McLaren warranty
McLaren offers a range of warranties for car owners. The company’s factory warranty automatically includes new vehicles and is a comprehensive five-year warranty that lasts for up to 45,000 miles.
The warranty covers the standard parts from the engine to emissions and more. Some parts within the warranty come with coverage for a longer period of time, like the emissions system that’s covered for eight years or up to a certain mileage count.
Other than the new car factory warranty, McLaren offers an extended warranty when your factory warranty expires. The extended warranty is good for 12 years (no mileage cap) and covers the necessities such as parts under the powertrain component and extras like air conditioning, steering and braking.
If you don’t want a comprehensive extended warranty plan, you can opt for the powertrain or roadside assistance plan.

If you purchase a certified pre-owned McLaren, you can rest assured that there’s a plan for you. McLaren offers a CPO warranty for all pre-owned vehicles that’s viable for one year and up to 12,000 miles of coverage on parts and components and extras from the extended warranty plans.
Prior to purchasing your pre-owned McLaren, speak with the representative and look through the warranty carefully so you know what is covered and what the stipulations are for your warranty. CPO warranties are not as extensive as new or factory warranties. It’s always important to know what your warranty includes and does not include.
