Vehicle was picked up on promised date and delivered within promised time frame. When transporter wanted $100 above what Sherpa had quoted Sherpa took the dollars out of their fee instead of asking me for more money. Very professional.

I was really dreading the process of shipping my car across the country. I had heard the horror stories and was worried about what to expect. I called maybe 4-5 companies and looked at reviews on numerous sites. I heard about Sherpa through a website run by one of the Car Guys on NPR and talked with one of their representatives on the phone for about 30 minutes. She answered ALL my questions, and I decided to go with them. They found me a shipper within days, the shipper had excellent communication, picked up the car from my mother's house and had it to me _ on the other side of the country _ in a week. The shipper called me to let me know when it was arriving. I suggested a place to deliver the car since my street was too narrow and the driver actually suggested a place that was better. Car was delivered without a scratch and on time. I would definitely go with them again without a second thought.

The easiest part of my move was using Sherpa. They contracted with Sam's Service who was beyond amazing. Everything went extremely easily and smoothly. My car was in perfect condition and it got here to Florida fast. I highly recommend!!!

I have never in my life transported any vehicles for any reason but due to the death of a friend and the illness of another friend, I have transported vehicles 3 times cross country thru SHERPA. They are so professional, explain everything in detail, follow up with you thru the entire transportation process and if THAT ISN’T ENOUGH, the subcontractors that deliver the vehicle to you are WONDERFUL AND CARING AND PERSONABLE! The company obviously contracts the delivery companies that they screen for ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE!

I spoke to Darren, a smart and thoughtful guy who talked me through the process. He pitched a product that was not too good to be true. The price was reasonable and it did not change. The company who picked up the vehicle and dropped it off was professional, quick, and efficient. I had an odd situation where I had to swap two vehicles from coast to coast (NC to CA and back). We were actually able to do a direct swap within a shorter amount of time than I expected. No complaints.

Received a quote quickly. Made the decision to use a enclosed trailer. Had a driver 24 hours later and had my vehicle 48 hours later. Driver covered the truck in his enclosed trailer. Seemed to take great care. Very, very smooth transaction with no surprises or problems.

From the automotive industry side which has gotten better over the decades, it was a pleasure doing business with Sherpa. They were responsive, as well as the way they conducted themselves and the way that their pricing was one item. But it was the professionalism all the way through. The transport itself was what they promised and they followed it through. They gave a car wash after the fact. Very nice. The main thing was getting the vehicle here as expected and they did that. They're in the service business and they do it very well.

Sherpa did a great job. They were fantastic and very personable. The driver came into my neighborhood but I told him he didn't need to do that. He was challenged a little bit in terms of dropping off. My son is in the military and he's in a highly secure area. So he has no phones all day long. So I was kind of concerned. I asked the driver if he could text my son a time the night before and let him know because he can leave the building. The driver was really accommodating to that. So they had no issues meeting up and handing over the car. It worked out perfect.

I called on a Wednesday night, my car was picked up the following Monday, and I received my car that Wednesday. Sherpa Auto and the driver were both knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. This was the first time I ever had a vehicle shipped and I had some hesitation. I would normally drive it myself but because of the pandemic, I chose to have it shipped with Sherpa. Everything over the phone was professional and just as expected. Everybody was professional. They charged my card the right amount. The transport was from Texas to Chicago and the car came right when they said it was gonna come. It was dirty, but it arrived. It was a very pleasant experience on the whole and this renewed my faith in having vehicles shipped.

Sherpa gave me a good price and they did a great job. They scheduled the delivery on time and the best day which works for me. They picked up the car on time. There was a couple of delays because of what happened in Texas during the winter storm, but it was totally fine. They constantly sent me messages and I was aware of everything. They delivered exactly what they promised. Sherpa is a great company. I'm really happy with my choice.

The Sherpa representative I spoke with made me feel very safe and secure. Everything that they said they were going to do, they did. The driver came in the time whatever the range they gave me ​and was very friendly. The car came to me on time and in the condition that I left it in. The bill was the same as the initial quote they gave me. I'm very happy I went with Sherpa. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Here's the honest reason I picked up Sherpa to transport my car. Had the least negative reviews of all transport companies I reviewed. In the end, job was completed to my satisfaction. I was concerned about the pickup date shifting, and it did. In my case the truck showed up 5 days before the pick up date and on a weekend which worked out great. I got a call from dispatch on a Saturday telling me the driver was showing up in an hour to pick up the car and I said, no, not happening, unless he wants to wait for me at a minimum 4 hours, I said I was told the driver/truck would show up in 5 days, not 5 days earlier. The driver said he would show up later, and did not show up until the following day which was Sunday. In my case this worked out well, but be mindful the pick up date does shift, from what I can tell is not a guarantee, is really up to the truck driver.

My car was transported from Tennessee to California through Sherpa. The driver stayed in communication with me through text and he called also. Everything went smoothly and there were no scratches or anything on the vehicle. The quote they gave me was the exact same amount that I paid. It was my first time transporting a car and I was very scared to do it, but it went very well. I was very happy with Sherpa.

Sherpa uses a lot of independent truckers and trucking companies. So they found one to call that was a reasonable time. Their representative set the transport up through phone call and email. The trucking company was ahead with picking up the car and delivering the car. The transport took two and a half days and it was a lot less than what they indicated. It exceeded my expectations.

Not only were they the low bidder but they also lived up to their promise to add up to $300 of their own money to secure a driver. Great communication all around and only 2 days to get my car 2000 miles. Highly recommend.

The guy I was dealing was Jason and it was very, very good. The quote was little more than one of the other companies, but at least, I knew it was in good hands. The delivery was good. The driver didn't have great English, but he knew what he was doing. He came, delivered and gave me notice. So it was good.

I shipped two vehicles. The driver was courteous and professional. The service was fantastic and timely. The only concern I had was when I submitted the rebate, I got the rebates for both, except for the carwash. It was like up to $20 refunded for the first carwash. I submitted both of those and I haven't received anything.

I am highly satisfied with my experience with Sherpa Auto Transport. I shipped two cars from Northern California to the East coast. Everything was great from the scheduling to pickup and delivery. The cars a Porsche and Mercedes were received in the same condition as shipped. Communication with the company and drivers was great. You can’t go wrong using their service.

Sherpa's service was superior. I thank the gentleman who brought the vehicle to me even with the bad weather that was happening in Austin, Texas that weekend. He was very nice. He followed up with me. He was such a gentleman. We did keep in close contact and he did let me know. He waited a while, and we were stuck in the weather. So, my arrival time was after our arranged time but he waited as long as he could. He did leave my car and my key in a safe place for me, and did such a great job.

Very professional and easy to work with. Shipper should have anticipated issues with size of shipping truck with respect to delivery to my address. This necessitated picking up the vehicle at a remote location.

In my line of work, I often move and need to make provisions to move my vehicles. After calling Sherpa, the support staff (Blake and Mike) were on point throughout the whole process and ensured all my questions and concerns were addressed. I needed to get a car down to New Orleans to sell it. I went online, looked for a couple different places, got some feedback online, talked to a few on the phone, and talked to Sherpa. Their rep convinced me that they were the best value. They were the most expensive but in my terms, they were the best value. I tried to take a shot at it. The rep did a good job explaining kind of how the process worked and kind of why he priced things the way he did. Before the driver got identified, I got one or two emails a day telling me what was going on and that they were still looking. Then when they identified somebody, they let me know. The delivery only took two days so there wasn't much to communicate. I was able to directly talk to the driver on the way and when he had an effective link up and that all went fine. I would tell somebody who needed to ship a car to check Sherpa out.

The young lady that I spoke with in Charlotte was very honest and straightforward. She shared with me some information regarding what I may run into. I've heard that what you’re given is not the price you end up paying, especially if there's conflict with the driver. So that was the first reason I ended up going with Sherpa. Secondly, it was a reasonable price. I could have got it done a little bit cheaper, but I was not guaranteed that rate that I was given by other companies. She told me the rate that she gave me was guaranteed.

I can’t say enough about how professional and accommodating this company has been! I was included in the process from the initial phone call to the delivery of the vehicle. Every question I had or message I left were so quickly taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

This was my first experience shipping a car. Jonathon did a great job explaining the whole process and answering my questions. I received constant communication for each step of the process. The transport went very well. The movers picked up my vehicle in the three-day timeframe they had mentioned and got here a day earlier than expected. I got a standalone quote with no extra costs and variables. Sherpa was very friendly and helpful. They kept me informed each step of the way.

I read horror stories about car transport companies. I did my research and Sherpa came highly rated. They stayed true to their word. The driver that was hired was honest and reliable. He stayed in touch with us and delivered my car without any issues. We have booked Sherpa for 2 more transports (we are moving from SC to AZ) and I have complete confidence that the second experience will be just as good as the first.

In signing up to ship my vehicles from CA to NC, I paid a broker fee of $300 per vehicle. This was at least a month before the vehicles were to be shipped. The company insisted they needed a 3-day window for pickup. They finally agreed to pickup the vehicles on the 24th or 25th. I got a call from the driver wanting to pick the vehicles up on the 23rd. I was out of town so that was impossible. He did show up on the 24th. In arranging for the transport I specifically asked if I could load my lawnmower and other garden tools in the pickup. I was told that as long as the load didn't roll around that I could load the tools into the pickup bed. The driver said he was a car mover and not a moving van and that I could unload the tools or pay him an additional $300. I was stuck.

Sherpa's rep was very helpful and he got everything sorted out. My move was from Atlanta to Lost Angeles and it took about four days total from pick-up. I got the car from the driver during delivery. He made sure I inspected the car and he was very polite.

Overall, a smooth and simple transaction. From beginning to end everyone was professional, punctual, and caring. I never felt like I was being pressured to use their company over another. Also, there were no hidden fees or alterations to my quote. Ultimately would recommend this company to anyone transporting a vehicle especially if you’re going across country.

I had a car delivered from Washington State to Texas through Sherpa. The rep was helpful. He got back to me on time and the movers came in early. The driver got my vehicle off the truck pretty quickly when it was delivered. It came with no damage so I was pretty pleased. Also, Sherpa's quote was cheaper than that of other service providers.

Sherpa did an excellent job shipping our Mercedes Benz from IL to FL! Sherpa logistics team and the driver were very communicative from start to finish and handled our vehicle with care. I had two of companies that I requested, and Sherpa actually got right back to me. They were very accommodating and friendly. The service was great. The speed and accuracy was good. The updating such as that as it moved along was all right.

We shipped a car from Florida to Pennsylvania. Using the Consumer Affairs website, we chose Sherpa Auto Transport as the broker. Since they are a broker, they matched us with Quality Auto Transport to ship the car. The initial fee to Sherpa was $250 via credit card. Quality Auto Transport’s fee was $475 to be paid to the driver with cash or Cashiers Check. The service was fantastic! The driver, Daniel, communicated with us through the entire process. No need for a broker, I highly recommend Quality Auto Transport.

I liked the fact that they had $300 that went towards any ups that might occur during the time before coming back to you. A lot of companies, they'll add another $100 or $200 if they have problems, but Sherpa pays up to $300. They took care of my car just fine and they brought it earlier than I expected. Everything was great.

They could give you a quote right away. It's a fair price for the service. But they could look into a way to have a better idea of when they're gonna come pick up your car and when they're gonna deliver. Because I had to figure out while I was working. So the more certainty, the better you can plan.

I checked them out online and they seemed to be good. I asked for quotes, and they were one of the cheaper ones with one of the best ratings on Better Business Bureau. The people that we spoke to on the phone were terrific. The driver that we spoke to was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, fast, and excellent in all respects. He kept us informed all along the route, where he was, and when he was going to be there. We texted him and told him where we were, and he told us exactly where he was. He was there on time. By the time we rounded the parking lot, he already had the car off the transport, sitting there, and ready for us to inspect. I would recommend them over and over.

The rep that I dealt with was great. He was so sweet and thorough. He explained everything right down to the pickup and delivery. The driver was fantastic and very professional. We had a nice long talk and I felt comfortable with my car with him. He was very, very nice. I'd use Sherpa again in a heartbeat. I've already recommended them. My nephew is going to have my car washed this week and Sherpa said, if and when that happens, to save the receipt and they would reimburse me. It was a nice customer touch.

They were responsive when I reached out, and they had good pricing. The guy that I talked to at Sherpa at the front end sort of explained the process because I've never done this before. Then the date approached, and they were in touch with the specific carrier that they had assigned to it. I was in touch with the driver for the pickup and drop-off dynamics. It would be a nice improvement if they could make he drivers can take a credit card, instead of cash or certified check at the back end. Most people today have these mobile things, where you can use a credit card on a phone or one of those different devices that attach to an iPad and you swipe your credit card through it. So it was a little old school with cash or check. Other than that, everything was on time and worked well, and so it was good.

I had a positive experience with Sherpa's rep. They gave me a good quote and it was a really smooth delivery. The gentleman who helped was very accommodating. He handled things professionally and I was very satisfied.

I have to say I was not worried one time about using this company. From the time I spoke with Darren who was awesome to the time I made contact act with the driver it was a great experience. Even with the horrible weather in Texas the transport when smooth. I couldn't get out on the road to make contact with the driver and was able to make other plans with no issue. Thanks Sherpa! Based on my previous experience with a different company, Sherpa was top-notch. Communication was easy to get in touch with people whenever I had a question. They kept me up to date on status of locating the driver. I had to change the pickup date twice and they were very accommodating with that. Overall, communication was super high, which is as crucial when you're dealing with something like this. The only drawback is that they utilize a bunch of different drivers with different backgrounds. My driver was Russian and his English barely got him by. So the communication on that end might have been lacking slightly, but he still came through. There was a little miscommunication on the final destination. He was off by a few miles and that was because of the language barrier. But all in all, the vehicle got there clean and on time. I would recommend Sherpa to all my car guys.

The people at Sherpa were fabulous. I shipped three cars with them. The move for the first car was about five days and the other two went together in seven. The first driver was very nice. The second driver was fabulous. They took care of our cars and delivered them. So, it was a good experience all the way around. Sherpa did exactly what they said they were gonna do and charged me exactly what they wanted.

After doing a lot of research I chose Sherpa to transport my Mustang convertible from Massachusetts to Nevada. From the initial phone call to delivery, everything went perfectly. The driver kept me updated with text messages the final 2 days. He was driving through snow and ice storms, but still made it on time. He was great. Yes, the car was dirty when it arrived, but Sherpa even pays for the carwash. After hearing so many horror stories from people who transported their cars, this was the most stressful part of my move. I reached out to several companies and Sherpa was the first one that immediately called me back. The gentleman that I talked with provided excellent customer service. The quote they gave was the same as the bill in the end. The vehicle was perfect when it arrived. I was really satisfied with everything from start to finish.

We called Sherpa and they assigned it to a driver. The driver got ahold of us and came over. He got the vehicle and took it. It was relatively easy. The driver was very professional. He'd done it for a number of years and knew exactly what he was doing. So he went ahead and got it up there without any problem. The final price was relatively cheap. I thought it was gonna be a lot more but it was a lot less than what I thought. If I had to do it again, I'd use Sherpa again. They’re a very professional company.

Although my car was delivered 2 days later than needed, Sherpa, especially Dillano, was very helpful in answering all my questions and providing support. They kept their deal as the delivery company asked for more and they paid that extra amount themselves.

Their quote was a couple hundred higher than what I would have liked, but I didn't have to worry about the change of price once the driver was selected, which is what I read in reviews with different brokers. But the driver was very responsive and was a nice guy. The vehicle was also in good condition. I was satisfied.

I looked at Sherpa's reviews, and they were pretty good. So, I went with it. The customer service was good. They always answered, they're always available and I feel like the company did a good job. When it came to ship my car, it was when the winter storm hit the South. They worked with me in getting somebody down there even though it was snowing. So, I had a positive experience. The level of communication was good. It only took an extra four days, but that was because everything was snowed in. The only thing is they could have put me in contact with the driver once that was decided. I had to google to get the company's phone number that I got assigned to. I wish they could’ve sent me an email like, “Here's your driver. Here's your company. You can contact to them or they'll contact you in X amount of time.”

My son bought a car and it had to be shipped over. Setting up the appointments with Sherpa went really smoothly. The driver was extremely nice, professional and a very kind person. As far as the vehicle, there were no dents or dings. It was perfect. Sherpa was extremely helpful and fast. If you want something done worry free and professional, go with Sherpa.

The Sherpa company showed professionalism and experience in getting a driver to transport my car. I had failed attempts with 2 other auto transport companies that could not find a reliable driver and things dragged out for 3 weeks before I called Sherpa. They got it done within the timeframes and price quoted. They updated me, explaining things clearly and respectfully. I appreciate the level of good customer service given to me.

I had cheaper quotes but decided to go with Sherpa because I needed to get the car moved on a specific timeframe and I had confidence that they would do it. They guaranteed the price and the availability of when the vehicle would be picked up. Also, the rep was straight up. He followed up with an email, which was very easy to understand. Then, the delivery came a few days early and the car was in good condition. It was a favorable experience and I'd use them again if I needed them.

They were really helpful and very polite. We had a snowstorm in the middle of the week that it was supposed to go and we couldn't get it out there that week. So, we had to find another company to come and pick it up. But they were very good about keeping me updated. The gentleman that came and picked the truck up was very polite. He explained how to get access to the report that he put in via email.

When I fist called for a quote a gentleman named Nick helped me and answered any questions I had to make sure this was the service I was looking for. The driver who delivered my car was very responsive any time I wanted to check in. I would recommend to anyone - plus you get a free car wash! :)

Everything was simple and fast. I got updates throughout the delivery process and was highly pleased at how easy the whole process was. I highly recommend Sherpa for your transporting needs and would use them in the future if I needed to.

There was a bit of a problem at the beginning. The driver was unable to arrive on schedule because he had a pickup just before ours. The customer before us misrepresented the size of his vehicle. When they loaded it, there wasn't any room left for us. So at the last moment, they had to scramble and get a different truck driver to come to pick up the vehicle and that delayed us a couple of days.

My experience with their rep was perfect. Pickup and delivery were perfect. It was very quick. They were on time and were professional. The car was in great shape. I would recommend Sherpa to anybody if asked.

My experience with Sherpa was A+.

My son works in auto sales and he had found Sherpa and told me he had a good experience with shipping a car. Then, we used them ourselves twice now, 'cause we shipped up to Connecticut a new car, and everything was great with that. Then, this car from Texas to Virginia. Everything was fine. It worked out well. They did a great job. They transported it, it came up looking perfect and quickly too. I would definitely keep using them if I need to keep shipping cars.

There was just a couple of days before I needed my car shipped and Sherpa's rep was very helpful. I had to call him a couple of times afterward to confirm what was going on but it ended up working out. The driver came a little later than we expected, but it wasn't his fault, and he ended up delivering the car on time, which was the important part. Sherpa got the job done and it can be hard to find someone who gets the job done in the auto transport industry from what I've experienced.

I called and I asked for a quote. The rep explained to me how the quoting process went and how it's pretty much gonna be the same with every company. It was the lowest that I found and was guaranteed that it wouldn't go up in price as the date got closer, so I went with Sherpa. The driver who picked the car up was fantastic. It got a flat tire on the way to the pickup spot and the driver helped a lot and changed the tire. He was really cool. The car arrived within two weeks and the quote is what I paid, so I was pretty happy with that.

Everything was completely organized and easy from getting the quote, to the pick up and delivery! Our car was picked up in Southern California on a Tuesday night and arrived in New York on Friday night! Much faster than we thought!

Sherpa was able to guarantee me a sooner date than other companies so I decided to go with them. Their reps were very professional and I appreciated their candor in my conversation. They weren't trying to sell me like a lot of the others do. The guy that I spoke with had a plan and I really felt at ease and that I was dealing with someone who was professional and not making empty promises. Also, we were kept abreast of the delivery times. It was a very different experience. I've shipped cars and trucks for the last 20 years and it's probably the best that I've had.

Very impressed from day 1 - Sherpa phone agents awesome - I had a vehicle transaction delay that threw the shipping plan off schedule and Sherpa team handled it like pros - when I had vehicle pick up clearance Sherpa picked up right where we left off - Austin and Crimson were both super professional and informative - I was counting on Sherpa to deliver as promised and they did it all 100%! Shipment from Dallas TX to Brandon MS. Received quote and accepted it on Jan 22. Car was delivered on Jan 27. I can’t imagine how it could have gone any smoother. Professional staff that answered questions and responded promptly. First time shipper expected problems but had none. Price quoted is what I paid and Sherpa was best price. I would highly recommend.

I shipped a 2012 Nissan Maxima to New Hampshire to my son and used Sherpa from the recommendations of my son, his daughter-in-law, and people on the internet. Their prices were a little bit higher but they stated on there that there aren't any hidden fees. The quote I got was accurate. I was able to pay for all of it on this end and my son didn't have to pay when it was delivered, which is one thing I wanted to do. Also, the driver was very professional and very good. He was interested in getting it done. He came from Houston, stopped here, went to Fort Worth, and then drove it up from there. He pretty much let me know the status of where he was and when he was going to deliver and all of that.

I was very hesitant to go with any car transport services as I had never personally used them before. I landed on this company and from start to finish felt great about it. Dillano was the CS rep that helped me set up my service and was so sweet. If I ever find myself needing car transport again I would use these guys!

The initial quote was a really pretty good experience. It was a little higher than I wanted it to be but when I spoke with the rep, she told me what happens when the price is lower and how they can run into issues of not finding a driver. I appreciated her honesty with that and walking me through. And there was no pressure. Also, I really appreciated the driver's communication with me during the entire process. There was a little bit of a mishap where he was instructed to go to another location in Texas before coming to me but he still made it that same day.

They were responsive and pretty reassuring that the car will get here safely, and I liked the track record. I didn't see any other reviews online, per se, but the guy said to me that most cars are shipped in the unenclosed cars. I see cars on the road all the time. I do see cars behind trucks all the time. I'm like, "Whoa, that's crazy. How do they even get the cars up there?" The guy was saying that 90% of the cars reach the destination. They do it every day. I thought, "Well, that's pretty good odds versus me having to pay extra to get it done on an enclosed car basis, an enclosed carrier." The conversation was good. I chose them and the car got here swiftly and safe. It worked out well.

He said there would be no additional fees, whereas some of the other companies it was like they would be much cheaper, but then it wasn't guaranteed. The driver was great. The car was picked up from a friend who has commandeered the car in California. The friend handed the keys to Mike, printed a lot of pictures and signed the documents, and the car was transported out. Mike gave us a heads-up then told us where to meet him. I live down a one way street so he had to park the car somewhere he could park his truck which was about half a mile away. We met him and it was good. There were no dings, scratches or birds stuck in the windshield or grill. This is the first time I shipped a car and it got from A to B without any drama. It was hassle-free. I paid the price quoted which was 100% accurate.

Sherpa offered an enclosed trailer. They quoted me 2,000 to begin with. I had gotten a better price somewhere else. Sherpa came down to 1,800 and I accepted that. My experience with the driver was fine and the condition of the car when it arrived was okay. Their service was perfect.

I liked Sherpa's timely response and the price was competitive if not better than the other people I spoke to. The delivery was good. They talked to my son when his car was being dropped off. So, he knew where to go and when to be there and he was happy with what he got on his end. The car looked like it did when it left. I got just a little bit of a surprise when the driver showed up. It was earlier than anticipated, which is not a terrible problem to have. And fortunately, I was available. But I was expecting the following morning, and they showed up in the evening the day before. I was able to adapt. Everything was good.

When most companies didn’t answer a Sherpa representative named Gary answered and was so nice and extremely helpful. Sherpa Auto Transport responded in good time to my request to ship my car from the West Coast to the East coast. The cost was not over the top because I was willing to meet the driver in Tacoma Washington. The pick up was January 8th and delivery was January 14th. I was notified every step of the way: from transporting the car to the lot, to being loaded onto the truck, to a day before delivery and finally day of delivery. The driver replaced the battery for the key fob without hesitation.

They gave me a quote, and it was something like paying an extra amount so that if the quote was higher than expected, they would pay the difference. We have an aunt from Ohio and we have a residence in Clearwater, Florida, as well. We're snowbirds, so we ship our car down and ship it back every year. We come down in about December and go back in April. We used Sherpa. We used them once last year. It works out very well for us. We could buy a car and leave it down here, but we save the expense of that. The cost of using Sherpa makes up for it. When we did this, we had to change. We were gonna come down in October but because of the virus, it was best not to come down. We were going to use them, and they were very responsible in not charging us the fee which we could have been charged. The driver upon delivery was very personable, and he's very efficient. Overall, Sherpa fulfilled what they said they were going to do and they did it very well.

I had spoken to very close friends of mine who used Sherpa three years ago to ship everything back from California and they were totally impressed by it. So, I decided to use them to transport a BMW to my sister-in-law. There was constant communication with the carrier drivers and they were very nice nice to deal with. I talked to them and they let me know where they were. I also got a picture of the vehicle as soon as it arrived in New Mexico. My sister-in-law said it was on the top of the carrier and was dirty, but it was perfect. Then, she got the gift card which came in my name but with my sister-in-law's address in New Mexico. So, I told her to send it back to me in New Jersey and I'll give her the 100 myself. All in all, Sherpa was wonderful.

I called five times and I haven't heard anything from them. We complete shipping for almost a month now. I will definitely go with them again if they take good care of me on the other end.

The process with Sherpa was quick and easy. My SUV got delivered on time from Pennsylvania to Florida and the quote was right on the money. He let me know, “I was I should be this way at this time.” When he was two hours away from my destination, he called and let me know. He texted me as he was pulling up to unload the vehicle and the vehicle was in the same condition that it left El Paso.

We all moved to Florida, so we needed a company to ship our car down to Florida from New Jersey. My sister shipped two cars before and she thought they did great. This time, the reps were very helpful. The driver was also great. Unfortunately, the weather stalled the transport a day, but it wasn't his fault. It snowed. Other than that, Jerry was such a nice guy. He texted and called, and he always informed me what was going on with the car. The car was in Florida in two days, so I got it right on time. The quote was accurate as well, but I was supposed to get some kind of rebate and I sent the bill of lading to them.

The car was intact when it got here, and it got here in a very short period of time as well. So, I was very happy with Sherpa's service.
