The driver put a lot of extra dents on the paper itself and I’m dissatisfied because of that. He was trying to protect himself in case something goes wrong with the car. I asked him about him and he told me it didn't make any difference. It didn't make sense because the car reached my daughter with no extra dent.

The deal was $950 and I paid $200 upfront, so the balance should have been $750. When they delivered the vehicle, they were expecting $950. Plus, the first time they were supposed to come pick up the car, the guy said he was here but he never was. He was calling me and saying he's outside my house but I didn't see him. I live in a gated community and he didn't bother to buzz in. Other than the driver, the others I dealt with were fine.

Jason who was my transport organizer was a very good and a delightful guy. He did a good job. However, they have to rely on somebody else, and that’s the whole problem with the system. They are brokers so one is dealing not only with them but with with people they hired. There were a lot of phone calls asking where is the driver. They are salespeople who want my business and so they can promise they’ll pick up a car on a certain day, and it just won't happen. They’ve got a trucker who's got a bad tire or a bad axle. Nevertheless, my personal experience with ShipYourCarNow was a good one and I would recommend them to a friend.

Lack Communication / Rude Customer Service. It all started well with this company until after I paid fully for my shipping. Then I lost communication and have to call and beg for information about when and how my car is going to ship. I have paid everything they requested of me to ship my car, provided them with the bill of sale, title, keys, passport, etc. Rubin ** my shipper contact person confirmed the documents and said it was all good and cleared. He said my car was going to ship in 2 weeks as of late January. The ship date was exactly February 15th, 2017. On February 14th, I called Rubin to make sure my car was still going to ship the next day. He said everything was good and ready to go, and that he will send me an email with my tracking number to track the vessel.

I've been using ShipYourCarNow for a while and have used them more than once. I had to move to another state and I booked with Jay, who was the person who booked my car shipment from last time. He's very helpful as always and accommodating. He's always checking in and would give me updates. As far as the pickup and transport, everything usually goes smooth and I've never had any problems. I have a very positive experience.

ShipYourCarNow had a pretty good price that was more than comparable. I had them ship a car for me last month from Dallas, Texas to North Carolina. Their organizer, Steven, was great and was real nice. However, the driver put off the transport three times which was a problem. He was supposed to be here on a Sunday, then Monday, then Tuesday. I was told one of the pickups was canceled then he had to go back and get another pickup. I booked on Thursday and got my car on Tuesday. We asked for a compensation, but the driver wouldn't need to give a $10 off or something like that. I didn't care about the money. If he had offered it, I would have probably said, "No."

The whole experience was fine.

I live in a very busy part of Dallas just north of downtown. It's a nice residential area right on the corner of two major streets. However, the ShipYourCarNow driver could not find my place. He parked and wanted me to come down and get the car but I told him I'm not coming down there and drive the car across the major street, when I don't have the insurance to step on it. I'm paying them to bring it from Joplin to my door, not a mile down the street. After we had some words back and forth, he brought the car up by my house and stopped on the major street and drove it over to my place. I wasn't very happy with that and that's the second time I've used them. The time before that, he dented the back of my car when he hit the curb when he was unloading it. I was so pissed off. Nevertheless, I liked the guy I dealt with on the phone and the quote that I was given was okay.

I purchased a car for my girlfriend and had ShipYourCarNow send it to Oregon from the dealership in Santa Monica since I don't have to pay the sales tax when the car is shipped unlike if I will drive it off the lot. My buddy found ShipYourCarNow and their transport organizer was cool. However, once I put in the request, I wanted it done immediately and the coordinator told me that it would be that night or the day after but it ended up taking three or four days before he even got there and got the car. But he did also tell me that he would be able to get the car whenever the company that's picking it up got back to him. So, maybe he just didn't tell me the exact time of delivery. Other than that, I got the car and everything was good so I'm happy.
