I found Sherpa Auto Transport to be extremely helpful and professional in moving a car I purchased from Portland, Oregon to Illinois. They were very helpful on the phone and the price quoted was the actual charge in the end. The driver was professional and transported the car quickly across country, arriving even sooner than I expected it to - which was a good thing. Highly recommended.

The guy was prompt. They were delivering it in the time frame that they said. It was great. It was seamless and the easiest transaction I've had. They were very nice and very understanding. The price that was quoted was the price that was at the end. I definitely would use them again.

We were moving from South Carolina to the Eastern Shore of Virginia. I had a couple of transport companies lined up and Sherpa was one of them. Sherpa didn't have any red flags for me. The young woman that I dealt with on the phone was helpful and made it a really easy process. The transport had a quick turnaround, too. I didn't have my 1951 Ford home delivered because I had to take it to a shop to do some work on the truck. So they delivered it to a mechanic over in Virginia Beach. I met the truck there when they were there. The guy that brought the truck off was great. His truck looked great and I was happy. There were no surprises.

I looked at a couple of other companies but after talking to the initial representative from Sherpa, I was really pleased with the timing and the pricing. They were able to give me great information. The third party that they used was also really informative. They were kind of keeping me up-to-date as to when they were coming and what was to be expected. I had a unique situation where I was relocating my parents. I went home to Boston to take care of that transport and I wasn't gonna be back until Sunday. The driver asked if I knew approximately the time I would be there and he was there before to make sure. They delivered as expected from Boston, Massachusetts to Atlanta, Georgia. Everything that they told me upfront is exactly what was provided. From start to finish, I have nothing but great remarks for them.

Very pleased with the customer service from Sherpa. My first phone call with Austin went great. He was very professional and polite. Our driver, George was courteous and communicated with us through the whole experience. He, too, was very professional and pleasant. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

When we were looking to transport a Corvette, Sherpa called us back immediately and gave us a price. We paid them exactly what they wanted. The car arrived in Texas but there was a slight mix-up because the address was wrong. Still, the driver was a very courteous young man and he did a very good job for us. Sherpa was excellent overall.

I was transporting a Toyota Land Cruiser as I couldn't transfer due to COVID restrictions. I went with Sherpa as my mover because they never disturbed me by calling back with a ton of offers. We came to an agreement concerning the delivery time and they gave me the best rate. The person I worked with on the phone was polite and very understanding. The quote I got from Sherpa was accurate and their mover delivered on time. Everything was perfect.

The quote was perfect and I got amazing service. The driver called the day before the move and the day he was coming to pick up the vehicle I needed to transport. On the day of delivery he called my daughter. I have since recommended Sherpa to my aunt who is shipping her car from Massachusetts to Palo Alto.

Sherpa was the first one I considered because of the ratings online and all the feedback, and there was an organization that gave them great ratings so I went by that. The experience was incredible. The rep was great and very helpful. He followed through on what he committed. We started the process on a Monday and by Wednesday, he found the driver. By Friday, we had the car picked up and it was delivered by Saturday. I was impressed. Even the two gentlemen who picked up the vehicle were very professional. They did everything that they said they were gonna do. If I had to do it again, I would definitely use Sherpa again.

The other guys were a little bit lower on their price but they all up to moving day turned around and changed the price on me three or four days before the move by hundreds of dollars. They messed around. But Sherpa guaranteed the price and they held the price. They were great and very helpful. They picked up when they said and got the vehicle out here earlier than we needed. We told them we needed a few more days ‘cause we were not there yet. They said it was not a problem and to call them when we were ready I called and they brought it out the next day. I had first-class experience all the way through with those guys.

I had contracted with a company but they didn't follow through so I went with Sherpa. They knocked it out of the park. I had direct easy contact with the customer service and explained my situation, and had immediate, “We can work with this.” I definitely was completely satisfied with the time frame and they worked for me. The experience was very positive. They were very professional, friendly and very willing to help with our situation. I was pleased with the quote too. I had a budget in mind and it met my needs. They picked it up within the time frame that they said and went through the whole process of picture taking. The car was delivered in the same manner with no problems and in a timely fashion.

Transporting my mini from Slidell Louisiana to Delray Beach Florida was a pleasure working with Sherpa. They were on time and kept in touch the entire time of the transport. I would highly recommend them if you need your car shipped.

Sherpa was in California and they were recommended. I went with them and it was a great experience. They picked the car up in Los Angeles County in California the day they said they were going to and it only took them four days to get here in Bartow County in Cartersville, Georgia. They were supposed to call me Friday night but they called me Saturday morning and said it'd be there in the afternoon. The guy was very courteous.

I was googling using Google to see what auto transports were available and which ones were the best. Sherpa had it right between good customer reviews and price that's why I went with them. The customer service was great. They're very clean and concise with their answers in the instructions and what needed to get done. The actual transport itself was great too. The guy called me 10 minutes before he was in the area. We met up and put the car on. I was gonna walk back to my apartment but it was kind of raining so he drove me back to the apartment which was awesome. Afterwards, when I went to take up the car, he drove all night to get there as soon as possible.

The driver loaded the car up, took the antenna off, and checked everything out. He took a bunch of pictures and recorded everything. He gave me the paperwork, I signed off on it, and six days later, the car was there in the same condition. It was a transport across the country and the timeframe was right on. Everything was good.

I did a web search to find them and read reviews about Sherpa and others. The reviews convinced me that Sherpa was worth talking to. Once I received their proposal, they were extremely timely in returning the quote as well as communicating. I was impressed with their professionalism. They picked the vehicle up in Pennsylvania on a Tuesday morning and it was in Florida by Wednesday evening. It was a very quick trip and the quote didn't change. I was very pleased.

They explained how it would work and everything went exactly how they said it would go. For the drop-off and pickup, they were there when they said they would be there. The communication was real good with the driver and the pickup. The driver was great too. Though they contract out, it was a great service. I would use them again in a minute.

Sherpa is a good alternative to driving the vehicle yourself. I used it to get my daughter's car from school back home. It was an 800-mile transport. I actually checked about four transport companies and Sherpa seemed transparent. It was easy to understand how it was working. Their representative was very helpful and didn't seem too pushy like some of the other companies that we spoke to.

That's key to me. So even if I was getting some quotes that were a lot cheaper, they were giving me guarantees and refund guarantees of all these things. My cousin told me we could go with Sherpa because it seemed like they got it real easy and under control, and they're a part of the more bigger brokering companies.

My sister was living down from New York. She was gonna drive, but then we decided that it wasn't in her best interest to drive. I had to get her car down to Florida. I tried one other place first and I called them up. They didn't answer the phone and so I looked at some online reviews, and I saw some pretty good ones for Sherpa. I called them up. The guy was super nice. He quoted me $1,000. The first quote I got from the other place was $895. I told him that I got a quote lower than that.

I live in Florida half the year and I needed my car down there. I used Bing and just looked at auto transport. It was like a top five thing. I read some reviews and crosschecked them. Sherpa came up a couple of times. This was a couple of months before I was ready to do the transport. I then picked up the phone and called their 800 number. My car was picked up a day earlier than anticipated and arrived even before I did. When it arrived the driver arranged a place even closer to our destination than we had planned. Sherpa transported my Corvette from Hemet, California to Knoxville, Tennessee. Everything went very well. They did an excellent job. The man that picked up the car was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and was really a gentleman. Everything went as it was supposed to and the car arrived within the timeframe that we expected it to. It was also in perfect condition. There were no problems with the unloading as well.

The customer service reps were pretty helpful, answered all my questions and I didn't get a sense that I was being misled. As far as the quote, they were reasonable. They weren't the highest or the lowest. From the initial call to the time the car was delivered was just under a week. The actual transport probably took a day and a half. The car was delivered within five days. The vehicle that the driver was driving was too big for my street, so we met him offsite. He was a very kind and nice man. The car was dirty when it came because it wasn’t enclosed but there were no marks on it.

Sherpa was a recommendation from a relative and I'm happy. The process went smoothly. It took five, six days from pick up to delivery which was within the window that they anticipated. The driver was very courteous.

An antique old car needed to get moved to Louisiana where the owner's daughter is a professor at LSU. Everything was perfect. The driver was very nice and clean cut and the broker on the phone was nice as well. They were very professional and the whole process was spotless and easy to work with. It was 100%. If I had a fleet of cars, I would only use Sherpa, but I don't. It's an isolated incident but it was never a stressful event at all. The owner's daughter sent me a picture a month later and she's happy.

I looked at 4 or 5 companies before I went with Sherpa. I liked the door-to-door pickup and their good communication. They got back to me right away. Everything was very clear. They were friendly and I got a good vibe. The communication during the transport was terrific and I was surprised on how quickly they got the car across the country. I was very impressed. The quote was accurate too. It was great with Sherpa. 5 stars.

I liked the reviews of Sherpa. They also explained it to me how they're like brokers and they deal with transport companies and how some of these really low quotes the transport companies might not even accept it. So, it just made me understand the process, so I felt more comfortable. He told me that they are not the cheapest, which was good for him to tell me too. But he also ensured me that my car would be picked up, and it was. They weren't that much more expensive, but that was reassuring.

I was taking my daughter to law school in Los Angeles and didn't want to drive from Nashville to Los Angeles. I read some reviews on the internet then I chose to hire Sherpa to transport the car. My experience with them was great and everything went very smoothly. The rep I talked to was nice and the quote seemed fine to me. When the person who drove the vehicle came and I met him. He had to drive me back home to get the car because I was in another car. He took possession of the car and took it back to Walmart. And he got to Los Angeles early. I was flying in on a Sunday and Sunday night, he called me and said he had it. He brought it to their company's lot, then I came in a rental car and got it. I'm very satisfied with my experience and the price I paid in the end was fair for the service I received.

I went through six companies while looking around for a transport service, put it on social media, and got about six different recommendations. Then, I decided to go with Sherpa because they provided a decent follow through. They also simplified the process and made it consumer friendly. Even if I emailed or had a question, they were on it. They were receptive and couldn't be any more helpful with it.

Sherpa is an awesome transport company. I recommend them highly. They were very helpful in answering all my many questions and patient as I called back several times. I had a vehicle transported from Virginia to Upper Michigan. The driver kept in touch with pick up and delivery times and the vehicle arrived in exactly the same condition as when it left. The picture was taken at delivery. I would use them again, if the need arises.

I looked at 4 transport companies and probably the line that grabbed me to go with Sherpa was the fact that they never have any surcharges. The estimate they give you is what you pay. If it cost them a little bit more with their subcontractor to get the car there, they eat the difference. They get more profit if they find a subcontractor that gives them a good price. They were competitive with the others I looked at but I liked that feature.

There were two I reached to and Sherpa had a guaranteed price. It seemed competitive and it was right on. Communication was great too. I had to call them a couple of times just to clarify things and I ended up changing the car I was shipping. Everything was easy and from Ohio to Utah, shipping took less than 48 hours. It was super fast.

I looked at the reviews online and the reviews from other people guided me to use Sherpa. They were very nice and were answering all my questions. They made me feel a little bit more at ease. They did the best that they could. The transport was from Indiana to Florida and it was a lot quicker than I expected. It was like in a couple of days' time where they got the driver for me and the driver was able to do it in a couple of days. He picked the cars up on a Friday and they were there Saturday. I would tell people Sherpa was a good company if they're planning on using a transport company considering the timeframe that others were talking about as far as getting the cars down.

We were outside of the two week window of pick-up time and thought we'd take a second look. I found Sherpa on Nextdoor which kinda gets you in touch with people within your community, your neighborhood, or maybe your subdivision. A gentleman had used them several times and said they were awesome.

I was overall very happy with the services that Sherpa Auto Transport provided. I was trying to ship a very special car with low ground clearance from Amarillo to Austin, Texas. Other companies simply failed this task despite trying it for several days. Sherpa company provided this service in 16 hours. Highly recommended to friends and family.

I had an SUV shipped by Sherpa from South Carolina to Virginia. Their estimated time was as accurate as DOT allows. However, communication could have been better. It wasn't until less than a week prior to my expected pick-up date that there was a discovery that I was on the central dispatch in two places and that was why no driver had picked my vehicle yet. It only got caught a week out instead of earlier on.

We needed a transport service 'cause my daughter moved out to Pennsylvania temporarily and didn't wanna drive all the way out there from California. So it was for her car. I heard about Sherpa through a friend who had used their service. I called them, I got a quote. It was a little higher than what I wanted to pay. It was almost $1,900 for the transport. I did some checking online and I went with a cheaper option with a different company. It was about $500 cheaper. But the problem was they could not get a carrier. My pickup time came and went, they kept telling me, "Waiting for a carrier to be assigned." We couldn't wait any longer.

I was moving an SUV from one state to another state. I looked at Montway, but they were terrible. Then a young lady from Sherpa was absolutely awesome. She walked me right through the process, gave me the price and then after that, everything was just making a payment and scheduling stuff. The quote that I got was fair and accurate. It was absolutely phenomenal and was right on the money. It was beautiful. Then the delivery went absolutely amazing. When they picked it up, the guy was on-point. On top of that, when they dropped it off, it was easy. I gave the guy the payment in cash. Overall, Sherpa's great.

My van broke down in Ohio and I live in Maryland. I wouldn't wanna get it completely repaired so I needed to transport it. I looked at several companies and then I found Sherpa's ratings. They had a good price point so I went with them. I had a good experience. I had positive interactions with everybody. They even called me before I called them sometimes to follow up on things, which was great. The quote was pretty fair. If things went up once they quoted me, they were willing to cover the cost, which was great. They were willing to pay the whole process with what the drivers and what was already on the board. It was kind of crazy. They kind of took that stress off me.

Sherpa did a really first class job. Our customer service representative, Crimson, arranged the pickup and all the logistics while we were on the phone. The car was picked up within four days and delivered within seven days. The timeframe was perfect. The driver was also super at communicating. It all worked out perfectly. Their pricing was also slightly less than other companies.

Vue was loaded to transport and delivered on schedule. My inquiries were answered both by phone and email without delay. I was given cell phone of driver which is an excellent customer connection. Thank you.

I looked for 5-star rated transports online and Sherpa popped up. I called the number and the rep answered and then she answered all my questions. From first conversation to the delivery, everything was first class.

I had a car transferred by Sherpa from North Carolina up to Wisconsin. Their ratings were high and the customer service was top-notch. Even the driver, I'll request that driver again. That driver’s the most meticulous, conscientious guy I've ever seen and he's from Ukraine. He doesn’t take everything for granted. He doesn’t take this country for granted. The guy looks like a professional soccer player. He was over the top. You pay a little more with Sherpa, but it's worth it. Very competitive business.

I only deal with Sherpa. We have friends who used them and they did a great job of moving my 1950 Jeep from Florida to Virginia. A couple of fellows came in and they couldn't have been nicer. They took great care to make sure everything was right. The battery was dead and they offered to jump it for me, but it was delivering to a home where I had a battery charger anyway. They did great. The quote was competitive as well. It wasn't the lowest number, but they guaranteed the prices of things. They also assured me that it would be an enclosed vehicle that carried it and other things that other people said they would have to figure out later. Keep up the good work. Stay in business.

We had gone to Montana and my wife broke her back, which we're dealing with right now. We had to bring her home and we had to do it on an air ambulance, so I needed my car transported. I had worked with the sales rep from Sherpa before and it was the same driver as the first time. I knew these people from about two months ago. They transported my car and the people that did it did a very good job.

I bought a new 2011 BMW M3 and had to have it shipped 2,800 miles. I had two 10-minute conversations with the gentleman from Sherpa named Chris and he laid out exactly what the service entailed and what options were available to me. After doing a little bit of research on my own with regards to reviews left online, I decided to choose Sherpa. The rep who handled my transport was very professional and transparent, and that was a big deciding factor for me. Also, the quote was very competitive.

Sherpa had some good reviews online and I called them. Then they just stopped everything to get me a truck driver out there for a reasonable price. The quote they gave me was spot-on.

My son is in the military. He was being transferred from Nellis Air Force Base to Montgomery, Alabama. They had two cars and he wanted the family to be in the same vehicle. I called Sherpa and got someone in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was very nice and helpful. He said that he would let us know when they could get a driver. But then COVID hit and they weren't able to get a driver. They stayed in touch with us. I got emailed about every other day that they were still trying to get a driver. It wasn't their fault they couldn't get one. Then they made it right at the end. It was a week late. The vehicle came about a week it actually got there, but it didn't affect too many. The car was fine. The driver was good and they also waived an extra charge because it was late, which was very nice. It was a good experience.

I needed to send a Toyota 4Runner cross-country and I went through Sherpa. It took 30 seconds to set up the move and provide basic information. However, their quote was a little high. I've transported cars before so I knew what I paid in the past. Still, the driver they sent was friendly and professional. I called a couple of days before my car would arrive and the driver told me what time he would be at the drop off point. Overall, Sherpa provides great service.

After looking through three other shipping companies, I liked Sherpa's price. I shipped a '96 Honda Accord through them and the rep whom I worked with was really nice. He gave me details about the process and let me know what I could expect. The driver I got was very communicative. He called me a few times to follow up and let me know where he was at and when I could expect my car. The condition of the car was great when it arrived and there was no damage.

We lost ten days with the other company. Sherpa, true to their word, reduced their profit margin by paying more to the driver. This enabled them to secure a driver within three business days. My Chevelle was delivered by an experienced and courteous driver. My experience with Sherpa was great and I would definitely use them again.

They were recommended to me and I was very happy with them. I transported a 2019 F-150 and a 2017 Malibu. They hooked me up with K1 and they got here within three days. The rep that I dealt with was wonderful. He always kept me in communication with what was going on and how quickly he can get me somebody. They told me the 900 down and the $1,500, and there was no change in price at all. I paid in cash right when the transport got there. It got here a couple hours before my flight got in which was perfect. My ex-husband received the vehicles and he inspected them. They were in perfect condition.

The gentleman told me everything and they really seemed to have better customer service. The coordinator was very knowledgeable, very calm and very helpful. I talked to another coordinator and it was the same thing. I was not there for the pickup and delivery, which was another reason why it was so important to have a good relationship. I had a surrogate and they said both the pickup and the delivery went really smoothly and the people were very professional. The final price was exactly what they said it would be. They have a very good system. They seemed to know what they were doing. They were honest and straightforward. That extra touch of making a phone call to me, as opposed to just emails, was really helpful.

The price was good and they were very quick. They took my vehicle from Michigan to North Carolina, which is around 10 hours driving. In less than 24 hours, they delivered my vehicle to the final destination, which was awesome. I was surprised. Their customer service team was good. In regards to communication and service, they were really excellent. Sherpa did everything perfect. They were very flexible in regards to payment as well. The overall experience was good and I recommended one of my friends to them.

This was the first time I used car shipping service. After some research I decided to get quote from two auto transport companies. The other company was much larger than Sherpa. I ended up choosing Sherpa because they guaranteed that my car could be picked up by the deadline I had and I was impressed by their service attitude. Dillano, the sales representative, was very helpful. I booked the service at around the close of the business day, and to my surprise, they notified me at around 10 am the next morning that a driver had been secured to pick up the car later that day or the following day.

The rep was a very nice guy. He called me before he came to let me know he was on his way. He got there when he said he'd be there and loaded my car up on it. I asked him to turn the car around backwards so that all the bugs wouldn't hit the front grill. He obliged happily. He was great. The quote was what I thought would be standard for that distance. It was $300 down and the remaining balance when he delivered the car. From beginning to end, it took four days. It was a long drive. The car arrived before I did so I had my son pick it up and everything went well. It was there when I got there. It went perfectly according to plan.

I like the way Sherpa talked to me. They were polite and businesslike, but yet they were friendly. I thought they were the best ones for the job and I was right. They got my car to me really fast and it was in excellent condition. I had it transported from Florida to Oregon. They told me at first it would be four or five days, but they got it here in three days. I didn't expect to have it here so soon, so I didn't call them or anything. And then when they got here, they called me. I couldn't believe that they were here already. Getting here from Florida in three days, that was pretty good. Sherpa does a pretty good job.

They picked up whenever I called and they responded to emails. A few days beforehand, they called me and said that they got a shipping company for me. They came a day before they said they were gonna come. Then they were able to drop it off three days before they said they would which was fine ‘cause we ended up getting to our destination a little bit earlier. The delivery was pretty easy. The guy who was driving the truck initially didn't know my exact address. His pick-up was 45 minutes away. I asked him to pick something closer and he just asked me to find a couple of dealerships near me. I did and he picked one of the dealerships and then I only had to drive five minutes instead of 45. He was super nice about it.

I bought a car out of state and I reached out to Sherpa. When they gave me a call back, the lady was very helpful. She explained everything to me very well. Then I emailed her back a few days later to sign the agreement. We were making sure that all the paperwork had been approved. The transport was about 700 miles and the quote they gave me was good. I paid exactly what they said it was gonna be. It was the first vehicle I've ever had transported and the cost seemed to be okay. I did not get a call from the driver in the morning telling me that he was on his way, which I figured I was going to but I did get a call from the dealership, telling me that he had picked the vehicle up and that he least left. But he did give me a call an hour and a half out and told me about the time he'd be there. I live in a subdivision so he parked in a larger area and wiped the car down and drove it down to me. The car was perfect and was exactly what we were hoping for.

Sherpa Auto Transport had everything squared away when I first used them. It pretty much took two days to get a car from Dallas to Tulsa. So, I was so impressed with how it went the first time that I used them for the second time from Los Angeles to Tulsa. The driver that picked up the job was allergic to his phone. When he was picking up the car, he was supposed to call me and he never called. But I called Sherpa to get it all squared away and they jumped on it and got him lined out. So Sherpa has done well. Everybody that I’ve talked to has all been pleasant. They have their heads on straight and they get done what needs to be done. Anytime I ever ship anything, will definitely be through them.

The representative from Sherpa, Shane, was really helpful and over the top with his value. He gave me information regarding the industry and things to look out for. He gave information beyond what was needed and I was thankful for that. The total transport was about 700 miles and I didn't wanna drive my car myself. The quote they gave me was pretty fair. It was better than me doing the transport myself. Then the final price was accurate and they sent my rebate card, too, which was pretty quick. They called and told me that they were on the way. Then they dropped the car off and I gave them the check order. Then the driver was on his way. Everything looked good when they dropped it off. Sherpa provided excellent customer service. If you wanted someone that's transparent and help you walk through the whole process of the service, then Sherpa’s the place to go to.

When we had to move the car from California to Virginia, we found that Sherpa matches the consumer rate with the service. They’re a little pricey, but I went with them because of their excellent reviews. The impression I got was they’re dependable. The reps were very courteous and helped me with the right kind of carrier. They vetted the carrier. I knew that they would pick up within a couple of days. The quote they provided was very competitive. My main thing was that they had good customer relations. They were very courteous. The delivery was a couple of days ahead of time, which was good. Also, the vehicle arrived in the same condition. Go for Sherpa. They deliver as they promise.

These guys are the best!!! I was planning to send my SUV from Los Altos, California to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and they helped me with whatever they could during the COVID-19 pandemic. They gave me the best quote and they found a driver for me a day after I called them. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic my program got canceled so I had to call them and cancel my transportation. They were really understanding and they refunded me back 95% of my NONREFUNDABLE deposit. I could not believe it. They were so professional and understanding. I will use them from now on and I highly recommend them. They are the only honest company in their industry. Also, I don't usually write a review but these guys deserved it.

Sherpa was a very good experience. From start to finish, the biggest thing for me was the communication back and forth in terms of updates. Ours was a cross-country vehicle delivery. There was a lot of moving parts, where to pick it up and where to drop it off, and also who the driver was, where the driver was. All of that was very good.

I was moving from the east coast to Utah and I didn't want to drive it. To get a quote, I submitted an online form to Sherpa and then talked to somebody on the phone. That was in early June. Then Sherpa got back in touch with me a couple of days later about who would be taking it and gave me the rough days of the transport. My sister had lived in Boston and had moved a car out here. So I knew what she had paid and Sherpa's quote seemed reasonable to me. I was able to pay the down payment with a credit card on the phone and I didn’t have to arrange anything for that. So, that made it easier.

I was looking for a timely transport of my vehicle from Dallas to Albuquerque and it all happened quicker than I expected with Sherpa. They mentioned that there would be a three-day window well, but it actually reached under two days. Everything was very timely. The first time I spoke to the representative from their side, he explained to me the process and all the details very transparently. Then I received email communications when the car was gonna be picked up, about to be delivered and when it was delivered. The quote they gave me was on spot and there were no changes to what was promised upfront.

Sherpa Auto Transport handled everything upfront and professionally. They answered my questions in detail and I was very happy with their results. We shipped our vehicle from Michigan to Texas. They met us where we need to unload and was on schedule. The driver did an excellent job. We were able to talk with him and met him in Michigan and met him down here in Texas.

I went with Sherpa because they had a contract and there wasn't anything that anybody could change. The transport was from Sacramento, California to Nashville, Tennessee and they were pretty good. The only thing I recommend them to do is to have drivers that have a good track record. That way, they'll keep good reputation. Transportation Inc. was really good but US Road, Inc. was a bad, bad company. They used them but I wouldn't recommend doing that.

Sherpa was great, even though it came down to the last day for someone to pick up our contract, Sherpa said someone would and sure enough it did happen. The gentleman who arrived picked up the vehicle even though it was a difficult parking job for the semi they made it work. Would use them again!

A friend had recommended Sherpa last year and I used it last year too. This time, I was getting my daughter's car home from college so she didn't have to drive. They did a good job and the transport was really fast. It’s a 20-hour drive and it wasn’t even 48 hours that they made it. The price was good too. It was even lower than last year's. The delivery was super easy in both years that they've done it. The driver does a really good job of delivering it because it's not that easy to deliver on that big of a truck. He was super efficient and professional.

Sherpa was really good. I shipped two cars with them. Even though they were not the lowest, they were the ones that felt more secure as far as warranty and communication with the people in the company. It was great customer service. The communication was prompt and in a timely manner. There was a great communication from Sherpa down to the person who was picking up the vehicle. This was way better experience than what I had when I did a transport last year. The other part that I liked was the price. It was a contracted price which never changed. Last year, I got screwed because I was given a price then something else happened. That's why I went with Sherpa because the price was what the guy said on email.

Sherpa is local to North Carolina and I did an online search before I chose them. Customer service was great. They were very thorough. Both pickup and delivery went very smoothly as well. It took four days, from Tuesday to Friday, and the driver was great. It was 2200-mile transport and we had to deliver it to a military base. While some of the other places wouldn't deliver to a military base, Sherpa didn't have a problem doing that.

Part of the credit has to go to the driver, but Sherpa arranged for the driver and provided very clear instructions and guidance throughout. I had a small Lexus SC430 shipped from Fremont, California to Conway, South Carolina. I went with Sherpa right off the bat. There was a couple of other companies but it was a set price with Sherpa. The rep that set it up for me was great and very pleasant. I explained my situation. I live in a cul de sac but I'm fairly close from a main road. When it came down to the delivery, we picked a place where the trailer was able to pull off to the side of the road and I met the guy out there. The driver was really good too. We loaded up the car and everything was safe. He had a handheld device. He gave me a copy of the bill of lading and it had all my information on there. I verified it.

Think of somebody that's dependable. Someone that you can trust. I had another company that I called, and they were not returning my call. I wasn't pleased with what they were telling me as well. After I talked to them for a little bit, I realized quickly I couldn't trust them and I didn't wanna do business with them. I never felt that way with this company. I heard about the Sherpa name from my son and I called them. They communicated well with me, and it all went well, so it was good. They told me exactly when they were gonna do things and they were on time. I talked to the guy who came to pick up the car for a good while too and when they were driving down there, I would call them. They communicated with me and let me know exactly what was going on, so I always knew where the car was. All in all, Sherpa was awesome.

I was shipping a vehicle as a gift to my brother and I looked at two or three companies. Sherpa called back and they explained everything more clearly. It was a little more expensive, but I felt like I was in good hands. The rep walked everything through with me, and the setup was easy. The car was also fine when it arrived.

I wanted to buy a car and I needed someone to ship it. I own a racetrack and we always buy and sell cars. I kept trying one company and I came across Sherpa. I thought I’d give them a try and and I liked them. They were very upfront, open, and kept me informed. The customer service did well. The quote was fair and right on. A rep came to the racetrack and delivered the car, I inspected it, I signed the papers and that was it. The total transport took four or five days. It was a good deal.

The price was right. Sherpa was less than other companies that I checked with. And then, my coworker did it and was happy with them. I took that as, “Hey, one’s a happy customer.” They answered the phone, which was a first for some of them. Because with this whole COVID thing, a lot of them weren't even answering their phones. At least they answered theirs. We did everything via email, and on the phone, and it was great. They were fabulous.

They were also more available than the other company every time I contacted them. After I chose Sherpa, they gave me a schedule and the car was loaded in Dallas. It had one more day left on their schedule to load it and then it was brought to Russellville, Arkansas. The guys that did the transporting were in touch by cellphone with me, personally. If I ever need them again, I'll call.

While the car was being transported they kept me informed and provided a phone number to contact the driver, on his route, if I had questions. Shipping from Wisconsin to Maine. While it took Sherpa a several days (more than a week) to locate a carrier I don't fault them as where we were going (Northern Maine) probably limited the carriers. They finally did and at the price they quoted. Everything worked well, the pickup carrier gave us a 2 day window for pickup and communicated well so he did arrive when he said he would. Same on the other end, except he gave us a little less notice. He called to deliver that evening but since we lived an hour away from the drop off point, it was really not in the cards. We agreed to make the pickup the following morning and he was there when he said he would be. He gave me plenty of time to look over the car without any pressure to assess any damage.. However the car was dirty since it traveled during the winter/spring but it did appear there was no damage to the vehicle. We chatted a bit, interesting guy, paid him and we both went our separate ways.

First off Chris was absolutely a delight! We called for a last minute auto transport because the other company we hired failed to show and would not answer our calls. He was extremely helpful and went through the entire booking process with us. He ensured to get a rate locked in without a change in price and was cheaper than the previous carrier. Highly recommend and they only use drivers that pass a screening.

I went online and did research in what was companies' ratings, and Sherpa was rated pretty high. Because there were so many companies to choose from, it was very overwhelming. But I nailed it. Sherpa honors their estimate more so than other companies. By what I read, I felt that they would be the best company. With this being my first time ever doing anything like this, I didn't know what to expect. I was very nervous. I'm one to ask a lot of questions so I know what to expect but they were there to answer. When my vehicle was being delivered, they let me know when it would arrive. Because of my experience, I have a more willing spirit to do it again and go to the same company.

I have a son in the military stationed in Charleston, South Carolina. He had this vehicle in my residence in Miramar and he wanted me to ship the vehicle to him. I went online and found the nearest shipping company, which was Sherpa, so I made an arrangement. The guy that picked up the vehicle doesn’t speak English. Anything that I have and anything that he wanted to ask me, he had to call his wife to do the translation. Then, he took the vehicle and I was asking him about the military discount but he had no idea what I was talking about. But the shipment went well. My son got the truck and he was satisfied. The guy took pictures of the vehicle before he put it on the truck and it had no damages.

I was moving a car from Arizona to Washington and I looked for somebody online. My also daughter did a little investigating and Sherpa had the best review, which was why we went with them. The transport and the delivery went well. I scheduled ahead of time, so the process took about three weeks total. It only took about five days to get the car there though.

They seemed to know what they were doing. The vehicle is transported to my parents in Florida and it took them two days. It was very fast and the vehicle was great when it came. Shipping through Sherpa was fairly cheap even though the shipment was cross-country from Virginia to California. I was leery about shipping 'cause I've done it before. I went with Sherpa after seeing that it looked like a solid company. At first, we didn't hear anything from them and we wondered when they were gonna pick our car up. The split of the cost between Sherpa's transporter and themselves was 850 and 300 formally. But then, because the transporter was taking a while, they gave the transporter 950 and took only 200. So, they were able to meet all commitments to us. Our car got to the destination in four days. The odometer was the same as when we gave it to them. I would use their service again. I recommend Sherpa. They're very business-like and things worked out fine during our move.

I searched on the internet and looked at a couple of companies and whatever was written about them. Sherpa appealed to me. I gave them a shot and was very satisfied dealing with them. I booked it initially and it was very clearly explained to me what that entailed, about the payment and about the pricing. That was fine. But at some point I had to cancel and change because of this pandemic and I found them to be very easy to deal with. The people at the office were very personable. They were very accommodating because I needed the two cars. I was stuck in Florida for almost two months longer than I expected, and that worked.

I bought a car down in Texas and needed it moved up to my house in Minneapolis. Sherpa did a great job. These guys do this on a daily basis. The first guy I talked to was exceptional. He clued me into everything that was gonna happen. This is the first time I ever had to transport a car, so the details to me are completely unknown. They picked it up and delivered it on time, right when they said they'd be there. We had some trouble getting it scheduled, though. I asked for a really quick turnaround, and I pushed them pretty hard to do this as fast as they could just because of the value of the car and the fact that I had wired money to someone who I had never met. I wanted to get the car out of there before it had any chance to take my money and the car. But everything went well and I'd use them again.

I’ve never shipped a car before and I signed up with a company and got a whole bunch of estimates, which was why I knew about what the right price range would probably be. However, not all their reviews were all that great. I wasn’t in a big hurry to ship the car. I kept poking around every day and learning more about it. I paid a little bit more than what other people were advertising as prices and I felt that it would all come out the same. I’m quite sure that others would add something at the end and I just didn’t wanna have to worry about it, which was why I went with Sherpa. I thought they sounded better than the others.
